This is my second time using the service. Last time, I used it for a domestic flight transfer, but this time it was for an international flight transfer. During the domestic flight, there was a staff member waiting at the exit, but for the international flight, it was at the counter, so the location was a bit hard to find.

今回で2回目の利用になります。前回は国内線の送迎で利用しましたが、今回は国際線の送迎で利用でしました。国内線の時は、出口で係りの人が待っていましたが、国際線の時はカウンターでしたので、場所がチョット分かりづらかったです。

I also used the shuttle service for my return. While some shuttle companies only pick up from the nearest hotel (a 5-minute walk), Roberts was convenient as they picked up from the Monarch Hotel. It was especially helpful on the return trip since we had three suitcases (for two people) full of souvenirs.

帰りの送迎でも利用しました。ハワイアンモナークホテルは最寄り（徒歩5分）のホテルでのピックアップしかない送迎会社さんもある中、ロバーツさんはモナークホテルでのピックアップで楽です。特に帰りはお土産で３スーツケース（２名）の荷物だったので助かりました。

At the airport, there was a counter for Roberts Hawaii, and I felt reassured by the assistance from the Japanese female staff. I stayed at the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel, and among the companies that provide transportation to the nearest hotels, Roberts was able to take me directly to my hotel, which was very convenient.

空港にはロバーツハワイさんのカウンターがあり、日本人の女性のスタッフの対応で安心できました。ハワイアンモナークホテルの宿泊でしたが、最寄りのホテルまでの送迎の会社さんがあるなか、ロバーツさんはホテルまで送迎してもらえるので楽チンでした。

I was anxious about moving from the island, but I quickly found the guide at the baggage claim. The driver was friendly, which was great.

多島からの移動で不安だったが、すぐに荷物受取所で案内人を見つけられた。ドライバーもフレンドリーで良かった。

The flight was delayed by an hour due to trouble. The rental procedures for WiFi and other services also took longer than planned, but we were guided smoothly. There was a large bus with several other customers, and our hotel was the last stop. It took longer than a taxi, but they provided a simple explanation of the main tourist attractions.

飛行機がトラブルで1時間遅れて到着。WiFiなどのレンタルの手続きもあって予定時間より遅れましたがすんなり案内されました。大きなバスで他のお客様も何組か乗っていて、私達のホテルが1番最後でした。タクシーよりは時間がかかりますが、主要な観光地を簡単に説明してくれました。

I was anxious about being late. I wondered if there was something like Hawaiian time, and I wasn't very satisfied! It might be tough if I can't speak English again!

時間に遅れてひやひやしました。ハワイ時間みたいなのがあるのかなぁ～と思い、あまり満足ではなかった！また英語がしゃべれなかったらきついかもしれません❗

When I moved from the outer islands to Oahu, they waited for me clearly at the airport baggage claim. They kindly guided me to the shuttle, and I would like to request their service again next time.

離島からオアフ島に移動した際に、空港荷物受取所でわかりやすく待っていてくれました。送迎車までとても親切に案内してくれて、次回もお願いしたいです。

Truly loved the experience, it was my daughters first trip to Hawaii and your representative made her welcome one to remember, she took pictures for us walked us to baggage claim and gave us useful information to help make our trip memorable. She also waited with us for our transportation to arrive. She was truly amazing and should be recognized for it..Will definitely use company again.

I understand that it's a mixed-up vehicle, but we had to wait for about 30 minutes until everyone arrived. I thought it was a bit of a waste of time since we arrived at the airport early. It would have been nice if they had informed us in advance how many more minutes until departure. It was a bit disappointing that we were just a little short of 30 minutes, but other than that, the shuttle service was pretty standard. They also handled the loading and unloading of luggage carefully!

混同車なのでしょうがないのはわかりますが、人数がそろうまで私たちは30分くらい？待ちました。せっかく空港に早くついたのにちょっと時間がもったいなかったな～と思いました。
事前にあと何分くらいで出発しますねと教えてもらえたらよかったのですが、もうちょっと、もうちょっとで30分だったのがちょっと残念でしたが、それ以外は特に普通の送迎でした。
荷物の積み降しも丁寧にしてくれますよ！

The shuttle service was particularly good, and the driver was very kind. I would like to use it again when I go to Honolulu.

送迎サービスとして、特に問題なかったです。ドライバーさんもとても親切でした。またホノルルへ行く際には利用したいと思います。

ホテルからホノルル空港は大きなバスで沢山の方がいました。

There were a total of four groups for the ride. We waited a little until everyone gathered, but the staff put shell necklaces on each person. The honeymooners were wearing leis. There was a two-year-old with us, but the safe driving made us very satisfied.
Hotel → Honolulu Airport
It was about ten minutes past the meeting time, so I thought about inquiring, but then the vehicle arrived.
It was a large vehicle, but it was full due to the number of people.
We arrived more than two hours before departure, so we were able to relax.

