We participated with two elementary school students and two adults, a total of four people. Our reservation was for 1 PM, but we had to wait about 40 minutes for the previous canoe to return. However, the staff member who spoke Japanese at the reception said, "You can wait in the pool at the Royal Hawaiian," so we were lucky to wait while playing in the pool, keeping the kids entertained.

We experienced the canoe with three families from the West and our group of four. In addition to a friendly captain, one of the staff members who spoke Japanese joined us, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy the experience. The kids just sat in the canoe without paddles. When I asked, "Can we take pictures while on the canoe?" they replied, "You can take pictures without paddles," so I also took pictures without a paddle and enjoyed canoe surfing to my heart's content. Although we were told we could ride the waves twice, we were lucky enough to ride three times, which left us very satisfied.

子供はオールは持たずに乗るだけ。 「カヌーに乗って写真を撮っても良いか？」と聞いたら、「オールなしなら写真撮れるよ」とのことだったので、私もオールはなしで 思う存分写真を撮りながらカヌーサーフィンを体験させていただきました。
波に乗れるのは２回とのことでしたが、またまたラッキーな事に3回も乗らせて頂き大満足です。

手頃な値段で、家族みんなが楽しめて最高の時間が過ごせました。

Thank you for your assistance this time. Perhaps due to it being the Obon season, there were many participants, and after watching the video and having a lesson on land, we were left relatively unattended, finishing in about an hour and a half instead of the two hours promised. There was also no proper guidance regarding the return transportation, leaving us wondering if that was it!?

I think it may depend on the number of participants, but I felt disappointed that I couldn't experience a sense of fulfillment, and it felt like I wasted my valuable time during my stay.

Choosing this zipline among the several options on Oahu was the right decision. Since we had some time on the bus, we stopped by Laie Point and unexpectedly got to take stunning photos of the scenery. The staff was very cheerful and made the experience a lot of fun. The view from the top of the mountain was also amazing, and I really enjoyed my time in Hawaii. It does cost a bit, but the experience is well worth it. This is a tour that you won't regret trying at least once.

All three instructors were unable to speak Japanese, but we were able to enjoy the zip line without any difficulty thanks to their gestures. If small children couldn't land due to their light weight, the instructors would cover for them, so there were no issues.

It was the best honeymoon!
This time, I participated in the 150m experience.
The boat driver was friendly and had a great vibe, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Also, the person at the reception counter spoke Japanese, so I felt安心して参加する事が出来ました.
We gathered directly at the yacht harbor, but there were no large, clear signs for Beltra, so I think it would be better if there were more prominent signs displayed.

Fantastic and energetic staff. Customer service was wonderful. Saw many Dolphin immediately. The guides in the water during the snorkeling time. Water was a little choppy and several customers were sick. Can’t do one thing about that, however, there needs to be another water cooler on the main level and one on the top level. Hydration is a must in these situations and water needs to be readily available for these people. Also, bigger cups. Lastly, during the swim on your own time, we saw a bunch of fish, but the wind was blowing the boat away from the swimmers and it was difficult to catch up. I would suggest a long rope line in the water with a orange float on the end that people can swim to when the boat is blowing away from the swimmers. Quick lunch a was good and well planned. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this tour!!!

On the boat, all the staff members were very kind and cheerful, making the time pass quickly. However, one thing I found disappointing was that they introduced a new two-story boat that can accommodate about 70 people. Because of this, there was less opportunity for conversation with the staff, and when swimming to see the dolphins and honu, there were too many people, leading to frequent collisions among guests, which was unfortunate.

I participated on Saturday, the day after my arrival. Since I wanted to go to the market in the morning, I signed up for the afternoon course. The staff at the reception spoke fluent Japanese, and there were no issues at all. I waited a little, but they guided me smoothly. The rubber boat used to reach the offshore boat was quite fast and took on the waves directly; my daughter got a bit seasick for a moment, but the beautiful sea and sky made us forget that! There were three pairs of Japanese mothers and daughters, and the two cheerful young men who welcomed us explained everything in Japanese, which eased any worries. Gradually, we ascended to 150 meters in the air... It felt like a roller coaster without the scary drop, and I was amazed at how beautiful the sea, sky, and mountains were. I would have preferred to let them sleep for another hour before participating.

I understand that the weather can be unstable in the mountains, but with heavy rain pouring down, the bus was soaking wet from the windows, and if it was leaking, I think they should at least provide simple ponchos or raincoats as a service.

I was honestly taken aback when they told us to get on the bus back to Waikiki immediately while it was raining heavily. At that rate, the photos we bought would be ruined by the rain.

山なので天候が不安定なのは分かりますが、ザーザーぶりの雨で、バスは窓からビチョビチョ、雨漏りもするのであれば、簡単なポンチョやレインコートを配るくらいのサービスはして欲しいです。
雨が最高に強く降っている中、ワイキキに戻るバスにいますぐ乗ってと言われたのには正直引きました、、あれじゃ買った写真も雨でダメになりますよ。

This was the highlight of our family trip! Our 1 year old had a blast! The boat didn’t give me sea sickness so that’s a plus! They serve one of the best burgers I’ve had and they serve alcohol! From captain to the guy that was talking about safety and all the cool info he knew to the guy with the guitar... it was such a great experience! Will definitely come back when we come back to the island. Don’t hesitate and book your tickets! It’s worth every dollar!

