Even though it's called turtle watching, you only see turtles occasionally floating from the board. I thought we would go to the sandbar at high tide, but the water was up to my chest, which was completely different from what I expected. In the end, snorkeling was included, but there wasn't a single fish, and with a group of 60 people splashing around, you couldn't even see underwater. I later heard that there are no fish in Hawaii in October. So why did they offer snorkeling? It was completely not worth the price. I'm very dissatisfied.

Since it was an early morning trip, I was told that a wetsuit would be better, but the weather was so nice that I think it wasn't necessary. The dolphins were quite close to the shore, and we made our first dive a little way out on the boat. I was moved as the dolphins swam right underneath me and leaped a little ahead.

For the second dive, we went to a spot where turtles are often found. The water was clearer here, and there were many beautiful fish, making it very pretty. It felt like looking at an aquarium tank. I was also able to see the turtles right in front of me, which was amazing! It was great to have free time with people returning to the boat, playing on the slide, and snorkeling. I spent the whole time snorkeling, but I wish I had played on the slide as well. The light snack hamburger also had a homemade feel and was delicious. All the staff were friendly, and it was a very enjoyable time. Since it was an early morning trip, I had the whole afternoon free. I was blessed with good weather, and it became a wonderful memory. I definitely want to participate again when I come back to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

二度目は、カメがよくいる所でダイブしました。こちらの方が海の透明度も高く綺麗な魚がたくさんおり、とても綺麗でした。まるで水族館の水槽を見ているようです。カメも目の前で見ることができ、感動です！船に戻る人、滑り台等で遊ぶ人、シュノーケリングをする人と自由時間があって良かったです。私はずっとシュノーケリングをしていたのですが、滑り台等でも遊べば良かったなと思いました。軽食のハンバーガーも手作り感があり美味しかったです。スタッフの方々皆さんノリが良くとても楽しい時間でした。早朝の便だったので、午後は丸々使えます。天気にも恵まれ、最高の思い出となりました。またハワイに来た際は、是非参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

There were a lot of people, but we were able to enjoy all the attractions. We could go on our favorites two or three times. It was a bit pricey, but since it included transportation, I thought I would like to go again next time.
Sunscreen is a must! I brought beach towels from the hotel, so I didn't have any particular issues.
You can use a credit card for the lockers, but JCB is not accepted.

However, regarding the transportation, there were many shuttle buses, and sometimes our names were called, sometimes they weren't. The person in the blue outfit mentioned on the voucher was the one who explained things after we arrived at the pool, but the shuttle staff wore completely different clothes and had no particular markers. It seemed like roll call was a hassle, so I couldn't hear it. I was disappointed with the transportation staff.
I enjoyed myself at the location, so that was good.

バウンチャーに書いてある青い服装の人はプールに着いてからの説明の人で送迎では全然違う服装、目印も特になし。点呼も面倒そうだったので聞こえず。送迎担当の人にはがっかりでした。
現地では楽しめたのでよかったですが。

The driver wearing a blue T-shirt that said "Captain Bob" was supposed to guide us in both English and Japanese, but in reality, it was a large man in a gray tank top who was very tanned and could hardly speak Japanese (・_・;). However, I was relieved that the guidance on the boat was provided entirely in Japanese by "Yuki-san."

When my son got stung by a jellyfish (?), he kindly helped with cooling treatment and explained how to handle it afterward. The hamburger for lunch was also delicious (⌒∇⌒).

During my first snorkeling experience, I was a bit flustered, but he kept asking from the boat, "Are you okay?" which reassured me (I might have looked like I was drowning, lol). I saw sea turtles several times, but unfortunately, I couldn't swim with them. (However, it seemed like others on the opposite side were able to swim with them.)

The sandbar was beautiful, and if I ever go to Hawaii again, I would love to visit this place once more.

We were picked up in front of the hotel at 5:30 AM. I felt reassured that about 70% of the participants were Japanese. Moreover, more than half of them were also on their honeymoon and congratulated us. We listened to the instructions in English and Japanese on the bus. After a short boat ride from Port Harbor, thanks to E ho mai, we spotted a pod of dolphins and even encountered a sea turtle while swimming. Since we met the dolphins and sea turtles right away, we were able to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, trampolines, and slides. It was a pity that there was only one kayak, so only a few people could experience it. The food included homemade cheeseburgers, chips, pineapple, and drinks, all of which were very delicious. The crew was cheerful, and they made the tour very enjoyable with hula dancing and funny stories. It was a bit pricey, but I would like to participate again. The Dolphin & You tattoo sticker was very cute and reminded me of the fun time even after returning to Japan.

It wasn't that we couldn't see them at all, and it was nice to encounter a mother and calf whale. However, we could only see their backs and fins popping up in the distance.

