Beautiful area, white tablecloths.....table for two, which was the best. Food was so delicious and the service was outstanding.....our waiter was the BEST! Loves his job and does an outstanding job of it. Enjoyed the show and hearing about the history of Hawaii....everything was PERFECT.

This was one of the best experiences of our vacation! We got to swim with turtles and we’re truly looked after by Captain Robin, We would highly recommend chartering a boat and having this amazing experience. We will definitely do it again.

Driver arrived a few minutes early and provided a seamless ride back to the airport. Another wonderful trip! Thanks!!!

Loved experiencing this right in Waikiki! The location at the Royal Hawaiian hotel was really convenient (no long bus rides) and the food was 10 out of 10. It started to rain a bit during the show and within minutes, the servers brought out towels to everyone so we could stay dry and catch the last bit of the show. Service was fantastic. Would recommend the extra to get the Premium seating closer to the stage.

Celebrating something special? Want to get to Waikiki in style? This limo was GORGEOUS. I had a visitor who was new to the island and wanted to make it special. We met the greeter at baggage claim and they had sign waiting with my name. We were escorted to the limo and it was super nice. Perfect start to a staycation!

This was the perfect way for our family to spend a vacation afternoon. We stopped and got sandwiches and drinks before. There was a cooler on the boat. The water at the sandbar was shallow and the kids had the best time swimming. No waves so very safe. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were included as well as other water toys. While snorkeling we swam with turtles! Our captain was great, and we are happy we selected the private tour and had our own space.

This private snorkel tour was 100% worth the money. A private pontoon boat with many amenities, including snacks, drinking water, water sport toys and others were all provided. Captain Kokua could not have been friendlier and showed us a lot to see in the area. The sandbar of course was beautiful and a huge highlight of the trip.

The Tropical Rainforest Trail and waterfall swim custom hiking tour was well worth the cost. The guide was knowledgeable about everything we encountered on the tour and the locations we visited. This was an experience we will never forget. Thank you.

Took 5 friends out with me to experience the sandbar for the first time! We had such a blast! Yuko was our captain and she was the absolute best! Some snacks and drinks were provided, you can BYOB. Floaties, snorkel gear, and a paddleboard were offered. The sandbar was beautiful! Highly recommend this to anyone!

Kaikoa (sorry for misspelling his name) was a fabulous guide. Wonderful with kids. Knowledgeable and really loved his job.

The guidance to the sandbar and snorkeling points was accurate, and we were able to see many sea turtles up close. They taught each of us how to paddleboard very carefully, and even though it was our first experience, we had a lot of fun.

Captain Robin was incredibly nice and patient with our party and has great knowledge of the area! We had an amazing time and wish we could’ve spent every day of our trip on this boat!

This is by far the best (and quickest) way to see the whole island of Oahu! I was amazed that in just a little over an hour we were able to see all of the major attractions of the whole island!

We saw everything from Pearl Harbor and Waikiki, to Diamond Head, Jurassic Valley, and even a waterfall that's only accessible from the air! The views were beyond breathtaking and the pilot made sure to turn the helicopter so that everyone could enjoy the view. He also provided a knowledgeable narration of Oahu's culture and history.

If you're visiting Oahu (or any of the islands) a circle island helicopter tour is definitely a must! You won't be disappointed!

Unfortunately, the weather on the day was not great, so the event was held indoors. However, the spacious indoor setting was not a problem at all. We enjoyed the welcome drinks, additional drinks, and the food thoroughly, and the main show, despite being hosted in English, was moving. The price is a bit on the higher side, but I believe the experience is worth it.

当日はあいにくの天気で室内での開催となりました。
開放感のある室内でしたので全く問題ありません。
ウエルカムドリンクも追加のドリンクも、料理も十分楽しめ、メインのショーも英語のMCながら感動しました。
若干価格が高めですが、体験の価値ありだと思います。

The seats were at the edge, so I couldn't see the stage very well. It was a round table for eight, but the seats inside the table were free seating, so it's a good idea to arrive early. It felt more like a show centered around hula rather than a hula show. Since it was held inside a building, I couldn't feel the atmosphere of Hawaii. I was disappointed that I couldn't use all three drink tickets, but the food was very delicious.

席は端でしたので、ステージはよく見えずでした。
円卓8名席でしたが、円卓内は自由席なので、早めに行くといいですね。
フラショーというより、フラ中心のショーという感じでした。
建物内の開催だったので、ハワイという雰囲気は感じられずでした。
ドリンクチケット3枚を使いきれず残念でしたが、食事はとても美味しかったです。

This family trip was all about enjoying the classic experiences of Japan. This show was the best among them. The buffet was decent, overall good. The professional show was impressive. The location with the sunset over the ocean as a backdrop was also nice. My wife and daughter were taking lots of photos.

　今回の家族旅行は日本人定番を楽しむことに。このショーはその中でも一番よかった。ブッフェは可もなく不可もなく総じて良かった。プロのショーは見ごたえもある。夕日の海が背景となるロケーションもいい。妻と娘は写真を撮りまくっていた。

The venue facing the beach had a perfect atmosphere with the ambiance of the setting beach and the area illuminated by the bonfire. The food was delicious, and it was completely different from the luau I experienced at another hotel, which was very nice.

