We received an email informing us that Ala Moana was closed and we were unable to stop by at the last minute, which forced us to change our shopping plans unexpectedly. I believe the closure of Ala Moana was known earlier, so I would have appreciated a bit more advance notice.

Regarding the transportation, we were able to depart immediately after our arrival, and the driver was cheerful and pleasant, creating a friendly atmosphere during our transfer to the hotel.

Highly recommend the Vow Renewal package! The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The ship is beautiful and staff was so welcoming. We were escorted to our table in the elegant dinning room. Our table was by the window, but every seat has a great view. The package includes cocktails and there are many to choose from. Food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. Service was outstanding! And the vow renewal by the Captain was really, really meaningful. He did a great job and we loved him. They even took photos for us with our phone. (Note: We unfortunately left without taking care of a tip for the Captain and photographer....they really deserved a tip so we are mailing it in.) It was a bit windy so the water got a little choppy. If motion sickness is an issue for you, suggest taking a non-drowsy or ginger-based motion sickness pill before you board. Also, parking was very easy in the gated lot - which is across the street from the Old Spaghetti Factory. We arrived almost an hour early for the cruise, there was plenty of space in the lot, and we had a drink at the Old Spaghetti Factory (a 30 second walk to the ship). Definitely a deluxe experience!

A good time memorable adventure

It was a great sunset (as almost all are in Hawaii) meeting some new friends and having some fun with a lively crew. Would recommend for family entertainment as well as enjoyable for 'just the two' of you. It was great to have the pre-boarding show and get to meet some of the crew/cast. The food was good and the crew took very good care of of all.

Since I participated in the Thanksgiving Day tour, it was disappointing that most of the shops in Haleiwa and the garlic shrimp food stalls were closed, and I couldn't visit the places I wanted to. However, I switched my mindset and decided to try again next time, and we set off for horseback riding.

The horse I rode was a bit of a troublemaker, and during the tour, when other horses approached, it suddenly took off running and raised its front legs towards them. I almost got thrown off, but the staff quickly intervened, so it ended well, although I was a bit flustered.

The guide who drove and guided us throughout the day was very nice, and he explained things clearly and humorously at each location, which made the participants feel relaxed. He really wanted us to see sea turtles, so we stopped at several spots, and we were able to see five sea turtles up close at the last location. It was a packed and very enjoyable tour that truly made me feel the essence of Hawaii.

I participated in a 2-hour course with transportation included. It was so much fun that the two hours flew by. I was able to enjoy the stunning views. However, it can be quite tiring, and you sweat a lot. Although there is electric assistance, there are ups and downs, so you need to pedal hard yourself. The guide primarily spoke English, so I didn't understand much of the content, but I still had a great time. I highly recommend this tour.

As soon as you exit the group area, there's a staff member in a yellow aloha shirt at the desk on the left, making it very easy to find. The departure was smooth and stress-free. You can leave your luggage at the lounge in Ala Moana and go shopping, so you can head straight to the hotel, have them hold your luggage, and return at check-in time without any hassle, making effective use of your time. However, I didn't know that the lounge doesn't have a changing area or restrooms, so I thought it would have been convenient if there was a simple space to change. I also received a shopping bag, which was handy for my shopping afterward.

We participated in a two-hour course as a couple. Since we don't usually ride mountain bikes, we were a bit anxious, but it was great that we had some time to practice in a wide area before hitting the course. Plus, the electric assist made it easy and comfortable to ride. On the wide paths, we rode in two columns, but since it wasn't a race, if you felt confident, you could move to the front of the group, and if not, you could just take it slow at the back. You generally get the hang of it once you join. We were at the front of the group, following the staff.

There were several places along the way where we could take breaks and take photos. The staff were kind, and if you asked them, they were happy to take pictures for you. I think it would be nice if they could provide towels and water as well.

