I was very satisfied! First, they gave us a wake-up call at 5 AM, which was kind of them. Since it was cold, they recommended renting a jacket and mentioned to bring the rental fee if we decided to use it. The pickup was at 5:55 AM from a location close to the hotel we stayed at. Bright and cheerful staff welcomed us, which was a relief. On the bus, they explained what was to come, and after arriving, we had a bathroom break because the restrooms on the boat were quite limited. Soon after, we boarded the boat, and the staff introduced themselves. Everyone was cheerful and made us feel excited. We prayed on the boat and threw flowers into the sea.

Once we reached the area where we could see dolphins, everyone jumped into the water, and after three attempts, we finally spotted a pod of dolphins in the distance! They kept getting closer, and there were more than ten of them! They swam right beneath us! Although we couldn't touch them, I was thrilled to see dolphins up close, something I never expected! After swimming with the dolphins, we had free time to enjoy snorkeling or slide down the slide they provided. After that, we had cheeseburgers, potato chips, and cold pineapple, which made me very happy. The staff danced the hula, enhancing the Hawaiian atmosphere, and it was a moment when I truly felt the essence of Hawaii. I would love to go again. The group photo at the end was a luxurious touch. 満足でした！まず朝5時にモーニングコールをくださいました。親切です。寒いのでジャケットレンタルをオススメされ、もし使用する場合はレンタル料金を持ってきてくださいとのことでした。朝の5:55にわたし達が宿泊したホテルから近い場所でのピックアップです。明るい元気なお姉さん達がまず出迎えてくれ、ホッとしました。バスの中ではこれからの説明などをしてくれ、到着後は船のお手洗いは大変とのことでお手洗いタイムがありました。その後すぐに船にのり、スタッフさんの自己紹介。皆さん明るくてわくわく気分にしてくれます。船の上でおいのりをして海に花を投げました。
イルカが見える場所についてから、みんな一斉に海に飛び込むこと3回目でようやくいるかの群れを遠くに発見！！と思ったらどんどん近づいてきて、
10匹以上はいました！そしてなんと私たちの真下を悠々と泳いでます！触れる距離ではありませんでしたが、イルカをこんなに間近で見ることが出来るだなんて思ってもなかったので興奮してしまいました！イルカと泳いだ後は各自自由にシュノーケルを
楽しんだり、用意してくれた滑り台を滑ったりなどなど。その後はチーズバーガーを食べ、ポテトチップスを食べ、冷たいパインを食べて幸せでした。スタッフさんたちがフラダンスを踊って、ハワイ気分をもっと高めてくれたので、ハワイの実感が湧いた瞬間でした。またいきたいと思います。最後のグループごとで写真撮影も贅沢でした。mahalo♪

This is my second time participating in a wild dolphin snorkeling tour (^O^)
It was my first time with this tour company!
In a word, it was very fulfilling.
Not only did we swim with wild dolphins, but there were also many entertaining performances on the boat that kept us laughing the whole time (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

We joined the morning tour!
The meeting time was early at 6 AM, but it was reassuring!
First, we received a morning call, which was a nice touch d(ﾟ∀ﾟd)!
And since it was in perfect Japanese, there was nothing to worry about!
We took a bus for about 45 minutes to our destination ʕ•̫͡•ʔ.
Then we headed to the dolphins' habitat, which took a bit of time ( .. ).
However, the content was packed with activities that kept us entertained ٩( 'ω' )و!
We sang songs together while offering flowers and praying,
and there were explanations on the bus to confirm safety precautions.
Then we started snorkeling with the wild dolphins (^O^).
A dedicated photographer took lots of wonderful pictures for us!
We brought our own waterproof camera, so we didn’t request their service,
but it seems you can get a USB with about 300 photos for $55 if paid in advance, or $60 if ordered later (^^).
After seeing the dolphins, we went snorkeling, and then there were boats and a slide for us to enjoy in the sea (*´罒`*).
We even got to eat hamburgers (♡´艸`).
And on top of that, they performed a hula dance for us!
It was a fun tour filled with laughter from start to finish ( ¨̮ ).
At the end, we took a group photo (^O^).
They send the pictures to your phone, which is a nice service!
If I go snorkeling with dolphins again, I will definitely choose this tour ( ¨̮ ).
*As a note, it can be cold on the boat and in the bus, so be sure to prepare a bath towel and a jacket!
Also, if you get motion sickness, it can ruin everything, so be sure to take motion sickness medication!!

