Very well done. The young lady was very attentive and gracious. She helped make the experience very pleasant for all of us.

My Neice was traveling to Oahu from LA. Her plane had engine damage and she had to wait for a new plane. She was overwhelmed & extremely upset that her departure was delayed almost an entire day. I thought I'd cheer her by having her Lei'd at her arrival. It was short notice, I could not get anyone to do it. Than I called Veltra, I explained my situation. After some checking the very nice gal told me they could arrange it, my niece was arriving in just 3 hours. I am so greatful. Thank you!

Since I was traveling alone, I used this service because taking a taxi would be more expensive. It significantly reduces costs compared to a taxi.

From the airport to the hotel, it took longer because there were several pickups at the airport and the hotel also had multiple stops. There was also a bit of waiting time for the shuttle bus at the airport.

If you are traveling with a family of four, I think a taxi would be more convenient and faster, with costs not being that different. However, for solo travelers, this service is a great ally.

一人旅だった為に、一人でタクシーを利用すると割高になるために、利用しました。タクシーに比べて大幅なコストダウンです。
空港からからホテルまでは、空港で何箇所かピックアップをしたこと、ホテルも何箇所かまわるということがあり、タクシーに比べて時間はかかります。空港の場合は、シャトルバスを待つ時間もすこしありました。
4人家族で利用するのであれば、タクシーのほうが便利で早く、コストもそれほど変わらないとは思いますが、一人旅には強い見方です。

I went alone as a man who can't speak English. Everything was in English, but the driver was cheerful and very talkative, while also being subtly considerate, which was helpful. The interior of the car was spacious and nice. It was just me, a parent and child from Australia, and a woman traveling alone from Europe.

英語が話せない男一人で行きました。すべて英語ではありますが、ドライバーが陽気で、話し放題だったですが、微妙に程よい気遣いもしてくれて、助かりました。車内もゆったりで良かったです。オーストラリアからの親子とヨーロッパからの女性一人と自分でした。

I thought I would easily find the group exit since I was wearing a red aloha shirt, but I couldn't find it at all. I even tried the individual exit, thinking it might be a different one, but still no luck. By the time I went back to search, it had already been an hour since my arrival.

I had no choice but to ask the JTB representative I had arranged my trip with. They helped me search and even made contact.

To my surprise, they said, "At the individual exit, there's someone in a purple aloha shirt." Wasn't it supposed to be red at the group exit?

Moreover, they said they couldn't reach the person, so I was asked to look for them. The JTB representative also helped with a major search.

Then, I found him. He was sitting to the side, doing a crossword puzzle, showing no intention of looking for me at all. The JTB representative had to firmly tell him, and only then did he finally realize.

To make matters worse, the lei was in a plastic bag, lacking any charm. The card he handed me had different writing than what I had requested.

I wasted both time and money. I want a refund.

団体出口、赤色のアロハシャツということで、すぐ見つかるだろうと思っていたのですが、全く見つからず。
違う出口かと思って個人の方も行ってみたのですがまた見つからず。
戻って探している間にすでに到着から一時間。

仕方なく旅行を依頼していたJTBの人に聞いてみたら、探してくれたり、さらには連絡をとってくれました。

すると、驚くことに、
「個人出口」で、「紫」のアロハシャツ。
は、団体出口、赤では？？

しかも連絡がつかないから、こちらから探してくれと言われたとのこと。
JTBの人も手伝ってくれて大捜索。

すると、いました。
脇に腰かけて、クロスワードをしているおじさん。
探す気なんてさらさらありません。
JTBの人があきれた感じで強く言ってくれて、やっと気づいたくらい。

しかもレイはポリ袋の中。全く情緒なんてありません。
渡してくれたカードもこちらが依頼していたものとは違う文字。


時間とお金を無駄にしました。
返金を求めたいです。

I used this service for the first time. Initially, I thought about taking a public bus or taxi after arriving at the destination, but after reading various magazines, I found that it was more convenient to book a shuttle bus, so I made a reservation through this website. The booking process was easy, and after arriving in Honolulu, just as mentioned in the materials, a person in a yellow aloha shirt greeted me with a shell necklace. They also helped carry my luggage to the bus stop. There was a bit of a wait until everyone gathered, but there were no particular issues. We arrived at the hotel in no time while enjoying the scenery outside. I will definitely use this service again the next time I visit Hawaii. Thank you very much.

