We had a fabulous time! The setting is largely responsible for this, but the people made it extra special. I liked that they had a separate English speaking catamaran. The staff on board were super friendly and very informative. Hamburgers were excellent. Ukelele entertainment was so nice and really added to the atmosphere. Thanks, Jenner! Sandbar was picturesque with the water oh, so warm! We saw LOTS of sea turtles. Snorkeling was great too. View of the coastline was amazing! Caution to the elderly: there is no air conditioning and bathrooms are difficult to access.

I participated in this tour about seven years ago, and I decided to join again this time. The program content and the pool have changed due to renovations since my last visit. The value felt much better back then.

The program lasted about 30 minutes, during which we listened to the staff's instructions and explanations. We mainly interacted with the dolphins by extending both hands forward to have the dolphin rest its chin on them for a smile photo towards the camera. Another pose was a handshake with both hands. Unfortunately, that's all there was for interaction.

Since the counterpart is an animal, the pricing might be higher, but previously, activities that included swimming with the dolphins were offered at a lower price. So, I can't help but feel disappointed. Since my children are no longer toddlers, I don't think we'll participate in this tour again in the future. However, it might be a suitable program for small children or elderly individuals. If you're bringing children in upper elementary school, I think including programs where they can swim together would enhance their satisfaction.

By the way, after the nearly 30-minute photo session, you can purchase photos for about $18 each (though I'm not entirely sure, that's what I remember), around $30 for two, and a little over $40 for three. Previously, you would buy printed photos, but now it's available as data on a CD. This aspect has improved.

7年ほど前に1度参加させていただいたことがあるツアーでしたが、今回2回目の参加を決めました。
以前とはプログラムの内容やプールが改修等により変わっていました。
お得感は断然昔の方がありました。
30分ほどのプログラムになりましたが、スタッフの方から注意事項や説明を聞き、主にイルカと触れ合えるのは両手を前に出して、そこのイルカの顎を乗せてもらいカメラに向かってスマイル写真を撮影。もう1パターンは両手で握手のポーズで撮影。
触れ合いと言ったら残念ながらこれだけです。
相手は動物。とゆうことで料金設定も高めなのかもしれないですが、以前は一緒に泳げるアクティビティがこの料金以下のプライスで含まれていたので、やはり残念感は否めません。
子供たちも幼児ではなくなったこともあって、次回以降のこのツアーの参加は・・・ないかなぁと。
ただ、小さいお子さんやご年配の方にはちょうどいいプログラムなのかもしれません。小学校高学年以上のお子さんをお連れなら、一緒に泳げるなどのプログラムが含まれていた方が満足感は得られるような気がします。
ちなみに30分弱の写真撮影のプログラムを終えたあとは、1枚18ドル（確かではないですがそう記憶しています）2枚で30ドルちょっと、3枚で40ドルちょっとの写真を購入することも可能です。
以前は現像した写真を購入する形でしたが、今はCDRのデータで購入になっています。
この点は良くなったところかな。

In a word, it was amazing! The area near the sandbar is a wonderful place that has been used for Hollywood movie shoots. The water is crystal clear and truly beautiful, and being able to anchor a boat there to go snorkeling, play volleyball, and watch sea turtles... such a precious experience is hard to come by. The hamburger lunch we had on the boat was also exceptional. The tour guides were all cheerful and friendly, making it a tour I would definitely want to join again. Even if you feel the tour is a bit pricey, it is absolutely worth the money. If you're unsure, I highly recommend it.

By the way, we were picked up around 9 AM at the Sheraton bus stop and rode the bus for about an hour (for some reason, we had to wait for a long time right after we started). After that, we headed for about 10 minutes by boat to reach the stunning sandbar. After enjoying some light snorkeling practice and volleyball at the sandbar, we moved to the next area (where we will watch sea turtles, and you can encounter so many of them!). We spent about an hour snorkeling over the coral reef (some areas are quite deep!). We dove from the boat and had fun playing with the tour guides as well. This snorkeling experience was a huge hit with my daughter and mother who joined me, and it became an unforgettable and precious experience. I now have more activities I want to participate in when I go to Hawaii!

