Good points:
There were two guides, a Japanese guide and a local guide. They provided detailed support, which allowed me to enjoy the experience without any worries. I received all the photos taken on the day via Facebook.

Bad points:
The sea was a bit rough, so we could only swim in the lagoon, and the water wasn't very clear. Since we had a guide, I wished we could have gone closer to the beautiful open sea. (There were children participating, so I hope for more advanced support for intermediate to advanced swimmers.) There was hardly any time to relax on the beach.

Pick up on time, lots of interesting information along the drive, friendly, professional and took care of safety. Explained everything well. I was able to create wonderful memories in Hawaii! The weather was sunny on the day, and there were various attractions from intense slides to lazy rivers and wave pools, which made it a lot of fun! This time, I only had a one-day pass and transportation, but I was personally very satisfied. Soft drinks like cola were around five dollars, and food like pizza sets and hamburger sets were about ten dollars. Since the lockers and restaurants are close, I don't think it would be a hassle to go get money to make purchases. If you want to eat and drink without worrying about the price, I think it's better to add the options.

I signed up for this tour because it was guided by a Japanese person, but it required quite a bit of physical stamina. I mentioned that it was my first time snorkeling, and after a little practice, we swam quite a long distance, which made it hard to breathe. They guided me by holding my hand, but I would have preferred to practice breathing and swimming over a shorter distance until I got more comfortable. I chose this tour based on checking the tide and finding a good location at a reasonable time. I saw plenty of sea turtles, but I would have been a bit more satisfied if we had gone to the sandbar before the tide rose. The water level was rising quickly, and by the time we left, it had become quite deep. During snorkeling, I could see the fish well, but there were so many people that it felt like a hot spring. I ended up seeing more people's feet than fish. Overall, the weather was nice, and I saw what I expected, so it was as anticipated. It has a cliché feel, but it seems to be a must-do tour.

We participated as a couple with our 9-year-old child. It was everyone's first time snorkeling, but thanks to Chieko, we were able to participate smoothly, both kids and adults. We swam across Hanauma Bay for about an hour, but I think it's better for slim people and children to rent wetsuits, as the body gets colder than expected. Also, for those who are prone to seasickness, it's reassuring to take motion sickness medication. We got to see beautiful tropical fish and even a turtle, which made for the best memories! I would love to participate again when we come back to Hawaii. Thank you very much! 😊

It was great that I could ride easily in just two hours. The scenery was amazing!! However, the photo data I purchased at the end was corrupted and couldn't be read. I understand that such things can happen, but in other active options, I received a letter with contact information and methods in case the receipt and data couldn't be read. Unfortunately, I didn't receive that from Hands Harden. I even gave a proper tip... It's disappointing because I was looking forward to it.

I participated with my three children, and our seats were assigned from the beginning, with me being seated next to the pilot. We flew almost all the way around Oahu, saw a secret waterfall nestled between mountains that can only be approached by helicopter, and got close to the slopes around Kualoa. Towards the end of the flight, we even passed over planes waiting to land at Honolulu Airport. It was a rare experience that can only be enjoyed from a helicopter. This became the best memory of my trip to Hawaii.

It seems that the phases of the moon and the tides are related. Rather than a sandbar, it was a beautiful sea that came up to my waist. The water was very clear, and I encountered many sea turtles on the way to the sandbar.

At first, when I entered the water, I thought, "It's cold!" but I got used to it after a while. Also, for all the smokers out there! Smoking is prohibited on the boat, but you can smoke in the water! I think having a smoke while standing in the waist-deep water is exceptional, so I recommend bringing your cigarettes!

As for snorkeling, the mask was covered in fine scratches and didn't have anti-fog treatment, so it fogged up quickly after just 2-3 minutes. Additionally, since we were swimming in a group next to the coral, the water became murky and it was hard to see, causing the fish to flee. There were many people who weren't used to it, so it inevitably became a bit crowded.

Participation in snorkeling seems to be optional, so it might be more meaningful to play around the boat. If you're mainly looking to snorkel and seeking the sandbar mentioned in guidebooks, I wouldn't particularly recommend it.

The staff from the tour company were cheerful, friendly, and kind, which was very nice. The sandwiches for lunch were also delicious.

慣れてない人もたくさんいらっしゃるので、どうしても芋洗い状態になってしまうのだと思います

シュノーケルの参加は自由みたいなので、船のまわりでシャパシャパ遊んでる方が有意義かもしれません
シュノーケルをメインに考えている＆ガイドブックに載ってるサンドバーを求めている方には、あまりオススメはしません

催行会社の方々は、陽気で気さく、優しい方が多いのでそこはとても良かったです
お昼のサンドイッチも美味しかった

By chance, all the tour participants were Japanese, so we had a guide in Japanese. During the drive from Waikiki to Manoa, we had a great time with bright self-introductions and learning about popular local shops in Hawaii.

Due to my age, I was worried about not being able to keep up with the others, but the guide made sure to stop at key points and kept the pace slow, which I really appreciated.

The explanations about the plants were detailed and interesting. If I had been hiking alone, I think I would have missed noticing the fruits high up in the trees and the differences between invasive and native plants.

The waterfall at the destination was magnificent. Although there were people who entered the water despite the restrictions due to infection risks, I understand their feelings (laughs).

