It was very pleasant.
All the staff were foreigners, but there were no issues.
The time was short and quick, so I would like to use it again.

It's unbelievable that the shuttle from Waikiki, the rental of snorkeling gear, and just a pizza for lunch cost $82! I thought I would be able to snorkel, but they only handed me a mask and told me to go to the beach on my own, which is way too unkind! Plus, I couldn't see any fish at all!!!!

ワイキキからの送迎とシュノーケリング用具の貸し出しと昼食のピザだけで82ドルはあり得ない!
シュノーケリング出来ると思っていたのに、マスクだけ渡されて、勝手にビーチに行けでは不親切すぎる！しかも、魚なんて全く見られない！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

We participated as a family of four. Personally, I think the ocean at Waikiki Beach is not that great, so we joined this tour in search of a beautiful sea. Kailua Beach was also beautiful, but we walked with our daughter to the slightly farther Lanikai Beach. (You can easily make the round trip on foot, not just by bike.) Lanikai Beach felt a bit more beautiful than Kailua Beach, and the location was stunning and impressive. For lunch, we chose pizza. It was very delicious, and even the family members who had a poor appetite enjoyed it.

思っているので、奇麗な海を求めて、このツアーに参加しました。
カイルアビーチも奇麗でしたが、少し離れたラニカイビーチにも娘と歩いて
行きました。（自転車でなくても徒歩で余裕で往復出来ます）
ラニカイビーチは、カイルアビーチより若干奇麗なのかなという感じですが
とてもロケーションも良く感動的でした。
昼食は、ピザを選択しました。とても美味しく、食欲不振だった家族も美味
しく食べていました。

It would have been "a once in a lifetime" opportunity in the Pacific ocean in Hawaii. Unfortunately the three of us anxiously awaiting our turn on the underwater scooters became seasick. Had we known the swells of the ocean, from tropical storm Darby, may have affected us negatively, maybe we could have prepared better. Perhaps somewhere in the confirmation the vendor could have mentioned motion sickness and recommended we take or put on something "just in case" we might be affected. My son made it into the scooter gear but came up because bubbles kept getting in his nose, eyes. Others on the boat did have a great time! We won't go again. We will snorkel next time. It just didn't work out for us.

The instructors we had were unbelievably professional, fun, courteous and accomodating. My daughter and I definitely recommend private lessons.

Had a great afternoon with the team. Very friendly and helpful.. informative on the history and pointed out the turtles.
Would definitely recommend this for a spoil yourself treat.. Munchies and drink are also included..

Avoid the parking nightmare and go as early in the morning as possible for best visibility and fewer crowds.

It was a class full of beginners, but most of the participants were able to stand on the board. I was not confident due to my poor sense of balance, but I was relieved that I could get on from the first time. The staff were friendly, creating a great atmosphere, and I was able to enjoy myself as if I were part of the group. However, I struggled with paddling and my arms were sore... But it was a good experience.

初心者の方々ばかりのクラスでしたが、ほとんどの方がボードに立てていました。私はバランス感覚が悪く自信がなかったのですが、一回目から乗ることができて安心しました。スタッフの皆さんが仲良しなので雰囲気がよく、仲間に入れてもらったように楽しく過ごすことができました。ただ、パドリング不慣れで腕がきつかった。。でもいい経験になりました。

I made a reservation on-site the day before, and the pickup was smooth and without any issues. It was my first experience with parasailing, and I signed up for the 120 m option.

It was higher than I imagined, and I was a bit nervous at first, but I was overwhelmed by the beautiful scenery. However, when the wind blew and it swayed a bit, it was a little scary.

I was excited when I was lowered into the sea and then brought back up (laughs). The crew and other passengers were all foreigners, but everyone was in high spirits and we had a great time!

I missed the chance to order the photos taken by the crew for $30 because I wasn't sure when to do it (I think they explained it after boarding...), but luckily, another passenger took some pictures for me, so I was able to keep a memory of the experience.

前日現地で予約しましたが、迎えも滞りなくスムーズでした。パラセーリング初体験、120 mの申し込みです。
想像以上に高く、最初はビクビクしていましたが景色のキレイさに圧倒。でもやはり風が吹いて揺れると少し怖かったです。
一度海に下されまた上げられ、興奮しました(笑)
乗務員・乗客が私達以外外国の方でしたが、皆さんテンションが高く楽しめました！
30ドルで乗務員の方が撮ってくれる写真は注文するタイミングが分からず逃してしまいましたが、(多分乗船後説明していたかと・・)一緒の乗客の方が撮ってくれたので、記念には残せて良かったです。

First time parasailing for my teenage son and I. It was the best experience and can't wait to do it again !!!

