The tour driver was great! He got us there and through the gate in a timely manner. However, if you are looking for serenity or a peaceful hike, you have come to the wrong place. It was so crowded it was hard to enjoy. Had some younger individuals that thought we might all enjoy their music blaring.

I participated for the first time!
On the day, we were blessed with good weather and saw the best sunset!
I was worried about seasickness, but I hardly felt any rocking!
I had a window seat, and the view was great!
The course dinner was luxurious!
The lobster and steak were plentiful and delicious!

I made a reservation for a private seat, but it was very close to the neighboring seats and uncomfortable. It felt cramped.
If you want to order drinks at your preferred timing, the waiter will refuse you. I thought it was supposed to be possible to order if you pay an additional fee? I was only allowed to order drinks equivalent to the drink tickets.
The food was also not very good. The lobster, in particular, had a bad smell.
The cost and service do not match.
Even if you want to see the fireworks, a large number of people gather in the aisles, making it difficult to enjoy the view. The shuttle bus for the return trip was also overcrowded, and you have to wait in line, so if you're going with multiple people, it might be better to use Uber.

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first visit to Wet 'n' Wild. It was fun, but there were several points of concern.

First, if you don't have a rental car, it's definitely better to use the shuttle bus. Trying to rely on public transportation or walking is not advisable. By the way, if you're taking the shuttle bus, make sure to wait at the entrance by 2:40 PM for your return. While I can't say for everyone, at least one person from your group should be there. This is because the return bus has a loose check-in process. Although this didn't happen to us, someone boarded the return bus, and the driver mistakenly thought everyone was gathered, leading to an early departure. As a result, a family that arrived right on time was left stranded and had to pay a lot for a taxi to Waikiki, despite having already paid for the shuttle bus. They might have booked through a different travel company (like JTB), but it seems the operation is managed by Wet 'n' Wild. I think this aspect should be checked more thoroughly.

Aside from that, similar to other reviews, the lazy river was not operating, so those who can't ride the drop attractions have limited options. Many attractions were not running due to a lack of staff, as they were multitasking. The bodyboard attendants, who should have been providing free bodyboard tickets, told us we couldn't use them because we didn't have a band, which took time to resolve.

The facility itself is enjoyable, but due to the reasons mentioned above and the short operating hours, I think the cost-effectiveness is poor, and it might be enough to visit just once.

まず、レンタカーなど車が無い人は必ずシャトルバスを使った方が良いことです。公共交通機関とあわよくば歩いて行こうとするのは辞めた方が良いでしょう。ちなみに、シャトルバスの場合、帰る時は2時40分には入り口で待ってましょう。全員とは言いませんがグループなら誰か一人でも。それは帰りのバスはチェックが緩いからです。これは私達ではありませんが、誰かが帰りのバスに乗ってしまい、運転手は集まったと勘違いして予定より早く出発したせいで、集合時間きっかりに来た家族が路頭に迷い、やむなくタクシーで大金払ってワイキキまで行ったそうです。シャトルバスの金額を払ったにもかかわらずです。申し込んだのはベルトラではなく違う旅行会社(JTBとか)かも知れませんが、運営してるのはウェットアンドワイルド側と思います。この点はもう少しきちんとチェックされた方が良いように思います。
それ以外は他のクチコミと同じく、
流れるプールがやって無いので落ちる系のものが乗れない人は遊ぶのが限られる、
やっているアトラクションも従業員が少なく掛け持ちしてるためやっていないことが多い
ボディーボードの係員はボディーボードのフリーチケットのはずなのに「バンドが無いからダメ」と言われてやれるまで時間がかかる、
といったことがあります。
施設自体は楽しいのですが、上記の理由と営業時間の短さから、コスパは悪く、一度行けば良いかなと思います。

However, while it was nice to have a private table by the window, the table was small and the spacing between tables was tight, which made it difficult to relax during the meal. The hula dance and other shows were enjoyable, and the highlight was when the staff joined in for a lively dance to YMCA, creating wonderful memories of Hawaii. I would love to join with my family and kids next time.

We used this for a family trip of three. The atmosphere and view were excellent (we were by the window). Here are the downsides: the meat was too tough and didn't suit Japanese tastes. The most disappointing part was that the white wine we ordered was lukewarm and undrinkable, and the service was lacking. Considering the cost of about ¥35,000 per person, I would rate it 1 out of 5 overall. However, if it were a course around ¥10,000, I don't think there would be many complaints.

I participated in the Star of Honolulu dinner show during my first trip to Hawaii, and it was quite enjoyable.

Upon boarding the cruise ship, the luxurious dinner and the interior of the ship were the first things that caught my eye. Just this alone made me feel it was worth it to be on board. I was particularly surprised by the size of the lobster.

The sunset viewed from the cruise during dinner was absolutely beautiful. It was a joy to dine while watching the sun set and seeing the neon lights of the hotels along Waikiki Beach. Diamond Head stood majestically, adding to the stunning scenery.

As we approached the end of the evening, the Hawaiian show began, and it was a lot of fun to sing and dance along with the other participants, creating a sense of unity. I was also very satisfied to experience the cultural dances of Hawaii.