サンドバー付近はハリウッド映画のロケにも使用された素晴らしいエリアで、
海が透き通っていて本当に綺麗で、そんな場所に船を停めてシュノーケリングしたり、バレーしたりウミガメウォッチをしたり・・・あんな貴重な体験はなかなかできません。
船上で食べたハンバーガーランチもまた格別でした。
添乗員の方はみなさん陽気で気さくでまたぜひ参加したいと思えるツアーだと思います。
このツアーは少々高いと感じてもお金を払う価値は十分あります。
迷われているのならぜひともおすすめしたいです。
ちなみに、私たちは朝9時頃にシェラトンのバス停でピックアップしてもらい、バスで小一時間ほど揺られ（何故か出発してすぐの場所で長らく待機させられましたが・・・）そこから船で10分ほど向かった先に絶景のサンドバーが現れました。
サンドバーで軽くシュノーケリングの練習やバレーなどを楽しんだあと次のエリアに移動して（そこでウミガメウォッチをしますが、本当にたくさんのウミガメに出会えます！）
サンゴ礁の上を（深さのあるところはかなり深い）1時間ほどシュノーケリングして過ごします！
船からダイブしたりと、添乗員の方とも一緒になって遊んだり楽しみますww
このシュノーケリングが一緒に参加した娘や母にも大好評で忘れられない貴重な体験になったようです。
ハワイに行ったら必ず参加させてもらいたいアクティビティが増えました！！

We really enjoyed the Early bird cruise with breakfast - so much so that we did it the next day too! We didn't see whales the first day and only had a few days left of our trip so used the whale check the next day and had just as good a time. The food was fine, the staff knowledgable and there were plenty of great spots to be on the boat. I enjoyed being right up the top - great view, warm from the engine vents and speakers so I could hear the commentary.

Great experience. We booked quite last minute but they still managed to confirm our booking quite quickly. Although the submarine ride is only 45 minutes, transporting out there was also great for sight seeing. No fluffy colorful coral, but lots of fish and some turtles! Tour guide also gives some history of the sites. Educational and fun experience- felt like discovery channel.

The Japanese guide staff were very kind to my child, and we really appreciated it! Thank you! We were able to see the whales' spouts and tails 2 to 3 times. When we spotted the whales, my child's excitement was through the roof, and they looked so happy! I'm glad we got to see them♪ If we're lucky, we might also see dolphins and sea turtles, or even a whale jump, so I would love to go again if we have the chance♪

日本語ガイドスタッフに子供が懐いて、大変よくして頂きました！ありがとうございました！私たちはクジラの潮吹きと尻尾を２～３回、見ることが出来ました。クジラを見つけた時は、子供のテンションが上がりまくりでとても嬉しそうでした！見られて良かったです♪
運が良ければ、イルカやウミガメも一緒に見れたり、クジラのジャンプが見れるそうですので、また機会があれば、見に行きたいです♪

Our family of four, including my wife, our 6-year-old son, and our 4-year-old daughter, all participated! Due to age restrictions, we couldn't swim together, but we were all very satisfied as we kissed, shook hands, and touched the half-whale, half-dolphin, known as a wolphin! Our daughter, who isn't very comfortable in the water, was also overjoyed, so it must have been quite a thrill for her. The adults were also very excited! The wolphin is said to be unique in the world, and since our group happened to interact with a wolphin, the staff told us we were very very very ×3 lucky! Next time, I would like to interact with regular dolphins as well!

家族4人、妻、6歳の息子、4歳の娘と全員参加しました！年齢制限で一緒には泳げなかったですが、クジラとイルカのハーフのウォルフィンとキスしたり、握手したり、体を触ったりと、家族全員大満足でした！水が得意でない娘も大喜びでしたので、よっぽど嬉しかったのでしょう。大人も大興奮でした♪ウォルフィンは世界にここにしかいないと言われていて、たまたま、私たちのグループのお相手がウォルフィンだったので、スタッフからは very very very ×3　Lucky！！！と言われました。今度は、普通のイルカとも触れ合ってみたいです♪

The slider offers a fun experience that you can't find in Japan. The deluxe plan includes a 15-minute private board session in the wave pool, and the lunch buffet features chicken, steak, salads, and fruits, finishing off with ice cream, which made the kids very happy.

