Great run back to the airport on time You won't go wrong. We are going to book them next year again

Greeter did not meet us inside the terminal. We made our own way out and found the Limo which was unattended. Driver came without fresh leis that we had paid for. When questioned he said he was waiting for someone to meet us with the leis and not to worry because we would get a refund. We didn't want the refund we wanted out daughters to have the welcome leis so he stopped around the corner and purchased some fresh leis for us. Window tinting was all bubbled in the car. Very average overall.

Expected a spectacular show with lots of fire and dance. It rained right before the start of the show so it had to be moved inside. Not your fault, but completely deflated the mood. I would rather of been refunded. Too expensive of a ticket to be moved indoors and be satisfied. Very disappointed in the show. Not what we expected.

The show was excellent as was the food and service. The Luau came highly recommended and lived up to expectations.

The limo from hotel to airport was very nice on the outside and the driver was very nice and professional. The inside of the limo looked like there had been a fire or something. It was still cheaper than taking a shuttle service for a group our size. I would use it again!

This was a great trip! Our driver was wonderful, very nice and very accommodating. The car was a white stretch limo and it was very impressive. Will definitely use this again as it was actually cheaper than taking a shuttle service.

They were right there waiting for us as soon as we walked into baggage claim!! They did all the handling of our bags and walked us to a Limo waiting curbside!! Our driver was amazing.. On the drive to our hotel he gave us a little tour of the city while telling us all we needed to know to make our stay as fulfilling as possible! What a great experience

We arrived after our plane was delayed for six hours and this helped us relaxed!!! We had Lady Luck on our side because their Lincoln town car was broken down and some prince was in town so he rented almost every car except one: their flaghship Mercedes S-Class. Talk about arriving in style and for the price of their town car. The greeting with flowers was a great first taste of aloha. Their staff was very friendly and we needed that after that long flight. Highly recommended!!

After a long flight, it's good to simply climb into your own car and get going, that's what it felt like. My driver Mark was professional and helpful, the car clean and comfortable. It was so good I organised the same service for an associate flying in a few days later and after her particularly difficult flight, delays etc, Mark was there ready and waiting. I don't recommend very often but this service is definitely worth the effort.

The plane arrived early and I called the provider and they already had a car waiting for us. The car and driver were awesome and a nice way to get to the hotel. I would highly recommend the airport service.

This service was first class - pick up instructions were easy to follow with great local commentary and advice about tourist activity provided by the driver. Highly recommended.

We were greeted promptly at baggage claim and introduced to our driver (TED). He was very attentive and pleasant. Along the ride to the hotel Ted was informative and provided recommendations to dining locations and other local activities. Overall, a safe efficient enjoyable trip.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a ride from the airport and boy was he surprised. The lady that greeted us was waiting for us we didn't have to wait for her and the car was extremely nice. The driver was very helpful and very nice as well. The car was extremely clean on both the inside and out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a nicer way to travel from the airport.

Great ride to our hotel. Driver loaded all our luggage and made our short trip fantastic. Ater the 12 hour plane ride this experience was exactly what we needed.

The luau was really good.. We went as a family and everyone enjoyed it. I would recommend that you request a middle table. We made our reservation (premium seats) 6 months previously and were seated at the far right table. Some of the people with regular seats had better views than our seats. Although we enjoyed it a lot it would of been nice to have the center tables to the stage especially for the premium price we paid.

Everything was fantastic. The driver phoned me as soon as my plane landed and explained where to meet him. The car was beautiful and impressive. Very professional.

the hotel is really nice but at this activity they dont give you enough food. small portions and everyone gets the same food. the entertainment is ok but definitly not worth the price. the fire dancer is only 5 minutes long. ours was inside, that was disappointing as we thought it would be outside. overall find a different activity or a different luau.

I have used Platinum Limousine as my airport pickup and return service on Oahu for many years. I have always found them to be on time with new extremely clean vehicles and very knowledgeable, friendly, well groomed, courteous drivers. After a long tiring flight it's nice to have a Platinum car and driver waiting for you rather than having to wait for a bus shuttle or cab to take you to your hotel!

Driver was on time and very friendly. And believe me after the long flight it was nice to see a friendly face and a comfortable ride from the airport to the hotel. I will recommend this service to anyone traveling to Hawaii!!!

Our family did the private boat charter when on vacation in Oahu just a couple of weeks ago, after booking from the Internet and just hoping we would get a tour that we would not forget. We were not disappointed at all, not realizing this company catered largely for Japanese tourists we were so impressed with our charter. Our captain was just so friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and was great fun too. We will certainly be coming back again one day and booking another charter and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to treat themselves to something special and spoil themselves on a captain Bruce charter. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful evening at the Royal Hawaiian Luau!!! Beautiful hotel and grounds (took my breath away when we pulled up in the taxi) and beautiful evening. We were the very last ones to arrive (someone stole our taxi!) and I was very upset fearing that we would be seated in the rear. I had paid for the premium seats (forgot I did that, and recommend doing so), however, and they walked us right up to our front row table. It was fabulous. The food was wonderful and authentic, not too much to make us feel stuffed, and not too little that we were hungry after dinner. The entertainment was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the woman doing the emceeing (I'm sorry, I forget her name), the fire dancer and the woman playing Wipe Out on the yukelele. What a terrific night. The entertainment was first rate, the night beautiful, and the drinks were lovely and yummy! We highly recommend. Photos are from my phone, so not the best quality.

The show and dinner were all great, although the difference between booking premiere and regular show seems only to make sure that you have a front table. I was very lucky to sit with a family from Canada who were very friendly and welcoming. This show has seating at large round tables, and so as an individual realize that you are going to be sitting with someone else.

The show itself was first rate and the singers and dancers put their all to it. There is a small part of the show at the beginning that really didn't make sense where they played like to the were doing work in a village....they should let the dancers and singers rest and abandon this part.

This is an expensive but on Waikiki event, no bus to ride on, but let me share with you if you are in the restaurant right next to the show, or are on the public beach behind the show you could see the whole thing for free!
