Since I went on a weekday, I didn't have any trouble finding a spot and had a great time. I was looking forward to the lazy river since I'm not a fan of the thrilling slides, but unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance on the day of my visit. The staff recommended the wave pool, but... There are many slides, but there's also a children's zone, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. It was helpful that Veltra provided explanations in Japanese regarding important points. It was also fun that they took care of the items that are not allowed to bring in.

I was only anxious about my English, but there were explanations in Japanese on the bus, so there were no problems. We were able to enter Hanauma Bay first thing in the morning. The entrance fee was paid by a representative from the foreign passengers on the same bus. I was happy to see wild sea lions. Diving allowed us to see fish, which was overwhelming. This is the best memory of Hawaii for my 11-year-old daughter and me. Since the meeting time is at 12:30, we were able to stay for a long time, so I recommend it.

The ground was muddy from the rain the previous day, making it a bit difficult to walk (but the waterfall had a good flow because of it). I was glad to have borrowed trekking poles. The guide was cheerful and lively, and it was fun to chat with them. They provided explanations about the plants and Hawaii on the spot, which deepened my understanding of Hawaii's nature and made the experience enjoyable!

We took many photos at the scenic spots, creating great memories. Also, the lunch sandwiches were delicious, and it was nice to eat them in a place with a good view.

After that, we had grilled meat on the boat, which was like a hamburger, and then we went snorkeling. I got to see coral and cute fish, and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it!

We participated as a couple with our two 4-year-old children. During the experience, we were unable to take photos ourselves, as the staff took pictures for us. Therefore, the photos with the dolphins were supposed to be very important memories. However, when we checked the photos at the end during the purchase, one child's photo was missing, and when we asked the staff, they couldn't explain why... It was very disappointing that, even though the photos were included in the price, we didn't have a photo of one of our children.

This time it was Friday, and the hours were longer than on other days, but I still thought it would feel as empty as last time. When we arrived, to my surprise, there was a line at the entrance! I thought, "Huh? Something seems different," and as my wife and I entered the park, it was bustling and full of energy, a complete change from our last visit! Every attraction had a line, but the atmosphere was filled with cheerful laughter. Even though we were waiting in line, it wasn't the kind of waiting you experience at Japanese theme parks, so it was bearable even in the scorching sun. Both my son and I had a great time!

前回は火曜日に営業時間が短い時に行ったせいか閑散としていたので大丈夫かな？と思いながらも息子の希望で今回また伺う事になりました。今回は金曜日で営業時間が他の曜日よりも長かったのですが、それでも前回の様な閑散とした感じなんだろうな…と思いながら行くと、何と入場口に行列が！！あれ？様子が変だぞ？と嫁と話ながら園内に入ると、前回と打って変わってとても賑やかで活気が溢れていました！どのアトラクションも並んでいて、それでいて何処からともなく賑やかな笑い声が、並ぶと言っても日本のテーマパークの様な並び方ではないので、炎天下でも耐えられる位でした。息子共々とても楽しめました！

This time, it might be because we had the place exclusively for our family, but the kindness and thoughtfulness of all the staff really shone through, and it was an activity filled with the desire to create many memories! We started with the banana boat and then moved on to the bumper tube, but after falling into the sea from the banana boat, my 7-year-old got scared and said he didn't want to do the bumper tube. The staff encouraged him, saying, "We won't let you fall, so give it a try!" and he decided to experience it. My son was very satisfied with the experience! Thanks to the playful staff, we had a wonderful time, and what I still remember is the smiles of all the staff! Additionally, they took good care of the hat that my daughter forgot, and when we went to pick it up later, they greeted us with smiles. I want to see everyone again! また皆さんに会いたいです！

The sea was, of course, beautiful, but this tour was not just about seeing the ocean. The staff really got everyone involved, playing beach volleyball and grilling delicious hamburgers. The service was excellent. Of course, it was in Japanese. I definitely recommend this over just a sightseeing tour.

This is the second time I go in this tour, since the first time was awesome!
This time the tour was delayed due to staffing issues: we didn’t have a captain and no one to take photos. The remaining of the tour was great once we got going, however the tour was cut short by 30 mins due to the initial delay, for 3 hours instead of 3.5 hours was described.
