We were confused when we landed but with the help from Veltra we got straightened out. We were at the wrong meeting point but our driver found us. The cars were spacious, quiet and the drivers were professional and on time. So why the hate? I didn't want to leave.

Amazing! Driver was courteous and made sure we saw him. He tracked our flight and saw our delay and waited for us. Car was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the trip. We will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend them!

I visited Hawaii from Japan for my wedding party.
We planned to have a bachelor and bachelorette party before the wedding and booked Private Limo with VELTRA for ride to club.
Everyone was so excited when Hummer Limo arrived at Hotel to pick us up. We requested to drive around Waikiki downtown and we started to party inside the car.Driver was very nice and polite. He easily responded our request (drop off/pick up some friends during drive)and we totally enjoyed limo riding with party songs and drinks.
It was nice that we could bring in our own drinks, snacks and music. We ended up clubbing after limo ride and everything was smooth and perfect. We had a blast.I really recommend to ride a Hummer Limo if you really want to make a great memories!

Anytime using car service usually two things come to mind: cleanliness of the vehicle and driver personality. Our driver, Francis, was not only very nice but had excellent etiquette. The sedan was also clean, smelled good, and was just washed. He was also very prompt and I would definitely use him again.

My husband arranged for this experience for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and he and my 28 year old daughter flew with me. It was truly the most exhilarating and awesome experience I have ever had and I have swum with sharks, skydived, done the Olympic bobsleigh run in Latvia and been in a submarine.
This was my first experience at the controls of a Piper Alpha and I felt fully involved from the moment I sat in the Pilot's seat. Masa, my Instructor, explained things to me in such a clear and concise way that I soon realised I was comfortable following his instructions. With both props roaring, he told me to just 'follow the yellow line' and it really was just like driving a car.
Taxiing out to the runway as Hawaiian Airlines jets were approaching for landing rendered me speechless and after opening up the throttle on the runway, that moment of easing back the yolk for take-off was indescribable.
As we ascended and the sheer magnificence of the scenery opened out below me I could hardly believe that I was actually flying the aeroplane. He was pointing out landmarks and asking me to head towards them, telling me when to lose or gain altitude by using the altometer.
The whole experience was breathtaking but the best moment of all was when I was making the approach for the landing. By that time I really felt as if I was in control and as I descended slowly, the realisation that I was making the landing was almost surreal. There was a very comforting 'bump' as the undercarriage met the runway and we taxied to a stop.
Don't hesitate to book this experience.

We were late for our car due to being kept 40 minutes in a holding area in the airport and your driver was concerned as to our whereabouts, however, he phoned our hotel to check we had not got there by other means, so he knew we had a problem and waited. Excellent. His manner was superb and on the ride to our hotel he gave us a lot of information on where to eat/drink/sightsee/snorkel - he was very professional. Altogether a brilliant experience and one we would certainly do again and recommend to others. Thank you so much.

We used Platinum limos for getting our guests to and from our wedding and the driver was absolutely fantastic!! The groom who was a wee bit nervous was able to sit in the front and the driver chatted and kept him calm the whole way, waited very patiently throughout the wedding and was a very lovely man. Unfortunately I did not think to get his name in all the madness but he was wonderful!! Even though we were a little over time, he didn't stress us about it. Really great service, nice limo and a brilliant surprise for our wedding guests, would absolutely use this company again. =)

Our limo driver was courteous and professional. He called when he as outside of our hotel. He made sure that we were comfortable. He even helped to locate the minister and photography for our vow renewal on the beach. We would highly recommend this company.

The Aha 'Aina luau provides the ultimate luxury luau experience in the comfort and proximity of Waikiki. Located in the famous Pink Palace of the Pacific, Aha 'Aina doesn't disappoint. The views and outdoor seating are a beautiful backdrop to the evening. The meal is served with musical entertainment and a historical introduction of how the guitar and ukulele were introduced to the islands. This is a great luau for those who love great music and tasty food! The table service is wonderful and the food is excellent. The history of Waikiki comes alive on stage as the dancers take you through time from when Kamehameha united the islands, to the Royal Hawaiian hotel's first opening in 1927. Get ready for a treat, because this is not only a feast for your taste buds, but your eyes and ears as well!

The limo service was a great ride once we found the car. It was a long hot walk to get to the limo from baggage claim.

The car and driver were Ok, but we ordered lies separately and had them on when we arrived at baggage claim. Another lady, from car rental approached us and gave us each second lies. We collected bags and were quickly loaded and on our way. The driver was OK and dropped us at our hotel. Later that night and next day, the driver kept calling and texting, asking for additional payment for the leis, which he didn't know to collect for and we never agreed to pay for. Finally, I left the leis at the hotel, so that he could have them back and quit calling. Very annoying to be repeatedly called during our 20th Anniversary vacation about paying for something that we never asked for or agreed to purchase.

When we arrived at the Honolulu Airport, we were welcomed by a friendly greeter and our leis we had pre-purchased. We were soon escorted to our beautiful white limo and waited a few minutes for our luggage to be loaded. The limo driver was informative and shared stories and interesting topics as he drove us to our hotel. I would recommend VELTRA to anyone traveling to Hawaii.

After flying all day from the UK to Honolulu, great to be met at exit from the air bridge by a smart guy holding my name. Took us directly to our driver who was waiting by the luggage carousel. In no time we had our luggage and to us our black stretched limo. Excellent service, highly recommended !

Our driver arrived on time, loaded our luggage quickly, and moved our party of 5 along with luggage to the airport. Upon arrival the driver was very helpful with unloading and guiding us through the process of agriculture inspection and baggage check in. The experience was AWESOME!!!! We will use this service anytime we visit in the future. We are raving fans!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the absolute best way to get a large party from the airport to the hotel. The value is unbelievable! Our luggage was a little late and out driver was very patient. We had 5 people and lots of luggage. Somehow the driver found a way to fit all the luggage and a wheelchair. Awesome experience!!!!!!!

We had my wife's mother with us and she has mobility issues as well we had a late departure time so it made life easy and our last day in our timeshare much more enjoyable knowing we had a car coming to take us to the airport. It made the going home as stress free as the entire trip.

I have gone through times of being phobic to fly, I never imagined flying a plane myself but my instructor seemed to make it easy to take off, fly and even land. So much fun!!

I say it was great, exactly what I expected. The driver and lie greeter were enthusiastic which perked us up and set us up for a great start for our vacation.

Driver was great. Amazingly kind and friendly. My flight got in very late and he was there waiting. He made lovely conversation on the 20 minute trip to my hotel. He was very professional.
