dont waste your money
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2013/01/21the hotel is really nice but at this activity they dont give you enough food. small portions and everyone gets the same food. the entertainment is ok but definitly not worth the price. the fire dancer is only 5 minutes long. ours was inside, that was disappointing as we thought it would be outside. overall find a different activity or a different luau.

I have always found them to be on time with new extremely clean vehicles and very knowledgeable, friendly, well groomed, courteous drivers. After a long tiring flight it's nice to have a Platinum car and driver waiting for you rather than having to wait for a bus shuttle or cab to take you to your hotel!

タートルベイのアーノルドパーマーコース、とても面白い。思ったより海が見える絶景ではなかったですが、楽しいコースでした。
帰りにカフクのシュリンプを食べ、カイルアビーチにも立ち寄りました。
レンタカー返却が18時まででしたが、現地で20時まで開いてる営業所を教えてくれたので時間に追われる事もありませんでした。
金曜日の大渋滞は凄かったですが。。

・・私たちがホテルに着いた頃にはすでに行列ができていて、ちょっと奮発してプレミアム席にして本当によかったーと思いました。
ショーもご飯も素晴らしく、お酒も飲み放題で幸せ気分になれました♡
またハワイに行くときはぜひ参加したいです♪

Reviewed by: Hortons from Australia, 2012/09/29Our family did the private boat charter when on vacation in Oahu just a couple of weeks ago, after booking from the Internet and just hoping we would get a tour that we would not forget. We were not disappointed at all, not realizing this company catered largely for Japanese tourists we were so impressed with our charter. Our captain was just so friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome and was great fun too. We will certainly be coming back again one day and booking another charter and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to treat themselves to something special and spoil themselves on a captain Bruce charter. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful night
Reviewed by: John and Sheila, 2012/09/20We had a wonderful evening at the Royal Hawaiian Luau!!! Beautiful hotel and grounds (took my breath away when we pulled up in the taxi) and beautiful evening. We were the very last ones to arrive (someone stole our taxi!) and I was very upset fearing that we would be seated in the rear. I had paid for the premium seats (forgot I did that, and recommend doing so), however, and they walked us right up to our front row table. It was fabulous. The food was wonderful and authentic, not too much to make us feel stuffed, and not too little that we were hungry after dinner. The entertainment was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the woman doing the emceeing (I'm sorry, I forget her name), the fire dancer and the woman playing Wipe Out on the yukelele. What a terrific night. The entertainment was first rate, the night beautiful, and the drinks were lovely and yummy! We highly recommend. Photos are from my phone, so not the best quality.

食事はちゃんとしたコース料理、ルアウはかなり質が高く、それぞれ満足度は高いものがあります。
ショーの司会者に「翌日結婚する」と伝えたら、皆さんに紹介してくれて、皆さんから祝福の拍手をいただきました。次男夫婦には忘れられない思い出となったようです。
満足感いっぱいで帰ろうと思い、帰りにカメラマンが撮った写真を受け取りにいったら20ドル払わされてしまいました。2年前は無料だったので、とっても損した気分になりました。
このことを除くと、とても素晴らしいルアウですので、お勧めします。ただし、月曜日だけしかやっていませんのでご注意を。

最高のロケーション
Reviewed by: 匿名希望, 2012/05/10 奮発してプレミア席を予約し、我々夫婦と甥っ子と３人で４月３０日に参加しました。
集合時間に行くとすでに長蛇の列が出来ていましたが、優先して最前列のテーブルに案内していただきました。一般席を予約している方は到着順に舞台の前列の席から誘導されているようでしたので、早めに到着することをお勧めします。
私たちが案内されたのは舞台の目の前にある丸テーブルの席でした。オーシャンフロントの舞台の背景にはダイアモンドヘッドがあり、最高のロケーションでした。同じプレミア席でも私たちの後から来た方は舞台とダイアモンドヘッドを背にする席でしたのでプレミア席の＜メリット感＞が少ないようにも感じました。
食事はビュッフェスタイルではなく、コースのお料理が順番に席に運ばれてきました。飲み物は席の係の方が頻繁にオーダーを聞きに来てくれていましたのでフラストレーションは感じませんでした。
ワイキキですので、印象としては私たち日本人が圧倒的に多く感じました。私たち９人席のテーブルも隣の席の米国人おふたり以外は日本の方でした。
離島も含めてルアウショーの経験はいくつかありますが、観客が＜ワイワイガヤガヤ＞と参加するタイプのものではなく、全編がしっかりと構成されたエンターテイメントを＜観る＞というものでした。取り分けファイアーダンスは今まで観た中でも圧巻でした。
今回、週に一回のショーの開催日と私のワイキキ滞在日が合って良かったと思います。とても贅沢な時間を過ごすことが出来ましたから。ありがとうございました。

