I had seen beautiful scenery of Kailua and Lanikai Beach on various websites and had been determined to visit them on my next trip to Hawaii.

Being able to move around freely at our own pace allowed us to relax in our favorite spots. One of our goals was to hike to the Lanikai Pillbox, but my wife found it too difficult, so we decided to give up halfway. However, we were able to enjoy a leisurely time at Kailua Beach, where they lent us beach chairs and dry bags for free. The pizza we had for lunch at Bob's Pizzeria was also very delicious, and we were completely satisfied.

Next time, I will make sure my wife is fully equipped and we will tackle the Pillbox!

We did 2 turtle snorkel's while in Hawaii, this one was not really the crews fault that it was not my favorite as the seas were pretty rough that day.
This would be a much better experience if there wasn't as many people on board.
Surprisingly, there were a lot of tourists with little to no experience with swimming or the ocean. Please if you are not experienced with swimming stay on the boat.
We were able to see a couple of tours and because of the non-experienced children on board, the fish were well "fed".
Bumpy ride and fun wave time on the trampoline! My sister and I loved that part of it!
Overall, pretty good experience, never enough time in the water!
Be prepared, especially on a smaller boat.

The meeting place was within a hotel in Waikiki, which was very accessible. I joined thinking it would be nice to meet them, but I was incredibly moved to see multiple honu (sea turtles) right in front of me! After snorkeling, during the cruising, I was a bit worried because my family got seasick, but it felt really nice to sail while enjoying the view of the hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head with the wind in our faces. Also, the captain, crew, and instructor were really cool.

本当に会えたらいいなーぐらいに思って参加したのですが、何匹も、しかも目の前でホヌさん（ウミガメ）に会えて、大感動でした！
シュノーケリング後のクルージングでは、ちょっと家族が船酔いしちゃって心配でしたが、ワイキキのホテル群やダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながら、風を切って航行するのは本当に気持ちよかったです。

I was picked up from the hotel, and it took about an hour to get to the port, but being on the boat was amazing! The weather was bad, so we couldn't see the sandbar, but the delicious hamburgers and the abundance of sea turtles and tropical fish were so incredible that my child hesitated to swim. ✨ The tour guides were friendly, attentive, and all very nice. It was my first trip to Hawaii, and I'm glad we booked the tour. I hope we can see the sandbar next time!

Best value we have found near the North Shore.

Big shout out to Scott and his team! We just took our first ever snorkel and my wife does not swim well and is afraid of the water. Scott is a very calm and encouraging person, my wife held on to the float and with the life vest had no worries about sinking. Sure the water was murky today, yet we saw fish, and held a starfish, a sea cucumber, and an urchin. Way cool!

The tour was fun, but the high waves in Waikiki and the simple life jackets that resembled airplane life vests seemed difficult for my 7-year-old child for snorkeling. We were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling, and it was enjoyable to sail out with the yacht's sails up. It might be fine for children who are strong swimmers and accustomed to snorkeling.

The port at Dolphin Middle School was under maintenance, so I was upgraded to Dolphin University for free and participated in the Dolphin University tour on the same day.

It was great that the pickup bus was filled only with Japanese people, and all the explanations about the snorkeling spots, dolphins, and sea turtles were provided in Japanese. Our tour guide, Hayato, was very kind and taught us a lot about the Hawaiian sea, which helped me learn about Hawaiian marine life.

After arriving at the boat, we set sail with people other than Japanese.

I was really hoping to see dolphins and sea turtles, and I was very happy to encounter Hawaiian monk seals, sea turtles, and a pod of dolphins right away from the boat.

We returned home around 12:30, which was a nice point since I could plan to play more in the afternoon.

I was able to see dolphins from the water, and overall, it was a very satisfying tour!!

I would like to participate again when I come to Hawaii.

イルカも海の中から見ることができ、総じて大満足なツアーです！！

I was recommended Hanauma Bay as a great spot in Hawaii by a friend, but I learned that reservations are required for entry. Since I can't drive, I was looking for an all-inclusive plan and found this tour.

I had only snorkeled once before, so I was a bit anxious, but the small group and the attentive guidance in Japanese made it a wonderful experience. I was really happy to see sea turtles!

Hanauma Bay has more waves than I expected, so while floating, my body was swaying, and I was glad I took motion sickness medication. (There were others who got seasick as well. I tend to get motion sickness easily, but thanks to the medication, I had no issues at all.)

I heard that it's difficult to reserve entry tickets for Hanauma Bay, so I'm really glad I booked this tour considering that aspect too.

友人からハワイのおすすめの場所としてハナウマ湾を教えてもらいましたが入場に予約が必要とのことで、車も運転できないので全て込み込みのプランを探しておりこのツアーを見つけました。
シュノーケルは一回しか経験がなく少し不安でしたが、日本語で少人数で丁寧に進めてもらい、ウミガメも見ることができて本当に良かったです！
ハナウマ湾は思ったより波があるので、浮いている間に身体が揺れるので酔い止めを服用していってよかったです。(波酔いしてしまっている方もいました。自分もかなり乗り物酔いしやすいですが、薬の服用のおかげで全然問題なかったです)
ハナウマ湾の入場チケットは予約困難らしく、その点も含めてこのツアーを予約してよかったなと思います。

The staff members are amazing, and the food was delicious, but it would have been perfect if there were more play equipment! The staff doesn't go down to the sea, so it feels like you have to enjoy it on your own. However, the boat was beautiful, there were plenty of fish, and we even got to see turtles, so it was a lot of fun!

