Although the weather was unfortunately rainy and windy in the morning, the breathtaking scenery of the sandbar felt like something out of this world (laughs). When the sun occasionally peeked through, it was just like being in a bath salt paradise!!!

And, believe it or not, you can smoke on the sandbar!!!! Just make sure not to litter~~!

The staff were all very friendly, and there was a nice mix of Japanese and foreign guests, creating a warm atmosphere. The cheeseburger for lunch was truly delicious, and even I, who usually gets seasick (though I did take some motion sickness medication), was fine. They also provide fins for snorkeling, so you can dive as much as you want!!!!

Before I knew it, it was already time to wrap up.

Moreover, the relaxed vibe of "feel free to join if you want~ or take a break if you need~" was fantastic. Plus, since I’m currently doing hula in Japan and the song was "KANEOHE," it really boosted my mood. I highly recommend it.

朝から雨＆風が強いあいにくの天気でしたが、やはりサンドバーのこの世とも思えない(笑)景色は最高でした。

サンドバーでタバコが吸えます！！！！ゴミは捨てちゃだめですよ~~~！

スタッフはみんな親切な方ばっかりで、日本人と外国の方半々くらいでしたが和気あいあいとしてました。
お昼のチーズバーガーは、本当においしかったし、船酔いしやすい私も大丈夫でしたし(一応酔い止めは飲みましたが)シュノーケルはフィンも貸出してくれるので、素潜りしたい放題！！！！
あっという間に終わりの時間になってしまいました。

しかも、いきたかったらどうぞ~やすむならどうぞ~的なゆるい空気は、最高でした。
しかも、いま日本でフラをしていて曲がKANEOHEだったのでなおさら気分が盛り上がりました。
おすすめです。

I participated in the morning session of the honeymoon tour. The staff were very friendly, and there was a sisterly vibe with someone who could speak Japanese!

First, we went sea turtle watching, and so many honu showed up, plus a manta ray made an appearance! I was so moved to capture it all on camera.

At the sandbar, unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the sandy beach, but the water was shallow enough to my ankles, and I couldn't help but have fun! We took about 3-4 photos, and they helped create some great shots!

Compared to similar tours, the snorkeling here didn't require wearing life jackets, which made it feel very free and enjoyable. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious too! This was definitely a tour I would love to join again! Thank you very much! (*´ω｀*)

まずは海亀ウォチングですが、あんなにたくさんホヌちゃんたちが現れてくれて、さらにマンタまで登場！カメラにもしっかり収められて感動♪
サンドバーでは砂浜は残念ながら満喫出来ませんでしたが、足首程度の深さで思わずはしゃいでしまいました♪３~４枚写真撮影してもらいベストショットを演出してもらいました！
同様のツアーに比べてこちらでのシュノーケリングはライフジャケットの着用を強制しないので、自由な感じがとてもよかったです。

I saw a lot of sea turtles and manta rays! I also enjoyed snorkeling at the sandbar, feeling the wonder of standing offshore. The guides and crew were friendly and attentive, which made the time feel very short. If I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate!

Paradise Cove Luau on the Beach at Ko Olina Resort

Going to a luau is something everyone should do at least once. Paradise cove is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The "games" are not impressive, but give you something to do. The show is good. The food is good but not labeled, so try everything. Did not like most of the native dishes, but the pork and chicken were excellent. The drinks are poured in front of you, shots measured and often generous. Unless you are a drinker, I would not say they are watered down. You can purchase bigger, "better" drinks as well. (i didn't need to.) Had the standard package and would not bother with more expensive packages, seats are all good and buffet lines move quickly and plenty of food. Bring small bills for tips. I would recommend this activity to family and friends. Some small children there, ok for kids.

This is my second time joining the tour, following last year.
It's always a lot of fun!
The pool has many attractions, and there’s hardly enough time to enjoy everything in the park.
Every attraction is thrilling and enjoyable.

