I was taken care of three years ago as well. I was moved to see that some of the staff members I had met before remembered me. My daughter, who participated previously, was 7 years old and scared to swim in the deep sea, so my wife stayed close to her, and I couldn't see much, which made me want to try again. This time, my daughter is now 10 years old and happily went into the sea, where she was able to see dolphins and honu (sea turtles) clearly.

On the boat, all the staff members were very kind and cheerful, making the time pass quickly. However, one thing I found disappointing was that they introduced a new two-story boat that can accommodate about 70 people. Because of this, there was less opportunity for conversation with the staff, and when swimming to see the dolphins and honu, there were too many people, leading to frequent collisions among guests, which was unfortunate.

船上でもスタッフの皆さんがとても親切で明るく盛り上げて頂き、あっと言う間に時間が過ぎてしまいました。 ただ一つ残念に思ったのは新型の船を導入し２階建ての船となっており７０名ほど乗れるそうですが、その分スタッフとの会話も減りイルカやホヌを見に泳ぐときも人が多すぎて密集し、お客さん同士がぶつかることが多々あり残念と感じました。

I had done parasailing in Guam before, but since it was my husband's first time, we participated together!! We were both super excited!! The view of Honolulu's skyline and Diamond Head from above the ocean was thrilling!! My husband seemed a bit scared (laughs). I was dropped into the sea about three times, but it felt great for a moment!! Mahalo!!

I participated on Saturday, the day after my arrival. Since I wanted to go to the market in the morning, I signed up for the afternoon course. The staff at the reception spoke fluent Japanese, and there were no issues at all. I waited a little, but they guided me smoothly. The rubber boat used to reach the offshore boat was quite fast and took on the waves directly; my daughter got a bit seasick for a moment, but the beautiful sea and sky made us forget that! There were three pairs of Japanese mothers and daughters, and the two cheerful young men who welcomed us explained everything in Japanese, which eased any worries. Gradually, we ascended to 150 meters in the air... It felt like a roller coaster without the scary drop, and I was amazed at how beautiful the sea, sky, and mountains were. This is definitely something you should try! The splashdown at the end felt great too. I thought it would have been nice to combine it with snorkeling since I was there. Highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

I read that I could choose from several tours at Kualoa, so I thought that would be the case when I participated. However, by the time we departed, the tour I would join and the order were already decided.

It mentioned that water activities were an option, so I brought my swimsuit, but I couldn't use it at all, and it just became extra baggage... I was really disappointed. The instructions said to wear long pants and athletic shoes, so I went in long pants in the heat, but very few participants were dressed that way. I wonder if this information wasn't mentioned when booking through other channels besides VELTRA? The long pants were hot, and I wanted to change.

The tour was supposed to start at 9:15, but the meeting time was 6:50. The bus arrived at 7:00, and we got to Kualoa Ranch at 8:00... Honestly, having to wait for an hour with not many places to sit was quite frustrating, especially if you have small children. I would have preferred to let them sleep for another hour before participating.

I understand that the weather can be unstable in the mountains, but with heavy rain pouring down, the bus was soaking wet from the windows, and if it was leaking, I think they should at least provide simple ponchos or raincoats as a service.

I was honestly taken aback when they told us to get on the bus back to Waikiki immediately while it was raining heavily. At that rate, the photos we bought would be ruined by the rain.

ツアー開始が9:15だったのに、朝の集合時間は6:50、バスが来たのは7:00、クアロアランチに着いたのは8:00。。あまり座るところもない中、正直開始まで1時間もあるのはかなり持て余します。小さい子供と行く場合はなおさらです。あと1時間寝てから参加させてあげたかったです。。
山なので天候が不安定なのは分かりますが、ザーザーぶりの雨で、バスは窓からビチョビチョ、雨漏りもするのであれば、簡単なポンチョやレインコートを配るくらいのサービスはして欲しいです。
雨が最高に強く降っている中、ワイキキに戻るバスにいますぐ乗ってと言われたのには正直引きました、、あれじゃ買った写真も雨でダメになりますよ。

The scenery of nature alone was very moving! The views from every destination were truly amazing, and when I thought, "This is where that scene was filmed!" during the location tour, I was thrilled! I read in some experiences that the lunch was disappointing, but it seemed to suit my taste, and it was delicious. The Japanese guide was a bit broken, but it was still better than everything being in English!