乗車券したのは全部で4組でした。揃うまで少し待ちましたが、スタッフがシェルネックレスを一人一人掛けてくれました。ハネムーンの方はレイをかけてました。2歳児がいましたが、安全運転で大満足でした。
ホテル→ホノルル空港
集合時間から10分過ぎようとしたので、問い合わせしようかな？と思ったら来ました。
大きな車だったけど人数が多く満席でした。
出発の2時間以上も前に着いたので安心して過ごせました。

We visited with our 2-year-old child and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very attentive, and we felt safe and comfortable even with a child.

2歳の子供連れでさんかさせてもらいましたが、とても楽しく過ごせました。スタッフも皆気が利いて、子供連れでも安心して過ごすことが出来ました。

I felt uncomfortable seeing the driver eating snacks while driving. Since they were eating snacks and drinking cola, they were obviously driving with one hand. It was unpleasant to witness such a lack of safety and professionalism.

ドライバーが、スナック菓子を食べながら運転していることに不快感を感じました。菓子を食べ、コーラを飲んでいるので、当然ながら片手運転です。安全性、プロ意識に欠ける行為に不快でした。

After arriving at the airport, I had to wait nearly 20 to 30 minutes before getting on the bus. It might have been due to the flight arriving late, but it seemed like there were no buses coming to the airport, and I ended up waiting quite a while. The staff providing information were also inefficient, leaving passengers stranded in the airport, which was frustrating. Even with the same Roberts, it really depends on the staff... it's disappointing.

空港に到着後、バスに乗るまでに20分から30分近く待たされました。
飛行機の到着が定刻から遅れたせいもあるかも知れませんが、空港にバスが来ていない？らしく、かなり待たされました。
案内のスタッフも、手際が悪く、客だけで空港内に放置され、イライラしました。
同じロバーツでも、やっぱり、スタッフ次第ですね…残念です

It was planned as a surprise for my mother and my it was a succsess!!!! The person, Alfred, who greeted us was really heartwarming and helpful. I am so grateful for having decided to do this and for having met Alfred. Many thanks and hugs and kisses to Alfred

It was a reliable company, so I felt安心して移動できた. They came right to the front of the hotel, making the移動もラクチンであった. I would like to use their services again in the future.

しっかりした会社なので安心して移動できた。ちゃんとホテルの前まで来てくれて移動もラクチンであった。これからも利用したい。

It was a reliable company, so I felt safe traveling. It's customary to tip the staff who helped with my luggage. There were many users from the mainland United States as well.

FANTASTIC!!!It was so nice when arriving and she was there greeting us.

This was for my oldest sister when she arrived to meet up with our other sister who is working in Hawaii for two weeks.
I had gotten this lei greeting when I visited and it made me fall in love with the islands.
I wanted to share it with her too. The smile on her face in the picture I was sent was magical. The happiest smile I've seen on her in 20 years.
Mahalo for granting her that happiness.

The bus arrived earlier than the scheduled time, so I didn't have to wait. The driver was very nice, and I was able to get to the airport comfortably. It was great that they came to pick me up with plenty of time to spare, so I didn't feel rushed.

予定として伝えられた時間よりも早くバスが来て、待たされることもありませんでした。運転手もとても良く、気持ちよく空港まで行くことができました。時間に余裕を持って迎えに来てくれるので、焦ることもなくよかったです。

We had the nicest man greet us at HNL, so helpful and friendly. It was the perfect way to start a nice Hawaiian vacation!

It was a wonderful surprise for my daughter and husband! Our Greeter was so sweet!

They arrived on time to pick me up. They also helped carry my luggage, which was a great help. Taking a taxi can be quite expensive, so I was glad to use this service. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

時間通りに迎えに来ていただきました。

タクシーなどでは結構高くついてしまうので、利用して良かったです。

It seems they prioritize other foreigners. I couldn't help but feel that Japanese customers were put on the back burner. Other transportation options were definitely faster. I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity, wondering if this bus would even come. I will never use this service again.

他の外国人を優先させているようだ。日本人客が後回しにされたとしか思わなかった。ほかの送迎のほうが断然早い。ずーっと永遠残されて、ほんとにこのバス来るのかよ？とすっげー怪しかった。二度とつかわない。

I used this service for a one-way trip from the Ala Moana Hotel to Honolulu Airport. I had no other options for a flight departing at 6 AM from Honolulu to Narita Airport, and since I had used this service before, I requested it again this time.

The emergency contact number on the reservation confirmation was available from 5:30 AM, so I asked VELTRA to confirm a contact number that could be reached at 3 AM for the pickup time. In the end, I didn't need to use it, but given the early hour, I felt reassured knowing I could contact them if necessary.

I waited 10 minutes, and right on time, at exactly 3 AM, I was picked up. After that, we stopped by an apartment in Waikiki, and I was dropped off near the international check-in counter at 3:40 AM.