素敵な写真をいっぱいとってくださいます〜！
私たちは防水カメラを持参したため
お願いしなかったのですが
前払いで＄55、あとからの注文だと＄60
で300枚ほどのデータがはいったUSBが頂けるようです(^^)
イルカさんみたあとは
シュノーケリングをして
その時間になんとボートやらすべり台登場ｗ

I checked the low tide times and participated in a tour with my parents and my husband that included a BBQ lunch. My brother-in-law and his wife, who went with a different tour company the day before, mentioned that the water level was up to their thighs, so I was a bit anxious about what to expect. However, on the day of our tour, the water level was only up to our shins, so it was fine.

The sandbar was even more beautiful than in the photos, and as soon as we arrived, my dad, who was really excited, jumped right in (laughs). My mom, who had said she didn't want to get in the water, ended up swimming before we knew it (laughs). It was that beautiful!

After playing a lot, I can confirm what everyone else has said: the hamburgers were really delicious. Be careful when eating outside if it's windy; things can fly away. We were also able to see many sea turtles from the boat, which was very satisfying. The directions like "12 o'clock" and "9 o'clock" were easy to understand.

All the staff were very kind, and I truly felt like a child playing all day. We took a lot of family photos, making it the best way to show appreciation to my parents. Thank you very much!

However, it can get cold on the way back, both on the boat and the bus, so it's better to have a thick jacket. I brought a light hoodie, but it was still cold. Because the wind was strong and the sea was murky, we didn't see many fish, so I would like to participate again.

ホヌも船上からたくさん見ることができ、大満足でした。
１２時の方向、９時の方向など分かりやすかった。
スタッフさんがみなさん優しくて、ほんとに1日子供のように遊べました。
たくさん家族で写真も撮ってもらい、最高の親孝行ができました♪
ありがとうございました。
ただ、帰りは船もバスも寒いので厚手の上着があった方がいいです。
薄手のパーカー持っていきましたが、それでも寒かったです。
風が強く、海が濁っていたため魚はあまり見れなかったので、また参加したいなと思ってます。

Unfortunately, the weather was unstable with cloudy skies, occasional sunshine, and rain... The tour staff and the captain were very cheerful and kind. The sandbar was a bit high due to the tide, but it was nice to have some sunny moments then. However, it rained intermittently, making it a bit chilly, so we decided to skip snorkeling. I think weather is just a matter of luck! I’ll aim for a comeback next time.

Royal Star motorcoach provided top notch transportation and Patrick, our driver and guide, provided superior service. The motorcoach was impeccably clean and modern and Patrick was friendly, funny, and completely knowledgeable about everything Hawaiian that all of us asked him. I particularly liked that Patrick kept track of us at all times and was at all rendezvous sites at Pearl Harbor on time. It was great to know that he was looking out for us and took a personal interest in all of us. Patrick is a wonderful ambassador of your company and of your motorcoach and guide services. By the way, I'm not related to Patrick, but I am a former motorcoach bus captain myself for several years in Virginia. Patrick is a man worth keeping happy; you do not want to lose this gem to a competitor! We were very glad we found VELTRA online for our Pearl Harbor and Honolulu transportation and tour on 11/27/2015.

During our honeymoon trip to Hawaii, we wanted to see wild dolphins and swim with them, so we decided to join this tour!

To sum it up, it was a very satisfying tour♪

We were able to swim with dolphins twice in the ocean, but unfortunately, both times the dolphins swam quite far below us, so we couldn't get as close as we had hoped. However, according to our guide, there are times when they are much smaller and even difficult to spot, so we were quite fortunate to see them clearly (sometimes they come very close to people). Well, since they are wild dolphins and not domesticated, it's all a matter of luck, and being able to enjoy that aspect is one of the charms of the tour.

