In July, I participated in a turtle watching cruise tour that included lunch. In the morning, we relaxed at a sandbar, had lunch, watched the turtles, and then went snorkeling. There were people who spoke Japanese, so I was able to enjoy a fun time without worry.

However, there was no place to change, so I felt like I had to get on the bus while still wet. It might be a good idea to bring extra towels and be careful not to catch a cold on the bus.

7月にウミガメウォッチングクルーズランチ付のツアーに参加しました。
午前中は、サンドバーでのんびりし、ランチを挟んでウミガメを見て、その後シュノーケリングをしました。日本語を話せる人もいたし、安心して楽しい時間を過ごせました。

ただ、着替える場所がないため、帰りのバスは濡れたまま乗る感じでした。
多めにタオルをもって、バスの中で風邪をひかないよう気を付けたほうがいいかもしれません。

The tour itself was great. Seeing the Arizona, punch bowl cemetery and downtown Honolulu was enjoyable. Tour guide was knowledgable and fun, bus was clean. Don't be afraid to bring a backpack with snacks on the bus, our driver locked it up while off the bus. We used Hawaii activities tour group. We were supposed to also see uss Missouri but had to change during tour because of time constraints. So that was disappointing. On website it lists getting back to hotel by 1:30 at latest but once we got to Pearl Harbor tour driver informed us that people seeing Missouri wouldn't leave until 1:45, we had to check out of hotel by 1:30. It took several angry calls to get veltra to reimburse our difference in cost. Had I known the times were different I would have not booked the longer tour or made different arraignments with hotel. Kids were 11& 7 and both enjoyed it, 7 year old even cried during the movie.

This time, I checked the tide schedule in advance and made a reservation.

On the day of the trip, unfortunately, the weather was terrible with heavy rain... We boarded the boat and first went to see the sea turtles. The sandbar we saw on the way to see the sea turtles was very beautiful. We were able to see several sea turtles, which was great.

After that, we headed to the sandbar... Huh?? The part of the sandbar that was above the water was much narrower than what we saw on the way to see the turtles??? While we were looking at the sea turtles, the tide came in over time, and we couldn't see the sandbar as much as we had hoped. On top of that, the weather was unfortunate...

I checked the tide schedule and chose a day with a big tide, but I learned that the timing of low tide is also very important. I hope there will be a day when I can try again.

今回、予め潮順をみて申込みました。

当日は、あいにくのお天気でどしゃぶり・・・
船に乗り、最初にウミガメを見に行きました。
ウミガメを見に行く際に見えたサンドバーは、とても綺麗に見えました。
ウミガメは、何匹も見えてとても良かったです。

その後、サンドバーへ。。。
あれれ？？カメを見に行く途中に見えたサンドバーよりもかなり海面に出ている部分が狭くなっている？？？
ウミガメを先に見に行っている間に、時間の経過とともに潮が満ちてきて思っていたほどのサンドバーを見ることができませんでした。
そのうえあいにくのお天気・・・

潮順を見て、大潮の日を選んで申し込みましたが、やはり干潮の時間もとても大事なことを知りました。
いつかまたリベンジできる日があるといいです。

I visited on June 9th.

The weather was perfect, which was a relief. We had a plan that included transportation and lasted until 3 PM, and my spouse and I enjoyed it more than enough.

This was because it was quite empty, and I think the longest wait for each slide was about 5 minutes. We were able to enjoy everything smoothly, and both of us were very satisfied.

However, I have one complaint regarding the transportation: there were too many hotel stops!

We stopped at major locations, and I thought, "Wait, are we stopping again?" It took us over 2 hours to reach the site, which should have taken about an hour from the hotel, and I felt that was a bit of a waste of time.

During busy seasons, I think it would be more efficient to use a rental car.

Also, it was very disappointing that I couldn't ride the attraction I wanted to the most. I understand it was under inspection, but still...

The other attractions were thrilling, and we rode the two-person slide called Shaka multiple times.

When we went, there were times when the sun was hidden by clouds for a bit too long, which made it feel a bit chilly.

