Since I was planning to go to the North Shore in the afternoon, I chose this plan without a shuttle service. I arrived by rental car, and although there was no bench at the meeting point "Deli," the local staff were accommodating, so it wasn't a problem. I was worried about whether the tour would proceed due to the rain in the morning, but we only experienced a delay in preparation because of the rain, and we departed 15 minutes later with two boats. Everyone was Japanese, and it seemed that many participants were those who had taken the shuttle from Waikiki. Perhaps there was a Japanese-speaking guide. It was raining in the morning, and the venue was changed, making it very difficult for non-staying guests at Hilton Hawaiian Village to find the location! Since it was April 1st, I wonder if the whale season had already passed, as I couldn't spot any. It's disappointing.
However, I was able to see parasailing from the boat, and I enjoyed lunch while cruising, so that was nice.
Lunch was a buffet style, and I made my own ham sandwich, which was delicious along with the fruit.
It would have been amazing to see even a little bit of whales; I'm really disappointed.

We paid for shuttle service from the Sheraton and we arrived 5 mins before 11 which was pick up time. Every bus that pulled up I personally asked them where they were headed. By 11:30 I was getting concerned so I called the company. They said the bus arrived, called our names and waited 10 mins for us before leaving. Well that is just not the case. I was very upset and the women on the phone made it seem like I was at fault. We quickly got our car, speed over, almost didn’t make the boat.

I expected it, but I didn't see any whales at all. As others have mentioned, the air conditioning was too strong, and it was really cold. Just wearing a T-shirt feels like I might catch a cold in Hawaii. Be sure to bring something to wear over it. There was also a children's program to keep the kids entertained, but there were too few participants, so it seemed impossible for everyone to join (laughs).

The weather was perfect, but we couldn't see any whales. I was happy to have announcements in Japanese after getting on the bus, but on the return trip, there was nothing, and there were no coupons or anything for the next time in case we didn't see anything. 移動時間、サンドバーで遊ぶ時間、ウミガメを観察する時間、シュノーケルをする時間、どれもちょうどよく、飽きないツアーでした。また是非参加したいです。
行きのバスのエアコンが死ぬほど寒かったのに、ドライバーさんはオフにしてくれませんでした。改善してほしいです。帰りは、yukisanの口添えのおかげか快適でした。ありがとう。

We played beach volleyball at the sandbar, and they taught us various photo poses and took lots of pictures, creating many wonderful memories! The hamburgers for lunch were very filling and delicious. My son was so satisfied that he even asked for a second helping. My daughter had an amazing experience when a sea turtle suddenly swam right in front of her while snorkeling, and I missed it, which I find quite envious. Thank you very much!

We took the Lunch cruise from the Hilton Pier on Waikiki beach to see the sea turtles, it was a great time to go out onto the water. Nice short ride out to the turtle area. The crew was fantastic, very informative and friendly. Gave great instructions on how to see the turtles and one of the crew members was in the water for assistance and to answer questions. After viewing the turtles they put the sail up and we sailed a little further out to sea and that was fun and exciting. Very nice lunch buffet and a few Mai Tais also made it a great time. Clean boat, great crew, nice lunch and got to swim with the Turtles! Will definitely do this cruise again when back on Waikiki.

I also booked through VELTRA, just like at Sandbar. I was able to enjoy the view of Waikiki from a different perspective while getting splashed by the waves out at sea. There was a nice white wine with a pleasant barrel aroma that I really liked, and I had a luxurious time. Thank you very much!

We participated as a couple. Unfortunately, the weather was bad on the day, and it was very cold, so we couldn't stay in the sea for long. However, thanks to the staff's fun talks, we were able to have a great time. There was a beach volleyball net set up at the sandbar, and I think it would have been even more enjoyable on a warm day. We did snorkeling near the coral, and since it was shallow, we could see many fish up close. 夫婦２人で参加しました。当日は生憎のお天気でとても寒かった為、海にながく入っていることができませんでしたが、スタッフさんの楽しいトークのおかげでワイワイ楽しく過ごすことができました。サンドバーにはビーチバレーのネットが張ってあり、暖かい日であれば更に楽しかっただろうなぁと思います。シュノーケリングは珊瑚の近くで行い、浅かったため近くで沢山の魚をみることができました。小さいお子さんを連れた家族も参加されており、お子さんも安全に楽しめていたので家族で参加されるのもオススメです！
