Let me start off by saying I NEVER post reviews...which I need to work on because I am always checking them out before I do/buy things. This was my boyfriend & I first trip to Hawaii so we were very excited! We chose the Five Star package because of the jazz music (we attended a luau the night before & did not want to have the same theme).

They picked us up from our hotel at 4:30 pm. From the very beginning we were treated like VIP. We were led to the top deck to have champagne & o'dourves with the captain. We also got to take a professional pic with the captain, which was cool. After that, we were led to our seat inside the ship. We had a window seat & loved it. We were a little worried about getting seasick, but it wasn't a problem. I was a little concerned about the food at first because neither one of us are into fancy food, but it was pretty good (as stated before we chose that package specifically for the music). Instead of the lobster we chose a stuffed chicken option which was my favorite! For our steak entree we asked that it was cooked well done & it was the most tender steak ever! Throughout the dinner you can step outside as you please to feel the breeze, take in the views, & take pics.

The ambiance was beautiful! There was a live pianist, saxophonist/flutist, & singer. They were great! In the end they gave us the photo we took with the captain in a nice album cover with a pic of the ship on the water. Also, all of the ladies were given a rose. The only thing I WISH I would have did was asked for another copy of the photo so my boyfriend & I can both have one :-( I didn't even think about it until we returned back to our home state. I called 3 days later to see if we could get a copy; they sent an email to the photo dept. but almost 2 weeks later & I still haven't heard anything.

Overall, I highly recommend! This is perfect for a romantic date night! The cruise lasted about 2 hrs. This was a great way to end our trip in Hawaii.

This was my first sandbar experience, and I was super excited! Until yesterday, the weather had been completely clear! But today... it’s all gloomy~~ and there’s even a bit of light rain. When we arrived at the yacht harbor, the rain had stopped, but the sky was still overcast. It was a bit chilly, but we gathered our spirits and set sail for turtle watching.

At 11 o'clock, we spotted a manta ray—wait, a manta ray? Apparently, the chances of seeing one are lower than that of seeing a sea turtle. Lucky us! We were able to see plenty of sea turtles and then headed to the sandbar. The tide was as expected since we checked it beforehand; it was a bit cold at first, but we got used to it quickly. It felt amazing!! Even though it was cloudy, the clear sea was beautiful—if only the weather had been nice, it would have been perfect! Why did it have to be like this just on this day? Plus, it cleared up in the afternoon. I guess it’s just my bad luck... something to work on for next time.

初めてのサンドバー体験ですテンションＭＡＸ！昨日まででずーっと快晴！今日は・・ど、ど、どんより～～しかも小雨まじり。ヨットハーバーに到着時雨はあがったものの、相変わらず曇り空。肌寒いが、気を取り直していざ出航ウミガメウォッチへ。１１時の方向マンタ～　えっ？マンタ？でもウミガメより見れる確率が少ないそうだ。ラッキー！無事ウミガメもいっぱい見れてサンドバーへ。潮位は事前確認済みの為だいたい予想どうり、入り始めは少し冷たいがすぐ慣れる。しかし気持ちいい！！曇りでも透きとおった海はキレイだ～これで天気が良ければサイコーだったのになぜこの日だけ？しかも午後は晴れ。自分の運の悪さか・・次回の課題です。

This activity was a highlight of our trip! The crew was great & we had a blast snorkeling/Snuba-ing! We highly suggest doing the SNUBA! Ross was our guide, and helped make us feel comfortable with everything and helped make our experience great! Food and Drinks were an added bonus. Didn't see any Dolphins, but plenty of beautiful fish, starfish, & turtles. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Every time we go to Waikiki, we request to enjoy the slides and the lazy river here. Since my child is still in elementary school, they prefer the pool over the ocean. Both parents and kids can have fun together. I'm sure we'll visit again on our next trip.

The welcome drink was made too early and got watered down with ice, making it taste bad. The bus guide kept saying "Everyone say" over and over. Unsurprisingly, we were the only Japanese people there. The show had too many songs and stories in between, and it was short, ending in no time. The Polynesian show is better. The Polynesian show is too long, so this one might be recommended for families with children. The buffet was just okay; it wasn't delicious, and the drinks were mostly sweet cocktails, which I can see wouldn't appeal much to Japanese people. However, the view is the best in Hawaii, and the sunset is very beautiful. Thanks to the scenery, I left without being angry. I won't be returning.