Especially after getting out of the pool, it felt even colder. It might be convenient to have something to wear that can handle getting wet.

Additionally, when getting on attractions, you may be warned about bringing cameras and asked to leave them in a locker, so please be careful.

6月9日に伺いました。

天気は最高で、安心しました。送迎付きのプランで15時までのプランですが、夫婦二人では

十分すぎるぐらい楽しめました。というのも、かなり空いていて、各スライダーも5分待てば

長いほうだったと思います。スムーズに楽しむことができて夫婦ともども大満足でした。

ただ、送迎に関しては1点クレームがあり、寄るホテルが多すぎる！！

主要な場所にも寄り、「え？また止まるの？」

というところで止まり、ホテルから現地まで1時間かかるかかからないところを

2時間以上かけて向かったときは少し時間がもったいないと感じました。

混んでいるシーズン中などはレンタカーなどでいかれたほうが、時間を有効活用できると

思います。

また、今回残念だったのが、1番乗りたかったものに乗れなかったのが非常に残念でした。

点検ということなので致し方ありませんが、、、。

ほかのアトラクションもスリル満点で特にシャカという2人乗りのスライダーは何回も乗りまし

た。

私たちが行ったときは、少し太陽が雲に隠れる時間が長かったので、肌寒い印象がありました。

特にプールから上がった後などは、余計にそう感じました。

濡れても大丈夫な羽織れるものがあると便利かもしれません。

あと、アトラクションに乗る際はカメラなどを持っていると注意され、ロッカーに置いてきて

下さいと言われることがあるので、気を付けてください。

Sea turtle watching, going down to the sea for photo time, returning to the boat once to put on snorkeling gear, and heading back to the sea again. We had plenty of time and really enjoyed it. I had checked the low tide times on the website, so everything was perfect. When we were leaving, the afternoon tour group was arriving, but the sandy beach had already sunk, so I think it's essential to check the tide schedule before booking! We saw a lot of fish, and my husband was very satisfied. I only used a digital camera on the boat and took photos with my iPhone covered. Many people were without cameras on the water, but the scenery is so beautiful that I think it's worth bringing one. You can't press the shutter underwater, but I was able to capture a lot of fish on video. Tips are not forcibly requested; I think a small amount is fine. We were able to return to the hotel by 11:30, so we made good use of our time. I definitely want to recommend this to my friends!

海亀ウォッチング、海へ降りて写真タイム、1度船へ戻りシュノーケリング装着してもう1度海へ。
時間も十分とっていただいており、満喫できました。
サイトで干潮時間も調べていたのでバッチリでした。
帰る時、午後のツアーの方が来られていましたが、もう砂浜は沈んでしまっていたので、申込前に必ず満ち引きを調べた方がいいと思います！
魚もたくさん見れて、旦那も大満足でした。
デジカメは船上だけにして、iPhoneカバーつけて写真撮影しました。
水上ではカメラ無しの方も多かったですが、本当に景色が綺麗なのでぜひ用意した方がいいと思います。
水中はシャッターが押せませんが、ムービーでたくさん魚を撮影できました☆
チップは無理に要求もされません。気持ち程度で大丈夫だと思います。
しっかり11:30にホテルに戻れたので時間も有効活用できました。
ぜひ友人にもおすすめしたいと思います♪

The wonderful views from the sandbar and the sea turtle watch were amazing. The BBQ lunch was a hamburger, but it was a very delicious burger. Above all, encountering sea turtles while snorkeling was the highlight. Swimming with the sea turtles I had longed for was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it. The guides were also friendly and likable. Thank you very much.

On the day of the event, the bus was crowded, and even after the pickup time had passed, the bus did not arrive. When I called the contact number for VELTRA, an English voice guide was playing, and it seemed like I had to choose buttons. After randomly selecting a button, I was met with more English voice guidance. I couldn't understand anything, so I hung up. I wish VELTRA would provide a way to make inquiries in Japanese.

