I signed up for the trip to Hawaii just before departure because my daughter said she really wanted to try it. On the day of the event, it was drizzling occasionally, and while I was worried, we waited for the shuttle. As we waited longer and felt anxious, a staff member from Japan called to let us know we were at the wrong pickup location, and after that, we were successfully picked up. The parasailing experience was more refreshing than I had expected and turned out to be a valuable experience. My daughter says it’s her favorite memory from the trip!

We participated as a family: my mother, my 13-year-old and 10-year-old children, and their father accompanied us as a videographer (though it seems the video didn't turn out well because the boat was shaking...). We requested photo shooting for $30, and the pictures turned out great. I think it was because the staff were used to the swaying. It was a really good tour. When I emailed to request a three-person ride, I received a polite response saying that depending on the weather and other conditions, it might be a two-person ride, but I decided to go ahead and book anyway. In reality, it was a three-person ride!! The kids were thrilled and really felt like they were flying. I would love to do it again. I think the height of 110 meters was sufficient. The flying time was longer than I expected. I thought it would end quickly... After arriving by car, we waited for about 15 minutes for the boat to reach the port, but I think this depends on the number of people in the previous group. Each group is set for an hour, but if there are fewer people in the previous group, they return sooner, allowing us to board earlier. If there are more people, it takes longer, which inevitably delays our start... But I think that's just how it is, depending on the reservation situation. In our group, we were the only Japanese, and there were three other groups. My children and I flew first. We had a great time with two handsome captains who spoke Japanese well and the other passengers. The boat sways quite a bit. I was glad I took motion sickness medication based on this experience. It was swaying even while others were flying, and it really kept swaying the whole time. Definitely take precautions against motion sickness!! (Especially for children). In the end, we got back to the port and into the car at 12:16. Since we booked a group that started at 11:00, the ending time was slightly delayed (due to the aforementioned late start). Keep in mind that the ending time (start time) may be delayed to some extent, and definitely experience this wonderful adventure!! Thank you, VELTRA. 家族で参加しました。母である私と、１３歳と１０歳の子供たち。父親はビデオ撮影者として同行しました。（ボートが揺れてあまりよく撮れなかったらしい…）。写真撮影は３０ドルでお願いしました。ばっちり撮れてました。揺れに慣れているスタッフだからこそかなと思いました。とても良いツアーでしたよ。予約時に３人乗りをリクエストする旨のメールを送ったところ、天候などの状況によっては２人乗りになってしまうとの返答を頂きましたが、丁寧な返答だったので、それでも予約しようと決めました。実際は３人乗りでした！！子供たちも大喜びで、本当に鳥になった気分でした。またやりたいです。高さとしては１１０メートルで十分だったと思います。思ったよりも飛んでいた時間は長かったです。すぐ終わるかとおもっていたので…。車で現地に着いたあと、ボートが港に着くまで待ちます。１５分くらいだったけど、これは前のグループの人数にもよると思います。一時間ずつ設定されていますが、前のグループの人数が少なければ早く帰ってくるから早く乗れるし、多ければその分時間もかかっているはずなので帰りが遅く、必然的に自分たちのスタートも遅れていく…。でも仕方ないかとも思います。そのときの予約状況次第なので…。私たちのグループは日本人は私たちだけ、あとは３組いました。私と子供たちは最初に飛びました。日本語の上手なイケメン船長ら２人やその他の乗客たちとも楽しく過ごせました。ボートはかなり揺れます。この体験談を参考に酔い止め薬を飲んでよかったと思いました。他の方たちが飛んでいる間も揺れてるし、ほんとにずーっと揺れてます。酔い対策は是非！！（特にお子様は）。結局港に戻って車に乗り込んだのは１２時１６分でした。１１時スタートのグループに予約したので終了時間は少しずれ込みました。（スタートが前述通り遅れたため）。でも、こればかりは仕方ないことだと思うので、スケジュールには余裕を持ったほうが良いです。終了時間（スタート時間）がある程度遅れることは念頭に、是非この素晴らしい体験を！！VELTRAの皆さん、ありがとうございました。毎回お世話になってますが、また来年ハワイに行きますので（懲りないな～）、良いツアーをじっくり探させて頂きますね。その時は宜しくお願い致します！