スライダーは日本では味わえない楽しさ。デラックスプランは波のプールでの貸切ボードが15分あったり、ランチビュッフェはチキンやステーキ、サラダ、フルーツがり、最後にアイスも出るので子供も喜んでました。

It was cloudy at Sandbar, but when the sun peeked through the clouds, the cerulean blue sea looked absolutely beautiful. Truly stunning! The cloudy weather kept the sea temperature down, making it a bit chilly. Later, while having lunch with burgers, it started pouring rain, and I was shivering from the cold. After finishing my meal, I moved to see the sea turtles in the rain. I was thrilled to see many sea turtles and several manta rays at the same time! When we moved on to go snorkeling, I encountered a sea turtle swimming leisurely right in front of me! It was quite cold, but our guide, Gene, provided interesting commentary, making it the best tour where I could fully enjoy both the sea turtles and manta rays!

サンドバーでは曇りでしたが、雲の切れ間から日がさすと、セルリアンブルーの海がとても綺麗でした。本当に美しい！曇りで海水温が上がらず、少し冷たかったです。その後、お昼のバーガーを食べる時に土砂降りになり、寒さで震えました。食べ終わって雨の中、ウミガメを見に移動。たくさんのウミガメと同時に、何匹ものマンタを見ることが出来て大興奮でした。また移動してシュノーケリングに潜ると目の前にウミガメがゆったりと泳いでいるのに遭遇！大分と寒かったですが、ガイドのジーンさんの解説も面白く、ウミガメもマンタも満喫できた最高のツアーでした！

I went out with my brother and it was our first time going to the West Side. we absolutely loved it!

The vessel is brand new and it comfortably accommodates all guest. The crew is very knowledgeable and professional, after the safety briefing they served us a continental breakfast, with a nice variety of fresh fruits and cakes.

By the moment we left the harbor we could already see lots of wild Hawaiian dolphins swimming close to the boat. We were lucky enough to even spot 4 humpback whales, if you are visiting the Island during the winter months you will have big chances of seeing them also.

We've stopped at Makaha Caverns to snorkel. It's absolutely beautiful! The guide was swimming with us around the area and we surrounded by turtles and beautiful colorful fishes.

Lunch was served right after snorkel time, we could make our own sandwiches and choose from barbecue pork, tuna salad, deli meats, cheese, chips and pasta salad. Delicious!

It was a delightful morning, this snorkel tour was amazing! Definitely recommend Hawaii Nautical to everyone seeking for a good time in paradise!

I participated with my 5-year-old and 1-year-old children. It was a rare experience to interact with dolphins, and both of them were very happy. There aren't many activities available for children starting from 1 year old, so it was definitely the right decision to make a reservation from Japan. However, I had booked for 9:30, but for some reason, it was changed to 11:00 when I checked in on-site. I thought it might be related to not having a shuttle service and going by rental car, which made me a bit anxious. However, it actually allowed us to take a light look around the park before that, and we were able to navigate the park efficiently, so I recommend 11:00 for those who are going by rental car.

5歳と1歳の子供を連れて参加してきました。
イルカと触れ合うなんてなかなかできない体験で、二人ともすごく喜んでくれました。
1歳から参加できる、アクティビティはあまりないので、日本から予約をして参加して大正解でした。
ただ9:30で予約していましたが、現地でチェックインした際になぜか11:00に変更されてしまいました。今回送迎なしで、レンタカーで行った関係かなと思い、少し不安がありましたが、逆にそれまでにパーク内を軽く見ることができ、効率よくパークを回ることができたのでレンタカーで行かれる方は11:00がおすすめです。

I was worried about seasickness, but since it was a large boat, I was completely fine, and the view of the hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was wonderful.