Even though we were about 45 minutes late, the return time was the same, and I felt like I lost out. Once we arrived, there was no particular guidance, and I wandered around not knowing where the cabana was or which one I could use. When I decided to use one of the cabanas, a female staff member appeared out of nowhere and started giving instructions in English again. I hardly understood, but it seemed like I could use it. (I didn't even understand what a cabana was at the time, but it refers to a covered space.) That's how we started.

For lunch, I thought the BBQ would mean we would cook it ourselves, but it was a buffet style where we just took the meat that was cooked in the kitchen. However, the meat was quite delicious.

The pool facilities were very enjoyable, and I wished I could have played more. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to explore everything.

当日はバスが混んでいたのか、ピックアップ時間を過ぎてもバスは来ず、VELTRAの問い合わせ連絡先に電話すると英語でべらべら音声案内が流れボタンを選べらしき内容で、適当にボタンを選んだらまた英語音声案内でべらべらガイダンス。訳が分からないので電話を切りました。VELTRAさんには日本語の問い合わせを出来るようにして欲しいです。

　時間が45分ぐらい遅れたのに、帰り時刻は同じで損をした気分です。着いても特に案内も無くカバナが何処にあるのか、どれを使っても良いのか分からずうろうろしました。適当にこのカバナを使おうと腰を下すと、何処からともなく女性の従業員が来てこれまた英語でべらべら案内、殆ど分からずですが使っても良い様子。(カバナ自体も分っていなかったのですが、屋根付きのスペースのことです)。こんな感じでスタートしました。

お昼のBBQランチはBBQだけに自分で焼くのかなと思っていましたがバイキング形式で調理場で焼いたお肉をとるだけでした。でもこの肉なかなか美味しかったです。

プール施設自体は大変楽しくもっと遊んでいたかったです。時間が少なく全て廻りきれませんでした。

We were in Hawaii for the first time celebrating our 30th anniversary and stayed for 7 nights in Waikikki. We booked this tour in advanced, paid total US$75 each, total $150.00 which included the admission and tour to USS Battleship Missouri via this site. So glad we booked this tour which we did on our 3rd day. We were picked up 5 minutes earlier, and the tour guide Marlon was most helpful and courteous. We got to stop and visit the Palace in Honolulu since we were early. The motor coach was very comfortable. A group with young children was late coming back, but the bus operator waited patiently for them. Marlon gave us very good instructions, for all the different visit sites at Pearl Harbour, and got us all our admission tickets very quickly and smoothly. This tour is well worth it as we got so many information which you would not have known had you just gone on your own. We did rent a car for 3 days, but we definitely made a right decision to purchase this tour and not drive there ourselves, just for the extra tour guide information is well worth it. Instead, we rented the car for our last 3 days in Waikikki and drove along North Shore, South Shore and West shore over 3 days. The Pearl Harbour, including Mighty Mo tour is a must do - we even got to take a picture with Mr. Hyland, a 98 year old survivor from Pearl Harbour. 5 stars for this tour !

When we arrived at the port, it was slightly rainy and chilly, and I was a bit worried, but after a few minutes on the boat, the blue sky appeared! We were able to see manta rays, which we usually don't get to see, and I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling until the very end. I was very satisfied!

港に到着した時は若干小雨で肌寒く、大丈夫かなぁと心配したのですが、いざ船に乗って何分かすると青空に！普段は見られないマンタも見ることができ、シュノーケリングは最後まで楽しみ大満足でした！

The sandbar had great weather and was fantastic.
The tide was about 10 centimeters below my knees, so the beach didn't appear, but I was able to practice snorkeling, which was good.
The hamburger for lunch was incredibly delicious!!
They grilled the patty (probably from Costco) on the boat, and it was juicy and tasty.
I saw a decent amount of fish while snorkeling, and they were keeping a proper watch, so I had no concerns about safety.