It's a bit far from downtown Honolulu, but it's convenient because they pick you up at the hotel.
Bringing food and drinks is prohibited (there's a bag check at the entrance), but you can bring bottled water.
While there are free drinks available, they only offer soda, so I think it's a good idea to bring your own water.
The rental lockers are small, so it's best to keep your belongings to a minimum.
There aren't any attractions that require a rash guard, so you can get by with just a swimsuit and beach sandals in the park, but you have to take off your sandals when riding the attractions.
You’ll be barefoot while going up stairs or waiting in line, which can be painful or hot on your feet.
Having marine boots is convenient because you can wear them on the attractions.
There’s a pool area for kids as well as an adult area (which has an additional fee, but you can drink alcohol), so families can enjoy it together.
The all-you-can-eat meal at Big Splash was tastier than last year.
I highly recommend this optional tour.

プールにはたくさんのアトラクションがあり園内の時間が足りないくらいです
どのアトラクションもスリルがあって楽しいです

ホノルル市街からは少し離れていますが、ホテルでピックアップしてもらえるので便利です
飲食物の持ち込みは禁止（入口で荷物検査があります）ですが、ペットボトルの水のみ持込み可です
フリードリンクですが、ソーダー類しかないので水を持って行くと良いと思います
レンタルロッカーは小さいので、荷物は最小限にした方がいいです
ラッシュガードが必要なほどハードなアトラクションはありませんので、園内は水着とビーチサンダルで大丈夫ですが、
アトラクションに乗るときはビーチサンダルは脱がないといけません
階段や順番待ちの際は裸足になるので足の裏が痛かったり暑かったりします
マリンブーツがあると履いたままアトラクションに乗ることができるので便利です
子供用のプールエリアも大人用のエリア（別料金ですが、アルコールも飲めます）もありますので、家族で楽しめます
ビックスプラッシュについている食べ放題の食事は去年よりもおいしくなっていました。
とってもオススメのオプショナルツアーです

I used this tour on June 15th. As soon as I headed to the pickup location, a staff member in a blue T-shirt assisted me. The pickup time was 9:30 AM and the park opening time was 10:30 AM, but we arrived at the park around 10:00 AM. After waiting for the park to open, we entered right at opening time and first rented a locker. The lockers were surprisingly expensive. I believe there were small and large sizes, with the small one costing $12 and the large one $17. Both sizes return $5 when you return the key along with the receipt, but it's still pricey. The small locker is really small, so it feels tight for more than two pieces of luggage. I didn't check the large one. The ground inside the park gets hot as it's concrete, so I recommend wearing flip-flops. When experiencing the slides, you need to pick up the inner tubes or boats at the exit of each slide. You have to carry quite heavy items to the entrance. I think the SHAKA was the heaviest? Since it was a Monday, the park was less crowded, and the lifeguards were rotating their positions at the slides, so there were some that we couldn't experience right away. They closed for about 30 minutes at a time. I participated in the deluxe plan, but honestly, I felt that lunch wasn't necessary. 間隔ぐらいで一度クローズしていました。デラックスプランでの参加でしたが正直、昼食は要らない気がしました。不味いとかではなく4時くらいにはもうワイキキに着いてしまうので、そこからオヤツがてら軽く食事をして夜に備えるのもいいかもしれません。10時半オープンで2時45分にはパークを出るので短いと感じるかもしれませんが、そこまでパーク自体が広くないので十分楽しめました。逆に規模に対して金額が少し高く感じました。それでも日本には無いようなスケールのスライダーもありますのでビーチだけではなく一度訪れるのもいいかもしれません。楽しかったです。

This is my third time participating.

I participated with my 60-year-old mother and my two children, aged 8 and 4. The blue sky and blue sea were incredibly refreshing. As soon as we boarded, the captain pointed and said "Honu!" and there was a sea turtle. The kids lay on the net, looking into the water to see what else they could spot. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any dolphins. The captain and staff were very friendly, speaking to the kids in simple Japanese and even taking them to the cockpit for photos, which was a lot of fun. This was my first time visiting. A large tour bus picked us up, and we arrived at the location! I participated with my 60-year-old mother and my 8-year-old and 4-year-old children, making a group of four.

There were so many things we wanted to do, but time flew by, and I wished we could have stayed a little longer. My 8-year-old loved the wave pool and wouldn’t leave it. The waves were incredible, far beyond what you find in Japanese wave pools. The next day, for some reason, my mother and I both had muscle soreness! The bodyboarding lesson was also a lot of fun. It was our first attempt, but the staff member helped us ride the waves skillfully, and we were very satisfied.

