We had lined up a limo to pick us up at our resort to make sure that we made it to the airport in time. The limo company upgraded us to eh H2 Hummer limo for free. We also had the same driver that picked us up at the airport the weekend before. Marc remembered us and and asked about our trip.

Gave the lei greeting to our daughter and her fiance. She said it was beautiful and that it started the island vacation off to a wonderful start! The greeter was very friendly and even went out of her way to escort them to baggage claim!

It was really nice to be greeted at the airport with leis after our 9 hour flight. The lady was waiting at the gate for us and she was very friendly - she gave me a hug along with my lei :) Our orchid leis were very beautiful and full - we received numerous compliments on them. It was a very nice way to be welcomed to Hawaii on our honeymoon!

After such a long flight (over 9 hrs), it was great to be greeted with the beautiful leis provided by Honolulu Lei Greetings. Their representative was very welcoming. She physically showed us to the baggage claim area and answered all of our questions about leaving the airport. She even made suggestions that saved us time going to the rental car lots. Thank you for helping us start our Oahu vacation with a smile!

Even though our flight was 1 & 1/2 hours late from Chicago the greeter was at the gate, Lei's in hand with the family name on a placard waiting for our flight!!!

Our plane, from LA, was 4 hours late at Honolulu international airport, but the girl was there, waiting for us with our leis. It was great !

My husband was so surprised by the leis and it was truely a great start to a wonderful trip.

Our experience was just rount-trip luxury shuttle service from the Honolulu airport to the Sheraton Waikiki. The drivers were both very courteous and drove smoothly. Our pickup at the airport was delayed by baggage delivery at the termindal, but the driver was still very courteous, patient, and helpful. We were picked up in a new clean Lincoln Navigator and offered sodas and water. Our return pickup to the airport was on time and this time in a Navigator stretch limo. It was great service both times and we will surely use this service again!

Very prompt service, our driver was very friendly,our plane was a little late,but the driver called us to let us know he was there at the airport, ready to pick us up...highly recommend!!!

Our experience with our Lei greeting was awesome. We had a woman named Melia (I think that is the spelling). She was wonderful. She was holding up the sign with our name and she was very visable and we were greeted with a welcoming smile and hug. After that she brought us to our luggage and waited there with us until we got our luggage and then she made sure we found our Ilima driver for our ride to our hotel. On the walk to the luggage she suggested some things to do and see while we were in Honolulu. Our experience was great and we would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Our flight got in and hour early! They were there with smiles! Quality of the Leis were out of this world. Our greeter was polite and willing to do whatever was necessary to make our trip a memorable one. She offered to escort through out the airport if needed. She handled our 5 year old daughter as a princess and newly crowned hula girl.
You would be remiss if you do not spend the little required to have this memorable event in your travels.

Our greeter, Leilani, was at arrival gate with 2 beautiful leis and a huge smile. She walked us to transportation after calling town car company, took pictures for us, and waited with us until the car arrived, never failing to smile and chat freely. The leis have lasted over 3 days and still look fabulous!

My family member was surprised by the lei greeting, however, I was expecting a little more excitement from our greeter. Definitely a nice treat for a first time visitor or a loved one.

I reserved a limo for transportation from the airport to our hotel, I "ordered" a "stretch", imagine my surprise when the limo that greeted us was a Hummer!!! My daughter was THRILLED. This was only slightly more expensive than a taxi and very well worth the extra!!! Our driver was courteous and professional and it was a blast being on the inside watching people who no doubt were wondering, "who is that in there", as we do when we see a limo go by. I would recommend this to all and if I am fortunate enough to return to the islands any time soon, will be booking another ride through Hawaii Activities!!!

Beautiful greeting. As others have said, the person who met us was extremely helpful, very friendly and full of valuable advice. She went above and beyond what was expected!

Requested the transfer with a Spanish Speaking driver and he was most courteous, polite and helpful.
Would not hesitate to reccommend them at all.

I was in town for the Pro Bowl, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded from Lincoln Navigator Limo to the Hummer Limo. I don't know the reason, and I don't really care (LOL)....,but I'm grateful. I scored big points w/ my buddies for pulling out all the stops. The drivers were punctual and accomodating (as it relates to taking pictures for us, and pointing out points of interest on the island). In the future, I hope Platinum Limo gives the option of having a stocked bar, even if its w/ snacks and juice/soda beverages, since they can't serve alcohol.

The staff is very polite, punctual. She provides quality service to my families.

Great experience for anyone arriving in Hawaii! The greeter was waiting with a name sign and welcome message just as ordered online. She gave us each a lovely, full flowered orchid lei where many other people on our flight receiving lei greetings were getting a lei with a large space between the flowers. We ordered the standard lei greeting, so I would imagine the deluxe ones would be even more beautiful. She chatted with us while taking us to the baggage claim area and gave us some great ideas for sightseeing etc. I'd highly recommend this company!

Marvelous experience! They went above and beyond our expectations. We booked a regular limo as a surprise for a family member and were upgraded to a stretch hummer at no extra cost - what a wonderful surprise! The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. The friendly, courteous driver was very attentive. The cost was less than a cab ride quoted by several other companies. Great start to a vacation!

Our greeter was right there waiting for us when we got off the plane, She had a sign saying happy 30th anniversary that was great, It was awesome to be greeted that way. She walked us all the way to the baggage claim and helped up find the shuttle personnel to get us on the right track. She was GREAT! The flowers were fresh and beautiful everyone at the airport had their eyes on us. Yes I would do it again! Out of all the lei's we got in hawaii these were the BEST!!!!

The lei was beautiful (we went with the superior lei). The greeter was very friendly and helpful!

I arranged for the lei greeting to surprise my son and his new bride. Their flight was 3 hours late but at 1 am they were greeted at the gate...that is above and beyond the call of duty! If only the car rental people had been so customer oriented. Thanks for being there. I would have read your comment board guidelines but they were in Japanese!

ORDER 3 LEI'S FOR THE KIDS AND DIDN'T TELL THEM.FLIGHT WAS 2 HOURS LATE SO ACCORDING TO THE VOUCHER IF THEY MISS YOU AT THE AIRPORT THEY WOULD DELIVER TO HOTEL.WHEN WE DEPLANED THERE SHE WAS AND THE KIDS LOVED IT.THE NICE YOUNG GIRL EVEN WALKED US HALFWAY TO BAGGAGE CLAIM.THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

My Girl freind was totally surprised, and really felt SPECIAL because the other people getting off the plane got nothing, a really nice way to start a loving vacation.