I thought, "A pool theme park in Hawaii?" but this time my child was tall enough to enjoy the slides, so we went. I'm glad we did!

I wonder if there are this many fun slides in Japan? Even if there are, I think they would be crowded and you wouldn't be able to enjoy many of them. However, since it was a weekday, we hardly had to wait and we went on the slides about 20 times between 10:30 AM and 3 PM. It seems that unlike Japan, where people gather in the summer, it’s less crowded here.

We signed up for a plan without transportation, but since we were staying in Ko Olina, it took less than 15 minutes by taxi. It was easy to access.

こんなに楽しいスライダーは日本にあるのかな？あったとしても混んでて並ぶのでたくさんはできないと思います。でもこちらは平日だったからかほとんど待つことなく、10:30から3時までの営業時間の間に20回ぐらいスライダーをやりました。
やはり夏に人が集中する日本とは違い混雑しにくいのかな？

The rings of Saturn were clearly visible and looked so cute. The moon was so large that it couldn't fit in the telescope, and the craters were clearly visible, which was very surprising. I was amazed to see so many stars in the Milky Way that I didn't realize were there. I was able to see many stars that are not visible to the naked eye!

The next day, I was able to slowly enjoy the Hawaiian night sky with my child, recalling what I learned during the stargazing event.

I highly recommend it, very friendly staff food was delicious and the entertainment was outstanding. Sia our bus guide was excellent, she made our bus ride to and from the event fun and entertaining. She is the best !!

Since this is my second time participating, the content was similar to the last time, so it was good and bad at the same time.

I got the impression that many people were on their honeymoon, and I think this tour has a lot of Japanese customers, but most of them couldn't speak any Japanese at all. I think it would be good to increase the number of staff who can speak Japanese.

When they said something like, "I'll take your picture," most of the other customers looked confused, as if they were thinking, "Huh?"

Also, some of the waitstaff lacked a welcoming attitude and seemed unfriendly. I've visited Hawaii several times, but it's quite rare to encounter such unfriendly service.

Going once is enough to create lasting memories, so I don't think it's worth going a second time.

ハネムーンで来られてる方が多い印象で、日本のお客様も多いツアーだと思うのですが、全く日本語が喋れない方がほとんどなので、日本語が喋れるスタッフも増やすといいと思います。

写真を撮りますよ？みたいな声掛けも周りのお客様も、みんな『?』となってる方がほとんどでした。

あとは少しウエイターのスタッフが、ウェルカム感が無いので、無愛想です。ハワイに何回か訪れてますが、これほど無愛想なのも逆に珍しいです。

一回行けば、十分思い出として成立しますので、2回目は行く価値は無いです。

フェリー内も、人だらけで落ち着いて食事も出来ないし、窓際席のオプションを付けなければ、知らない人と相席、同席テーブル。
窓際席のオプションを付けたとしても隣との席が近すぎるので、会話も丸聞こえ。

せっかくハワイまでハネムーンで行かれる方は、もっと景色の良い、落ち着いたレストランで2人でお食事された方が雰囲気も良くオススメだと思います。

Hanauma Bay is a beautiful place and the water is so pretty. The day we went, it was unfortunately very windy and the water was pretty choppy. We were able to see some fish, but the water wasn’t very clear due to the waves, but that’s nature for you! The snorkeling gear was very difficult for me. Water kept getting into my mask and it was very uncomfortable. I wish I had my own full face mask. But it was still an enjoyable time and would do it again. Our driver to the location was very friendly and did a great job. It was through kaimana tours.

I was worried about not being able to communicate in Japanese, but the tourists were separated into different boats for Japanese and foreign guests. There was one Japanese female crew member on our boat who kindly and patiently explained everything, which made me feel very safe and allowed me to enjoy the experience.

The sandbar had waves about knee-high, making it easy to walk around. The emerald green sea was incredibly beautiful, with very little current, and it felt so nice! I took many photos with the stunning scenery in the background, and I am very grateful for that.

We also got to see sea turtles, and when we moved to a spot with coral, I was able to snorkel while wearing a life jacket and see many beautiful fish, creating wonderful memories. (I can't swim, but with the life jacket and fins, I managed to swim alongside my husband.)

The hamburger lunch and drinks, along with the warm cocoa after snorkeling, were also very delicious. Thank you for the wonderful memories!! ♪♪

日本語通じないか不安でしたが、日本人観光客の船と外国の方で船が別れていて、船には日本人女性のクルーの方が一人いて、なんでも優しく丁寧に教えてくれたので、とても安心して楽しむことができました。
サンドバーは膝くらいの波の高さで安心して歩けました。
エメラルドグリーンの海はとても綺麗で、流れもほとんどなく穏やかでとても気持ちよかったです！
絶景をバックに写真もたくさん撮っていただき、大感謝です。
ウミガメも見れて、珊瑚のある場所へ移動してライフジャケットをつけてのシュノーケルも綺麗な魚をたくさん見ながら泳ぐことができ、とても思い出になりました。(私は泳げないですが、ライフジャケットと足ヒレで旦那と一緒でなんとか泳げました。)
ハンバーガーランチとドリンク、シュノーケル後のあったかいココアもとっても美味しかったです。
素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！！♪♪
