Our driver arrived on time (to the minute) to our hotel pick up point. He was cordial and helped with the seat belt shoulder strap (due to passengers need to ingress the rear set of seats). He dropped us off and picked us up as planned. We had a very nice hike up to the lookout station and WWII bunkers on Diamond Head. The view was absolutely worth the trip! Veltra made the trip that much more enjoyable.

A fun and unique experience. Big Cheif was a loveable entertaining character. The flame exerbition was incredible

My wife and I were recently transferred from the mainland and celebrated our 41st Anniversary here in Honolulu without our family, So we thought a seven course meal sunset dinner meal cruise with Jazz entertainment would an ideal way to celebrate our weddding anniversary. Coincidentally we were sitted next to another couple from Chicago who just renewed their wedding vows after 41 years of marriage also and found a lot in common with them (same age of children and grandchildren and pathway in life), thus truly enjoyed each company - for they were traveling by themselves as well. The Captain, the crew were great (especially Foster our server), the service was fantastic, and the food was great. And of course the entertainment and the ambiance with sunset backdrop and Waikiki ocean shore scenery made it memorable.

In the morning, I was picked up at 8:25, but my daughter, who was supposed to accompany me, fell ill, so I participated alone. First, after about 15 years, I wandered around the Dole Pineapple Plantation for 30 minutes. Before heading to Haleiwa, I went to a beach where I might see honu (turtles). Unfortunately, I only saw honu coming up for air, but it was exciting to encounter them up close. Now, at Haleiwa, I had planned to eat garlic shrimp, but since I was alone, I changed to an acai bowl. As expected, it was delicious. Finally, it was time for the horseback riding experience. The horse I rode was well-trained and calm, but it seemed to be hungry and munched on the grass beside us. However, when I gave the go-ahead, it started walking slowly. It was a fulfilling 45-minute horseback riding experience. On the way to and from, I spotted honu from the car on the coast. Since the road was clear, we were able to take some time in Haleiwa on the way back. I had a wonderful experience until the evening.

朝、8:25にピックアップでしたが、同行するはずの娘が体調不良になり、1人での参加となりました。まずは、15年ぶり？に、ドールパイナップルプランテーションで30分フラフラ。ハイレアに向かう前にホヌさん(亀さん)いるかも知れない海岸へ、残念ながら息継ぎをするホヌさんしか見えませんでしたが、近距離での遭遇。なんだか、ワクワクしました。さて、ハイレアでは、ガーリックシュリンプを食べる予定でしたが、1人では無理なので、アサイーボウルに変更。言わずと知れた美味しさ。そして、いよいよ今回のイベント乗馬体験です。慣れたお馬さんはお利口でおとなしく、途中、お腹すいている時間だったらしく、横の草をむしゃむしゃ。しかし、GOサインを出すと、ゆっくり歩き出します。充実した45分の乗馬体験でした。行き帰り共、海岸にいる、ホヌさんを車上から確認しました。道が空いていたので帰路にもハイレアで時間を取ってくださいました。夕方までとても良い体験ができました。

Full day of very interesting activities. Excellent show at Polynesian Cultural Center.
I strongly recommend this tour to everyone with limited time on the island.

The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Hawaii, which was very educational. Riding was of course fun, but I was also able to see sea turtles, and the garlic shrimp lunch recommended by the guide was very delicious. If I had to say something, I was disappointed that there was little time for shopping.

ガイドさんがとてもフレンドリーでハワイの色々な事を話してくれてとても勉強になりました。乗馬はもちろん楽しかったのですが、ウミガメも見ることが出来たしガイドさんオススメのガーリックシュリンプのランチがとても美味しかったです。しいていえば買い物の時間が少なかったのが残念です。

I think this tour, which allows you to enjoy both horseback riding and sightseeing in Haleiwa, is a great deal. However, if the weather is bad, the course will change to the seaside route, so having sunny weather is the most important thing. This time, it was sunny with no issues; the only thing left was to avoid falling off the horse. I enjoyed about 90 minutes of horseback riding without any falls. PS. Am I the only one who feels that the taste of the garlic shrimp in Haleiwa has declined?