初めて利用させていただきました。最初は現地に到着してから公共のバスかタクシーを利用しようと思ってましたが、雑誌などいろいろ読んでるとやはり送迎バスを予約しておいたほうが便利と書かれてましたので、こちらのウェブサイトから予約しました。予約も簡単で、ホノルルに到着してからも資料に書かれてる通り、黄色いアロハシャツの方が貝殻の首飾りで出迎えてくださいました。また、バス乗り場まで荷物を運んで下さいました。全員が揃うまで少し時間がありましたが、特に問題はなかったです。ホテルまでも外の景色を楽しみながらあっという間に到着しました。また次回ハワイに行った時は利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

From the check-in at the counter to boarding the shuttle bus, I was able to arrive at the hotel very smoothly with hardly any waiting.

カウンターでの受付からシャトルバスに乗るまで、ほとんど待たされることなく、大変スムーズにホテルまで到着することができました。

I wanted to get a Lei greeting for my wife on our arrival in Honolulu, and I contracted with Hawaii Activities for an Orchid/Ti leaf lei for my wife and a Ti leaf lei for myself. First our plane was late and the greeter was still there right on time at our arrival, and second the leis were very well done, with my wife's Orchid lei being really beautiful. I was happy with how it turned out, and would recommend these people to others who are coming to Hawaii.

It took a little time for the bus to arrive, but I was able to get to the hotel safely without the hassle of catching a taxi, thanks to being able to communicate in Japanese.

バスがくるまで少し時間がかかりましたが、タクシーを拾う手間もなく、日本語で安心してホテルまで行くことができました。

Although they weren't Japanese staff, they welcomed us with broken Japanese and smiles! Since there were people from different countries, there was a 10-minute wait due to varying arrival times, but it wasn't a bother. Thank you very much.

日本語スタッフではなかったけど、カタコトの日本語と笑顔で迎えてくれました！

It was a short shuttle ride from Honolulu to Waikiki, and the driver was studying Japanese, which made the atmosphere in the vehicle feel very homey. It wasn't just a simple transfer; it turned into a delightful part of the journey. I was able to chat with the other passengers and had a wonderful time.

ホノルルからワイキキまでの短い時間のシャトルですが、日本語を勉強中のドライバーの方で、車内はアットホームでただの送迎でなく、旅の楽しい時間となりました。同乗した方とも会話し楽しいじかんを過ごせました。

Due to the construction of a new hotel on the premises and possible vehicle entry restrictions, I was worried because the shuttle bus didn't arrive for a while. It seems that a group of Chinese tourists and another group of foreigners were communicating cheerfully, which caused a delay of nearly an hour. We departed for the airport right away and, for some reason, only arrived a little late but safely. As expected from the local driver, thank you very much!

敷地内にホテル新築中で車の入場制限がある為なのか、送迎バスが中々来なくて心配でした。同じバスに乗る予定の中国人グループと外人グループが賑やかに連絡したらしく１時間近く遅れて到着。直ぐに空港へ出発し何故か少し遅れた位だけで無事到着。さすが現地ドライバーさん、有り難う御座いました。

It's been a while since I visited Oahu. I usually use it on the Big Island, so this time I used it without hesitation. We were the only Japanese couple, and the rest were older foreign couples, but everyone was very friendly, and the transfer went by in no time. In particular, the foreign driver's loud voice providing information about the surroundings was easy to understand and very helpful.

久し振りのオアフ島。いつもハワイ島で利用させて頂いてましたので今回は迷わず利用させて頂きました。日本人は私たち夫婦のみで後の十数人は年配の外人夫婦でしたが皆さん大変フレンドリーで、あっという間の送迎でした。特に外人ドライバーの大きい声での周辺案内は分かりやすく、とても参考になりました。

We were met by a very cheerful person and the Lei's were beautiful. She took us to the baggage area and continued to tell us about the island and provide suggestions on what to do. Awesome way to start our vacation.

We were originally scheduled for a shared transfer, but we ended up having a speedy private transfer to the hotel. It took about 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive at the airport, but given the price, I was satisfied with it.☆

混載の予定でしたが、たまたま私たちのみの送迎でスピーディにホテルまで送迎いただけました。空港でシャトルバスが到着するまでに20分程度かかりましたが、このお値段なので納得です☆

They arrive almost on time, and there is enough space inside the vehicle, so it doesn't feel cramped even with carry-on luggage. The driver greeted me with a smile, which was very nice.

ほぼ時間通りに来てくれるし、車内にも余裕があるので手荷物で持っていても窮屈感がないです。
ドライバーさんも笑顔で迎えて下さり、とても良かったです。

The pickup time was almost perfect, and I was able to board immediately with just my carry-on luggage. I was able to sit comfortably in my seat, and it was very pleasant. I would like to use this service again next time.

absolutely wonderful!! so nice and the couple we traveled with had never been to hawaii and they were thrilled with the special attention and great smile of your gal she even took a photo for us and offered to walk to baggage area with us if we needed help

They arrived on time, which was great. The female shuttle driver was quite unfriendly, but the person who greeted us was nice.

