On this trip to Hawaii, I used Zipair. They arrive at Honolulu Airport earlier than other airlines, and Roberts had a perfect reception system in place.

When you exit the airport's group gate, there are Roberts staff members in yellow uniforms. When you tell them your name and destination, they already have your information on record and will inform you of your next destination.

As I was enjoying the warmth of Hawaii after a long time, the shuttle bus arrived. It's great that they pick you up without much waiting.

The ride from the airport to the hotel also passes by other customers' hotels. They call out each one, so there's no worry about getting off at the wrong stop. When I got off the bus, my hotel was right in front of me. I gave a tip and took my luggage to part ways.

Honolulu Airport is quite far from Waikiki, so I always appreciate the shuttle service! Thank you!

Since it is a bit far from where I was staying, I had to use a rental car or bus, but I was a bit anxious about both, so I requested the shuttle service, which was very convenient. I wanted to visit a coffee farm and explore Haleiwa, and I was also hoping to try Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp, and all of that came true! Our guide, Jonah, was very attentive and cheerful, providing a lot of explanations about Hawaiian culture and the scenery we saw during the ride, and he answered our questions, which was very informative!

Also, since there were only four of us in total, including another group, Jonah actively offered to take photos at each spot, which made me very happy as we got to take a lot of pictures. He also provided explanations about the highlights at each location and suggested great spots for photos, which made the tour even more enjoyable thanks to Jonah! Thank you very much!

I chose the five-star experience as a reward for myself. The wonderful staff and their smiles made it special. Although I attended alone, the staff were considerate, and the other participants reached out to me, allowing me to have a very enjoyable time.

The drink tickets, which allowed me to choose from a variety of beverages starting with a toast of sparkling wine, were very smart and convenient. I initially ordered the Lava Flow, which I always enjoy in Hawaii. Next, I had red wine to pair with the prime steak.

The trolley is just a means of transportation, so I didn't have any particular issues with the service. I picked up my tickets at the HIS counter on-site, but the staff there was inflexible and quite condescending. I felt they were tired of explaining the same things repeatedly. I wanted to ask just the essential questions since I was short on time, but when I did, I was met with a big sigh and told, "Can you please let me finish speaking first?" which surprised me. Additionally, my child wanted to use the restroom, but I was told it couldn't be used until all the procedures were completed. We ended up going to another restroom in the building. I wished I had bought the tickets without going through HIS.

To start, Parking was really easy to find. We arrived early as we were staying about 25 miles from Honolulu. GPS took us right down to the ship. There is a parking lot right across the street from the Marketplace where the ship is docked. That was handy as there were 2 of us with mobility issues. I guess my daughter was the first to check in as our group of 5 were the first ones to be taken on board. The environment was festive and from casual to dressy. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and professional. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary, so we had decided to have pictures taken. The photographer did a really good job and took quite a few pictures, including one on the upper deck which turned out well. The evening's entertainment was very enjoyable including the fireworks display set off over the water at Waikiki Beach.
We would definitely do it again.

I’ve been to many luaus and this one was great. The warrior stories and performance was stunning. The food and drinks were good and authentic. The openness of the venue and seating arrangements were appreciated.

Only aspect that was a bit disappointing was the bus/shuttle that took us to the luau: 1) there were a lot of sick people on the bus coughing and sneezing, it would have been mindful to ask they were a mask or include instructions if sick not to take the shuttle 2) the shuttle stayed at the pickup locations for a long time, longer than they should have… this delayed our bus ride. Stick to the rules and please don’t delay other guests. 3) traffic and freeway accidents can’t be prevented or predicted, but if we left the bus stops on time it could have given us more time for pre luau activities.

During my last trip to Hawaii, a friend took me on a drive along the east coast with a rental car. I wanted to see those breathtaking views again, so I searched for a tour and found this one that was perfect!

On the day of the tour, we were picked up from our hotel. The tour vehicle arrived on time. It seemed like we were the only participants, which made me feel a bit guilty, but I was secretly happy as it felt like a private tour.

As soon as we set off, our guide asked if we wanted to try malasadas. We stopped at the parking lot of Pearl Ridge Center in the Aiea area to enjoy Leonard's malasadas. After that, we visited Diamond Head, Blowhole, and Makapu'u Lookout. The view of Makapu'u Beach from the lookout, with its deep blue sea and white coastline, is something I will never forget.

At the site of the old Kahuku Sugar Mill on the North Shore, we enjoyed garlic shrimp recommended by our guide. In Haleiwa Town, we had 90 minutes of free time to explore. We visited shops I wanted to check out and had coffee at Island Vintage.

On the way back, although it wasn't part of the itinerary, we stopped by Dole, and finally, we tasted coffee at Green World Coffee Farm, which had a café on the coffee farm.

Our guide took many photos of the two of us, and we had a lot of fun conversations. It was truly an enjoyable day.

出発してすぐに、マラサダ食べたいですか？アイエア地区にあるパールリッジ・センターのパーキングに寄ってレナーズのマラサダを食べました。それから、ココヘッド、潮吹き岩やマカプウ展望台。マカプウ展望台から見たマカプウビーチは真っ青な海と白い海岸線が美しくて今も忘れられません。
ノースショアのカフクシュガーミル跡地ではガイドさんお勧めのガーリックシュリンプを食べました。ハレイワタウンでは９０分自由散策。行きたかったショップに寄ったり、アイランド・ビンテージでコーヒーを飲んだり。
帰りにはコースにはありませんでしたが、ドール寄って下さり、最後にグリーン・ワールド・コーヒー・ファームでコーヒーを試飲。そこは、カフェ併設のコーヒー農場でした。
ガイドさんに二人の写真をたくさん撮っていただき、楽しいお話も聞けて、本当に楽しい一日でした。

In addition to sightseeing in Haleiwa, I had a very valuable experience visiting the macadamia nut farm and coffee farm, which are not easy to get to! Thanks to our guide Jonah's thoughtful care and well-structured guidance, I believe we had a much more fulfilling time than if we had explored on our own.

I was a bit worried about the size of the Kahuku Sugar Mill (where we had lunch), but I was pleasantly surprised by the considerate gesture of driving us around first and then dropping us off near the store we wanted to visit.

It was truly a fun day! Thank you!