乗馬とハレイワ観光の両方ができるこのツアーはお得だと思います。でも天候が悪いと海辺コースに変更なるため、晴れる事が一番重要です。今回は晴れで問題なし、後は落馬をしない事だけです。落馬もなく約90分の乗馬を楽しみました。PS.ハレイワのガーリックシュリンプの味が落ちたと感じたのは私だけでしょうか？

Generally the tour is good, however, the tour guide didn't introduce other activities available at Pearl Harbor, such as Battleship Missouri Tour. We could organise the tours better if he told us how much time other tours take. The Battleship tour definitely worth it, we stayed behind for it.

Due to rain that evening, there was no sunset. But three of us enjoyed the dinner and live entertainment. Fortunately, we were seated at a table right in front. Our waiter, Ethan was superb! He was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Dinner was delicious! Would recommend this event.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR . EVEN THOUGH IT IS A VERY LONG TOUR, ITS WORTH IT. SAW AND TOOK LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!! THE STAFF WAS REALLY INFORMATIVE AND NICE.

The canyon horseback riding was amazing. After a 30-minute explanation, we had an hour of riding. I was also able to enjoy shopping and dining in Haleiwa. I could shop at the pineapple farm, and finally, I got to see sea turtles. It was a fulfilling day.

Good .The driver was excellent and very knowledgeable and funny. The different stops were quite interesting, and Hanauma bay very beautiful. Buffet dinner was good.

First time booking a tour when visiting Oahu and was pleased with this company. Price was very reasonable especially because it includes transportation and advance tickets to USS Arizona. Bus was very spacious & clean & comfortable & on time! Our driver, John, was very pleasant & professional. Knocked off 1 star because I wish there was more time spent touring downtown. I thought this tour included Chinatown but we didn't even get close nor was it even mentioned. Honestly, Honolulu is not so big that more time can't be spent exploring. Overall, a very nice experience, mahalo!

It was unfortunately rainy, but it was really, really great. Our guide was Japanese and shared a lot of useful information about the current situation in Hawaii, the importance of seat belts, and other helpful tips, making the bus ride enjoyable.

In Haleiwa, despite the rain, we were able to tour the area by bus, and the guide provided various information beforehand, which made it very easy and efficient to get around. Personally, Teddy's Bigger Burgers was incredibly delicious...

I thought I might not be able to see the sea turtles because of the rain, but I was able to! I was so happy.

And above all, horseback riding! It was really great. As the name suggests, we walked along the beach the whole time. It felt quite relaxed, in an American way, but that allowed for a lot of interaction with the horses, which was fun. The horse I rode was a mischievous one that kept wandering off the line to eat grass, but the instructor only stepped in during those moments. It was a shame it rained, so I’d like to try again on a sunny day! I'm glad I participated!!

あいにくの雨だったのですが、すごくすごく良かったです。日本人のガイドさんで、ハワイの現状、シードベルトの大切さ笑、耳寄り情報など、ためになる情報もたくさん教えてくれて、バスに乗ってるだけで楽しかったですね。
ハレイワでは、あいにくの雨だったのですが、ハレイワの道を一通り全てバスで周り、ガイドさんが事前に色々案内した上で、降ろしてくれる流れだったので、とてもわかりやすく効率的にまわることができました。個人的にテディーズバーガーがとろけるほど美味しかったです…
ウミガメは雨だったので無理かなーと半分諦めていたのですが、見ることができました！嬉しかったです。

そしてなんといっても乗馬！すごくよかったですよ。その名の通り、海辺をずっと歩きます。アメリカっぽく結構放置？笑気味だったのですが、そのぶん馬と交流ができて、楽しかったです。わたしが乗った馬はやんちゃな馬で、すぐ列からはみ出して草を食べに行っちゃう男の子だったのですが、そういう時にのみインストラクターのおじさんが対応してくれました。雨だったのだけ残念だったので、晴れの時にまた挑戦したいな！と思います。参加してよかったです！！

This is a “must do” activity. You can spend an entire day, or just a few hours. We ended up spending about 6:00 hours and loved every bit. Go early, as the crowds are not bad in the mornings before 9:00.

Lovely hike! The water and hiking stick as well as the bug spray that was provided, was greatly appreciated.

I chose VEITRA because it allowed me to fulfill both my desire to visit Haleiwa and to go horseback riding. I'm glad I selected this option because they guided me efficiently through the things I wanted to do in Haleiwa (I wanted to see sea turtles, eat garlic shrimp, try shave ice, and do a little shopping), so I didn't have to worry about getting lost.

