It was less crowded than Waikiki Beach, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. We participated as a group of six across three generations, and it was great that we could choose bicycles, floaties, and pancakes from Boots & Kimo's. The kids played on the beach with the floaties almost without taking a break. Having Japanese staff made us feel reassured, and it was nice to be able to ask for recommendations. The plate lunch was also delicious. It was a tour I would like to join again.

I thought it might be tough since we had to gather early in the morning, but it turned out to be a great experience. On the day, we encountered dolphins and whales, and we were able to enjoy the subsequent activities as well. The staff, including AYA who spoke Japanese and INGRID who was great at hula, were kind and fun, which made it even better.

Since it's an activity involving nature, whether you see the animals depends on luck, but I recommend giving it a try.

We participated as a family who loves magic (an elementary school student, a preschooler, and their father). The performers noticed we were Japanese and incorporated some Japanese into the show, which the father enjoyed, but it seemed difficult for the children who don't understand English. My elementary school son somewhat understood, while my preschool son was completely lost (laughs). It’s quite an expensive show, and it wasn't suitable for children who can't understand English. We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon and tried parasailing for the first time. I was nervous until we took off because I'm not great with the feeling of floating, but once we were up in the air, it felt amazing and the view was beautiful—it was the best! The local instructor was very cheerful and bright, and even though all five groups on the same boat were Japanese, everyone was able to communicate and have fun with the instructor.

The airtime was less than 10 minutes, but both my husband and I were very satisfied. If you're hesitating, I definitely recommend giving it a try! I will definitely do it again when I go back to Hawaii!

When I checked in on-site, I found that it was fine to arrive at the buggy check-in location 15 minutes before. Since there was some time before we started, I was able to play on the beach across the road, dipping my feet in the water and building sandcastles.

The return bus also arrived about 10 minutes early, and it felt like the roll call was starting.

I received an email saying to call the English-only reception, so if the weather looks suspicious, it's better to change your reservation on the website in advance. The day after I rescheduled, I flew through a rainy sky and saw a rainbow at my feet. I didn't have the luxury to take leisurely photos, but my feelings were: scary! Beautiful! Amazing! Quiet!

Tour bus was easy to find at Hilo airport, driver friendly and very knowledgeable but hard to understand over the speakers. Lunch and water was provided along with a fruit snack. Tour bus on time from site to site and dropped us off at Blue Hawaiian Helicopters for an excellent ride with David. We had plenty of time to walk over to the airport terminal for our flight back to Honolulu.
