Our greeter was very friendly and seemed to be hawaiian, which was good. This was exactly what we paid for and expected.

The young lady that was there to greet us was very nice and friendly. She offered to take our picture - a thoughtful gesture. It was a surprise for my husband and he enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

The service was ourstanding and the drivers 5-star. i remember Matt as he took to the airport for departure but the one who picked us up when we arrived was equally wonderful and friendly.

The girl that greeted us was very friendly and we got our first impression of the Aloha Spirit. I ordered the lei as a surprise for my wife. She was very surprised and thrilled to start her trip with flowers. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Hawaii; especially if this is your first trip or a special occassion such as a honeymoon. Mahalo and Aloha!

My wife loved getting the Lei and was completely surprised. After we got the lei and walked toward the baggage claim, several women said "How did she get a lei so quick" Great job and thanks, Jim.

A wonderful smiling Hawaiian girl greeted us. She was very happy to go along with our picture taking.

Was very convenient! There was a huge Taxi line when we arrived and all we had to do was call our limo driver (Reni) and off we went! I found our driver to be very professional and friendly.

Our family of 11 was so happy with the class act limo we had transport to and from the airport. Thanks, and will use again.

They exceeded our expectations by waiting an additional hour as the airline had lost our luggage and we had to stay to make a claim.

I would whole heartedly recommend this transportation method. We were picked up on time at the Airport and transported to our cruise ship efficiently , and in an upgraded vehicle. This really was a nice, comfortable and upscale way to start our vacation. One of the reasons I booked this for our group (9 family members from various areas of Canada) was that with so many people and so much luggage I did not want to make last minute arrangements and the cruise ship was asking 35/head to transport us to the ship which when you add that up (315.00) we were far better off with the $140.00 charge for the black excursion trip, and we went in style (plus a well deserved tip for the driver).
I would use this service again and indeed I tried to on the way back to the airport, but they were fully booked, so I would suggest you book well in advance to be sure.

The only item I wanted to address was that I am consistently told to meet the car on the non-valet side of the hotel, however, the driver is always waiting on the curb at the valet area- seems strange.
The roof was leaking in the car, didn`t affect our ride as there were only two of us in the car. I also book a sedan and usually receive a limo, seems like a waste of space and gas unless it is all that is available.

MY WIFE WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED WITH THE "LEI". I HAD PROMISED HER 31 YRS AGO THAT I WOULD TAKE HER TO HAWAII AND I WANTED TO MAKE IT VERY SPECIAL FOR HER.

It was our first trip to Hawaii so thought it was a great idea to get a Lei Greeting at the airport. Our flight was a little delayed, but they were right there waiting for us. The lei's were beautiful and smelled fantastic! I was glad we got them!

I had ordered a lei to be given to my sister on our trip to Hawaii. She had made it possible for me to go and I wanted her to feel special when we arrived. A beautiful girl was waiting at the airport with a beautiful lei for my sister and she even had an extra one that she gave to me. My sister's was a bigger one with an assortment of flowers but it was nice to feel so special shen we arrived. Beautiful!!Thanks!

It was my mother's, dad's and aunt's first time to Hawaii, so I orderd Lei's for all of us (7 all together). Everyone was so surprised and pleased and I saw a tear in their eyes..! Their reactions and smiles were so worth the price. If it is your first time to Hawaiii, a Lei is a most!!! Our flight was 2 hours late, but the greeter was there when we were!!!!