偶然、ツアー参加者が全員日本人でしたので、日本語でガイドしてもらいました。
ワイキキからマノアに向かう車の中から、明るく自己紹介をしてもらったり、ハワイの現地の人たちに人気のお店を教えてもらったりと、楽しく過ごせました。
私は年齢もあって早く歩けないので、周りの方々の足を引っ張らないか不安でしたが、ガイドさんが要所要所立ち止まって、ペースをゆっくりに保ってもらえました。本当にありがたかったです。
植物の説明も詳しくて面白かったです。個人で登っていたら、高い木の上に果物が生っていることや、外来種と原産種の植物の違いに、気付かないで通り過ぎていたと思います。
ゴール地点の滝は見事なものでした。感染症の危険があるので入水制限されているのに滝壺に入ってしまっている人たちがいましたが、気持ちはわかります(笑)。
本当に楽しい時間を過ごせて良かったです。ガイドのトシさん、ユナさん、ありがとうございました。

This was my second time in Hawaii, but I participated with my boyfriend who was there for the first time. He was a bit scared at first because he isn't great with heights, but he had an amazing time!! I'm so glad I brought him along!!

The staff spoke English and were very friendly, so I felt comfortable participating. If you want photos, they ask you before you fly, so I don't think you'll be pressured into spending money.

Hanauma Bay was truly beautiful. I had a trauma from a previous diving experience that made my breathing become erratic, but the instructor, Fumio, kindly guided me and helped me calm down enough to swim. However, he ended up pulling me along the whole time (;_;). I was really grateful for his help (;_;).

He also took photos and later posted them on Facebook ^ ^. I brought an underwater camera, but it's nice that photos are free with this company since other companies charge for them! I would like to join this tour again when I travel to Hawaii ^ ^.

I stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki, so the meeting place was at the Hokulani hotel front entrance by the escalator. The escalator was located between the ABC Store and Quick Store, but it was a bit hard to find when I got there, so please refer to the photos!

Flying while looking down at Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from above felt amazing (*^^*) For those who are not comfortable with heights... 150 meters might be a bit too high, so perhaps you could enjoy it at a lower height? It was really nice to fly while feeling the wind.

駐車場に着き、売店でトイレを済ませませた後、お水やポンチョなどを頂きました。ツアー詳細にお水、ポンチョの記載がなかったので自分で用意していましたが、必要ありませんでした。
入口で参加者全員で記念撮影のあと、ガイドのトシさんから注意事項の説明があり、トレイルスタートです。
コース途中に生えている植物の説明を受けながら進むので、単純にトレッキングするよりも愉しかったです。
またトレッキング途中も、撮影ポイントが来ると写真を撮って下さるので良い記念になりますよ。
滝までは４０分くらいで到着、行よりも帰りのほうが滑りやすいのでちょっと注意が必要かもしれません。
帰りも行きと同様に植物の説明を受けたり、写真を撮っていただきながら帰りました。
当日、雨が降らなかったこともあり、私たちはそんなに靴や服が汚れることはありませんでしたが、中にはズボンの裾がドロドロになっている方もいらっしゃったので、気にされる方は着替えをお持ちになると良いと思います。
ランチですが、お店が混んでいたので、公園で頂きました。（お店が空いていれば店内で戴けるそうです）
お弁当はちょっとずつ色んなおかずが入っているのが良いですね。色も鮮やかで見た目にも楽しめます。お味はもちろん良かったですよ。
食事をして、ちょっと休憩したのち、ピックアップしたホテルに送って下さりツアー終了しました。
遅い方にペースを合わせて進むので、比較的どんな方でも参加されやすいと感じました。ハワイといえば海のイメージですが、山でトレイルするのも良いですよ～！

I joined this tour because I wanted to see sea turtles and the reviews were good. I was picked up right near my hotel and taken to the port. After a short boat ride, we arrived at a sandbar! The view was amazing, and we played beach volleyball and ate hamburgers. Just when I thought it was over, we went sea turtle watching, then moved on to snorkeling. We arrived around 11 AM, just in time for low tide. Although the water level was up to my knees, the clear surface of the sea was truly beautiful. After a light session of beach volleyball and snorkeling instruction, lunch time came quickly. The hamburger looked light, accompanied by a side of beans flavored with barbecue sauce, but the beef patty was thick and satisfying. Aside from the paid beer, drinks like coffee, tea, cocoa, green tea, and juices were all-you-can-drink.

During that time, we arrived at the snorkeling spot by the coral reef and quickly jumped into the sea… I enjoyed the colorful fish swaying with the waves. A few people seemed to have been stung by jellyfish, but they received immediate care. It seems that if you're lucky, you might encounter a honu (sea turtle), but we missed the timing this time.

ただ数名がくらげに刺されたようですが、直ぐに手当をしてくれていました。
運が良いとホヌに遭遇できるらしいのですが、今回はタイミングがあいませんでした。
シュノーケリングタイムが終わるとホヌの遊泳経路？へ船は移動し船の左右前後で１０頭くらいの遊泳してるホヌを見ることができました。
ホヌは息継ぎの時だけ海面近くに上がるので、見つけても直ぐに潜ってしまいます。
これでツアーは終わりですが、日本人のツアーガイドさんは陽気でキビキビした女性でよいかたでした。
ハリケーンの去った影響でやや波風があったものの思い出に残る体験でした。
また、行きたいと思います。そのときは今回よりも潮が強く引く日を狙いたいと思います。