サンドバーは天気も良く、最高でした。
潮位はちょうどひざ下10センチくらいだったので砂浜が現れることはなかったのですが、シュノーケリングの練習ができたので良かったです。
お昼のハンバーガーが激うま！！
パティ（多分コストコの）を船上で焼いてくれたのですが、ジューシーで美味しかったです。
シュノーケリングではまあまあお魚も見れたし、きちんと監視してくれてるので安全面にも不安はありませんでした。

We had dinner as a couple on July 6th. From the appetizers to the soup, main course, and dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully crafted dishes and were very satisfied. The menu composition and portion sizes were just right, allowing us to savor each course without feeling overly full, which can often be the case with dinners abroad. The delicate flavors of the appetizers and soup were particularly noteworthy. We definitely want to visit again.

7月6日ディナーを夫婦で利用しました。
前菜からスープ、メインそしてドルチェに至るまで非常に趣向を凝らした料理を満喫でき、
大変満足しました。メニュー構成、分量も丁度よく、ともすれば満腹感だけが印象に残りがちな海外でのディナーですが、最後までゆっくりと味わうことができました。
特に前菜とスープの繊細な味わいは特筆もの。
また是非利用したいと思います。

Best snorkeling and snuba ever!!! Been in this boat three times. Crew is wonderful and so is the lunch!!! Highly recommend.

The beautiful sea stretched endlessly, and it was so healing ❤️ I was able to see not only sea turtles but also manta rays. Snorkeling with the southern fish was the best! With the crew's accurate advice, I had a wonderful time.

This tour has so many highlights. I was impressed when we landed on the sandbar (it was really beautiful!), and I was thrilled to spot a sea turtle popping its head up in a spot filled with them. Snorkeling at the coral reef was also amazing, and above all, the burgers grilled on the boat were the best!

見どころがいっぱいのツアーです。サンドバー（本当にきれい！）に上陸した時も感動したし、ウミガメのたくさんいるスポットで、顔を出したウミガメを発見できて感動。サンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングも最高だったし、何より船の上で焼いてくれるハンバーガーが最高でした。

My partner and me really enjoyed on this cruise. Beautiful dinner, very helpful friendly crew and could see romantic sunset. I have joined this cruise 3rd times. every time never have any disappoint!! We are middle age couple. this cruise is great for family, girls group, boys group, big group, young people and old people everyone as well!!

The last time I came to Hawaii, I didn't have time to come to Pearl Harbor. Missing it had been one of my biggest regrets of that trip, so when I came back again it was pretty much the only thing on my "must do" list. I normally buy my excursions as a last minute thing so that I can be free to decide last minute what I want to do with my precious vacation days, but not wanting to risk missing Pearl Harbor again, I booked this excursion about a week before I arrived on the islands. I did a bit of research on different tours and options and decided that the USS Arizona memorial was what I was most interested in, and (due to a rebate offered for writing a review), veltra ended up being the best deal I could find. The trip itself was pretty basic... A bus tour of several areas of town including the old palace and the military gravesite near then punch bowl, but the driver was friendly and informative and the bus was comfortable.
Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona memorial were great to see. It was a very moving experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who has the time.

Visiting Pearl Harbor was the main reason we went to Oahu and we were so happy we booked this tour. Our driver Larry was extremely personable and knowledgeable and made the experience very worthwhile!

I chose the shorter option since I was with my 70-year-old mother, but we had a great time! We saw plenty of sea turtles, and the sandbar was truly beautiful!!! I highly recommend this tour.

It was worth checking the low tide times and making a reservation; it was very beautiful. There was a problem at the meeting place, so my rating is average, but other than that, I was very satisfied.

引き潮時間を確認して予約したかいがあり、とても綺麗でした。集合場所でトラブルがあり評価は普通ですが、それ以外は大満足です。

it was my first time went on the dinner cruise since I live in Hawaii for 20 years, I really enjoy the steak and loster dinner, the workers were very friendly and helpful, that made me feel like I was having a family dinner with my family. The manager name Joey especially came serveral times to visit us and made sure everything was okay, we have a great time in Star of Honolulu Sunset Dinner cruise!!!

The shuttle bus was a large one. At the last pick-up location on the way there, the driver distributed tickets and explained how to wear the wristbands for each group. However, there were many guests, and since the driver was working alone while checking the list, it took a while before we could depart. I thought it might be necessary to have an additional ticket attendant.