In the reviews, it mentioned that whales could only be seen from a distance, so I didn't have high expectations, but when we went out to sea and stopped the boat, a mother and baby whale swam right next to us, and we were able to see them up close. I was so moved when I saw them spouting water and their backs and tails that I couldn't help but cheer.

Since there was a campaign where one child could join for free with each adult, I was able to have this valuable experience at a great price, and I'm glad I participated in this tour.

船酔いが心配でしたが、大きな船だったのてぜんぜん大丈夫で、海側からのワイキキのホテル群やダイヤモンドヘッドの景色も素晴らしかったです。

口コミでは、遠くでしかクジラがみれなかったとあったのであまり期待はしてなかったのですが、沖にでて船を停めてると親子のクジラが船のすぐそばを泳いで行き間近でみれました。
潮を吹いて、背中、尾びれが見えた時は思わず歓声をあげてしまうほど感動しました。

大人一人につき子供一人無料のキャンペーンだったので、お得に貴重な体験をさせてもらいこのツアーに参加してよかったです。

I experienced it on April 2nd. It was disappointing that the water level at the sandbar rose to knee height and there was no sandy area, but I was amazed by the gradient of the ocean's color! During the sea turtle watching, I was able to see several turtles from a distance. We went snorkeling around a large coral table, but in some areas, there were only a few fish. When we moved, we encountered many fish, and two sea turtles appeared, swimming so close that we could almost touch them! They were incredibly cute, and quite big! If I followed them, it felt like they would take me to the Dragon Palace. There are also turtles resting under the coral, so it's worth looking closely for them! The burgers grilled on the boat were big and delicious! The staff were fun, and I was really glad to have taken this tour.

4/2に体験してきました。ｻﾝﾄﾞﾊﾞｰではひざ下まで水位が上がって砂地がなかったのが残念でしたが、海の色のｸﾞﾗﾃﾞｰｼｮﾝに感動！ウミガメｳｫｯﾁﾝｸﾞでは少し離れて何匹も見れました。ｼｭﾉｰｹﾘﾝｸﾞは大きな珊瑚ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙのまわりでしましたが、場所によっては魚が数匹しかおらず、移動してるとたくさんの魚と、そしてウミガメも二匹現れ触れるほどの近くで一緒に並んで泳ぎました！！
と～～ってもかわいかった、しかもbigサイズ！ついて行ったら竜宮城に連れて行かれそう。
珊瑚の下のほうで止まって休憩しているカメさんもいるので、よく探してみるといいですよ！
船で焼いてくれるバーガーもbigで美味しかった！スタッフも楽しい方たちで、このツアーで良かったです。

We participated as a family of four! The journey from the meeting point to the destination was surprisingly smooth, taking about 40 minutes.

The weather at the site was sunny, and at first, I thought it might be too hot, but there was a breeze that felt really nice. The Island Racer had four courses, and we could compete as a family of four, which was a lot of fun. It was relatively empty, so we rode it multiple times, and by the end, my legs were sore from the muscle strain.

The Tornado was a bit crowded, but it was thrilling enough to be worth the wait. The water flow was quite strong, and if you didn't hold on tightly to the boat's handrails, you could be thrown off!

The wave pool was different from Japan, with strong waves coming one after another, and the kids were having a blast! The lifeguards were also very attentive, showing that they were concerned about safety.

For lunch, we ordered a burger combo at the central shop! I was really hungry, but the amount of fries in the combo was too much to finish. The only downside was that most of the seating for lunch was taken by Japanese people.

On the bus ride back, I fell asleep in no time; it was a very satisfying day. I definitely want to go again!

