This is my second time. Last time, I went there by rental car, but I struggled with securing parking and paying for parking fees, so this time I requested a free shuttle service. The shuttle arrived on time at a nearby hotel, and we were dropped off at the same place on the way back. The hotel was in Waikiki, and we returned in less than two hours. It's a nice and relaxing dinner cruise. The price is great and they have free pick-up from Waikiki. I had dinner on the top deck and the views from Waikiki are amazing. The food was good and the steak was freshly grilled for us. We got welcome drinks and there are other drinks available for purchase. The boat is spacious and the crew was very friendly. They played local music, there's a hula girl, ukulele player and even fire knife dance at the end. Thank you Capt. Chuck & Capt. Tiger for being such great hosts, my friend and I had a great time at the Prince Kuhio.

I was nervous about whether we would make it since our pickup was over 30 minutes late. A young American couple waiting next to us asked, "Where is it going?" When I showed them my voucher, we realized we were on the same tour, and they contacted the tour company for us, which was a relief. The atmosphere on the boat wasn't bad, but it seemed a bit off for us. The only time it really got lively was during the fireworks. Well, the main purpose was to see the fireworks from the sea, so my husband and I thought, "Well, it's okay," as we returned home. Ah, it’s hard to say we had a lot of fun, though.

This was by far the highlight of our vacation and ending it on top of the world with beautiful boat ride. The dinner was excellent for the price. The boat was absolutely amazing and entertaining starting with a great captain. The Hula dance was beautiful. The Friday night boat ride ended with a fabulous Fireworks show and incredible Fire Show. I guarantee you this is a show you will love from the beautiful boat, to the amazing scenery, awesome food, beautiful Hula dancing, incredible Fire Show and Amazing Fireworks. This experience was well worth the great price. We will definitely book this experience again! Thank you for an awesome time and help build cherished memories!

We really enjoyed the Makani Dinner Sail. Booking was easy through the website and the pick-up instructions were clear. When we arrived at the Illikai at the appointed time, the shuttle driver greeted us by name and we were off!

On board, the crew was super-friendly and low-key, not uptight or scoldy at all, which is always nice when you're out on an adult dinner cruise. And I was really happy that once we got out into open water, the captain shut off the engines and proceeded under sail. Much nicer ambiance without the diesels droning. Drinks were perfectly fine. My only critique would be food quality. The buffet they rolled out was perfectly fine for a boomer reunion picnic but as a picky millennial, I would happily pay a little extra per ticket for a level-up on the dinner spread. Maybe audition a few new caterers? Just didn't think it was at the same standard as everything else. Overall though, a really lovely break from Waikiki!

I was a bit anxious because the pickup didn't arrive on time. The parasailing staff spoke Japanese, and the views were amazing; it was so much fun overall. They took a lot of photos, which became great memories. In the end, we splashed into the sea, but it was so well done that there was nothing but enjoyment! I'm planning to go to Hawaii again, and I want to experience this once more!

My first parasailing experience! The staff were locals and explained everything in English, which made me a bit anxious, but they kindly guided us even though we couldn't speak English, so there were no issues! The time spent in the air was longer than I expected and very comfortable! If you have a GoPro or similar device, I highly recommend bringing it! I only had my phone, so I had to leave it behind, but a Japanese couple who participated with us kindly took some photos of me from below with my phone! I have the stunning views etched in my memory, but I do regret not being able to capture the scenery from above in photos!

The tour ended in the morning, but even after arriving at the hotel, I still felt nauseous until the evening, which was tough. This was a really fun outing and I highly recommend. You get a good few hours on a spacious catamaran. The staff were all friendly, helpful and funny. Food was delicious and buffet style with vegetarian options which was a plus. Included in the price is pick up and drop off which helped us immensely.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful time on this catamaran, with some good food sitting down on nets while sailing through the Waikiki waterfront. We didn't even go on Friday which includes the fireworks and still think it was more than worth it. Will definitely do it again if I am back in Hawaii in the future.

I had a pleasant experience thanks to the attentive service provided to everyone. However, I was asked if I wanted to take digital camera photos from the air for $30. I said it was okay for $30, but when we reached the shore and I thought I would pay at a hut-like place, I was told that those who were not disembarking immediately should get on the bus. It seemed like most people hadn’t paid.

I received the photo data on an SD card while on the boat.

We used this opportunity to create memories since we came to Hawaii for our honeymoon! I thought it would be tough to do activities after getting tired, so I made a reservation for the first day. However, since we were still unfamiliar with Hawaii, I carefully confirmed the meeting place and prepared with plenty of time!

We were staying at the Sheraton Waikiki, so the meeting point was easy to find at the QuickSilver Blue Trolley stop, but no pickup car arrived no matter how long we waited... 30 minutes passed... I tried to confirm with a car that looked similar, but they kept saying it was a different company. My husband was getting frustrated, insisting that we should just go back to the hotel! I didn't know what to do, and although the confirmation phone number was listed in the email, there wasn't even a public phone nearby. We went back to the hotel, consulted at the Japanese counter, and they finally made the call for us. It turned out the pickup was delayed. I wish we had received an email about the delay. If we hadn't known anything, we would have thought they weren't coming and would have just gone home.