Thanks to choosing the premium seats and arriving early, I was able to enjoy the show from the front row. If you arrive late, you might end up with seats further back, so I recommend arriving at the designated time.

ビーチに面した会場で、暮れゆくビーチの雰囲気やかがり火で照らされた会場など、雰囲気も満点でした。
また、料理もおいしく、以前ほかのホテルで経験したルアウとは全く異なり、とても良かったです。

特にプレミア席にしたおかげ＆早めに会場に到着したおかげで最前列で鑑賞することができました。
遅くに到着すると、少し後ろの席になりそうでしたので、決められた時間には到着することをお勧めします。

I had a wonderful time enjoying the buffet dinner and a lovely show at the Royal Hawaiian in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much.

When I arrived at the venue, I learned that due to the weather forecast predicting rain, the meal would be indoors. The sky didn't seem like it would rain, so my excitement dropped significantly from the start.

However, the luau became enjoyable as it progressed, and I was glad I participated. The hula dance performed solo by one of the dancers was truly beautiful! It was my first time being moved by hula. I would love to see that dancer's hula again.

The food was good. So, I decided to try breakfast at Surf Lanai later, but that was not as great...

Initially, I planned to make a reservation through the hotel’s website, but it stated that there would be no performance on the Thursday during my stay. I tried booking through Veltra, and it went smoothly. Just to be sure, I inquired and they confirmed that the hotel’s website was incorrect. I appreciated their quick response.

会場に行くと、天気予報が雨なので室内での食事との事。降りそうもない空だったので、スタートからテンションがかなり下がりました。

ただ、途中からルアウが楽しくなってきたので、参加して良かったと思いました。特にソロで踊られた方のフラダンスが本当に美しかった！ 始めてフラで感動しました。あの方のフラはもう一度観たいです。

お料理のお味は良かったです。なので、後日サーフラナイで朝食を頂いてみましたが、それはあまり…。

始めホテルのHPから予約するつもりでしたが、私が滞在中の木曜は休演と掲載されていました。試しにベルトラさんから予約をしたらすんなり完了。念のためお尋ねしたら確認を取って下さり、結局、ホテルのHPが誤っていたとの回答でした。迅速に対応頂いて助かりました。

I sat in the second row from the front and watched the show while eating the food. The food was more delicious than I expected, and I enjoyed the show to the point of being moved. I'm glad I participated.

前から2列目の席に座り、料理を食べながらショーを見てました。
思っていたよりも 料理は美味しいし ショーも感動するくらい楽しめました。

Perhaps due to the large number of attendees, the weather was not particularly bad, but the event was held in an indoor facility adjacent to the outdoor venue. However, the indoor space was equipped with better lighting and facilities, which made the show even more enjoyable than it might have been outdoors.

Additionally, the fire dance was performed in a small courtyard area just outside the indoor venue. We were able to stand up from our seats and surround the performers, allowing us to see them up close and truly enjoy the experience.

人数が多かった為か、特に天候は悪くなかったのですが屋外会場でなく隣接する室内施設での開催でした。
ただ、屋内の方がライトアップ設備等が充実しており、むしろ屋外よりもショーを楽しめたのでは、と思っています。

また、ファイアーダンスのみは室内から少しだけ出た中庭のような場所で行われ、席から立って演者を囲む形で見学するのですが、とても近くで見ることが出来、楽しむことが出来ました。

I thought it was a bit expensive, but the show was impressive, the location was great, and the food was really delicious. The male dancers were cool!

I opted for the premium plan, but I don't think there was much difference in viewing the show. It was more about being able to eat first at the buffet. I'm not sure about the standard seats, but the seats at the very back were arranged as round tables for 5-6 people, and you could see the stage directly, so that might have been better. The show is conducted in English, but there was someone who explained the process of making clothes from tree bark in Japanese.

ちょっと高いかなと思っていましたが、ショーは見ごたえがあり、ロケーションがよくて、食事もすごく美味しかったです。

プレミアムプランにしていましたが、ショーの観覧にはあまり差はなかったと思います。どちらかというと、食事（ビュッフェ）が先に食べられるということだけかな。スタンダード席かどうかわかりませんが、一番後方の席が5－6人の丸テーブルになっていて、正面にステージが見られるので、そのほうが良かったかな。
ショーは英語で行われますが、その前の木の皮から服を作る工程については、日本語での説明をしてくれるひとがいました。

If you don't understand English to some extent, the enjoyment is halved. I couldn't enjoy it much and ended up dozing off. I paid a high price for the premium seats, but although it was described as the front row or second row, my seat was in the middle of the venue and far from the stage. The buffet was delicious.