We had a great transportation to and from the boat. The driver was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the area.I loved being able to snorkel, swim and just be on the platform. There was musical entertainment on the boat, which was nice on the way to and on the way back from the sandbar. The crew made everything fun and made sure that everyone was safe. I would do it again, for sure, and maybe next time I will have the courage to try the stand up paddle board.

The most perfect day ever. Captain Robin was beyond amazing and hannah was so lovely. The whole experience was a 10/10 it was my favorite day on the trip. I was with a party of 6 and the attention to making sure we all had a great time was so amazing. The snorkel was so ethereal we saw so many turtles and fishes. The sandbar activities were so fun. Not really worth it.
Drinks are not offered until after you get out of the water. Kinda lame. But safety first, I get it. Ticket says 3 beverages. By the time you're out of the water and get a drink from the bar, you have about 15 minutes out on the water before getting back to the beach. I ordered two drinks and didn't have time to finish my second beverage. And you can't take them off the boat with you.
I saw two turtles. Water is not very clear and you are crowded by so many other tours. You are required to wear a life jacket the whole time, so you can't even dive down to take a closer look at the turtles. They're about 30 feet below you. One did surface, so that was cool.

Staff were super unenthusiastic. Yes, you're working. You live here. We're tourist, whatever. But at least smile. It's like none of them have ever traveled before. This is a bucket list adventure for some people. Maybe show some passion. The male guide couldn't project his voice whatsoever and had zero excitement in his voice when going over safety measures. The female guard also struggled with public speaking and wrapped it up with "I tried my best to make sure you all saw a turtle, if you didn't, that's your fault."
The only person on the boat who deserved part of the tip I left was the good looking thor dude. He was at least friendly. Mahalo to you.

Also. They advertise two hammock like seating areas. A couple scored the first one. The other one was occupied with thier equipment. I kindly asked if they could move it over 4 feet so I could sit there and the girl said no. I arrived early just to claim that spot. I was not the only person to ask, either. Maybe don't put the equipment in the most desirable area to sit?

Would not book again.

We gathered in front of the hotel early in the morning (5:45 AM) and watched the sunrise until our reservation time for Hanauma Bay (6:30 AM). This activity does not require a reservation for entry to Hanauma Bay, but you need to purchase tickets on-site, and you have to wait in line until it's time. I felt that time was a bit wasted, but I guess that's what you get for a cheap tour. One participant in the same tour kindly purchased tickets for everyone at the counter. Of course, we all lined up together.

If the tour included the ticket price, I suppose there wouldn't be any need to wait in line? I saw some people entering without waiting. Since everything was explained in English, there were some things I didn't understand. I heard there are lockers available, but I think it's better to take valuables to the beach. Someone needs to keep an eye on the bags. The snorkeling gear was cheap, and it was hard to breathe underwater. Some people mentioned it broke halfway through. The driver said if we called, he would help us... in English.

If you want to participate in the tour efficiently and with peace of mind, I think it's better to join a Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour guided by Japanese staff, even if it's a bit more expensive.

このアクティビティーは、ハナウマ湾入場予約は不要なのだけど、現地でチケット購入しないといけないく、時間になるまでならんで待っていないとダメでした。
その時間がもったいなかったかな？安いツアーだからしょうがないです。
同じツアー参加者の一人が全員分のチケットをまとめて窓口で購入してくれました。もちろん全員同じかたまってならんでました。

チケット代金も入ったツアーならたぶんこの並ぶ　ということはないのかな？並ばないで入ってる人もいたので。
全部英語で説明させるのでわからないこともありました。ロッカーあるとのこと、でもビーチに貴重品はもっていった方がいいと思います。誰か一人荷物番が必要です。
シュノーケルも安物か海のなかで息がしづらいです。
途中で切れたという人もいました。電話してくれれば…と、ドライバーはいってました。英語です。
効率よく、安心してツアーに参加したいのであれば、少し高くても日本人スタッフが案内してくれるハナウマ湾シュノーケルに参加した方がいいと思います。

For meals, only before going down to the beach, card payments are accepted. The BIG hot dog was $11, and we were able to share it between two people. The fish is larger and there are many more varieties compared to before the pandemic!

I participated in weather that was sunny with occasional clouds. Since the weather was relatively nice, I dreamed of seeing the sandbar I had seen in photos, but in reality, the sea was murky with low transparency due to the sand... However, I was able to go snorkeling in an area with lots of sea turtles, and the crew members were very kind. The service of spam onigiri and snacks was also greatly appreciated.

I booked for the early morning time slot in late August. The shuttle bus was fine for everyone to wear light clothing, like swimsuits and rash guards. 送迎のバスはみんな水着にラッシュガードを羽織った感じの軽装で大丈夫です。
船場に到着してからまた少し移動して、サンドバーに到着してからまずは希望者のみで少しの距離をシュノーケリング。亀が見れました。
その後は自由時間で歩くのも良し、SAPなどを借りてやるのも良しという感じで、みんな写真を撮りながら楽しみました。
船には一人一個スパムおにぎりと、個数制限なしのポテトチップスや冷たい飲み物、暖かい飲み物が色々用意されており、好きなタイミングで食べ飲みできます。
この日は少し曇り気味だったこともあり海の温度が低く、身体が冷えていたためココアなどがすごく美味しくありがたかったです。
海は天候や時間によると思いますが写真のような感じではなく、正直ワイキキビーチの方が綺麗だな〜という感じでした。
でも、スタッフの皆さん良い人で面白くて、全体的にすごく楽しかったので是非一度経験されることをおすすめします！