I participated with my 10-year-old niece. At first, she was scared when we were going up, but once we got to the top and settled down, she said, "This is fun!" I'm glad we participated.

I've been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating in parasailing. I was excited to try it. At first, it felt really high and I was scared, but I quickly started to enjoy the view. I want to do it again.

何回かハワイに来ているが、初めてパラセイリングに参加。わくわくで望んだ。最初、凄く高く感じて、怖かったが直ぐに景色を楽しめた。また、参加したい。

Did this tour one morning, the guide who gave us the tour of the place was great, made us feel welcomed. The walk to the beach was definitely interesting but if your not prepaired to lug around a heavy canoe be aware you also have to cross a busy intersection. If you drive to the shop you can ride all day which was a good perk. Once in the ocean it was dangerous but fun because waves were big but we still had fun.

Very nice did the bothe and had a lot of fun nice and helpful staffe

I read the reviews and decided to give it a try from 150m. It was higher than I expected, but the sea was beautiful and the view was great, making it a lot of fun! I also requested the $30 photo package, and they took over 100 photos, including scenic shots, which became a wonderful keepsake. I would love to participate again!

It was my first experience with SUP, so I was worried about whether I could ride it properly, but thanks to the strict instruction (laughs), I was able to do it and had a lot of fun. I also extended my trip to the neighboring beach by renting a bicycle, but unfortunately, the sea wasn't as beautiful as I had heard due to the weather conditions. The pizza from the nearby place for lunch was delicious, though!

SUPは初体験だったのでまともに乗れるようになるのか不安でしたが、スパルタ指導（笑）のおかげで乗れるようになり、楽しかったです。自転車レンタルで隣のビーチまで足を延ばしたのですが、気候の影響で評判ほどには海が綺麗でなかったのが残念でした。お昼も隣のピザがおいしくて良かったです。

The parasailing itself was awesome and the captain of the boat and the guy helping were awesome, but I did get sick so that put a downer on the day.

This was my first time participating. It was my husband, me, our son who is in the second year of middle school, and our daughter who is in the fifth grade, so there were four of us.

When it was our turn, we were all loaded onto the ride in no time. My son and I were on the sides, while my husband was in the middle with our fifth-grade daughter on his lap.

I thought it would be two people per seat, so I was surprised for a moment... but there was no time to ask questions before we started.

I wonder how safe it was for four people to ride together... It felt like they put us all together just to save time...

Also, my husband looked like he was struggling to hold our fifth-grade daughter on his lap, and in the photos, only his legs were visible because her face was covered.

The experience itself was fun, and thankfully, we finished without any accidents, but I keep feeling uneasy because I thought we would be riding two by two.

初めての参加です。
主人、私、息子中学2年生、娘小学5年生での4人参加でした。

順番がきて、あっという間に4人一緒に乗せられました。両サイドが私と息子、真ん中で主人と膝に小学5年の娘を挟む形で乗せられたんです。

てっきり2人ずつだと思っていたので
えっ！？と驚いたのも束の間…質問する隙もなくスタート。

安全上、4人乗りってどうだったんだろう…
なんだか時短のために4人一緒にされたんじゃないか、て気がして…(･･;)

あとさすがに5年生にもなる娘を膝にかかえていた主人は重そうでしたし、顔がかぶって写真には足しか写ってなかったです…

体験自体は楽しかったですし、
事故もなく無事に終わりましたので良かったのですが、2人ずつ乗れると思っていたので
思い返しては すごくモヤモヤしています。

I think it would have been amazing... but will not know as we were not able to attend. I need to find a phone number to call to request a refund as I paid a lot of money for 6 of us.

We participated as a family of three, including my fifth-grade son. It was his first time snorkeling, and he was a bit nervous, but the female guide called the day before to confirm and explained how to use the equipment in a way that was easy for children to understand, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. She held my son's hand while swimming the whole time. There was a line to watch the video before entering the ocean, but we didn't have to wait. The trolley that went back and forth on the slope was also convenient.

On the day, I borrowed a wetsuit and swam, which helped with the temperature difference and prevented sunburn. The last time I swam without a guide, I had a terrible sunburn on my back... Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but the guide worked hard to find them, and we saw more types of fish than when I went individually before, so I was satisfied. My son seemed to have a lot of fun and said it felt like he was inside a fish tank! He was happy and said he wanted to participate again. Thank you very much!

The dining information about Hawaii you provided on the way back was also helpful.