Upon arriving at the pool, after getting off the bus and receiving an explanation from the staff, we were given our admission tickets. This process also took time as it was done by one person checking the list for each group. I felt a bit rushed since our time to enjoy the pool was limited.

The park had a great variety of slides. Although it was a weekday, there were families present, but it felt like there were many groups of children, and compared to Japan, it was quite spacious and not crowded at all. The ground was very hot, so beach sandals are a must when moving around! Meals were to be purchased from the outdoor stalls, which were always crowded regardless of the time. We enjoyed our food deliciously while lounging on the sunbeds we secured right after entering the park, overlooking the pool.

Although I felt rushed about the time before entering the park, I was able to fully enjoy my experience.

送迎車は大型バスでした。
行きの最後のピック場所で、運転手がグループごとにチケットの配布と手首への巻き方を教えてくれました。しかし客の人数は多く、配布時も名簿を確認しながらな上に運転手一人での作業な為、出発までに時間がかかりました。運転手の他に、チケット係りが一人必要なのではないかと思いました。

プールに到着し、バスを降りると係りの人からの説明の後入場券をもらうのですが、これも一人での作業で同じくグループごとに名簿を確認しながら行うため時間がかかりました。
プールで遊ぶ時間は限られてるのに…と少し焦ってしまいます。

園内はスライダーが充実していました。
平日でしたが、家族連れも見受けられましたが子供グループが多い印象で、日本と比べるととても空いていて広々と遊べました。
地面がとても熱いので、移動の際はビーチサンダル必須です！
食事は外の売店を利用することになりますが、時間帯関係なく常に混んでいたと思います。園内に入ってすぐに確保したサンベッドで、プールを眺めながら美味しく頂きました。

園内に入るまでは時間に関して焦っていましたが、充分漫喫できました。

I was able to see the whale's tail for a moment. It seems that it's quite rare to see them in the way depicted in photos. The scenery alone is enjoyable enough. Spotting whales depends on luck.

鯨の尻尾が一瞬ですが、みれました。　なかなか写真のような姿は見れないようです。景色だけでも十分楽しめます。鯨は運に左右されます。

This was our first time participating as a group of eight across three generations, but the distance to the whales was far. Moreover, all we saw were spouts; we didn't get to witness the spectacular jumps and scenes we had imagined. My sons, who are in third and sixth grade, were bored and sat down. However, if you think of it as a leisurely cruise, it was a very elegant moment.

３世代８人で初めて参加したのですが、クジラまでの距離が遠いです。。しかも見れたのは潮吹きばかりで、想像してたようなジャンプなど豪快なシーンは見られませんでした。
小3.小６の息子達は退屈で座り込んでました。
のんびりクルージングできたと思えばとても優雅なひとときでした。

the sandbar was beautiful as well as the views of the mountains from the water. Our boys loved snorkeling and seeing the sea turtles.

I had been curious about this place for a while, and it was recently featured on "Moyamoya Samaz" as well, so I finally visited for the first time on my ninth trip to Hawaii. It's located in Kapolei, about a 30-minute drive from Waikiki using the highway.

I always have concerns about tours, and this time was no different. The bus didn't arrive at the pickup time listed on the voucher, and when I called the operating company, they informed me it would be about 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. However, it actually arrived about 15 minutes after that. I felt like I wasted about an hour. It's best to confirm the pickup time in advance.

This time, I went on an admission + shuttle monitor tour, but outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park, and lockers require a deposit of about $15.

The pool itself had various slides, and I had a great time. It wasn't too crowded on the day I went, but there were some waits around noon. The "Shaka" slide, which was also featured by Mimura, was quite thrilling, even if just for a moment. Additionally, there were a wave pool and a lazy river, and I thoroughly enjoyed my half day there.

