I was very satisfied with the course meal while listening to songs and performances, along with the beautiful sunset and dance show. The dance show featured young men and women and was themed around various countries, and it was great to feel a sense of unity as everyone danced to familiar songs at the end. As it gets a bit chilly at night, I think it's necessary to wear a long-sleeved jacket in addition to an aloha shirt. If you want to take photos of the sunset and fireworks, I recommend moving early as there will be a lot of people lined up.

ダンスショーは若い男女と様々な国々をテーマとした内容で、最後は聞いたことのある曲を皆で踊って一体感が良かったです。

This is my third time, but it was my niece and her child's first time participating. The weather was clear, so we could see Waikiki and Diamond Head beautifully. The crew and staff were kind, and we enjoyed entertainment like tropical dances and singing.

We made a reservation for our honeymoon as a couple, including a 3-star (lobster & steak) meal, a window seat, photos, and round-trip bus service. There was no dress code, and I thought it was something we didn't need to worry about from a Japanese perspective.

After being shown to our seats, the staff quickly came around to take photos. They brought us a printed album during our meal, and we were surprised by how fast they did this. We had already paid for the photos when we made the reservation, but it seems you can also purchase them after seeing the actual prints. The photos turned out great, and we definitely plan to display them at home.

The food, including salad, bread, lobster, steak, and dessert, was all very delicious, and the self-serve cheese and fruit were also tasty. We received tickets for two drinks per person, and we could choose alcoholic beverages; if we wanted more, it would cost extra. Coffee or tea was provided as a complimentary service. The servers and other staff were friendly and had a pleasant demeanor.

Since we attended on a Friday, we were able to see the Hilton fireworks. They opened the windows about 15 minutes before the show, so if you want a good spot on the same floor as your meal, it seems best to claim a place around that time. We unintentionally went to the window about 15 minutes early, and as others started to gather, we were able to stay and enjoy the view. I believe you can also see it from the rooftop.

After the fireworks, there was a dance show on stage, which kept us entertained until our arrival.

For the round-trip bus, stickers were handed out at the beginning of the ride, which we were told to stick on our smartphones (or clothing). We placed it on our phone, and since it had a number on it, we just needed to go to the staff with that number to board the bus for our return. There was also a restroom on the bus, and the transportation was completely hassle-free. There was an explanatory video on the bus, and it was reassuring that it was available in Japanese.

Although the price was a bit high, it turned out to be a satisfying experience that was worth it.

席に案内されて結構すぐにスタッフの方が写真を撮りに回られます。それをアルバムに貼ったものを食事中に持ってきてくださり、その速さに驚きました。私たちは写真代も予約時に支払っていましたが、その場で実物を見てからの購入もできるようです。写真写りも良くてぜひ家に飾ろうと思いました。
料理はサラダ、パン、ロブスター、ステーキ、デザートすべてとても美味しかったですし、セルフ式のチーズやフルーツも美味しかったです。飲み物も1人2杯分のチケットをもらえてお酒も選べて、それ以上飲む場合お金がかかるシステムでした。コーヒーか紅茶はサービスで頂けます。サーバーの方やその他のスタッフもフレンドリーな方で感じが良かったです。
金曜の参加だったのでヒルトンの花火も見れました。15分前くらいから窓を開けてくださるので、食事と同じ階の良い位置で見たい場合はそのくらいから場所とりするのが良い気がします。私たちは特に意図せず15分前に窓側に行っていて、皆が集まりだしたのでそのまま居て見ることができました。または屋上でも観れるとおもいます。
花火の後はステージでダンスショーがあり、到着するまでずっと楽しめました。
往復バスは、行きの最初にシールが配られスマホ(や洋服)とかに貼れと言われますのでスマホに貼って、そこに番号が書いてあるので、帰りはその番号を持っているスタッフのところに行けばバスに乗せてくれます。バスの中にトイレもありましたし、送迎も全く問題ありませんでした。バスの中で説明ビデオを見るのですが日本語もあるので安心です。
少々お値段は高いけれど、それに見合う満足のいくものになりました。

Since I came all the way to Hawaii, I wanted to fully enjoy a hula show, so I participated. I don't have a strong interest in dance, so I chose a show that combines hula with rock to avoid getting bored.

I'm not very familiar with Elvis or Michael, but they sang songs that everyone has heard of, so I had a great time. The fire dance was also impressive.

However, the air conditioning in the venue was too strong, and I regretted wearing light clothing. I ended up getting cold and had to go to the restroom halfway through. It's essential to prepare for the cold, especially for your feet.