I visited on August 10th.
They generally accommodate English speakers, but they showed us a Japanese video on a tablet for the safety instructions, which helped a lot.
They patiently explained everything in detail, using gestures, so I was able to understand and felt safe while having fun.
The staff were very cheerful and kind, which was great.
We ended up taking our time, and although we ran a bit late, they arranged for our group to be taken back to the hotel.
Since we didn't encounter any other Japanese groups, it might still be a hidden gem for Japanese visitors.

After being picked up at the hotel early in the morning, we received a tour briefing from the tour photographer and driver until we headed to the bus. There were quite a few participants that day, so the group was split into two buses. On the boat, there were some very energetic guides, just as mentioned in the reviews, who kept us entertained throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we only saw dolphins once. There were so many people that it was a struggle to swim with the guides. I felt that I would like to participate when there are fewer people. However, it wasn't that we didn't see anything at all; I was really happy when I saw a dolphin swim right underneath me. The snorkeling didn't feature the colorful fish that you often see in pictures, and I didn't encounter any sea turtles, but it was my first time swimming surrounded by so many fish, and I really enjoyed it. I felt a bit seasick towards the end and wasn't feeling well, but I was able to enjoy the slide and cheeseburgers. It seemed that there were so many people that activities like stand-up paddleboarding weren't mentioned at all, and only the slide was available. If you want to do those activities, it might be a good idea to communicate that clearly to the guides. It felt like the time went by very quickly, but personally, I was at my physical limit, so I was satisfied with that. However, I thought it would be nice if there were tours that allowed for a more leisurely pace with breaks to enjoy the ocean.

早朝ホテルでピックアップされた後、バスで向かうまで、ツアーのフォトグラファーと運転手さんからツアーの説明を受けました。この日は参加者がかなり多く、バスが2台に別れているとのことでした。船には口コミにあったようにかなりハイテンションなガイドさんたちがいて、終始楽しませてくれました。イルカは残念ながら一度しか見られなかったです。人が多すぎてガイドさんと一緒に泳ぐのも必死でした。もう少し人数が少ない時に参加したいと感じました。それでも全く見れないということもなく、イルカが自分の真下を通っていくのを見れた時は本当に嬉しかったです。シュノーケリングはよく写真で見るようなカラフルな魚という感じではなかったし、ウミガメにも出会えなかったけれど、たくさんのお魚に囲まれて泳ぐのが初めてでとても楽しめました。少し船酔い気味で最後は気分が悪かったですが、スライダーやチーズバーガーも楽しむことができました。サップなどのアクティビティは人が多かったからなのか、全く案内されず、スライダーしか用意されていませんでした。やりたい場合はきちんとガイドさんにお伝えしておくと良いのかもしれません。かなりあっという間に感じましたが、個人的には体力的にあのくらいで限界だったので納得することができましたが、もっとゆっくり時間をかけて休憩も挟みながら海を楽しむことができるツアーがあってもよいのかなぁと思いました。

My husband and I participated together. We skied long distances in the great outdoors. On the third and sixth runs, we were able to ski side by side and film each other, creating precious memories.

After finishing the runs, I felt truly refreshed. The scale and environment felt uniquely Hawaiian.

With two instructors dedicated to the four participants, I felt reassured. The two ladies who joined us were elderly, but they enjoyed themselves as if they were children again. I would love to do this again.

I participated with my sister's family of four and my son, making a total of six people. Originally, it was planned for just my son and me to do the 90M, but due to strong winds, it was deemed unsafe for my 7-year-old son and me, so we were advised to do the 150M with my sister's family in two groups of three instead. We ended up flying without much time to mentally prepare.