Platinum Customize Your Private Circle Island Tour from Waikiki

He was knowledgeable and took us to areas of the island that we might not have found on our own. He also took into consideration things that we stated we enjoy and like and he made those things part of the tour. I would highly recommend this tour and Isaac to anyone looking for a great experience.

Reviewed by: ロンバケ, 2011/08/30いい時間を過ごしました。夏のシーズンで混んでるためなのか、もう少し前の席かと思ったのですが、、、英語がわかるともっと楽しいショーだったと思います。なるべく早く行った方が席は取りやすいのかな？料理もコースで美味しく頂きました。同じテーブルの年配夫婦とお話しながらで時間もあっという間でしたね。日本ではなかなか無いショーなので楽しかったです。

Wonderful Show
Reviewed by: Mr. Anonymous, 2011/08/10The show and dinner were all great, although the difference between booking premiere and regular show seems only to make sure that you have a front table. I was very lucky to sit with a family from Canada who were very friendly and welcoming. This show has seating at large round tables, and so as an individual realize that you are going to be sitting with someone else.
The show itself was first rate and the singers and dancers put their all to it. There is a small part of the show at the beginning that really didn't make sense where they played like to the were doing work in a village....they should let the dancers and singers rest and abandon this part.
This is an expensive but on Waikiki event, no bus to ride on, but let me share with you if you are in the restaurant right next to the show, or are on the public beach behind the show you could see the whole thing for free!

Platinum Private Hourly Charter from Waikiki & Cruise Ship Pier

simply AWESOME!!
Reviewed by: Ms. Emz, 2011/03/04I definitely had a great time, by far the BEST! Nice location with a spectacular view of the sunset, the nice green color of the famous Diamond Head, great dinner, and the entertainment was just awesome! You can’t ask for more.
Typical luau is on a buffet style dinner and sometimes you have to wait in a long line before you get your food but with Aha Aina, everything is conveniently served to your table, delicious appetizers, filling main entrée, and multiple choices of beverages. Their servers are fast too, very friendly and accommodating. I can only say good things as I totally enjoyed it! I'll be sure to go again.

The narrative is centered around history rather than mythology, unusual for a luau. They moved us indoors because they thought it was going to rain. The food was tasty and filling, service was good, show excellent and informative and the ambiance of this pink hotel was magic ... oh and it's open bar too!!!

Hands down the best EVER!

The food is utterly mouthwatering and they have the perfect combination of traditional and modern cuisine. I must say that the MC was great and had a fantastic way of intertwining stories about the food and the entertainment together. The dancing, singing and of course the fire knife dance just blew me away. So glad that I decided to do this!

Reviewed by: Gary, 2011/02/11I have always booked my Platinum Limousine through Hawaii Activities and have always been extremely pleased with both my arrival and departure experience each time that I visit Honolulu. The cars are always newer models and very clean and the drivers are always on time and extremely courteous. In my opinion, it is much better to pay the extra and have a personal car and driver pick you up at your hotel when you want and safely deliver you to the airport in luxury rather than ride a shuttle bus that stops at dozens of hotels picking up people on the way to the airport. After all, you’re on vacation so I believe that you should enjoy it and spurge a little. When you have great drivers like Jared, it’s well worth the added cost.

Reviewed by: Gary, 2011/02/09This is a new show being offered by the Royal Hawaiian. I had attended their old show several years ago and enjoyed it so much that I thought I would check out this one. I was not disappointed! This is a great show with a wonderful easy to follow storyline. The performers were extremely talented and appeared to truly be enjoying what they were doing. I should comment that this show is designed for a more adult/senior audience where the recommended dress is less casual and the menu is very extensive and in a more formal type dining atmosphere.