いままで気になっていて、最近もやもやさま～ずでも紹介されていたのでハワイ９回目にして初めて行きました。場所はカポレイという場所にあり、ワイキキから高速を使って30分ほどです。
ツアーの心配事は毎回尽きないのですが、バウチャーに記載のピックアップ時間になってもバスは来ず、遂行会社に電話をしてみると時間は記載時間の30分ほど後とのこと、しかし来たのはさらに15分ほど後でした。こちらとしては、１時間ほど無駄にした気分です。ピックアップ時間は事前に確認したほうが良いです。
今回は入場＋送迎モニターツアーで行きましたが、園内は飲食持ち込み禁止、ロッカーはデポッジと式で15ドル？ほどでした。
プール自体はいろいろなスライダーがあり楽しく過ごせました。行った日は、そこまで混んではいませんでしたが、昼ごろは待ちがあります。
とくに三村もやっていたシャカは、一瞬ですがかなりスリルがありました。そのほか、波のプールや流れるプールもあり半日で満喫しました。

This was my second trip to Hawaii. I wanted to visit the sandbar that I couldn't go to last time, so I made a reservation. The sandbar appeared when the tide went out, and I was able to lie down and relax for a while. Since it was the day before Independence Day, we couldn't drink beer on the beach, but it felt great to enjoy a beer from the back of the boat. We also had a full hour of snorkeling, and it was a great experience to encounter a turtle. Although there was some fatigue from the travel and a bit of waiting time, I think it's an activity I would recommend.

ハワイには二度目の旅行。前回立ち寄れなかったサンドバーに行ってみたいと思い、申し込み。サンドバーは波の引いた時に砂地が顔を出す感じでしたが、寝そべったり、のんびりと時間を過ごせました。独立記念日の前日で祝日対応となり、海でビールを飲めませんでしたが、船尾の突きだしたところからビールが飲めて、それは気持ち良かったです。シュノーケリングも1時間たっぷりあり、カメにも出会えて良い体験になりました。移動や若干の待ち時間などで疲れは出ますが、オススメのアクティビティだと思います。

Before boarding, there was a restroom break, and we were instructed that we could use either the onboard or the outside facilities. However, it's wise to board early to secure a seat, and there are several opportunities to gather at the front, so sitting towards the front is best.

The sea turtle watching was from the boat, and personally, I got bored quickly, but there were quite a few sea turtles.

The sandbar, depending on the time of year, didn't have sand exposed above the water's surface, but it was a fascinating space. It was difficult to take good photos.

After enjoying the sandbar, we went snorkeling near the nearby reef. With a large group and no fins, it was hard to move around, and since the time was short, I thought it might be nice to skip snorkeling and relax on the sandbar instead (families with children seemed to do that).

Also, from the boat, we could see filming locations like Jurassic Park, which felt like a little bonus.

ハイアットリージェンリーの裏からの出発。大型バスがほぼ満員という人の多さにまずは驚きました。
乗船前にトイレ休憩があり、船内・船外のどちらでも使って良いと指示されますが、早めに乗船して座席を確保するのが吉で、かつ何度か前方に集合する機会があるので、前方がベストです。
ウミガメウォッチングは船上からで個人的にはすぐに飽きてしまいましたが、結構な数のウミガメがいました。
サンドバーは時間帯的に（時季的に？）砂が水面上に出てはいなかったですが、不思議な空間でした。写真を上手く撮るのが難しかったですね。。
シュノーケリングはサンドバーを楽しんだ後に、近くのリーフ横を回ります。大人数ですし、フィンもなかったので動きづらく、さらに時間も短いので、シュノーケリングはパスしてサンドバーの上でゆっくり過ごすのもアリかなと思いました（子供連れの方はそうされていました）。
また、船上から、ジュラシックパーク等の撮影場所もみることができ、少し得した気分です。

It was a good decision to check the tide levels and make a reservation before departure. I thought there would be more sand, but I was able to enjoy it up to my ankles. However, since it's a sandbar program, it would have been nice if they could have swapped it out for turtle watching.

出発前に潮位を確認して予約したので正解でした
もっと砂が出ているかとも思ったけど踝ぐらいでたのしめました
てもサンドバーのプログラムなんだからタートルウォッチと入れ換えてもらってもよかったなー