ウエルカムドリンクは早くから作りすぎて氷で薄まってまずい。バスガイドは、やたらと　エブリワン　セイ　って、何回も。ご他聞に漏れず　日本人は私達だけでした。ショーーはやたら合間に歌や語りが入り、ショー自体も短くて　あっという間に終わりました。ポリネシアンの方がよいです。ポリネシアンは長くすぎるので、子連れにはこちらがおすすめかも。ビュッフェも　まあこんなもんかと、美味しくはないです　お酒も甘いカクテルのようなものばかりだし、　日本人には　あまり受けないのがよくわかります。ですが、景色はハワイで一番です　夕日がとてもきれいです。景色のおかげで　まあ、怒らず帰りました。リピはないです。

I had informed the restaurant in advance that I had a child with allergies and wanted to bring my own food, and the staff was aware of this and showed consideration. I appreciate their kind response. It was the kind of service that makes me want to return. They also prepared three high chairs for us.

The Italian crepes were delicious, and we could choose from six different types. Since we were traveling with small children across three generations, it took a while for the kids to eat, and we spent over an hour for breakfast, but the staff's service was excellent throughout.

To go to the restroom, we had to get a key from the staff, and it was about 30 meters away. The kids went to the restroom several times, but the staff was very accommodating.

It's perfect for a relaxed breakfast. I would like to use it for lunch next time.

トイレに行くためには、お店の方からキーを預かり、30メートル程離れた場所にありました。子供がバラバラと何度もトイレに行ったのですが、親切な対応をして頂きました。
ゆったりとした朝ごはんに最適です。次回はランチにも利用したいです。

The sandbar was shallow and beautiful, and even my husband, who isn't fond of the sea, enjoyed it. We played volleyball together, listened to guitar performances on the boat, and the hamburgers for lunch were delicious!

I went with friends I usually hang out with. It was a really fun attraction where I got to see a different side of my friends in an extraordinary environment. If I had one request, it would be that there are many slides but perhaps due to the limited number of staff, the system is such that the slides open and close every 30 minutes. Not everything is available all the time, so people tend to gather. I was able to ride all the slides I wanted, so I'm satisfied.

いつも遊んでいる友達と一緒に行きました。普段と違う非日常の中で友達の違う一面も見る事ができ、本当に楽しいアトラクションでした。ひとつだけリクエストするとすれば、スライダーの数反対多いのですがスタッフの数が少ないためか30分おきにスライダーがオープンしてはクローズするシステム。全てがいつも利用できる訳ではないので人が集中してしまいます。乗りたかったスライダーは全て乗る事ができたので、満足です。

It was a rare bad weather day that happens once a year, but the sea was still beautiful.

I was a bit surprised to see the staff rolling up the hamburger buns for lunch and throwing them at each other like a snowball fight. I guess the sense of fun is a bit different from what I'm used to in Japan. Next time, I’ll choose a different tour.

一年に一度あるかないかの悪天候でしたが、それでも綺麗な海でした。

We were picked up at 5 AM, and after an 8-hour tour, we arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM. The program was well-structured, and we had a very fulfilling time. It became a wonderful memory, and I highly recommend it.

First, we were greeted by the bus, where a cheerful Japanese crew member and a beautiful foreign photographer explained the day's itinerary. They also offered us the chance to purchase a USB with photos for $60. It wasn't a hard sell, so you could decline, and since I brought my underwater digital camera, I opted out. However, it seemed that quite a few people ended up purchasing it. Those who bought the USB received a wristband and were prioritized for photos, but the crew also took plenty of pictures of those who didn't buy it, so the USB was filled with photos of other participants. This was a bit embarrassing for those who didn't purchase it, and I wish they would reconsider that practice. By the way, the crew also took photos with my own underwater camera while on the boat. Wet suits are available for rent at $10, and you can get a refund if you don't end up wearing it, which is a nice system. I didn't rent one and just wore a long-sleeve rash guard on top. It was October, but it wasn't cold.