Additionally, not only dolphins but also snorkeling at the sea turtle spot is included, so even if we weren't lucky with the dolphins, it was still okay! There are points where sea turtles are almost guaranteed to be present, and we were able to swim quite close to them, so much so that we had to avoid touching them (it seems that touching sea turtles in Hawaii can result in a fine)!

While the main focus is on snorkeling with dolphins and sea turtles as mentioned above, there are also other activities such as singing Hawaiian songs and throwing flowers to pray for a safe voyage, watching the crew's wonderful hula, enjoying paddleboarding and kayaking, sliding from the boat, and eating burgers. It's quite a packed tour, and combined with the friendliness and brightness of the crew, it guarantees a very enjoyable experience♪

Finally, to make the most of the tour, here are a few reminders. First, definitely take motion sickness medication. We were fine, but a few people looked unwell (the guide gives quite a bit of explanation about seasickness beforehand, which might have the opposite effect). Also, it's a good idea to bring local currency. They offer paid options on the bus heading to the ocean, such as wetsuit rentals ($5 per person), photo packages (we received about 600 photos of all participants on a USB), and motion sickness wristbands (around $20, effectiveness unknown).

And the most important thing: if you're participating in the morning, make sure to wake up properly! The departure is around 5 AM, so an early wake-up is required.

新婚旅行でハワイに行った際、野生のイルカが見たい、イルカと泳ぎたいと思って参加しました！

結果から言えば、かなり満足のいくツアーでした♪

海に入ってイルカと泳ぐことができたのは２回で、１度目も２度目もイルカが私達のかなり下の方を泳いでいたため、思ったほど近くを泳げなかったのは残念でしたが、ガイドさんの話ではもっと小さくしか見えない時や、そもそも視認することも難しい時もあるようなので、しっかりと見ることのできた私達はかなり恵まれた方だったのかなと思います（時によってはかなり人の近くに寄ってくることもあるみたいです）。まあそのへんは飼いならされているわけではなく、あくまで野生のイルカなので、運次第ということでしょうし、そういった点も含めて楽しむことができるのがツアーの魅力のひとつでもあります。

また、イルカだけでなく、海ガメポイントでもシュノーケリングできるので、万一イルカ運に恵まれなかった場合でも大丈夫！こちらはほぼ確実に海ガメがいるポイントがあるらしく、私達もかなり近くで海ガメと泳ぐことができ、むしろ近すぎて、下手に触らないように避けるぐらいでした（ハワイでは下手に海ガメに触ると罰金をとられるようです）！

そして、あくまでメインとしては上に書いたようなイルカ＆海ガメとのシュノーケリングですが、これ以外にも、航海の無事を祈ってハワイの歌を歌って花を投げたり、クルーのフラ（素晴らしい）を見たり、パドルボートやカヤック、ボートからの滑り台で楽しんだり、バーガーを食べたりと結構盛りだくさんのツアーですので、クルーの人のよさというか明るさも相まって、非常に楽しいツアーとなることは請け合いです♪

最後に、ツアーを最大限に楽しむためにも、いくつか注意喚起です。
まず、酔い止めは必ず飲みましょう。私達は大丈夫でしたが、数人は気分が悪そうにしていました（ガイドさんが事前にかなり船酔いに関する説明をするので、それがかえって逆効果になる可能性も）。
そして、一応現地通貨は持って行きましょう。ウェットスーツの有料レンタル（１人５ドル）や、写真（USBでもらえます。私達の時は全参加者のいろいろな写真含めて600枚ぐらいありました）の申込（５０ドル程度）、酔い止め用のリストバンド（２０ドルぐらい？効果のほどは不明）の販売など、海に向かうバスの中で有料オプションを受け付けています。
そしてこれが一番大切なことですが、朝参加の場合は、きちんと朝起きましょう！朝は５時台出発なので、かなり早起きが要求されます。

I participated on November 19, but due to the rainy season, the weather was bad and it was high tide, so I could only see the white sand on the seabed. １１月１９日に参加しましたが雨季の為、お天気が悪くしかも満潮でしたので海底の白い砂を見ただけでした。又シュノーケルも３０分もすると、身体が冷えてあまり楽しめませんでした。ハンバーガーも冷えていてもう少し温めてほしいと思いました。これから参加される方は、お天気と干潮を調べて出かけると良いと思います。又船上は風を切って走るので、暖かい上着が必要です。

We had a great time. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a few surprises such as the turtle watching and the snorkeling at the beautiful reef. After finishing our day with two big smiles on our faces, my friend and I agreed that it would have to be something extraordinary to top this! We had the time of our lives.
We met some lovely people, and we, being from Sweden, thaiught that it was really amazing that folks we're so understanding when we lost ourselves in translation sometimes.