The scenery of nature alone was very moving! The views from every destination were truly amazing, and when I thought, "This is where that scene was filmed!" during the location tour, I was thrilled! I read in some experiences that the lunch was disappointing, but it seemed to suit my taste, and it was delicious. After being picked up at the hotel early in the morning, we received a tour briefing from the tour photographer and driver until we headed to the bus. There were quite a few participants that day, so the group was split into two buses. On the boat, there were some very energetic guides, just as mentioned in the reviews, who kept us entertained throughout the trip. Unfortunately, we only saw dolphins once. There were so many people that it was a struggle to swim with the guides. I felt that I would like to participate when there are fewer people. However, it wasn't that we didn't see anything at all; I was really happy when I saw a dolphin swim right underneath me. The snorkeling didn't feature the colorful fish that you often see in pictures, and I didn't encounter any sea turtles, but it was my first time swimming surrounded by so many fish, and I really enjoyed it. I felt a bit seasick towards the end and wasn't feeling well, but I was able to enjoy the slide and cheeseburgers. It seemed that there were so many people that activities like stand-up paddleboarding weren't mentioned at all, and only the slide was available. If you want to do those activities, it might be a good idea to communicate that clearly to the guides. It felt like the time went by very quickly, but personally, I was at my physical limit, so I was satisfied with that. However, I thought it would be nice if there were tours that allowed for a more leisurely pace with breaks to enjoy the ocean.

早朝ホテルでピックアップされた後、バスで向かうまで、ツアーのフォトグラファーと運転手さんからツアーの説明を受けました。この日は参加者がかなり多く、バスが2台に別れているとのことでした。船には口コミにあったようにかなりハイテンションなガイドさんたちがいて、終始楽しませてくれました。イルカは残念ながら一度しか見られなかったです。人が多すぎてガイドさんと一緒に泳ぐのも必死でした。もう少し人数が少ない時に参加したいと感じました。それでも全く見れないということもなく、イルカが自分の真下を通っていくのを見れた時は本当に嬉しかったです。シュノーケリングはよく写真で見るようなカラフルな魚という感じではなかったし、ウミガメにも出会えなかったけれど、たくさんのお魚に囲まれて泳ぐのが初めてでとても楽しめました。少し船酔い気味で最後は気分が悪かったですが、スライダーやチーズバーガーも楽しむことができました。サップなどのアクティビティは人が多かったからなのか、全く案内されず、スライダーしか用意されていませんでした。やりたい場合はきちんとガイドさんにお伝えしておくと良いのかもしれません。かなりあっという間に感じましたが、個人的には体力的にあのくらいで限界だったので納得することができましたが、もっとゆっくり時間をかけて休憩も挟みながら海を楽しむことができるツアーがあってもよいのかなぁと思いました。

I participated with my sister's family of four and my son, making a total of six people. Originally, it was planned for just my son and me to do the 90M, but due to strong winds, it was deemed unsafe for my 7-year-old son and me, so we were advised to do the 150M with my sister's family in two groups of three instead. We ended up flying without much time to mentally prepare.

Once we ascended to a certain height and got a bit more comfortable, we went up further to 150M. As I leaned back into the harness and got used to the position, I was able to enjoy the view of the distant Honolulu downtown skyline and Diamond Head.

The staff were all very friendly, and it became a wonderful memory. If you're interested in parasailing, I highly recommend this tour.

妹家族4人と私と息子の6人で参加しました。
元々は、息子と2人で90Mの予定でしたが、風が強いので7歳の息子と母親では、危ないという理由で、妹家族と3人×2回で150Mにした方がいいと船で出てから言われ、心の準備も出来ないままに飛ぶ事になりました。

ある程度の高さまで上がって、少し落ち着いて慣れたところまた更に上がって150M
体をロープに預けて体勢も慣れてくると遠くホノルルダウンタウンのビル群やダイヤモンドヘッドなど景色を楽しむことが出来ました。

スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良く、良い思い出になりました。
パラセイリングに興味があるなら、是非オススメのツアーです。

プランとは関係ないですが、前回、日曜日に行ったところ、とても混雑していて、スライダーなどのアトラクションの待ち時間が長いし、休憩場所も良い場所を確保出来ず、相席でゆっくり楽しめませんでした。今回は平日でしたのでわりと空いていて、アトラクションの待ち時間が短く、場所も余裕があって良かったです。行くなら絶対平日をおすすめします。
食事付きプランのランチビュッフェは、料理の種類があまり多くなかったので、個人的には食事なしのプランでも良いかなと思いましたが、食事を買いに行く手間や場所を考えなくて済むという利点もあります。

I participated with my husband and our third-grade son! My husband is not a fan of things like roller coasters, so I was a bit worried at first. However, it turned out to be really great.