Once we ascended to a certain height and got a bit more comfortable, we went up further to 150M. As I leaned back into the harness and got used to the position, I was able to enjoy the view of the distant Honolulu downtown skyline and Diamond Head.

The staff were all very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory. If you're interested in parasailing, I highly recommend this tour.

妹家族4人と私と息子の6人で参加しました。
元々は、息子と2人で90Mの予定でしたが、風が強いので7歳の息子と母親では、危ないという理由で、妹家族と3人×2回で150Mにした方がいいと船で出てから言われ、心の準備も出来ないままに飛ぶ事になりました。

ある程度の高さまで上がって、少し落ち着いて慣れたところまた更に上がって150M
体をロープに預けて体勢も慣れてくると遠くホノルルダウンタウンのビル群やダイヤモンドヘッドなど景色を楽しむことが出来ました。

スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良く、良い思い出になりました。
パラセイリングに興味があるなら、是非オススメのツアーです。

This time, I booked a plan without lunch and with a one-day pass, and I added a cabana reservation. The cabana is a bit pricey, but it provides a space with a roof and curtains, so I didn't have to worry about being seen and was able to relax comfortably on the bed. It comes with mineral water and fruit, and you can also order food by phone, which is great.

Although it's unrelated to the plan, last time I went on a Sunday, it was very crowded, and the wait times for attractions like the slides were long. I couldn't secure a good spot to rest and couldn't enjoy myself comfortably. This time, since it was a weekday, it was relatively empty, the wait times for attractions were short, and there was plenty of space, which was nice. I definitely recommend going on a weekday.

As for the lunch buffet included in the meal plan, there weren't many types of dishes, so personally, I thought a plan without meals might be fine. However, there is the advantage of not having to worry about the hassle of going to buy food or finding a place.

プランとは関係ないですが、前回、日曜日に行ったところ、とても混雑していて、スライダーなどのアトラクションの待ち時間が長いし、休憩場所も良い場所を確保出来ず、相席でゆっくり楽しめませんでした。今回は平日でしたのでわりと空いていて、アトラクションの待ち時間が短く、場所も余裕があって良かったです。行くなら絶対平日をおすすめします。
食事付きプランのランチビュッフェは、料理の種類があまり多くなかったので、個人的には食事なしのプランでも良いかなと思いましたが、食事を買いに行く手間や場所を考えなくて済むという利点もあります。

This was a great experience. I do not like the water and get motion sick very easily. However, I could not visit Hawaii without giving snorkeling a try. Dan showed the kids (10 & 12) what to do and gave us time to practice. Seeing how uncomfortable I was, Dan stayed with me and literally held my hand the whole time. I still felt sick by the end from the motion, but the rest of the family did awesome and really enjoyed the experience. Double Dramamine for me next time.

From August 3rd (Saturday) to August 15th (Thursday), we came to Hawaii for the first time in three years for a family trip, planning to stay for a week on Oahu and five days on the Big Island. I had always wanted to try snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, and with my daughter now in the second grade, we decided to go ahead after referencing many experiences on Veltra.

I was concerned about the impact of the typhoon until the day before, but on the day of the tour, August 5th (Monday), it was clear and we were able to go snorkeling.

Dan came to pick us up at the Hilton Hawaiian Village where he was staying, and he shared stories about snorkeling and other topics during the ride, which made for a fun travel reference. We arrived at the Hanauma Bay parking lot around 7:40, and there were already many cars parked. After meeting up with another tour participant's car, we had a total of nine people for snorkeling. The group consisted of our three family members, two students and their parents, and a couple, making a total of nine.

Once we arrived at Hanauma Bay, Dan's wife, Chieko, carefully explained the features of Hanauma Bay, snorkeling, and the preparations, which made us feel secure about trying it. My daughter, being the youngest at second grade, made me a bit worried at first, but Chieko supported her throughout, and she became the best at snorkeling in our family, beaming with joy saying, "I had fun!"

