I was under the impression we were on a smaller shuttle bus, not a big bus. By the time we got picked up we had to sit in the back of the bus. Only a few people wore masks. I had paid more for this tour because I thought it was in a smaller vehicle. I saw many smaller shuttles and was told by the tour guide that this company used to use smaller shuttles but now went to the big bus. The tour guide knew a lot about the island that was interesting but it was obvious that he was sure high on himself. We spent a lot of time riding the bus and getting on and off. Last time I was on Oahu I rented a car and it was much more enjoyable.

"BK" the tour bus driver is very knowledgeable and friendly gentlemen. He explained everything for us and made sure we were prepared. Highly recommended!

Overall an amazing experience from the start! Just walking in everybody is already a joker. The performances were captivating and incredible to watch. Not to mention the food that went with it!

I appreciated leaving on time from the harbor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The ride
allowed us to see the beautiful Kaneohe Bay. We were given ample time on the soundbar which is breathtaking. Snorkeling was also a lot of fun and we see a number of turtles. The lunch and service was great.

Our trip was amazing, food was great!

They gave us everything we needed; we hope to book again. The sandbar was great to be able to play volleyball and then snorkel and sea the turtles. Best adventure by far!

In Honolulu, where the COVID-19 situation is improving, I felt there were still few Japanese tourists. Nevertheless, I participated alone this time. We moved towards Ko Olina and boarded a lovely boat from the harbor. Without any rocking, we encountered a pod of dolphins after about 20 minutes. Then we moved to a snorkeling spot and had an encounter with a sea turtle. After returning to the boat, I enjoyed some drinks and lunch, even though I was alone. A few people, including the captain, spoke Japanese, which was considerate for me as a solo traveler. Since there are few Japanese tourists, it might be understandable, but I think the fast-paced English explanations would be quite challenging without strong language skills. If possible, I would have appreciated it if printed translations of the explanations in Japanese were provided. Overall, it was a satisfying tour.

コロナが収まりつつあるホノルルは、まだ日本人が少ない印象でした。
それでも今回は一人で参加させていただきました。
コオリナ方面へ移動して、ハーバーから素敵な船に乗船してさど揺れることなく移動して約20分でイルカの群れに遭遇しました。
それからシュノーケリングのポイントに移動してウミガメとの遭遇。
船に戻って一人でしたがお酒やランチで堪能しました。
船長をはじめ数人が日本語を話せたので一人旅の私に気遣っていただきました。
日本人が少ないので仕方ないかもしれませんが、早口の英語の説明はよほどの語学力がないと厳しいと思います。
可能であれば、説明の内容を日本語の和訳でプリントしたものを配布していただけるとありがたかったと思いました。
トータル的には満足したツアーでした。

Tony was a great guide! The trip was definitely worth it! I wish they wouldn't make you drive to Waikiki if you aren't staying in Waikiki. Only Pearl Harbor tour we could get booked and it was great!

Awesome experience. The people are so friendly. We’d enjoyed all the stories and the surroundings. It was all organized very well and you can tell, Chiefs family spend a lot of time on all. Can’t wait to experience this again!

My entire family attend Chief's Luau and it was wonderful from top to bottom. They provided a huge amount of good food and moved people through the line quickly. Chief Sielu was delightfully funny, wise, heartfelt and shared his culture in such a beautiful way. All of the musicians, dancers and fire/knife dancers were absolutely amazing. All the performers showed such a passion and love of their culture. I would highly recommend this luau for anyone wanting to learn more about Polynesian culture.

- I was a bit anxious on the bus since most of the people around me were foreigners, but once I got on the boat, there was a Japanese guide who was very polite and friendly, and I had a great time.
- There were also preschool children, which made me a little nervous, but thanks to the guide, I was able to enjoy myself without any worries.
- The hamburger on the boat was delicious, and I felt completely satisfied with everything! I want to go again!!

・バスの中は周りは外国の方ばかりで不安でしたが、船に乗ると日本人のガイドの方がいらして、とても丁寧かつフレンドリーに接していただき、とても楽しかったです。
・未就学児もいて少しドキドキでしたが、ガイドさんのおかげで全く不安なく過ごすことができました。
・船上でのハンバーガーも、普通においしく、すべてにおいて心が満たされました！また行きたい！！

Is there a submarine experience in Japan? The wrecks of ships and airplanes were incredibly impressive, and I was able to see sea turtles, which was wonderful! Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no Japanese guide, and I got a bit lost along the way, but it turned out to be a very valuable experience!