One downside was that the pickup location at Mahukuna St. Entrance is closed from 12 PM to 6 PM, so to reach the meeting point, you need to go from the main entrance. I didn't realize it was closed this time, and since the door opened from the inside, I was able to exit. However, after that, it closed, and I couldn't get back in, so I was glad I had my suitcase with me.

ホノルルから成田空港までの臨時便で朝6時出発の便で
他の選択肢がなかったというのもありますが、以前利用したことがあったので
今回もお願いしました。
予約確認書の緊急連絡先電話番号が5:30～となっていて
VELTRAさんにピックアップ時間の3時に連絡可能な電話番号を確認していただきました。
結局使うことはありませんでしたが、万が一の際は時間が時間なだけに
連絡するつもりでしたので、安心できました。
10分前から待っていましたが、時間通り、ぴったりジャスト3時に拾っていただき
その後、ワイキキのアパート1件により、3:40に国際線のカウンター付近で下していただきました。
1点、マイナス要素とするならば、ピックアップ場所のMahukuna St. Entranceが12時～6時まで
閉鎖されているので、集合場所に行くにはメインエントランスから行く必要があります。
今回は閉鎖されていることに気づかず、中からはドアが開いたので出られました。
が、その後、閉まってしまい、入ることはできなかったので、スーツケースを持って出て良かったです。

Since it was the first time for me, my family, and my friends' families to come to Hawaii, I ordered a lei welcome as a surprise without telling anyone.

On the day of July 29, when I found the person holding our team name sign at the airport exit, she was a woman in a regular shirt and pants. I thought she would guide us to where we would receive the lei, but when I spoke to her, she took out a lei from her bag and placed it on my family member behind me, saying, "Welcome, thank you." I was confused because this was not what I expected, and even though I had ordered for all 16 people and made a payment in advance, why was there only one? I showed the voucher for the 16 orders to the staff, but they showed me a document that probably came from the company, saying, "It says one here, right?"

Indeed, it was written as one, but I couldn't accept it. I called the local company to check if the remaining 15 had not been processed, and it turned out that the payment had been made, but there was a communication error. They asked if they should deliver the rest to the hotel later, but I said it wouldn't make sense if I didn't receive them at the airport, so I requested to cancel the remaining 15 and process a refund.

I was very disappointed, especially since I had high hopes for the surprise. The kids asked, "Why is there only one?" and I felt bad from the moment we arrived. Starting the trip like this put me in a really unpleasant mood, so I hope they will be more careful in the future.

By the way, I also hope the person handing out the lei will pay more attention to their attire and greet us with a bigger smile to create a welcoming atmosphere.

僕も家族も友人家族も含め初めてハワイに来たので、みんなには言わず、サプライズで楽しませようとレイのお出迎えを注文しました。
７月２９日の当日、私たちのチーム名の札を持っている方を空港出口でさがして見つけたら、普通のシャツにズボンをはいている女性でしたので、きっとこの人はレイをかけてくれる場所まで案内してくれる方だと思っていましたが、話しかけるとバックから取り出したレイを僕の後ろにいた家族にかけてくれて、「ようこそ、ありがとう」って言っていました。なんだこれは？写真等と期待してたのと違うぞ、更に１６人全員分注文して事前にカード決済しているのに何で１人だけ？と疑問だらけで、１６人の注文のバウチャーを係りの方に見せましたが、「私の書類には、１つって書いてあるでしょ」って会社から渡されているであろう書類を見せられました。
確かに１人って書いてありましたが、なんか納得できずに、現地の会社に電話して残り１５個がまさか決済されてないよなと思い連絡しました。
やはり決済はされていて連絡ミスだったらしく、あとでホテルに届けるか？と言われましたが、空港でもらわないと意味がないので残り１５個はキャンセルして返金処理をしてもらうようにしました。
サプライズで楽しませようと期待していただけに非常に残念でした。子供達にも「何で一人だけ？」て言われて、着いた着いた瞬間から嫌な思いをしてしまいました。旅の始まりで、こんな感じだと凄く嫌な気分になったので、今後気をつけて欲しいです。
ちなみにレイを渡してくれる方も、服装に気を使ってもっと笑顔で歓迎ムードを出してほしいです。

For our honeymoon, it was our first trip abroad. We didn't think about the transportation from the airport to Waikiki and made the reservation the day before. The major shuttle buses were fully booked, so we couldn't get one.

In the end, it was very good! After exiting the airport, a representative who spoke Japanese assisted us, and we waited for about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive.

I would like to use this service again next time.

空港からワイキキまでのことを考えておらず、前日に予約しました。
大手の送迎バスは予約がいっぱいで取れなかったので。
結果とても良かったです！
空港出て、日本の方が対応してくれました、30分くらい待ってバスが来ました。

また次回も利用したいです。