Once we arrived, it seemed we were the ones waiting, as several foreign tourists were happily chatting while waiting, but since I couldn't speak English, I couldn't apologize... I mean, it wasn't our fault that we were late, so it would have been nice to hear something from the driver.

But the foreign tourists were kind and welcoming, which was great!!! The parasailing was very exciting, and we had a fun time waiting on the boat. All the instructions were in English, but I managed to have a wonderful time by mimicking what the previous person did! However, even though I took motion sickness medicine, I still felt a bit queasy due to the boat's rocking combined with the parasailing! A Japanese girl on the same boat also looked very uncomfortable, but there were no words of comfort, probably because they are used to it! I think it's a good idea to bring water or something to distract yourself!

From the boat, we saw a rainbow after the rain, and we were able to take beautiful photos of the rainbow and parasailing! As fellow travelers, I think we could take photos with our smartphones under waterproof covers without needing to buy any! Next time I go, I definitely want to try other activities, but it would have been nice to have at least one way to communicate, like through LINE, in a Wi-Fi environment!

今回新婚旅行でハワイに来たため、思い出づくりとして利用させていただきました！
疲れも溜まってからのアクティビティだと辛さもあると思い初日に予約をしましたが、まだハワイに不慣れな部分もあり、待ち合わせ場所など入念に確認し、時間に余裕を持って準備をしました！
今回はシェラトンワイキキに宿泊していたので待ち合わせはクイックシルバーのブルートロリーの乗り場とわかりやすい場所だったのですが、いくら待っても迎えの車がなく、、そのまま３０分経過、、、。それっぽい車に、不慣れな英語で確認を取るも別の会社だよと断れるばかり。さすがの旦那もイライラが募り、今日はもう仕方ないからホテルに帰る！！と一点張りでどうしたらよいか分からず、確認用の電話番号がメールに記載されているものの、近くに公衆電話すらなく、いったんホテルにもどり、日本語カウンターに相談し、そこから電話をかけてもらい、やっと、送迎が遅れているということがわかりました。遅れているならメールでも連絡がほしかったです。なにも知らなければもう来ないのかと思い、仕方ないから帰ろうと思っていたところでした。送迎の車の中ではムスっとする旦那と気まずい空気。他に日本人の女性2人と同乗し現場へ！着いてからは私たち待ちだったのか、外国人の旅行客が何名かわいわいと待っていましたが、英語も話せないので謝ることもできず、、てゆうか遅れたのは私たちじゃないので、運転手からとか一言あればいいのに何もない。
でも外国人たちは優しく受け入れてくれてよかったです！！！
パラセーリングはとても盛り上がった船上の中で待ち時間もたのしく過ごせましたし、説明は全て英語でしたが、前の人の見よう見まねでとても素晴らしい時間をすごせました！
ただ、船酔いプラスパラセーリングの揺れで酔い止めを飲んでいても私は危うかったです！
同じ船に乗った日本人の女の子もとても辛そうでしたがなんの言葉掛けもなく、きっといつものことだから慣れてるんでしょうね！お水とか、気晴らしになるもの持参した方がいいと思います！
船からは雨上がりの虹も出ていて、虹とパラセーリングのとても綺麗な写真も撮ることができました！同じ旅行者同士、防水カバーをかけてスマホでとりあえば写真も買わなくても良いと思います！次行った時はほかのアクティビティもぜひやってみたいとおもいましたが、wifi の環境下でラインなど、連絡を取りあえる手段がひとつでもあればよかったです！

It was a bit drizzly during the parasailing, but it was amazing to be able to take photos with the rainbow in the background. Most importantly, when I turned around at the top, I saw a circular rainbow. It was my first experience, so it became a great memory. I was a bit anxious about the explanations being mostly in English, except for the important parts, but I was very grateful for the quick response when my friend got seasick. Thank you. However, I was a little worried when the pickup was about 20 minutes late.

ちょっと小雨が降る中のﾊﾟﾗｾｲﾘﾝｸﾞだったので、ﾀﾌﾞﾙの虹をﾊﾞｯｸに写真を撮ることが出来て最高でした。何より一番上に着いたときに後ろを振り返ると円形の虹を見ることがでしました。初めての経験だったので、良い思い出になりました。説明が大事なこと以外は全部英語の説明で不安になることもありましたが、船酔いした友達に気づいて素早く対応していただいたことにはとても助かりました。ありがとうございます。ただ、集合時間20分位過ぎてからのお迎えでちょっと不安にさせられました。

We participated in parasailing for the first time as a family! It was much higher than I expected, and I was so excited. The height and the view were amazing, something you can't experience every day. I want to do it again, even if it's not in Hawaii!