Took my wife for her birthday a few days ago and really had a good time. Food was good, music and entertainment was good as well. Outstanding views!!!
I would recommend this cruise as an addition to your itinerary while on island.

Pros:
Great show. Very entertaining for all ages. The fire dancing was amazing. Chief was funny and a joy to watch. The food was better than I expected with how many people they were feeding. They ran out of some of the items and for it being an all you can eat, they closed the lines down quickly after everyone had a serving. The food lines also moved quickly.

Cons:
The location. It is inside the wet n wild water park which definitely takes away from it being authentic. Some of the tables has shade but many didnt. They have you get there at 5 but thinks dont really start until closer to 545 so you are just sitting there roasting and burning. I expected more activities to do woth the family but there werent any to do at all except look at 2 booths of trinkets. You also have to use the wet b wild bathrooms and they were so so dirty and smelly.

It was good. On time and very friendly Extremely informative and educational

This was a great experience! We stayed in Waikiki and the pick-up and drop-off was amazing, especially at the end of the day since we were able to sleep on the shuttle home. Swimming around and playing volleyball on the sandbar was fun! The crew did a good job getting the passengers involved. After lunch we drove around and saw sea turtles before heading to the reef to snorkel. It was our first time snorkeling, but the crew was helpful making sure we were comfortable with the gear. We had a blast! Would definitely book this if you're looking to maximize your time with activities.

Very educational, great food and amazing entertainment

This show was outstanding. It surpassed all of our expectations. The talent and skills were evident and the energy level was high throughout the night. On the needing improvement side of things, the lines to get drinks were unbelievably long and very slow. The food was average at best but they were feeding 1000 people.

Everything was amazing. The employees were knowledgeable and kind.

This tour provided a number of firsts for me and my husband. It was our first time on a sandbar. Our first time turtle watching. Our first time snorkeling. Everything about this trip was fantastic. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful day and lots to take in! Great tour to avoid having to drive there yourself

I couldn't swim with the dolphins. I could only watch them swimming from the boat. I was really disappointed because I joined thinking I would be able to swim with them.

The website mentioned dolphin watching, but it was only on the top page, and the wording on other pages was ambiguous, leading me to believe I would be swimming close to the dolphins, but instead, I just watched them from the boat for a few minutes.

There are still videos on YouTube showing people swimming with dolphins, which feels misleading, like a promotional ad.

The snorkeling afterward had no corals or tropical fish at all; what were we supposed to see in such a barren sea? I was told by the crew that we would see turtles, but there were none. Other guests quickly got out of the water and seemed bored on the boat.

The only fun part was the slide, but paying 20,000 yen per person for this experience is way too high and not worth it. I've participated in various tours before, but this was the least satisfying and the most expensive.

The lunch was not tasty either. The optional photos, which are also quite expensive, are definitely not worth it. The pictures we took ourselves were much better, and since we couldn't swim with the fish, turtles, or dolphins, we ended up with photos of just floating in the sea or sitting on the boat.

I absolutely do not recommend this tour. I even wonder if they set such high prices because they are struggling with fewer customers. I regret not choosing a different tour.

イルカと一緒には泳げません。船の上からイルカが泳いでいるのを眺めるだけ。イルカと泳げると思い参加しただけに残念でなりません。
HPにはイルカウォッチングと記載がありましたが、TOPページに載っているのみで、他のページにはイルカと泳げる様な曖昧な書き方だった為、イルカの近くには行けないけど、見える距離で一緒に泳ぐのかなと思い参加しましたが、船の上から数分イルカを眺めるだけです。
YouTubeにもイルカと泳いでいる動画が未だに載せてあったり、誘導広告のようで、紛らわしいです。
その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

The crew was incredible! We loved seeing so many dolphins up close and got to see a few sea turtles too! The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

Very relaxed environment, welcoming crew, and fun to be had by all ages. We snorkeled, played volleyball and had a great lunch, I would definitely do again.

