Had a great time. Limo was excellent and on time both ways to the airport. The drivers, however, didnt speak or talk during the entire drive. We just arrived in Hiawaii and wwere driving to the hotel and did not know anything about what we were passing. The driver could have pointed out a few things to us. other then that, it was beyond expectations.

What a breeze in ordering...What a joy for the clients when they were met with their flower lei greeting. Excellent Service!

Our plane was late arriving from Australia by 2 hours and they had checked the flights and were waiting for us when we got there. limo was clean and driver was very nice. great to ride in comfort after a plane trip of 9 hours!!

I'm sorry I can't remember our lei greeter's name. What a great first impression of Hawaii. She was extremely sweet and interested in what we had planned for our vacation. she was also very helpful in taking us to baggage claim and helping us find our shuttle to our hotel,that was not a requirement, she went over and above our expectations! Thank you for starting our vacation off with that great aloha spirit, we heard so much about, before arriving.

Our family of 5 departed the plane coming from Las Vegas to Oahu. It was an exceptionally long flight due to delays. We were all tired and crabby so it was exciting to see our kids faces light up when they realized not everyone was getting a lei greeting but that our family was! A Hawaiian looking woman was standing with a sign with our name on it! She greeted each of us with a warm smile and "Aloha" and then walked with us to the baggage area chatting the whole time. Our whole family enjoyed it and every first time visitor should do it. I am glad that our greeter was from Hawaiian decent. Another family had a greeting and their greeter was definitely from the mainland. I would NOT have been happy if that had been us!

My husband was very much surprised to be met at the airport by a greeter with fresh lei's for us...the leis lasted very well...the greeter was very helpful in getting us to baggage claim and to the airport shuttle we had selected. Mahalo.

The activity was great. the greeter was welcoming and helped out a lot. I would recommend this to anyone.

This was a great way to be greeted on our first trip to Hawaii. I surprised my wife and we were both thrilled. A must for first-timers!

Thank you to the lovely young lady who held up the sign with our name on it, as we got off of our airplane! She had a nice big smile, and she greeted us with warm hospitality and friendliness. She offered to take our picture, and she kindly asked if she could answer any questions for us. She was a sweet first impression for our visit. Thank you!

The company was late by nearly 1/2 an hour (apparently vehicle issue or double booked, not sure why), but they compensated by upgrading the vehicle that was sent. The trip to airport did not provide water during transfer, which we were counting on...especially after sitting outside for 1/2 hour without any...since this was our first round-trip transfer with this company, not sure if they make a habit of it or if was the hurry of getting us a vehicle replacement...as the vehicles were top of the line, I'd try them again and hopefully they would provide water both ways and be on time. The trip from the airport to the hotel was perfect and on time with water provided...so assume the transfer back wasn't the norm...I saw other limos from other companies on the island and I was SO glad we hadn't used them (old limos, damaged limos)!!! The drivers were both very good.

To make my boyfriend's first visit to Hawaii extra special I ordered a lei greeting for him at the airport departure gate. He was so surprised and thankful. The "wahine" that greeted us was very personable and offered assistance. She was on time and the sign she held was easily visible for us to see. I would definitely recommend this service to my fellow friends and family. Mahalo Honolulu Lei Greetings!

The lei greeting was a nice suprise for my friend. The lei was fresh orchids and it was beautiful.The lady who gave us the lei was not dressed Hawai'ian, and she put the lei around the neck. Latter we were stopped on the street and a local resident moved the lei's so they rested on our shoulder(this is the way it should be and the way it looks nice). I would like to have the presenter of the lei dressed at least in colorful Hawai'ian cloths and the lei put on us the right way. The lady was non-the-less very helpful and did guide us to the front of the airport where the limo was to pick us up. Thank you "Hawaii Activities".

I totally recommend this lei greeting for first-timers to Hawaii if you are not being met by anyone. Your first visit and the spirit of Aloha begins with the lei greeting. Hawaii begins and continues with Aloha and love, even after your trip is over.

This was a great first impression after travelling so long. The greeters were full of Aloha. They were right outside our arrival gate. Sign was just as we requested & the smiles were even better.

Excellent Lei greeter....

My wife and I had a great time. She is an experienced rider, but I was a novice. We both had a great deal of fun. Our guide, Michael, gave us a tour on the way out and back - we saw dolphins and watched the surfers. He also gave us a close-up view of one one of the reefs in the high surf conditions. It was awesome! The waverunner experience was really great. Though it seems that 30 minutes isn't a lot of time, let me assure you that we were more than ready to come in when the time was up. If you have never ridden in the ocean or in moderate surf conditions, be aware that it does take a lot of effort. You will feel it the next day (ok, we're in our 40's). We'll do it again when we come back!

The Limo arrived on time, and we were treated to a brand-new H3 stretch! The driver was courteous and helpful, and he made my wife and I feel comfortable. We got on the expressway, and the traffic started to back up. There had been a accident, and the delay would have made us miss our plane. Fortunately, the driver was able to get off the expressway and get around the accident. We made it to the airport with time to spare! I was so thankfull we had a driver!! there were three people who missed our flight because they were stalled in the traffic. This was worth every cent!

A great and easy way of getting from the airport! My new wife had never taken a limo, so this was a great surprise for her when we arrived in Honolulu. Wasn't so much more than a taxi.

We were in an airline-induced stupor getting off of the plane after the 9.5 hour flight. As directed, we called Platinum as soon as we retreived our bags. In approximately 3 minutes, the longest Lincoln Navigator I've ever seen pulled up, and the driver energetically loaded our bags and helped us into the limo. A ten-passenger stretch is a little overkill for my wife and I, but we certainly enjoyed the ride to the hotel. The driver even took our picture. I'm soooo happy that we didn't have to drive ourselves, as the trafic and one-way streets would have just aggravated our arrival. I'm glad we have the return trip to the airport booked with Platinum as well!

The entire booking process for Platinum Limosines was quite simple. One reccomendation is for them to arrange pick up at a specific baggage carousel and have the names of the people they are waiting for on a sign. My husband and I walked around the Hololulu airport unsure where our car would be or even what it would look like. We tried to phone the number as listed on our itinerary but it did not work. So we asked an airport employee to assist us and they were able to phone the driver. Once we were in the stretch limosine and on our way it was very relaxing and the driver was extremely friendly. He was respectful enough to roll up the driver shade so my husband and I could have our privacy. One concern in the car was that the champagne/wine glasses were dirty and there was empty bottles in the cooler. It would've been nice to have the option to have some wine but at the very least clean glasses. Another thing- remember to get change so you can tip your driver. We unfortunately didn't h

This was a wonderful experience. The Makani staff were very funny and friendly. Food was great. We had a very good time and would definetly recommend this activity.