集合から到着までは案外スムーズで約40分ほどで到着しました

現地の天気は晴れていて、はじめは暑いくらいかと思いましたが、風がありとても気持ち良かったです
アイランドレーサーは4つのコースがあり、家族4人で競い合うことができ、とても楽しかったです
比較的空いており何度も乗りました、最後には足が筋肉痛になるほどでした

トルネードはやや混んでいましたが、並ぶ価値があるくらいスリル満点でした
かなり水流が強く体が振られるので、ボートの手すりにしっかり掴まっていないと振り落とされる可能性あり！

波のプールは、日本と異なり強めの波が次々とやってきて子供たちは大はしゃぎでした!!
監視員もかなり気を付けて見張っており安全性にも気を使っているようでした

ランチは中央のお店でバーガーコンボを注文しました！お腹がとても空いてましたが、コンボのポテトは食べきれないほどの量でした
ひとつだけ残念だったのが、ランチをする場所がほとんど日本人により場所取りされていることでした

帰りのバスではあっという間に眠りについてしまうほど、大満足な1日でした
また是非行きたいです

I participated in this tour seeking to interact with dolphins. It’s a popular tour, and since there were no openings at my preferred time, I joined the 9:30 start course. However, we arrived at Sea Life Park after 9:30, and perhaps to shorten the program time, the distance we swam with the dolphins was shorter than expected, which was disappointing. (Those in the later program swam a longer distance with the dolphins.) Aside from that, I was satisfied to swim with the dolphins. Two dolphins pushed against the soles of my feet, and I was able to hold onto their dorsal fins while swimming. As a 55-year-old man, I felt a bit shy about kissing a dolphin. My wife took some great photos of the moment. The Royal Swim program is a bit pricey, but you can't swim with them in other programs. I recommend the later time slots.

イルカとのふれ合いを求めてこのツアーに参加しました。
人気ツアーで、希望時間に空きが無かったので、９:３０スタートのコースに参加しましたが、シーライフパーク到着は９：３０を過ぎてしまっており、プログラムの時間短縮を目指してなのか、イルカと泳ぐ距離が短かく残念でした。（遅い時間のプログラムの人は長い距離をイルカと泳いでいた。）
その点を除き、イルカと一緒に泳ぐことができ満足でした。
２頭のイルカが足の裏を押してくれたり、２頭の背びれにつかまって泳いだりできました。
５５歳の男にとっては、イルカとキスをするのは照れました。写真は家内にしっかり撮ってもらいましたが・・・。
ロイヤルスイムのプログラムは少し高価ですが、その他では一緒に泳げません。遅い時間のプログラムがお勧めです。

I participated alone, but I had a great time! I was able to see whales a few times (although they were quite far away (ー_ー)!!). It was a wonderful experience.

This was exactly what my husband and I had hoped for in a whale watching experience. By being on a sailing craft we were able to enjoy a sail as well as watching for those amazing humpback whales. The crew was fantastic and very informative. Our driver Shannon picked us up at our hotel and was delightful. Chad the captain of the catamaran was most interesting and had a lot to share about the island and the activities.
After hearing that Hawaii was the place to see the humpbacks during the winter months this was a "must do activity", we were not disappointed.
Great Experience - We would do it again.

The pickup was smooth without any waiting, and the boat was average. Since it was a no-meal course, my main goal was to see whales, but in the end, I could only see the whales' backs. The locals mentioned that there have been fewer sightings this year, and I didn't see any jumping. It's partly luck, and it's understandable since they are wild animals.

On the way back, I wanted to walk to downtown instead of taking the bus, so I communicated that to the driver, who kindly agreed and even guided me along the way.

ピックアップも待つことなくスムーズで船も普通で食事なしコースだったので鯨を見るだけが狙いでしたが…結局鯨の背中しか見ることができませんでした。今年は少なくジャンプしてる姿は見ていないと地元の方もおっしゃっていました。半分は運ですね。自然の生き物だから仕方ないですね。
帰りもバスに乗らず歩いてダウンタウンに行きたかったからドライバーさんに伝えると気持ちよくOKして道案内までしていただきました。

We didn't get up to Diamond Head as announced as we had to head back to port for a health emergency with one of the crew.
Otherwise food was great and atmosphere fantastic!

We had a great night! The food was good and the show was amazing! It was worth the beautiful drive and the money paid.