My kids age ranging from 5-9 years and they loved it! Best lunch-cheeseburger ever. Time went by so fast when you are on the boat having fun, I’m glad I picked this one over the three hour one fyi. We will definitely be back!

I love this tour! Being in a submarine allowed me a different perspective and appreciation of all sea life. My children and I loved this tour. I would recommend this tour to everyone. All of the staff are friendly.

Loved the activity! The travel was not too long. Food was really good and we could go for seconds. I got the VIP package and it was definitely worth it because it gets you closer to the stage, two framed photos to take back home as well as 3 comp drinks and some additional swag. Overall it was a great experience, the show went on longer than expected but we were okay with it. Highly recommend!

The COVID-19 measures were such that only the staff were wearing masks outdoors, but since online reservations were required and there was likely a limit on the number of visitors, the park was not too crowded, naturally avoiding the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings). Alcohol disinfectant gel was installed throughout the park, and it was available for use whenever needed. The food court had tables spaced apart, which was reassuring, and I enjoyed a delicious American-style lunch at Naked Dog with self-service ketchup, mustard, and relish (chopped pickles).

For the main event, the Dolphin Encounter, my 9-year-old son participated alone while I filmed from outside the enclosure. He had no trouble with English, so it wasn't necessary, but a kind Japanese-American staff member offered to provide translation if needed, so I believe those who are anxious about their English can participate without any issues. Commemorative photos with the dolphins were available for purchase in two sets of four photos, with one photo costing $35, and for $65, you could get two large prints, two small prints, and all the digital data included. The ticket I purchased included one photo ($35 value), so I paid the additional $30 to get the package that included all the data. It turned out that I needed to have received a photo coupon at the entrance, which I hadn't, and I was told to go get it. However, the aforementioned kind staff member said, "Don't worry, I'll go get it," and promptly returned from the entrance with the coupon, which was a great help. I hope that kind staff member continues to work there for the benefit of future Japanese tourists visiting Sea Life Park.

I entered the giant birdcage with no expectations, but feeding the colorful birds turned out to be unexpectedly fun. The staff gave me handmade feeding sticks, and when I held the stick horizontally, the birds, accustomed to people, would hop on to eat. Even someone like me, who isn't particularly fond of birds, found it so enjoyable that bird lovers might not want to leave.

コロナ対策は、屋外では係の方々しかマスクはしていませんでしたがオンラインでの事前予約が必要で恐らく人数制限がある為園内はそれほど混んでおらず自然と三密は避けられていました。園内のいたる所にアルコール除菌ジェルが設置してあり気になった時には随時使えました。園内のフードコートはテーブル同士が離れており安心でしたし、naked dogにセルフサービスのケチャップ、マスタード、レリッシュ(刻みピクルス)をのせザ・アメリカンな美味しいランチをいただきました。

メインイベントのドルフィンエンカウンターは9歳の息子1人で参加し親は柵の外でビデオを撮っていました。息子は英語に不自由しなかった為不要でしたが日系人の親切な男性の係の方が必要ならば通訳をと申し出て下さいましたので、英語に不安のある方でも問題なく参加できると思います。イルカとの記念写真は2カット計4枚が購入可能で、1枚だけだと$35、$65払うとプリント大2小2枚+データが全て含まれたパッケージでした。今回購入したチケットには写真1枚($35相当)分が含まれていたので、差額分$30を払ってデータも全部含まれるパッケージを購入しました。その際どうやら入園時に入口で写真クーポンとやらをもらっていなければならなかったそうなのですがもらっておらず取りに行ってと言われましたが、前述の親切な日系係員の方が『Don't worry I'll go get it』と颯爽と園内を入口まで戻ってクーポンを取ってきて下さり大変助かりました。今後シーライフパークを訪れる日本人観光客の為にもあの親切な係の方が長く働き続けてくれる事を祈ります。

全然期待していないで入った、巨大な鳥籠内でカラフルな鳥に餌をあげたのが予想外に楽しかったです。手作りの餌棒を係の方がくれ、その棒を横にして持つと人に慣れた鳥が飛び乗って餌を食べに来ます。特に鳥好きではない私でもあんなに楽しかったので鳥好きの方は出られなくなるかもしれません。