英語がある程度わからないと楽しさ半減です。
あまり楽しめず居眠りしてました。
プレミア席で髙いお金を払いましたが、最前列か２列目と説明書がありましたが、席も全体の中程で舞台からは距離がありました。
ビュッフェは美味しかったです。

On time from and to the airport. Have used before and will do again

I made a reservation for a premium seat to remember my last night in Hawaii. The show was very impressive, but it was difficult to understand because the MC spoke in English. The food had a wide variety, and I was satisfied with that.

However, there was one point that I was not happy about. Even though we took the front row table, the staff asked us in English to give it up to a couple who arrived later, and they forcibly took the seat of my 3-year-old grandchild. Despite having paid for my grandchild's ticket, they suggested that he sit on his parent's lap, which I found unacceptable. I went to speak to another staff member in broken English.

In the end, thanks to the consideration of other staff, the people sitting next to our family moved over, allowing my grandchild to have a seat. However, the staff's insistence and the language barrier turned my last night in Hawaii into a bitter memory. I feel regretful that I couldn't speak English fluently.

ハワイ最後の夜を思い出にとプラミアム席で予約しました。
ショーは大変見応えがありましたが、ＭＣの方が英語だったので理解しにくかったです。食事は、種類が多く満足でした。
しかし、納得いかなかった点が1点、テーブルの最前列を取ったにも関わらず、会場のスタッフの方から英語で後から来たカップルに譲るように言われ、3歳児の孫の席を強引に取られてしまいました。孫の料金も支払ったにも関わらず、親の膝の上にと言っているようで納得いかず他のスタッフの方に片言の英語で言いに行きました。
結局、他のスタッフの計らいで私たち家族の隣にいた人たちにずれてもらった為、孫も席に座ることができましたが、会場のスタッフの方の強引さと言葉の壁にハワイ最後の夜が苦い思い出になってしまいました。英語が流暢に話せたらと悔しい気持ちです。

I was seated at the back of the standard section, but there were many people from other countries, and I couldn't say that the conversation was lively at the same table with people from America and Australia. The luau was wonderful, especially the final fire dance, which was spectacular. The food was just okay. I'm glad I was able to participate.

スタンダード席の後方の方でしたが、他国からの方も多く、アメリカ、オーストラリアからの方と同じテーブルで、会話は弾んだと言えませんでした。
ルアウは素晴らしく、特にラストのファイアーダンスは圧巻でした。
料理はまあまあでした。参加できてよかったです。

We participated as a family.
The show had various types, including performances for men only, women only, modern styles, and introductions to Hawaiian royalty, so we were never bored. It was a bit amusing to see the same dancers come out multiple times in different costumes. According to a hula expert in our group, the level of hula was also very high.
The food was delicious, but when we were leisurely eating, they started clearing things away around 7 PM. (I wanted a second helping of watermelon...)
There were times when the timing of the table attendant didn't match up with our drink orders, but their service was very pleasant.
However, I felt the price was a bit high...?

家族で参加しました。
ショーは男性のみ、女性のみ、現代的なもの、ハワイの王族の紹介など何種類もあり、飽きることはありませんでした。同じダンサーが衣装を変えて何度も出てくるのはちょっと笑ってしまいました。同行のフラ経験者によると、フラのレベルも非常に高かったようです。
食事はおいしかったのですが、のんびり食べていると7時を過ぎた頃に片づけられてしまいました。（スイカのおかわりしたかった・・・）
テーブル担当のおじさんの来るタイミングがドリンク注文と合わなかったこともあったけど、対応はとても感じよかったです。
ただ、お値段はちょっと高かったかな・・・？

まずは、ボートで数分走って、サンドバーを散歩しながら説明を聞いたり写真撮影などをします。
プライベートなので、人の少ない所に連れて行ってもらえるため、写真撮影では他の人が映らない景色をたくさん撮影することができました。そのあと、サンドバーの近くにあるシュノーケリングスポット(ちょうど水深が深くなるところ)に移動して、希望者はシュノーケルをしました。大きな魚がたくさんいました。
お腹がすいてきたので、船上でランチです。同じツアー会社の大人数を乗せる船も催行しており、そこで焼いたカルビやソーセージも頂き、最後は、ウォーターアクティビティーを楽しみました。３時間は長すぎるかと思いきやあっという間に楽しい時間が過ぎ去ってしまいましたが、非常によい思い出になりました。

昼食用のごはんや飲み物は、とっても美味しく満足のいく量があります。お酒を3缶持っていき、氷がたくさん入ったアイスボックスで冷やしてもらいもらえました。
シュノーケルセットは、透明度が高く海の中がくっきり見え、視力が弱くても海の中ではきれいに見えます。

6人いるなら絶対にプライベートボートがおすすめです。
さわやかで優しい日本人女性ガイドさんと、若々しく機転を利かせながらもてなしてくれるキャプテンの２名が、きめ細やかな対応をしてくださいました。写真もたくさん撮影してくださるし、子供のわがままにも応えてくれ(早く次に行きたい、あれがやりたいなど)ました。シュノーケルする前に、シュノーケリングの基本を教えてくださり、ガイドさんは常にライフセーバー用の浮き棒をもってシュノーケルのところまで一緒に来てくださるので、いつでも安心です。本当にどうもありがとうございました！