At 8 AM, the seawater temperature was still a bit cold, and although we hadn't signed up for wetsuits, after hearing Chieko's advice, we decided to wear them. It was great that they had prepared enough for everyone and ensured safety while snorkeling.

The conditions at Hanauma Bay had some waves, so we experienced being pushed back while swimming and also moving forward with the current. At first, I was focused on getting used to the breathing technique for snorkeling and using fins for the first time, but soon I started to see fish and wanted to see them better.

My daughter held hands with Chieko and swam while relaxed, which reassured me. I enjoyed snorkeling while holding hands with my wife. At one point, Chieko spotted a turtle, and we were lucky to see it up close, about three meters away!

Even with just about an hour of snorkeling, it felt long underwater, which was a new sensation for me. Everyone who participated in the tour seemed to have a great time, and it became a wonderful memory from this trip.

Thank you so much, Dan and Chieko. I would love to participate again when we come back to Oahu! (●＾o＾●)

前日まで台風の影響はどうだろうかと気にかけていましたが、ツアー当日の８月５日（月）は快晴で、シュノーケリングを行うことができました。

ダンさんが滞在している、ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジまで迎えに来てくれて、車内でもシュノーケリングのことやそれ以外のお話もしてくれて、楽しく旅行の参考にもなりました。
ハナウマ湾の駐車場は７：４０くらいに到着して、すでにたくさんの車が停まっていました。もう一台のツアー参加者さんの車と合流して、私たちは９名でシュノーケリングを行っていきました。ツアー参加者の構成は我が家の３人と、学生のお子様２人とご両親の４人家族の方、カップルの方達が１組で合計９人でした。

ハナウマ湾に到着してからは、ダンさんの奥様のチエコさんが、ハナウマ湾の特徴や、シュノーケリングのこと、準備を詳しく丁寧に伝えてくれたので、安心してトライしていくこともできました。小学２年生の娘が最年少で、最初はできるかなと半分心配していましたが、チエコ先生が終始サポートをしてくださり、我が家の中では一番上手にシュノーケリングができるようになり、「楽しかったよ。」と満面の笑みでした。

朝８時はまだ海水の温度が冷えている方らしく、我が家はスウェットスーツまでは申し込んでいませんでしたが、チエコ先生の話を聞いて、着用することにして参加することにしました。人数分準備してあることや、安全にシュノーケリングができることを配慮されていることも良かったです。

ハナウマ湾の状態は波が少しある方でしたので、泳いでも少し戻されていったり、反対に流れとともに進んだりするような感じで潜っていきました。最初はシュノーケリングの呼吸のしかたになれること、フィンを初めて使ったので、動かすことに夢中でしたが、そのうちお魚たちが見えてくるようになり、もっとよく見たいと思えるようになってきました♬

娘はチエコ先生と手をつなぎ、力を抜いて泳ぎながら海中を見れていたので、安心しました。私は妻と一緒に手をつないでシュノーケリングを楽しみました。途中チエコ先生がカメがいることを発見して、3メートルくらいの距離でまじかに見ることができたこともラッキーでした♪

1時間くらいのシュノーケリングの時間でも、海の中では長く感じたことも初めての感覚でした。一緒にツアーに参加されていた皆さんも楽しかったようで、今回の旅の中で、良い想い出になってくれましたよ。

ダンさん・チエコさん本当にありがとうございました。またオアフ島に来た際には、再び参加させていただきたいと思っています（●＾o＾●）

I participated with my husband and our third-grade son! My husband is not a fan of things like roller coasters, so I was a bit worried at first. However, it turned out to be really great. Up in the sky at a height of 150 meters, it was very quiet, and he seemed to really enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the pleasant breeze. When we got back, he had a satisfaction level of 120%!

There were so many horses and single-rider buggies that we couldn't make a reservation, so we participated in a five-person buggy with four people. But it was so much fun! The magnificent scenery and the views I had seen in movies were exciting. As we went further in, the temperature dropped and the air changed. It was an hour full of excitement!