We enjoyed the luau so much! We even got to see several whale breeches in the ocean behind the stage just before the show began. BONUS! Seeing the dancers and all that talent on stage was a great way to spend our evening.
Dinner was good, show was fun and the setting and the way the involved everyone made it that much more fun.

I participated on March 9. While I didn't see any spectacular jumps from the whales, I was able to catch glimpses of their backs and tails. I originally joined with the mindset of "It would be nice to enjoy the view of Waikiki from the ocean while also seeing some whales," so I was satisfied to see the beautiful scenery from offshore and get a close look at the whales. It was also great to see Diamond Head from a direction I had never seen before.

I chose a plan without meals, but since the boarding time wasn't very long, it felt like a waste to spend time eating, so I think it was a good choice. The price with transportation included is very reasonable, and I was glad to make good use of my morning. I recommend bringing binoculars.

3月9日に参加しました。
クジラそのものは豪快なジャンプが見られたわけではなく、背中や尻尾をみることができたくらいではあったのですが、元々「船に乗って沖からワイキキを眺め、ついでにクジラも見られるといいな」というくらいの気持ちで参加したので、沖合からの素敵な景色も見られてクジラも近くで見ることができて満足でした。
ダイヤモンドヘッドも見た事のない方向から見ることができてよかったです。
食事なしのプランを選びましたが、乗船時間があまり長くはなく食事をしている時間はもったいないような気がしますので、これでよかったのではないかと思います。
送迎付きでこのお値段はとてもお得ですし、午前中の時間を有意義に使えたので参加してよかったです。
双眼鏡を持って行くことをお勧めします。

I booked a whale watching tour on the last day of March. The boat itself seemed to have little rocking, and it looked like those participating in wheelchairs were comfortable. There were plenty of observation spots on the deck, and the weather was nice, so I had high hopes, but unfortunately, we didn't encounter any whales. The guide even came to let us know that we could try again that afternoon or on another date, but I had to decline this time due to scheduling constraints. I hope to try again someday.

3月の最終日にホエールウォッチングを申し込みました。
船自体は揺れも少なかったように思います。車椅子で参加されている方も快適にされているように見えました。
デッキでの観察場所も十分ありお天気も良かったので期待しましたが、残念ながらクジラには出会えませんでした。
ガイドの方がわざわざ同日午後や別日程で再チャレンジできることも伝えに来て下さったのですが、今回は日程に余裕がなく断念しました。いつか再チャレンジしてみたいと思います。

I participated with my sixth-grade daughter at the end of March. The staff were fun and really nice, and the lunch they prepared on the boat was delicious. Yukiko took the best family photos for us.

Even though it was my first time snorkeling, thanks to the life jacket and fins, I was able to enjoy it despite not being a strong swimmer. Swimming with the fish and sea turtles was amazing.

From the boat, we were also able to see the rare manta ray cyclone.

However, it was really cold! Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy with strong winds. My wet body from practicing snorkeling at the sandbar got colder and colder on the boat, and even with a towel wrapped around me and a jacket on, I couldn't stop shivering. I wanted to do more snorkeling, but it was too cold, so we cut it short. My daughter ended up with a high fever at night, and we had to rush to the ER, experiencing both heaven and hell.

Even though it was hot in Waikiki, the temperature around the sandbar was quite different, so don't let your guard down.

When the weather is bad, I recommend not getting wet until the actual snorkeling and making sure to bring dry clothes. It might not be necessary if it's hot, but staying wet will continue to sap your body heat even on the bus ride back.

As an additional note, definitely get overseas insurance, and if symptoms are severe (especially for children), let's take them to the ER instead of using Doctor on Call (the worst!).