I signed up for SUP. As others have mentioned, the meeting point is hard to find. I registered with three other people, and while the other members rented rash guards, for some reason, I was not provided one. Then, just when I thought the lesson was starting, it unexpectedly turned into a surfing lesson. I thought it might be similar to SUP for a while and continued with the lesson, but it felt off, so I approached the instructor, who admitted there had been a misunderstanding. Despite having properly handed over the printed VERTRA voucher, I find it puzzling how such a simple mistake could occur. After that, we had to exchange equipment, resulting in about 15 minutes of lost time. Honestly, I wanted our precious time back. The instructor conducted the lesson 99% in English. Even when I asked questions in Japanese, I was told they didn't understand. It was labeled as "beginner-friendly," but the waves were much stronger than I imagined, and we had to paddle quite far out, which was incredibly scary for a beginner like me. The instructor kept gesturing for me to hurry up as I was lagging behind, but it was truly impossible for me to keep up. I was so frightened that I couldn't even stand. If we were going that far out, I think they should at least provide life jackets. The fear of whether the instructor would actually help me, who wasn't even wearing the rash guard, in case of an emergency made me give up after a few minutes. When I tried to paddle in shallower water for some fun, another staff member came to collect the equipment, and it was a forced end to my experience. There were several instructors available, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem, but I ended up spending a very boring time. Although it was supposed to last 1.5 hours, it actually ended in about an hour. Later, I rented equipment personally at another place and had fun.

インストラクターは99%英語でのレッスンです。
日本語で質問しても、分からないと言われます。
【初心者向け】と記載してありますが、想像より波もかなりあり、かなり沖の方まで移動するので、初心者の私にしたら、とてつもなく怖かったです。
インストラクターに遅れて漕いでいると「早く来い」と何度もジェスチャーで呼ばれるのですが、本当に無理です。ついていけません。
足がすくみ、立つことすらできませんでした。
あんなに沖に出るならライフジャケットくらい貸してくれれば良いと思うのですが。
万が一のとき、ここのラッシュガードすら着ていない私を、果たしてインストラクターは助けてくれるのかという恐怖も重なり、数分でリタイアしました。
浅いところでパドルして楽しもうと思ったら、別のスタッフに道具を回収され、強制終了でした。
何人も手空きのインストラクターもいたので、問題ないと思ったのですが、とても退屈な時間を過ごしました。
所要時間1.5時間とありますが、実際１時間ほどで終了しました。
後日、別のところで個人的に道具だけレンタルして楽しみました。

We're tourists from Japan and tried this activity for our first time. We safely enjoyed the whole time including shuttle bus. The driver was always joking and very kind to us. Instructors in boat were really nice and reliable guys. After all, the view from sky was quite fabulous at all. it deserves to experience it.
Some of them took movies using their own water proof camera, like Go pro. It seems it's allowed if you fasten it firmly on life jacket.(Basically it's cautioned to put your belongings on the boat before the take of parasailing to keep them from dropping in water)
Lastly, you can take towels if necessary according to temperature. You'll get some wet and it might be bit cold depending on the season.(It was totally comfortable to us because it's August!)

I love high places, so I chose the highest option at 150. There was a shuttle service to and from the hotel, so I only had to bring my swimsuit, which made me feel secure without worrying about my valuables. The pickup was on time, but I waited about 10 minutes for the participants to gather.

We departed on a small boat with about 10 people, and the guide was a friendly guy who spoke English. He took 100 photos of us while parasailing and sold them on an SD card for about $30. It was great because I could share it with my friends, and receiving the data was worth it. The sample photos turned out really nice as a keepsake. I decided to purchase them right after we set off, so he also took pictures of us on the boat. It was good because I was worried about the saltwater affecting my own camera.

You can store your belongings under the seat, so bring things that you don't mind getting dirty. You also put your shoes there. We put on life jackets shortly after departure. After about 15 minutes out to sea, the parasailing began, and since it was early in the morning, the view was amazing—the sunrise and Diamond Head were spectacular. I was relieved that I didn't experience the common issue of a sore backside. The three other groups were at a lower altitude, but I still found the higher altitude to be a lot of fun; I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the sky, and the return shuttle was on time.

荷物は席の下に入れるので汚れても良い物を。靴もそこへ入れます。出発してすぐにライフジャケットを着ます。沖へ15分ほど出てパラセーリングが始まり、朝一のせいか景色抜群、朝日とダイヤモンドヘッドが最高でした。よく聞くお尻ぽちゃはされず安心しました。同行の3組は低度でしたが、やはり高度は楽しかったです、おすすめ。
空を満喫し、帰りの送迎は時間通りでした。

I booked single ride for my brother that was visiting from Texas ,he enjoyed it he said it dope the first time he rode a jetski he said 30mins was enough time because anything longer you would just get dizzy because you are just riding in a circle for the 30mins. The guy took us out on the boat and the van driver were both friendly. But I can't say the same for the guy at the booth that checks you in he just had a face like he did not want to be there. But sides that great price,location is perfect . Would recommend!

Captain Tiger was great. Unfortunately, the other travelers were not. Plenty of people complaining about the heat, or weren't satisfied that they hadn't caught anything after 2 mins on the water. Other people intentionally cut off the sinkers so they could fish on the surface, and some almost tangled up in the motor while we were driving because they were impatient. Still caught several fish myself though.

Captain Tiger knows what he's doing, and if you follow his lead you will catch plenty of fish. We had a good haul, catching at least 20-25 fish over the course of the trip. Cooked up the snapper we caught. Would definitely do it again.