The lunch buffet had a modest variety and selection, but the meat was cooked medium, tender, and very delicious. I definitely want to participate again next time.

However, there were some people who were over 30 minutes late for the return bus, which was very inconvenient. They ended up being left behind, but I wish they would consider that there are others waiting in the hot bus who arrived on time and had to wait for more than 30 minutes.

I visited at the end of May a little while ago. Even though it was the rainy season, I didn't get caught in the rain, so I didn't feel cold. Just a short run away, there's a beautiful sea, and the inflatable slide was really fun. Since my husband and the locals are of BIG size, riding together was thrilling as I felt like I was being tossed around and almost thrown off. I'm sure kids would absolutely love it. It can get quite cold during this time when there's shade or a breeze, so even on cloudy days, I recommend buying a rash guard at places like Walmart to prevent sunburn. The UV rays are very strong, and it's refreshing, so you might find yourself wanting to be in the sun. To avoid ruining your trip by getting too burned, you can purchase one starting from $15, just for your reference!

If you rent a car and go by yourself, it can get quite expensive. I highly recommend taking advantage of the "☆Group Discounts!☆ With Shuttle Service" campaign on this site. It seems that even-numbered groups get 25% off. I went with the "Standard Plan for 2 Adults." The plan doesn't include meals, but soft drinks are all-you-can-drink! You will be seated with people from countries other than Japan at each hotel. The air conditioning in the car is quite strong, so bringing a jacket is essential. After arriving at the site, a Japanese person will give a brief tour of the facility, but I found it a bit too simple, which made me a little anxious. The lockers cost $7 (with $2 refunded), but unlike in Japan, they are small, so if you want to take off your sandals, you'll need to put them in a locker, so I think it's better for each person to have one. Since it's expensive, those who are hesitant might want to minimize their luggage. Additionally, the lockers can be opened and closed multiple times. The park is made of concrete, so there's a risk of burns, so I recommend wearing sandals. There are slides that you won't find in Japan, and riding on any of them gives you an amazing feeling. When I thought of Hawaii, I only thought of the ocean, so I had never been before, but I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of attractions, and they are all interesting. The local high school students casually approached me, saying, "It's more fun to ride with a big group, so let's ride together," and they suggested, "Let's race!" on the water slide. It's great to be able to play with the locals. Also, the staff members were very friendly.

I went on June 3rd when it was sunny. They picked us up at the meeting point with a large bus, and the local staff provided kind and thorough explanations. The bus takes about 50 minutes to arrive. The thrilling water slide here is the best; even adults can enjoy it fully. I signed up for the lunch plan, but I recommend not having high expectations. There are only beef, chicken, salad, rice, and two types of fruit, so I wish there were more variety. The bodyboarding lesson is quite fun, but if you get too excited, it can be really tiring. There’s a hot jacuzzi, which feels great when your body gets cold. I thought the 2:45 PM gathering time was short, but I was able to enjoy each attraction more than twice, which was enough fun.

On Thursday, June 3, 2010, it was sunny. The large bus arrived at the pickup location five minutes early, and a local staff member who spoke Japanese explained the schedule for the day. Since I had signed up for the deluxe plan, there was unlimited juice (4 or 5 types of Pepsi) and lunch included. The only cost was a small locker fee of $12 (with a $5 refund upon returning the receipt and locker key), which wasn't particularly necessary. However, the lunch consisted of beef, chicken, salad, potatoes, white rice, and fruit, so don't expect too much. The main attractions were incredibly enjoyable. I was able to ride all the attractions more than twice without much waiting, but it was a bit disappointing that some attractions, like Shaka and the one next to it, closed at certain times. Still, these are interesting attractions not found in Japan, and I recommend them for couples and families.

One thing that I was told by anyone who visited your island was to attend a Luau. After reading reviews on websites, I chose the Paradise Cove experience. I am very glad I did. My two year old granddaughter enjoyed the activities and dancing as much as my 70 year old mother. If you leave this experience hungry, you have no one to blame but yourself. The ocean view was gorgeous and the sunset that night was breathtaking. Thank You!!!

I requested a course with transportation, and as everyone has mentioned, the bus was mostly filled with foreigners, and the announcements were only in English.