Secret Island is a very special place for our family. my daughter got a wedding in Moli'i garden and secret island during Covid.
we have a wonderful memory of her wedding with our closed family and friends only under 20 people.
it was a magical experience,so we had been always talking how we can go back to the island.
and we finally planned a family trip to Hawaii this spring, and we have been searched many different websites which offers a tour to the secret island.

this website did not have many reviews compared to other major travel websites, but their prices were the best so we decided to give it a shot.

and the decision was the best!
the reservation process, confirmation, instructions and everything was GREAT!
it was a little bit of cold and rainy day so we were the only group going to the island that day. we basically rented the entire island to ourselves.

we highly recommend this webstie for Kualoa ranch tour!

We enjoyed our half-day experience. As tourists, the Secret Island experience was nice because it satisfied my desire to do kayaking and paddle boarding. The beach was nice for young kids because they had supplies to build sand-castles, however that is the most of what my young children really enjoyed. In retrospect, most of the activities there would be best for older children and teenagers to really enjoy. For families with younger children, it may be best to buy some sand toys and head to a local beach.

What disappointed me with this trip was the last minute change of pick up to another location due to an event but after careful observation, that said event does not affect the area where we were at because a lot of other tour companies are picking their guests in front of our hotel. Despite my plea, it wasn't attended to. The staff and Manager were stern not to accommodate a simple request.

There were few customers, and the wait time wasn't too long, but there were less than half of the available slides, which was unsatisfactory.

Still, I think it was good that the kids were having fun on the available slides.

Since meals weren't included, I ordered lunch from the concession stand, but the fries were salty and the hot dog was average. I understood that food at places like this tends to be expensive, but the quality was low. Moreover, even though I ordered five items and paid for them, one item didn't arrive. Normally, when paying by credit card, I would expect a receipt, but since they took the receipt when I picked up the food, I couldn't report that one item was missing.

I think the facility itself is a fun place to spend time, but if they are going to charge high prices, they should improve the quality of their staff a little more.

食事がついていなかったので、売店で昼食を頼みましたがポテトはしょっぱくホットドックも普通で、こういう場所の食事なので高いのは分かっていましたが、クオリティーは低いです。しかも５つ頼んで料金も支払ったのに１つ来ませんでした。クレジット払いで普通は控えがあると思いますが、食事を受け取る際に控えを持っていかれた為レシートが手元になく頼んだものが１つ来ていないと言うことも出来ませんでした。
施設自体は楽しく過ごせる所だと思いますが、高い料金をとるならもう少しだけでもスタッフのクオリティーをあげた方がいいと思います。

We participated in a dinner cruise (all-you-can-eat + live show) for the first time in 17 years with four people. It started with a welcome Mai Tai, and the meal included plenty of food, with roast beef as the main dish, along with salads and side dishes. At one point, the captain came to our table for a commemorative photo. As the meal was coming to an end, the Polynesian dance show began, and the guests joined in, creating a lively atmosphere. The view of Waikiki from the boat was very beautiful, and we had a moment that truly felt like Hawaii. The staff members were very friendly. Thank you very much.

During our recent trip, the waves were quite rough, and the boat was swaying, so my husband and I couldn't eat due to seasickness.

Seeing us like that, the staff worked hard to find medication for us and arranged for us to lie down in another room, apologizing and offering their full support.

We were very grateful for their help. Next time, I will definitely take motion sickness medication before joining! (laughs)

Ride to the ship was ok. Getting onboard was good. Overall food on deck 2, roast beef menu was subpar. Not good enough to want seconds. Wife and I felt this excursion was way too long. Especially being on the water got boring and we love the water. Sorry but the entertainment was that exiting. We were just counting down the minutes to get off the ship. The staff was nice and accommodating but the overall feeling of wanting to stay on the ship died off after the first hour on board.

I've been to Hawaii countless times, but this was my first time on the S Honolulu. I was surprised that my wife was so thrilled with it. She mentioned that she wants to go again next time. The meal included salad, a whole lobster, filet steak, and fruits & cheese… and we even got a commemorative photo that turned into a beautiful photo book instantly. The total cost for two people, including tips, was about 58,000 yen, but I felt it was worth it and not too expensive. So, I will participate again. Thank you very much.

又次来た時には乗船したいと言ってました。

The view from the ship was wonderful, and I would recommend it if you just want to enjoy the cruise, but the food was lacking. I opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet course, but the taste was disappointing. The desserts were overly sweet due to too much sugar. The cocktails also felt a bit stronger than expected. You shouldn't have high expectations for the food.
The cruise goes up to just before Diamond Head and then turns back, but I wish they could have gone a little further beyond Diamond Head.

Outstanding food and drink along with spectacular views of Waikiki at sunset. Service was great and the show was very upbeat and both entertaining and educational. Would do this dinner cruise on future visits. Easy to book, our bus driver was on time and educated us about different places along the way to the ship.