Not sure if they let me out all 800 feet, but the view from the waters off Waikiki is great, you can see Diamond Head Crater and all of the shoreline. Crew are friendly and fun. Only on the water for an hour, but more than enough time to enjoy the experience

I heard that Honolulu has 360 sunny days a year, but we woke up to heavy rain... By the time we went parasailing, the rain had stopped, but we were still under a cloudy sky! Once you're flying, the weather doesn't matter! It was so much fun. The guide was ALL ENGLISH, but we managed to get by with the atmosphere... (laughs) I've done parasailing a few times in Hawaii, but this was my first time off the coast of Honolulu, and parasailing while looking at the hotels of Honolulu and Diamond Head was the best! I participated in this optional tour for the first time. We were blessed with good weather and the conditions were perfect. Although we were the only ones at 150 meters, the sailing time was the longest, and we could enjoy views of the blue ocean, Waikiki Beach, and Diamond Head that are usually not visible. I don't speak English at all, but I had no problems enjoying myself. If I had to mention a downside, the hotel pickup was about 20 minutes late. Well, this kind of delay is acceptable in Hawaii. You absolutely have to do this at least once in your life! The view was amazing and felt so refreshing, even more than the height! In the end, I fell into the sea, haha. The English guide was kind, funny, and made it enjoyable. There were times when the boat slowed down and I felt a bit of a sway, so I think it would be good to have some motion sickness medication just in case! I also bought some photos as a memory (they took over 100 pictures for us). I will never forget that stunning view of Waikiki.

The kayaking experience to the uninhabited island was wonderful. Paddling out into the blue ocean by my own strength felt really good. However, the distance from the place where we rented the kayak to the sea was quite long, which was pretty tough. Also, since a lot of time was spent on the pre-activity briefing, the time we had to play with the kayak was surprisingly short. The pizza for lunch was delicious.

We've been to Oahu a couples of times and have always done different excursions. By far BOB's underwater scooter was the best one we have ever done! Everything from the pick to the drop off to our hotel was a great experience! Everyone on their team was extremely courteous and friendly. The water scooter itself was such an amazing experience. It was very easy and comfortable to ride the scooters. To be that comfortable and see the beauty of the underwater life was breathe taking. I high recommend not only this excursion but this company of you are looking for a lifetime of amazing memories!

I experienced surfing for the first time in Hawaii! I had heard that the waves in Hawaii are beginner-friendly, so I thought if I was going to try it, it should be in Hawaii. I challenged myself with my brother and cousin! Besides us, there were also a Japanese parent-child pair and two groups from English-speaking countries, making a total of about 11 people.

The lesson was said to be in English, but the explanation on land was given by someone who could speak Japanese. I was able to understand the basics here. The final explanation before entering the sea was in English, but I understood it.

The trainer also spoke some simple Japanese! There were even some who could speak quite a bit of Japanese. At first, I was worried if I could do it, but once I got into the sea, I was amazed by the clarity of the water. And to my surprise, I was able to stand up on my first wave (laughs). Truly, it’s Hawaii! Truly, it’s the trainer! I had so much fun and challenged myself multiple times!

I think experiencing this in Hawaii was the right choice for me. I gained confidence from doing well, and I feel like I might get hooked on surfing! If I go to Hawaii again, I’ll definitely do it again!

初めてのサーフィンを、ハワイで体験しました！ハワイの波は初心者向けというのを昔聞いた事があったので、やるならハワイでと思っていました。弟と従姉妹と3人でチャレンジ！私達の他に日本人親子の方、
英語圏のグループの方が2組いて、全部で11人くらいいました。
英語でのレッスンと書いてありましたが、陸上での説明は日本語が話せる方がしてくれました。やり方など大体の事はここで理解出来ます。海に入る前の最終説明は英語でしたが、理解出来ました。
トレーナーさんも簡単な日本語で話してくれます！中には日本語が結構話せる方もいました。
最初は自分に出来るか不安でしたが、いざ海に入るとまず海の透明度に驚きました。そして初めての波乗りは、まさかの1発で立てました（笑）さすがハワイ！さすがトレーナーさん！と思いました。楽しくて何度も挑戦しました！
ハワイで体験した事が、私にとって正解だったと思います。上手く出来たことで自信がついたし、サーフィンにハマりそうです！またハワイに行ったらお願いします！

During the Obon holiday period, we were the only Japanese people there. The handsome staff member gave us instructions in Japanese, so we had no trouble at all.

They offered to take photos for $30, so we decided to go for it. They give you a CD right on the spot. There seemed to be a scratch on the lens, so every photo has a mark on it, but that's part of its charm. They even included some landscape photos.

The pictures are a bit monotonous since we're just flying, but only the staff can take photos of us up there (if you try to take turns in a group, you can only get tiny pictures since you can't stand up to take photos), so I thought $30 was a bit pricey, but I don't regret it at all☆

It felt really nice, so I want to go again.

I didn't experience the scary trolley that others mentioned; it was just normal driving.