I was able to enjoy horseback riding while looking at the ocean, which was very pleasant. It's a shame that I could only take one photo while riding the horse, and I couldn't stop it from eating grass. The guide shared various stories while driving, which was helpful.

ハレイワに行きたかったのと 乗馬が したかったのを両方叶える事が出来るので VEITRAにしました、
こちらを選んで 良かったと思うのは ハレイワでやりたい事 （ウミガメが見たい、ガーリックシュリンプを食べたい、シェイプアイスも食べたい、お買い物も少ししたい）を無駄なく 案内してくれるので 迷う事が有りません。
乗馬も海を見ながら 気持ち良く出来ました、
草を食べるのを辞めさせる事は出来ませんでしたが
馬に乗ってる写真が一枚しか撮れなかったのは残念です。
ガイドの方は運転しながら 色々な話をして下さり参考になりました。

The food was only ok. Service was very good. show was great! We had some wind which made some waves, so the boat was rocking a bit. Our server came around to ask if anyone was feeling seasick. Thankfully, no one in our group was.

I wasn’t expecting much since it wasn’t a tour. The driver did drive by past places that have significance to President Obama. Beautiful waterfall! No need for a guide.

Horseback riding on the North Shore was absolutely fantastic. The blue sea and sky, along with the wonderfully refreshing breeze, made the views from horseback incredible. The guide provided thorough insights throughout the tour, making it a rich and fulfilling experience.

ノースショアでの乗馬は最高に楽しかったです。青い海と空、なんとも心地の良い風が馬上からの景色を最高なものにしてくれました。
車内では、時間のある限り隅々までガイドしてくださって、内容の濃いツアーだったと思います。

I had decided to go horseback riding in Hawaii, but I struggled to choose where to go because there were various plans available. Since it takes a whole day, this tour is a bit pricey, but I chose it because it includes transportation and goes to Haleiwa, and I was glad I did. The horses here are all gentle, and even if they stop to graze a bit, they come back quickly with just a little tug. It seemed like the other participants' horses were the same way. I highly recommend it!

ハワイで乗馬をすることは決めていましたが、いろいろ異なるプランがあるため、どこにするか決めるのに苦労しました。
一日がかりなので少しこのツアーは金額がかさみますが、送迎があること、ハイレワに行けることなどから選び、正解でした。
ここの馬はみんな穏やかで、多少草を食べに道草をしても、ちょっと引っ張るとすぐ戻ってくれました。ほかの参加者さんの馬もみなそうだったようですよ。

Definetly do the 5 star....it was my wife's 40th Birthday and we had a great meal, beautiful views! Awesome sunset! GREAT music....the staff was wonderful and the setting was very romantic. I would do it again!!!

For everybody, who is new on the Island and interested to get quick overview with some topics, this properbly is the right thing.
Our driver was wunderful driving us savely and with some nice jokes at a side he teached us interesting facts on the Sites, we were passing and the people Livingstones here.
Well done!

My wife and I booked this during our honeymoon and definitely enjoyed ourselves! The food was delicious, the view was spectacular and gave us plenty of picture opportunities at sunset on the back of the ship! We definitely enjoyed the on board entertainment with the hula dancers, the gentleman on the ukelele, solo vocalist, pianist and they even had a saxophone player who dabbled in the art of the jazz flute! What a great night out!!

Pickup at 4:55 AM. Since it was early, I was a bit sleep-deprived when we set off. The local guide on Kauai Island mentioned that it is called "Kauai Island." The valleys were deep and the scenery was beautiful. On the boat heading to the fern cave, we could hear Hawaiian songs. There was also a practice session for hula. Although Kauai Island is small, the distances traveled were a bit long. It was more than enough for my first sightseeing experience on Kauai Island.

朝の4時55分のピックアップ。時間が早いので少し睡眠不足気味で出発。カウワイ島で現地の添乗員さんに言われたことがカワイイ島ですと。渓谷は深くて景観でした。シダの洞窟に向かう船の中ではハワイアンの歌が聞こえます。フラのさわりの練習もあります。カワイイ島が小さいのですが、移動距離は長めです。初めてのカワイイ島の観光としては十分でした。

Best cruise we have been on. Great staff, very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable dinner cruise.