The show was indeed impressive. I ordered the deluxe option, but the seats were not towards the front; instead, we were at the very back on a higher tier. It started to rain during the show, but there was a roof over that area, so I was glad to be seated there.

The people I went with were happy to see an authentic luau show. However, they mentioned that it would have been more enjoyable if they understood English.

The food was delicious. They brought various dishes in order, and although it wasn't a buffet, the portions were more than enough to fill us up. The four drink tickets we received ended up going unused, which was a shame.

ショーはさすがに迫力がありました。

ご飯は美味しかったです。
順番に色々持ってきていただいて、ビュッフェではなかったのですが、量は食べきれないぐらいでした。
4枚ついていたドリンクチケットはやはり飲みきれずに余ってしまい、もったいなかったです。

The boat was clean. We were quite intimidated going on the snorkel sail at first, because we both can't swim very well. The crew was very accommodating. We had so much fun!!! The entire experience was very nice. It's great! A good trip for anyone. We could have just stayed put and enjoyed the ride, but I did get in the water. They helped me relax and enjoy it. The crew was very helpful. We only had 8 people making it more personal. I have no idea how many they usually have. There is plenty of room to walk around and do your own thing.

The crew was wonderful, very accommodating and knowledgeable. It was my most favorite thing about our entire Oahu trip! We loved being able to see the spinner dolphins jump. There were so many fish! My husband loved helping to put up the 450 pound sail. Not a day we will soon forget! We didn't want to get off the boat at the end of our time... we'll definitely be back.

We took the Pearl Harbor tour with the Missouri. Sandy was our tour guide and she was fantastic! Very nice, fun and entertaining, plus knowledgeable. The bus was really big and comfortable (not like most of the yucky shuttles) and Sandy drove around Waikiki effortlessly. Amazing!

The Arizona Memorial is a must-see, although it is not exciting so kids are easily bored. On the other hand, the tour of the Missouri is great for all ages. We did the audio tour with the iTouch device, and my 13-year-old thought it was like an adventure to find the next location. We were able to explore and listen at our convenience.

The Punchbowl was closed for Memorial Day, but Sandy took us to Pal"i lookout, which was a beautiful sight and the drive up was very informational too.

Overall, a terrific tour that we are so glad we did and the price was VERY affordable. Many of the tours I saw were way over-priced, as I cannot see what they could offer over the tour we took.

I went on Monday, and there happened to be a group of local high school students there. It seemed like there are usually not many customers.

More than half of the guests were high school students. There was little wait time for any of the attractions.

However, I wanted to try the FlowRider attraction (which has an additional fee), but it was difficult to do because the locals were constantly using it.

But I was very lucky to run into Mao-chan and Mai-chan, who my wife also loves.

I participated in this tour to entertain my family. As many others have written, there are extremely few Japanese participants. Therefore, I think it's best to join with the understanding that Japanese will not be understood at all, including during bus transfers. However, if you have a certain level of listening skills and can convey your intentions with basic vocabulary, you can enjoy it fully.

While waiting for the show to start, the activities of making leis and haku leis were enjoyable enough to make me forget that I was Japanese.

The luau begins with the sunset, and from there, it's a series of surprises. Traditional Hawaiian performances, including hula, as well as dances from Polynesia and Tahiti. And the most exciting part was the fire dance.

Regarding the food, since it's not a high-end dinner, you shouldn't have too many expectations, but the fried chicken was incredibly delicious.

The family I brought along all had a great time. Since we came to a foreign land, I think it's perfectly fine to enjoy ourselves to the fullest in an environment with few Japanese tourists.

On windy days, it gets chilly at night, and the air conditioning on the bus is quite strong, so it's essential to have something to wear on top.

サンセットと共にルアウが始まるのですが、もうそこからは驚きの連続。
フラをはじめとした、ハワイの伝統芸能やポリネシアやタヒチの踊り。
そして、一番盛り上がったファイアーダンス。

食事については、高級ディナーとは違うので、あまり期待するべきではありませんが、フライドチキンは最高に美味しかったです。

連れていったファミリーはみんな楽しんでくれました。
折角異国の地に来んだから、日本人観光客の少ない環境でめいっぱい楽しんでしまうのも有りだと思います。

風がある日だと、夜は冷え込むし、移動のバス内のエアコンがかなり利いているので、上に羽織るものは必須です。