小5の息子も一緒の家族3人で参加しました。子供はシュノーケリングが初めてで少し緊張していましたが、ガイドの女性が前日に確認の電話を入れてくれたり、当日子供にもわかりやすい言葉で道具の使い方を説明してくださったので、安心して参加出来ました。子供とずっと手をつないで泳いでくださいました。海に入る前に見る映像で行列が出来ていましたが、私達は並ぶ必要がなかったです。坂を往復するトロリーも楽でした。
当日急遽ウエットスーツを借りて泳いだのですが、おかげで水温の差も日焼けもなくて良かったです。以前ガイドなしで泳いだ時は、背中の日焼けが大変でしたので‥。残念ながら亀は見れなかったのですが、ガイドの女性が一生懸命探してくれましたし、以前個人で行った時より多い種類の魚が見られましたから、満足です。子供はとても楽しかったらしく、水槽の中に入ったみたいだった！また参加したいと喜んでいました。ありがとうございました♫
帰りに教えていただいたハワイの食事情報もためになりました(^^)

Thanks to the veteran support, my timid 9-year-old son was able to switch gears and really enjoy himself, saying he wants to do it again tomorrow, completely forgetting about us parents! Including the journey there and back, the hospitality was overflowing, and we had a wonderful time!

怖がりの息子（9才）もベテランサポートのお陰で、途中からスイッチが入り、親そっちのけでまた明日もやりたい！というほど楽しめたようです。行き帰り含め、Hospitalityあふれるご対応で、とても気持ちよく楽しめました！

I wanted to swim in a beautiful sea, so I used this service. I made a reservation the day before, and it was fine! I rented a bike in Kailua Town for $10 and although I couldn't take my time, I was able to do some shopping! The lockers available in the office were safe and secure, so I could leave my valuables without worry!

For lunch, I had a barbecue pizza. The spinach and garlic pizza was really delicious! The beach was so beautiful, and I was glad I came! However, there were no fish or turtles at all! It was truly beautiful and felt like paradise. I'm really glad I went!

きれいな海で泳ぎたい！と思い、こちらを利用しました。前日に予約しましたが大丈夫でした！
カイルアタウンには自転車を10ドルで借りて行き、ゆっくりはできませんでしたがお買い物できました！ロッカーも事務所内にあるものを貸していただけるので安全で安心でした！貴重品も安心して置いていけます！
お昼ご飯はピザのバーベキューランチを食べました。ほうれん草とガーリックのピザがすごく美味しかったです！
ビーチはとってもきれいで来てよかったー！と思いました。ただ魚や亀は全くいませんでした！
本当にきれいで天国みたいでした。行ってよかったです！

I participated with my 5-year-old daughter (who will turn 6 this year), my 9-year-old son, my husband, and my parents who are 65 and 62 years old. Everyone did the 90-meter activity. Since we had two children, we split into two groups of three for balance: my husband with the two kids and me with my parents.

My daughter cried a little as soon as she went up, but when she came back, she had a big smile and said, "Again!!!" My mother is afraid of heights, so she was really tense. However, it seems she enjoyed it enough and doesn't regret it.

I love heights, and to be honest, I wanted to go higher than 90 meters before participating, but I felt it was good! If it had been higher than 90, the view might have been too far away.

It became a really great memory! During my brother's wedding trip to Hawaii, I struggled to find free time due to work commitments, debating whether to go sightseeing or spend time on activities like this, but I truly feel that parasailing was a great decision! It was fun!

Oh, and motion sickness medication is a must. The boat's rocking was really intense.

娘は上がった瞬間に少し泣いてしまったそうですが、
戻ってきたときには、もう一回！！！と大きな笑顔。
私の母親は高所恐怖症なので
やっぱりすごく硬直してました。
まぁでもそれなりに楽しめたようで、後悔はしてないようです。

高い所が大好きな私、
参加前は90メートルよりはもっと高く行きたかったのが本音ですが、
でも、よかった！！と思えました！
90より高かったら、景色が離れてしまうだろうしなぁと。


すごくいい思い出になりました！
弟の結婚式での渡ハで、仕事の都合もあってほとんど自由時間を作れず
観光するか、こういうアクティビティに時間を使うかすごく悩みましたが
ほんとうに、パラセイルして、よかったと心から思います！！
楽しかったです！！

I had a blast! Usually go snorkeling on vacation. This is the 2nd time I've gone on a kayaking and snorkeling adventure. Was a little winded so the snorkeling activity was just OK. As for for the kayaking adventure... I loved it! Waters were a bit rough but manageable. As for the two tour guides Natalie and Zoey, I can't say enough about their friendliness, expertise and all around knowledge of the adventure and the history of the surrounding island

The pickup was about 15 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious. The driver, captain, and guide all spoke some broken Japanese. Once on the boat, we put on our seatbelts (they do everything for you, so you just have to slip your legs through) and after a harness explanation (all in English, with important instructions in Japanese not to touch the very important red cord or the harness), we quickly took off with the first group. The boat ride to the jump-off point felt like an attraction and was full of thrills. Once we took off, the ocean was below us, and in front of us was the beautiful skyline of Waikiki. It was truly stunning and moving. The drop into the ocean gets you quite wet. They took over 100 photos for $30, distributed on an SD card. It's worth it to order. The return boat ride to the dock was also fun and felt like an attraction. If you get seasick, be sure to take motion sickness medication.