Actually, we initially planned to join a four-wheeler buggy tour, but switching to the e-bike was the right choice. The reason is that if the group at the front happens to be slow, it can feel like a traffic jam, and you might find the pace a bit lacking. Even if you want to go ahead, you can't overtake due to the width of the course. With the e-bike, you can adjust the formation of the line based on the pace, and if you encounter a slow-moving buggy group, you can easily overtake them. In fact, this option offers more mobility and comfort. The day we participated was cloudy, so it was nice and cool while riding.

There's still more to share, but that's the gist of it.

実は最初四輪バギーのツアーに参加する予定でしたが、eバイクにして正解⭕でした。何故かと言うと、グループの先頭がたまたま遅かったりすると、渋滞っぽくなりゆっくりだらだら進むため、人によったら物足りなさを感じるかもしれません。先にいきたくてもコース幅の関係で追い抜きできませんし。eバイクならペースにより列の編成を変えたりできるし、ゆっくり走るバギーのグループに出くわしても端からガンガン追い抜き出来ました。実はこちらの方が機動力もあり快適です。参加した日は曇りだったので走ると涼しくてよかったです。

We chose this horseback riding experience because it has no age restrictions, and we have a 9-year-old child. The bus was full since it was the final stop, but the driver’s friendly approach created a pleasant atmosphere.

We stopped at Dole Plantation, which was a short visit, but we had enough time to enjoy it. At the beach, we even encountered wild sea turtles, and in the meantime, they made a reservation for garlic shrimp, making it easy to enjoy with kids. The tour price was reasonable.

The horseback riding experience was well-explained, and they encouraged us to bond with the horses, which made it a reassuring experience. Depending on the horse, it seems like a great activity for a wide age range. I hope to bring my parents, who are in their 60s, someday. By the way, the restrooms were clean and stylish, even though they were in a container.

Along the way, the instructor took photos and provided explanations about the beach, allowing us to enjoy horseback riding while feeling the pleasant breeze throughout the experience.

On the way back, they mentioned that the route might change depending on traffic conditions, and we were lucky to take a different route than we came, which allowed us to see various landscapes.

親子で9歳の子がいるので年齢制限クリアのこちらの乗馬体験にしました。
お迎えが最終地だったのでバスは満席。でもドライバーさんの声かけでみんな和やかな雰囲気。
立ち寄りのドールプランテーション、時間は短時間ですが充分楽しめました。
海辺では野生の海ガメにも出会え、その間にガーリックシュリンプの予約もしてくれて子供連れには負担なく楽しめました。ツアー料金に納得いきます。

迎えに来たバスの運転手が荷物を車に積んでくれたが、積み切らないまま乗客に話し始めて、手を話してたこともあり、私の荷物が、道に落ちてしまった。それに対し謝りもないし、笑って済まされた。ケーキは後々みたら傷はついてるし、一部歪んでしまった。
修理に出す予定。
ケースの中に割れ物も入ってるかも知れないし、ハワイは陽気な人が多いのかも知れないが、やっぱり今回のような一面を見てしまうと、あまり気分ないいものではない。最高級のサービスを求めるつもりはないが、雑？すぎるのは少し考えてしまう。

During the journey there, the driver guided us through various things in the area, and I was happy to learn interesting facts while saying, "Oh, really?" and "Wow!" The horseback riding experience was refreshing and enjoyable. The local staff were also wonderful people. If I could wish for something, I would have liked a little more time to explore Haleiwa Town, even if it meant a slightly later return time. Perhaps it was to avoid traffic? 行きの道中ではドライバーさんが周辺のあれこれをガイドしてくださり、ふむふむ、へ～そうなんだぁ！と豆知識を教わりながら進むことができ嬉しかったです。乗馬も爽やかに気持ちよく体験できました。現地スタッフさんも素敵な方達でした。欲を言えば、解散時間がもう少し遅くなっても構わないのでハレイワタウンでの散策時間がもう少し長ければなぁ～なんて思いました。渋滞対策かな？「もの足りない位」がちょうどいいのかな？また行きたくなるからね。