This was such a well laid out tour with plenty of time for all of the different sites. Our bus was on time and our tour guide was fantastic throughout the whole day. We started out touring the Battleship Missouri and also did about a 35 minute guided tour and then we went over to the Aviation museum and had lunch before being able to check out both hangers. After that we headed over to the Arizona Memorial and were able to watch a short movie explaining the attack and walk through the different exhibits before taking a boat ride to the memorial. It was still closed for construction so I would love to go back once it opens to be able to actually go on the memorial. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I was relieved that I could learn how to operate the buggy in Japanese, so I felt comfortable driving. However, the tour guide spoke in English, so unfortunately, I couldn't understand what was being said.

Still, the scenery was amazing, and I was able to visit filming locations from movies, which was enjoyable. I think those who love off-roading will definitely have a great time.

The two hours flew by.

Since I saw in the reviews that we should allow plenty of time for our return, I made a reservation starting at 1:30 PM and planned to return by 4 PM, so I booked a dinner for 6:30 PM just to be safe. However, it turned out to be quite tight!

I book activities every year, and the flow is generally the same with all companies (arriving at the activity company by car, moving to another boat by ship, and waiting for our turn until called), but here there were no snacks or drinks available, and there weren't enough chairs, so many people were standing, making the wait feel long.

We only did jet skiing, but for an activity that lasts about 20 minutes, we gathered at 12:50 PM and arrived back at the hotel after 6 PM. It might be more time-efficient to choose a plan that allows you to experience various activities all at once.

Even a 12-year-old child was allowed to drive when riding with a parent, which was great! There was a point for changing drivers separate from the green floating balls where you go around in circles, and we switched drivers several times.

After returning to the company, you can purchase the GoPro images taken by a self-timer mounted on the jet ski's handle, but due to a mistake on their part, the data was not found, and we waited a long time. When they finally found it, the only video was just a few seconds long. The photos were also disappointing; since it was a two-person jet ski, the only shot of the previous driver was a close-up of their upper body, and the overall view of us riding was not captured, so the ski itself wasn't in the picture. We paid $40 for photos and $40 for the video plus tax (CDR was $40, USB was $50), but both were disappointing. The video was just a few seconds long (laughs).

I had brought an underwater camera and a waterproof phone case with enthusiasm, but I found out just before that they were not allowed, which was disappointing since I was counting on the GoPro. However, the photos and videos from other people's parasailing looked great, as they were taken from a good distance with their cameras! I should have asked for a full shot of the two of us before attaching the GoPro to the body.

It's a good idea to bring small bills for tips, which you can give when getting off the boat. We only had two $20 bills for safety, so after tipping, we didn't have enough money left for the photo data, and I had to give my credit card number to the Japanese staff at the reception to make the purchase later.

Even after finally finishing, we were told the next pickup car would arrive in 30 minutes, so I thought it would be wise to bring some cash to shop at the nearby Safeway and kill time.

After finally getting into the late-arriving car, it took nearly an hour to get to the hotel. I'm glad we made the reservation with plenty of time to spare. The company had two restrooms, and since I changed clothes, I didn't have to stay in my wet swimsuit.

帰りの時間には余裕をとこちらの口コミで見た為、13時半スタートの予約をし、16時戻りとなっていたので余裕を持って18時半のディナーを予約していましたが、まさかのギリギリでした！

毎年アクティビティを予約しているので、どの会社も同じような流れですが、（車でアクティビティの会社に着き、船で拠点となる別の船まで移動して、呼ばれるまで順番を待つ）こちらはスナックや飲み物等もなく、椅子も足らずたくさん立っている人がいるので待ち時間が長く感じます。

私たちはジェットスキーだけにしましたが、20分くらいのアクティビティの為に、12時50分集合〜18時すぎのホテル着となりました。
だったら色々一気に体験できるプランの方が時間的には効率的かもしれません。

12歳の子どもでも親との二人乗りなら運転させてもらえましたので、その点はとても良かったです♪
ぐるぐる回遊するポイントの緑の浮きボールとは別に、運転者を交代する為のポイントもあり、私たちは何度か交代しました(^-^)