ピックアップが15分程度遅れて少し焦った。ドライバー、キャプテン、ガイドみんな片言の日本語は話せる。舩に乗るとベルトを装着(全部やってくれるので足を通すだけ)し、ハーネスの説明(全部英語、ものすごく大事な赤の糸を触るな、ハーネスに触れるな、は日本語あり)をしたあと、結構すぐに一組目から飛び上がります。飛び上がり始めるポイントに行くまでの舩の操縦もアトラクションのようでスリル満点。飛び立つと眼下に海、目の前にはワイキキの町並み。本当にきれいで感動。海へのドロップは結構濡れる。写真は100枚以上撮影してくれて30ドル、SDカードで配布。頼んだ方がお得。船着き場までの帰りの舩の操縦もアトラクションのようで楽しい。船酔いする人は酔い止めを。

Our family's first trip to Hawaii!
I wanted to give my 6-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son an experience they wouldn't normally have, so we chose parasailing.
On the day of the activity, our cheerful and fun driver, Yano-san, shared recommendations for local shops during the ride, which was great!
Once we arrived, we quickly boarded the boat with another family of three from abroad, and with our family and two more cheerful staff members, we set off with a total of nine people!
Most of the instructions were in English, but they were easy to understand with gestures, and I think the kids understood as well.
What made me happy was that since the kids are small, they said we could all fly together, and we did! Mom and Dad were in the back, and the kids were in front. We were able to take a family selfie in the sky, and we were thrilled to see so much of Waikiki and Diamond Head together.
For $30, they took over 120 photos of our family.
My daughter, who is a bit timid, was harnessed up in no time thanks to the efficient preparation, and before she could even feel scared, she was smiling at 120 meters above ground! She was so excited and said it felt amazing.

家族で初ハワイ！
6歳の娘と８歳の息子に、なかなかできない経験をさせたくて、パラセーリングを選びました。
当日は送迎の時からヤノサンという明るく楽しい運転手さんに、地元の人オススメのお店情報を教えてもらえたり、嬉かった〜。
現地に着くと、すぐにボートに乗り込み外国のもうひと家族３人と、私達家族と、これまた明るく楽しいスタッフ2人の合計9人で出発！
ほとんど説明は英語だけどわかりやすくジェスチャーでも表現してくれて、多分子供も理解していました。
嬉かったのは、子供が小さいから4人で飛べるよ〜と言ってくれて、４人で飛んだこと！パパママ後ろで子供たち前。空の上で自撮りで家族写真撮れたし、一緒にたくさんワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを見ながら感激できました。
30ドルで家族4人の写真も120枚以上撮ってくれました。
あと少し怖がりの娘も、準備の手際の良さで、アッという間にハーネスをつけられ吊るされ、怖がる暇もなく、上空120メートルではニコニコ笑顔！気持ちーと大はしゃぎしてました。

You can swim, snorkel or just enjoy the scenery from the boat while small groups take their turn touring the waters below with the scooters. The crew was very helpful and courteous. Everyone had a great time!

Our family of five participated, with children aged 10, 8, and 6. It was the children's first time snorkeling, and for the 6-year-old, it was even their first time swimming in the ocean. However, Dan and Chieko provided excellent support, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. We were lucky to encounter a sea turtle as well. Although it was after a typhoon, it seemed to be murkier than usual. Still, we were satisfied to see many fish. If we have the opportunity to go to Hawaii again, we would love to join your tour! Thank you very much.

家族５人、子供は１０才、８才、６才が参加でした。
子供たちはシュノーケリングが初めて、６才は海で泳ぐことすら初めてでした。
ですが、ダンさんとチエコさんがしっかりサポートしてくれて、安心して楽しむことができました。ウミガメにも遭うことができラッキーでした。
今回は台風のあとでしたが、実はいつもより濁っていたのでしょうか？それでもたくさんの魚が見れて満足です。またハワイに行く機会がありましたら、お２人のツアーに参加したいです！本当にありがとうございました。

My Dad and I did the 1000ft foot line and it was AMAZING! Definitely one of the best things we did in Oahu.