シャトルの運転手の女の人はかなり無愛想でしたが、迎えの方はいい人でした。

I quickly noticed them holding a paper with names on it. The person in charge was Japanese.
The voucher was not checked.
The shuttle took a while to arrive, and we waited quite a bit, but I think that's just due to traffic conditions, so it can't be helped.
The shuttle itself was neither good nor bad. However, I often forget to prepare tips, so including the tip is appreciated.

名前の書いてある紙を持ってまわってくれているのですぐ気がつけました。担当の方は日本人でした。
バウチャーは確認されませんでした。
シャトルがなかなか来なくて結構待ちましたが、これは交通事情とかあると思うので仕方のない事ですね。
シャトル自体は可もなく不可もなく。ただチップの用意を忘れる事が多いのでチップ込みは有難いです。

Marilyn was extremely polite and welcoming at the beginning of the flight. She offered to take a nice picture of us and waited until the baggage arrived. Which was a pretty long time. All in all the perfect surprise for my wife

Great experience! Hawaiian Lei greeting was a huge surprise for my family. They were extremely excited. Even though I didn't get all the Leis I ordered, initially, our hostesses went above and beyond. She actually mailed our two kukui necklaces to our hotel. AMAZING!!!!!

I used the round trip from the airport to the hotel. There was a bit of a wait when heading to the hotel from the airport, but the return trip from the hotel to the airport was very smooth.

空港からホテルまでの往復を利用しました。空港からホテルへ向かうときは少し待たされましたが、ホテルから空港へ帰るときは大変スムーズでした。

At the airport, a Japanese guide welcomed us. However, the pickup car took a long time to arrive. The guide also seemed a bit troubled. When the car finally arrived, the driver didn't seem to know which hotels to go to, and he kept going back to check and ask. There may have been some trouble, but I would appreciate a bit more confirmation in advance.

空港では日本人ガイドの方が出迎えてくれました。しかし、迎えの車がなかなか来ない。ガイドさんも少し困ってる様子。やっときた車の運転手さんはどこのホテルに回るのか把握できていないようで、何度も確認しに行ったり聞いてきたり。何かトラブルがあったのかもしれませんが、もう少し事前の確認をお願いしたいです。

I requested a round trip with this shuttle. Both going and returning, I had to wait and wait! My frustration level was at 100%. It might be impossible for those who are short on time.

往復をこのシャトルにお願いしました。行きも帰りも待つ待つ！イライラ度100％でした。

I would recommend this service to anyone. After a long trip from Australia we were greeted by our Driver who looked impeccable. He took our suitcases and gave us a very comfortable ride to our hotel, while giving us some information about the Island along the way.

We used this for our honeymoon trip.
Since our hotel was the first drop-off location, we were on the bus for about 20 minutes!
Even if it hadn't been the first stop, I think it would still be quite fast.
For around 1,700 yen, I'm satisfied with this.
However, I gave it four stars because we had to wait a bit for the bus to arrive.

たまたま自分たちのホテルが最初に降ろす場所だったため、乗っていた時間は20分くらい！！
もし、初めじゃなかったとしても全然早いと思います。
1700円ほどでこれなら満足です。
でも、バスくるまで少し待たされたので星４つにしました。

Our greater was very good. There was a little confusion she held up two signs one for my grandson named young and one for us name Weiss, however, when we came off the plane she thought that she was still waiting for another person and then realized that all three were us. She even took the time to walk us to the escalator and show us where to go for baggage.

The shuttle had more than ten passengers and made stops at the Hilton and the Sheraton in front of King's Village while passing through Ala Moana Boulevard, where Aloha Tower is located, so it took about an hour to arrive at the Island Colony where I was staying. I chose this shuttle because it only visits a maximum of five hotels, but it took longer than expected due to traffic on a Friday afternoon. If it had been a shuttle that stopped at more hotels, I think it was definitely the right choice to use this one.

シャトルには十名以上のお客さんが同乗していて、空港からアロハタワーなどが建つアラモアナ・ブールバードを通ってヒルトンや、キングズビレッジ前のシェラトンなどに停車していったので、宿泊するアイランド･コロニーに到着するまで1時間位かかりました。
最高5つのホテルしか回らないということで、こちらをシャトルを利用しましたが、金曜日の昼過ぎで道路が混んでいたため予想以上に時間がかかりました。これが、もっとたくさんのホテルを回るシャトルだったらと思うと、やはりこちらのシャトルを利用して正解だったと思います。