Onboard, the cheerful crew provided great hospitality, allowing everyone to enjoy a fun atmosphere. While cruising, we admired the mountains of West Oahu, spotted rainbows, and found dolphins that jumped in one after another. The water was quite deep and there were waves, but we followed the crew closely and were able to see many dolphins. It was a wonderful experience to see wild dolphins swimming freely in the coral reef waters. There were dozens of dolphins, swimming in groups of 5 to 10, and they came close to us repeatedly.

I felt satisfied when we returned to the boat, but a few people were seasick. I took anti-nausea medication before boarding, but even those who usually don’t get seasick might find it essential. For those prone to seasickness, sitting on the open deck of the boat seems to be a better option. At this time, we were given pineapple.

After that, we enjoyed three hula dance performances (the professional hula dancer was cute and wonderful), and we snorkeled for just under an hour at the turtle spot. We saw three sea turtles and many fish, making it a very enjoyable snorkeling experience. You can also kayak and slide into the sea from the boat. It was a return to childhood fun. Later, we had cheeseburgers (with purple taro buns) and Maui chips while enjoying the fantastic views from the boat. The burger was delicious against the backdrop of the beautiful scenery. Finally, we took a group photo with the crew and all participants, which they sent to us for free via email. By the way, water and lemonade were available for unlimited drinks on the boat.

Perhaps due to the large number of participants, there was no announcement for the hula lesson.

After getting off the boat, we went to the port's restroom (which is spacious and clean), and I recommend changing there quickly.

Overall, the tour was well-structured, and we got to see both dolphins and sea turtles perfectly. It was a highly satisfying experience, and I would love to participate again.

まず、バスのお迎えがあり、日本人クルーの元気なお姉さんと美人な外国人のカメラマンさんが車中、本日の行程について説明してくれ、写真が入ったＵＳＢ（60ドル）を購入するか、案内があります。決して押し売りではないので断ることもできますし、私は水中デジカメを持参したので断りましたが、かなりの人が購入しているようでした。ＵＳＢを購入する人はリストバンドをもらい、重点的に撮ってもらえるシステムのようですが、購入しない私たちの写真もバシバシ撮っていたので、ＵＳＢにはほかの参加者の写真が満載です。。これは、特に購入しないものにとっては、恥ずかしいし、やめてほしいと思いました。ちなみに船上では持参の水中デジカメでも、クルー自ら写真を撮ってくれました。ウエットスーツは10ドルでレンタルできますし、借りたけど実際に着なければ返金されるとのことで親切なシステムでした。私は借りずに上のみ長袖ラッシュガードを来ていました。10月でしたが寒くはなかったです。
船上では陽気なクルーがホスピタリティーをもってもてなしてくれ、みんなで楽しい気分で時間を過ごすことができました。クルージングをしながら西オアフの山々を眺め、虹をみつけ、イルカがみつかり、次々に飛び込みます。かなり深いですし、波もありますが、ここは必死でクルーについていき、たくさんのイルカをみることができました。サンゴ礁の海の中で自由に泳いでいる野生のイルカをみるのは、なんとも素敵な体験でした。イルカは数十頭いて、5-10頭で固まって泳いでいて、次々に近くにきました。
満足した気分で船にあがりましたが、何人かが船酔い・波酔いではいてました。私も吐き気止めを飲んで乗船しましたが、普段酔わない人でも、吐き気止めは必須かと思います。また、酔いやすい人は、船の中でもオープンな甲板に座るほうがよさそうです。このタイミングでパイナップルをもらいました。
その後、3曲フラダンスを踊ってくれ（プロのフラダンサーの女の子でかわいくて素敵でした）、ウミガメスポットで1時間弱シュノーケルしました。ウミガメは3匹、魚もたくさんいて、とても楽しいシュノーケルでした。また、カヤックや滑り台（船の上から海にとびこみます）もできます。童心にかえり、遊びました。その後、船上でチーズバーガー（タロイモの紫のパンズ）とマウイチップスを食べました。船上の素晴らしい景色を見ながらのバーガーはとてもおいしかったです。最後にクルーと参加者全員で写真をとり、これはメールで無料で送ってくれます。ちなみに船上では水とレモネードが飲み放題です。
参加者が多かったからか、フラレッスンは案内がありませんでした。
　船からおりたら港のトイレ（ひろくてきれいです）にいきますが、ここでササっと着替えることをお勧めします。
上記の流れになりますが、よく練られた構成で、イルカもウミガメもばっちり見えましたり、大満足のツアーでした。ぜひもう一度参加したいです。

This time, we all went to Hawaii for my wedding, with friends and family joining us.