終了後会社に戻ってから、ジェットスキーのハンドルに設置されたセルフタイマーで撮られているゴープロの画像をデータ購入できるようになっていますが、あちらの手違いでデータが見つからずずっと待っていて、やっと見つかり見せて頂いたものは動画は数秒の1つだけでした。
写真も、二人乗りジェットスキーだと、前の運転者の上半身アップのみで、乗っているところの全体像は写せないのでスキーも写っておらず、写真40ドルと動画40ドル＋税（CDRは40、USBは50ドル）しましたが、どちらも残念な感じでした。動画は数秒でしたし(笑)
張り切って水中カメラや防水スマホケースを持って行ったのですが、持ち込み禁止と直前でわかり、ゴープロに期待していただけに…。他の方のパラセイリングなどの写真や動画はカメラとの距離感があるのでちゃんと撮れていてとても良さそうでした！ゴープロを車体に取りつける前に2人で乗っている全体像を1枚お願いすれば良かったです。

チップは船を降りる時などに渡せるように細かいお札を持って行った方がいいです。
私たちは念の為の20ドル札2枚しか持っていなかったので、チップを渡したら写真データのお金が足らなくなってしまい、受付の日本人のスタッフさんにクレジットの番号などを後から伝えて購入できました。

やっと終わっても次のお迎えの車は30分後と言われて、同じ敷地内にあるセーフウェイなど買い物して時間を潰すにもある程度の現金持ってくるべきだなと思いました。

やっと遅れて来た車に乗ってからも、ホテルまでは1時間近くかかりました。
相当な余裕を持って予約しておいて良かったです。会社に2つトイレがあり、服に着替えをしたので濡れた水着を着っぱなしではなく済みました。

I participated for the first time with my daughter in third grade, my son in second year of junior high, my 79-year-old father, my 74-year-old mother, and myself, a total of five people. I was worried about my mother, who has trouble walking, but we were able to enjoy the sandbar without any issues. My mother watched the snorkeling from the boat, but there were others who were also observing the snorkeling, and the atmosphere allowed everyone to participate freely according to their own condition, which was great.

The day before, a hurricane was approaching, and I was concerned about the weather, but during the tour until around 2:30 PM, we were able to enjoy the blue sky and the emerald green sea!

The female leader of the tour was excellent; her explanations were enjoyable, bright, and efficient, and the other staff members were very kind, making it a highly favorable tour. My son was impressed by the surprisingly delicious hamburgers.

ホテルの近くからのバスの発車も助かりました。
マリンシューズを用意してましたが、履かなくて大丈夫でした。スタッフの方によると、小さな砂が入り込んでかえって痛いこともある、とのことでした。準備しておいて現場で履く履かないは選ぶ、でいいかと思います。
とても楽しいツアーで、行けて良かったです。

I recommend buying something at ABC Store. Since I don't research much, it's best to sneak it into the bottom of your bag. There is a shop, but the staff lacks motivation, and you may have to wait in line for over 30 minutes in an area without shade. They serve food that has flies on it, so you should bring your own food to avoid getting caught.

We saved the best for last. We are a family of 4, mom, dad and 2 - 13 years olds. We had a fantastic time!! So much fun and great guides! The ranch is beautiful. You can ride horses, bus tour, atv or utv tours to take. We did the utv. It sits 5. Our sons wanted to drive at s but they are not old enough. They still loved it! Its where alot of great movies were filmed like Lost, jurasic park. Will recommand to everyone!!! And many more. They have a food availble too.
Best way to finish our great hawaii trip.

Both the driver and the guide were very pleasant people, and I was able to participate in the tour comfortably! The journey to Manoa Falls was filled with beautiful greenery, and I was impressed to find such a natural forest just 15 to 20 minutes from Waikiki. I heard that the water flow of the falls is amazing during the rainy season, so I would like to see that as well. The path was muddy after the rain, but it was manageable even for elementary school students. The lunch at Kapiolani Park at the end also became a wonderful memory. Thank you!