3/末に小6の娘と一緒に参加しました。スタッフは楽しくてとっても良い人たちだし、船上で作ってくれるランチはおいしかった。ユキコさんが最高の家族写真を撮ってくれました。
初めてのシュノーケリングでも、ライフジャケットとフィンのおかげで、泳ぎが苦手な私でも楽しめました。魚やウミガメと一緒に泳げたのは最高です。
船上からは、珍しいマンタサイクロンも見ることができました。

が、とにかく寒かった！あいにくの曇天と強風。サンドバーでシュノーケリングの練習のため濡れた体が、風をうける船上でどんどんひえて、タオルを巻いても上着を着ても震えがとまらず、本番のシュノーケリングも、もっとしたかったけど寒くて途中で切り上げました。
娘が夜高熱をだして、ＥＲに駆け込む羽目になり、天国と地獄、両方の気分を味わいました。
ワイキキは暑くてもサンドバーの辺りは気温がだいぶ違ったので、油断しないこと。

天気が悪い時は、本番までは体を濡らさないことと、乾いた着替えはちゃんと持つことを勧めます。暑ければ不要なんでしょうが、濡れたままだと帰りのバスでもどんどん体温奪われます。
さらに余談ですが海外保険は絶対入っておくことと、症状が重い時は（特に子供）ドクターオンコール(最悪！）ではなくＥＲにつれていきましょう。

My husband and I had such a great experience! The catamaran was huge and very clean. The crew was very knowledgeable and always made sure your drink was full (did I mention that beer and wine drinks were only $1?? Can't beat that!) We felt that we were on a private, luxury tour the way that we were treated! Not to mention that we got up close and personal with an entire family of humpback whales!!! We followed them for awhile, watching them play and jump. It was the best tour we did in Hawaii and will definitely be doing it again next time we visit Hawaii!

I really enjoyed this trip! The boat was comfortable and crew very nice. It was a great experience with whale sightings that even the crew was excited to run out and see! Unfortunately, not easy to capture on camera. The whole trip was well organized and easy for the attendees.

This dinner cruise was truly spectacular. We checked in and seemed to be upgraded from the roast beef dinner to the steak and crab dinner. Love it! We were seated at an intimate table for two on the side of the stage and were able to start eating while the rest of the guests were seated with efficiency. It didn't take long for us to be on our way and dinner was served. The steak was medium rare and delicious and the crab (if not a little cold) was wonderful. Entertainment was superb! We enjoyed the beautiful sunset and even spotted a few whales in the distance and enjoyed the Polynesian entertainment. We were able to stroll all decks and since the 2nd deck was not occupied enjoyed a quiet moment before returning to the dock. Enjoyed every minute.

My family and I went to a afternoon 2 hours whale watching. We couldn't see whales this time but we all enjoyed on catamaran cruise.
I love this catamaran, we sat on front of boat most of the time. We saw great views of the ocean, harbor, beach, diamond head,
coco head, and building of waikiki city. We also saw beautiful rainbow.
The captain and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided us free snack and soft drinks, you can get beer if you pay $1 that is good deal.
The captain gave us a free ride ticket because we did not see whales. So, we definitely come back to tour again when we come back to Hawaii!!
I also satisfied customer service of Hawaii activities when I book this tour. They also called me for remind the tour the day before,which is help us.
I definitely recommend this whale watching tour book by Hawaii activities.

There was no communication about what kind of bus or car would come for the hotel pickup on the day, and after more than 10 minutes had passed, I tried to contact them but it was difficult to get through. When I finally did, I was told that they would arrive shortly, but I ended up waiting another 30 minutes. When I tried to contact them again, it was hard to get through, and when I finally did, I was told that the bus should have already picked me up. Since it was a hotel pickup, I expected them to at least have a nameplate or call my name. In the end, I waited for an hour, and my schedule for the day was completely messed up. It was the worst service.

当日ホテルでのピックアップにどのようなバスまたは車で来るのかの連絡もなく10分以上過ぎていたので連絡するも繋がりにくくやっと繋がったとおもったら間も無く到着しますという返答から更に30分待たされて連絡してもまた繋がりにくくやっと繋がったらもうバスが迎えに行ったはずですとの事…ホテルでのピックアップなのだからネームプレートや名前を呼ぶぐらいの対応してほしいところですね
結局1時間待ってその日のスケジュールもグチャグチャに
最悪の対応でした
