A great location to view the Waikiki fireworks at midnight to ring in the New Year. However, do not attempt if you get sea sick easily, no matter how many Dramamine you take! 3/4 of the guests got sea sick last night. Rough waters = sea sick.
The food and dessert was great. We had a nice size steak, and a nice lobster. Dessert was good too.
The hula show was nice. There was a nice singer and a sax player too.
The lady who played the ukulele was nice, but could have played more. There were times w no music at all.
I recommend this, but not with bad weather. We took a chance because we booked this trip for New Year’s Eve, but will not do it again if rough waters are out n about.

Unfortunately, the weather on the day was not great, so the event was held indoors. However, the spacious indoor setting was not a problem at all. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, additional drinks, and the food thoroughly, and the main show, despite being hosted in English, was moving. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I believe the experience is worth it.

The seats were at the edge, so I couldn't see the stage very well. It was a round table for eight, but the seats inside the table were free seating, so it's a good idea to arrive early. We were seated at a central window table. There was a leak from the ceiling (it was a sunny day).

Right after we started our meal, water droplets began falling onto our food and clothes. Our clothes were ruined, and of course, we couldn't eat. Three groups, including us, totaling eight people, faced this unfortunate situation.

Everyone was quite mature about it; no one got angry or excited. Instead, there were wry smiles of disbelief. But the mood definitely plummeted! It took a long time for them to respond, and as the countdown approached, we were finally moved to a new table and given food near the dimly lit back of the ship, close to the door leading outside the cabin.

We were looked at with puzzled expressions by other guests. We couldn't see the show in front of us, and our appetite had already vanished.

Despite splurging on a good seat, it turned into the worst countdown that I will remember for a lifetime. Of course, the captain did offer an apology...

I'm not sure about the standard seats, but the seats at the very back were arranged as round tables for 5-6 people, and you could see the stage directly, so that might have been better. The show is conducted in English, but there was someone who explained the process of making clothes from tree bark in Japanese.

Dinner was late, but it was delicious and I finished it all. Around 11:50 PM, everyone started moving upstairs for the countdown. It was an amazing atmosphere, different from the countdowns in Japan. The fireworks were beautiful and I could see them well as they went off right in front of me. I'm glad I participated since it was a New Year's Eve special event!

ディナーの時間は遅いですが美味しく完食しました。23時50分ころからカウントダウンのため、みんな上階へ移動し始めます。日本でのカウントダウンとは違ったすごい盛り上がりでした。花火はとてもきれいで目の前で上がるのでよく見れました。大晦日限定なので参加して良かったと思います！

We participated as a family.
The show had various types, including performances for men only, women only, modern styles, and introductions to Hawaiian royalty, so we were never bored. It was a bit amusing to see the same dancers come out multiple times in different costumes. According to a hula expert in our group, the level of hula was also very high.
The food was delicious, but when we were leisurely eating, they started clearing things away around 7 PM. (I wanted a second helping of watermelon...)
There were times when the timing of the table attendant didn't match up with our drink orders, but their service was very pleasant.
However, I felt the price was a bit high...?

I booked a premium seat. Due to bad weather, the show was indoors, and the seat I was assigned was at the very end of a table among several in front of the stage, facing away from the stage at the back of a long table. It was neither the front row nor the second row as stated in the premium seat plan. There were also some troubles, and I couldn't enjoy it at all. The content of the show and the staff's response were also lacking. I might have had too high expectations just because it was at the Royal Hawaiian. After returning home, I contacted Veltra about the day's events, and they provided a discount refund. Veltra's response was quick and very good, which gave me peace of mind. Next time, I will book another Hawaiian show.

ショーの内容もスタッフ対応もいまいちです。
ロイヤルハワイアンだからと期待しすぎていたのかもしれません。
帰国後、当日の内容をVeltraへ連絡したら料金の値引き返金をしてもらえました。
Veltraの対応は迅速でとてもよく、安心できました。
次回は他のハワイアンショーを予約します。