It was my first submarine tour, and the interior wasn't too cramped, plus the windows were large, so we had a great time. My elementary school daughter was also very excited and happy.

They mentioned a commemorative Atlantis Dive Log (dive record) as a gift, but we were just directed to the exit and didn't receive it. I wonder if I should have said something. (I did receive information about Atlantis Submarine, but I wonder if this counts as a boarding memento?)

My wife and I had a great time at the Luau. We booked early and mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. We had booked the Deluxe package. Well we were greeted and received a lei and then escorted to our seats. He informed us of the activities and presented us with drink tickets and vouchers to buy at their store. We then took a canoe ride, took pictures with the exotic birds, checked out the Lei making. By this time we went to get drinks and noticed the marque scrolling and saw our names wishing us a Happy Anniversary it made my wife happy. They then called everyone over and the pig was dug up for everyone to see and smell as they paraded it by everyone. We then sat down and had dinner served to us. What a great meal and then the show began it was a great show even the audience members were picked and got envolved. All in all a good time had by all.

The weather was absolutely perfect. I got to see sea turtles, and snorkeling was amazing. The hamburger was delicious too. They lend you snorkeling gear, but I should have brought my own! There were a lot of fish, but the water was a bit murky, so Okinawa might be clearer. However, the guide was really nice!

Royal Star Pearl Harbor Experience with Tickets to Arizona Memorial & City Tour

Tony our bus driver was exceptional. He was informative of the Island. We were picked up at the Hiton Hawaiian and proceeded to Punch Bowl Cemetery. That was a beautiful resting place for the fallen. We then drove to Pearl Harbor and Tony walked in the Park with us, gave us are tickets and pointed out where we were to go and what time. Tony was very hands on with our group and very caring of our journey into Pearl Harbor.
After our visit to the Memorial of which I cried, actually it was very overwhelming to be there and fully felt a piece of history unfolding. Quite an experience, a must see if you go to Honolulu. We then had time to explore the gift shops and proceeded back to the bus, which Tony was waiting on us with mints and a hand towel to wash our hands. Tony is something else. We then started to our way back to the hotel drop off location.
Please don't use anyone but this group, the whole experience was OUTSTANDING.

My wife and I participated together. We joined without much expectation, but a humpback whale jumped right in front of us!! It was so exciting to see the tail slapping the surface of the water, and the dynamic jumps called breaching using its pectoral fins, just like we often see on TV!! How can you not be thrilled by this!!! The staff also said, "very very lucky!!" and were excited. It was a great tour.

It was a fantastic time, except for the cold water that came up to my waist during high tide! I was amazed by the beautiful sea, just like in the pictures!! A turtle even swam close to me (*^^)v The light meal was really delicious sandwiches, even better than they looked (sorry for the assumption) ★★★ I will definitely join again the next time I go to Hawaii!

I arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and customers were continuously coming in; it was a popular place. It seemed to be used for local family celebrations as well, creating a warm party atmosphere. The highlight was the crab legs, which everyone was enjoying. Of course, I did too... they were delicious! The menu was diverse and catered well to Japanese tastes. Since we were the only ones at Tantalus Lookout, we chatted with the driver on the way there and enjoyed the night view from the top before heading back.

時間より早めに着きましたが、続々とお客さんが入り、人気のお店でした。
地元の家族のお祝いの会にも使われているようで、和やかなパーティーでした。
人気は、カニの足で、皆さん食べていました。もちろん私も、、、。美味しかった！
バラエティーに富んだメニューで、日本人向きです。
タンタラスの丘は、私達だけだったので、運転手さんと色々な話をしながら向かい、丘の上からの夜景を満喫して帰って来ました。