I had wanted to try this for a long time, and this was my first time participating! Our group met at 8:30 AM, and we started at 9. We drove there with a rental car. After arriving, we managed to check the consent form at the check-in monitor, put our wallets in the safe box for valuables, checked our bags at the luggage counter, and took care of the restroom. I hung my phone around my neck because I wanted to take pictures. Then, we were fitted with harnesses for sliding, put on helmets, and waited for the time to start. There were seven participants, including us, all from the mainland United States, along with three staff members. The staff were all friendly and attentive, checking in on us even though we didn't speak English, using gestures and confirming our understanding, which made us feel at ease during the experience! We practiced on a short course first, and then moved on to the next location by jeep. During the ride, they talked about various plants on the farm. We slid down seven courses, changing our positions and eating bananas and tomatoes along the way! It felt amazing! When they asked if it was good in Japanese, I replied, "イイネ!" (Good!). I was worried because I’m a bit overweight and not very fit besides my lack of English, but there was a course where we had to climb with a rope, and even though it was a short distance, I felt exhausted and thought, "I can't do this!" When I called out for help, they laughed and came to assist me! It was so much fun! I bought a T-shirt and a few photos, and received the photos via email by lunchtime! 前からやってみたくて、今回初めて参加しました！私達の回は朝の8:30集合で、開始が9時。レンタカーで自分達で行きました。到着してからはチェックインモニターでなんとか同意書のチェックをして、貴重品用のセーフボックスにお財布を入れ、荷物用のカウンターに荷物を預け、トイレも済ませておきます。携帯は写真撮りたくて首からさげました。それから滑る用の綱を付けて貰い、ヘルメットを被り、時間になるのを待ちました。体験者は私達を入れた7人で、全員アメリカ本土の方。それにスタッフさんが3人居ました。スタッフの方は皆気さくで、英語のできない私達にも気を配ってくれて、ジェスチャー入れたり、わかったか確認してくれたり、色々フォローしてくれているのがわかり、安心して体験することが出来ました！最初に短いコースを練習して、そこからジープ？で移動しました。移動中は色々ファームの植物のことを話してくれてました。7本のコースを滑り、体勢を変えたり、バナナやトマトを食べたりしながら進みました！すごく気持ち良かった‼︎GOODの日本語を聞かれたので、イイネ！と、答えました！笑。私は太っちょで英語の他に体力が無いのも不安材料でしたが、途中ロープでよじ登るコースがあり、短い距離ながらもへこたれて、もう無理！と思ってヘルプミー‼︎と言ったら、笑って助けてくれました！とっても楽しく行けました‼︎Tシャツと写真を何枚か購入し、お昼にはメールで写真が届きました！値段ははりますが、いいのが撮れてました！またやりたいです‼︎

This was my second time at the pool, and since my children have grown, we had a lot of fun. The wait times were short, and compared to Japan, there were many more dynamic attractions, so time flew by. However, there was a problem at departure, which shortened our stay. The local response wasn't very good, so I would appreciate it if improvements could be made.

プールは、2度目でしたが、子供が大きくなったこともあり、とても楽しめました。

We had a great time on this tour. Dirk, the driver/tour guide gave us a lot of info. The tour was exactly as advertised plus we got to see some turtles at an extra stop. Lunch was Excellent. We would definitely do this again. Awesome! !!

I actually wanted to pay for photos, but I couldn't understand the guide's English very well, and I was quickly taken to the front, so I couldn't ask for them... That was the only regret.

The Black woman who was riding with us was very energetic and funny throughout.

However, my husband, who was also with us, was feeling seasick towards the end, despite taking motion sickness medication, and he was exhausted. With a large number of people, there can be a lot of waiting time, so you need to be careful.

But it was really beautiful and fun, so I would love to do it again if I have the chance!

一緒に乗っていた黒人の女性は終始テンションが高くて、面白かったです。

ただ一緒に乗っていた旦那は最後の方、酔い止めも効かず、船酔いでぐったりしていました。
人数が多いと待ち時間も多いので、注意が必要です。

でもとってもきれいで楽しかったので、また機会あればしたいです！

The Royal Swim itself was very enjoyable and truly memorable! The dolphins were so cute, and although it was my first experience, I was very satisfied!!

However, when I presented the voucher at the initial check-in, I found that my reservation was set for a different date and time two days later. In the end, I was able to experience it at an earlier time than planned for that day, but I felt very anxious about not being able to communicate in Japanese and wondering if I would be able to do it after coming all this way. I was really satisfied overall, but I had to rate it normally due to the reservation issue.

ロイヤルスイム自体は、とても楽しくて本当に思い出に残るものでした！
イルカ達もとっても可愛くて、初めての体験でしたが大満足でした！！

が、、最初の受付で、バウチャーを出したら予約日も時間も2日後の違う時間で予約されていました。結局、その日の予定より1つ早い時間で体験できましたが、日本語
も通じない中、ここまで来てできないのかととても不安になりました。
本当は大満足ですが、予約の件で普通にしました。