The sights we saw were amazing with good variety. The bus was not full to the brim with people so moving in and out was easy and it did not take long to gather ourselves up when leaving a destination to go see the next. (Except when Kevin went out to look for our friend from hong kong haha)

The information we attained during the driving time was fun, entertaining and interesting.

Our tourguide, cousin Kevin, will forever and ever remain in our Hearts and memories. Because he is now a part of our international ohana, and what does that mean? Family. And what does family mean?

Nobody gets left behind or forgotten!

As for the restaurant, it was neither particularly good nor bad... It was very lively and seemed to be a popular place. This is a matter of personal taste, but overall, the dishes were too salty for my liking and I couldn't enjoy them. I believe many people would find them delicious, so this really comes down to individual taste differences. The sashimi, which was not seasoned, was tasty.

I'm always nervous booking something online and it was wonderful when we got off the plane to have our greeter right there in plain site. This was a surprise for our guests traveling with us and was a very nice welcome to Hawaii. The greeter was absolutely lovely but we couldn't understand her because she seemed to speak in a whisper. Maybe our hearing was off from the engine noise of 11 hours flying to get there. I was expecting an orchid lei and instead got the big brown nut lei that looks like chocolate. We were picked up less than a block away from our Waikiki Hotel for an early morning 6:30am tour with a guarantee to return us back to the hotel no later than 2:00 pm. As we had a scheduled 3:00pm pick-up for transportation to the cruise ship pier from our Hotel, the time schedule was critical. The drive showed up right on time in a luxury Tour Bus. We completed the Pearl harbor tour which included the USS Missouri, the USS Arizona, and the city tour and got us back to our hotel with time to spare. Great Service. Would highly recommend.

The day before, there was a once-in-30-years heavy rain, so the sea was murky, but during snorkeling, I was able to see corals and cute little fish, and sea turtles also popped up occasionally, which was enjoyable. However, today, unfortunately, muddy water from the mountains started rushing toward the sandbar, and when I tried to escape, it was already right in front of me, and I ended up getting soaked. My swimsuit got quite dirty, so I wish the guide had told us to get out earlier if they had noticed.

この日は前日が30年に一度の大雨という事で、海が濁ってましたが、シュノーケリングではちゃんとサンゴや可愛い小魚を見ることができましたし、ウミガメもちょいちょい顔出してくれましたので楽しめました。
ただし今日は運悪く山からの泥水がサンドバーに向かって押し寄せてきたので逃げようとしましたが、気付いた時には目の前まで来ていて浸かってしまいました。
これで水着がかなり汚れましたのでガイドさんには気付いていたのであれば早く上がれって言って欲しかったですね。

On November 14th, I participated in the Heaven's Ocean Tour. The ocean in Hawaii is beautiful everywhere, but the sandbar in Kaneohe Bay was exceptional. I was also able to see many sea turtles. When I went snorkeling near the coral reef, a lot of tropical fish came close and ate bread from my hand. The hamburger I had on the boat was also very delicious. Thank you to all the staff!!

Last year, I saw a TV show and thought I’d like to try it, so I discovered it on Veltra and made a reservation. When I looked at the menu, I thought it might be a bit small, but when I actually went and tried the food, it was actually a little more than I expected. I had also visited when I stayed at the Marriott before, but at that time, crepes weren’t on the menu, and it was one of the places I really wanted to go after seeing it on the TV show. The service and smiles from the staff, as well as the taste of the food, were top-notch. I definitely want to go again when I visit Hawaii.

Since I went on a weekday, I was able to ride the slides with hardly any wait. The lunch was also more delicious than I expected, and I ended up going back for seconds multiple times! I want to visit again when I go to Hawaii!
