Even though it rained during our cruise we still had a great time because of the crew memebrs! Affordable great drinks (1 was free) and good music! Definitely recommend booking through them and will do it again when we come back to Hawaii! Shout out to Sarah for giving her rain jacket to the lady next to me so she wouldn't get wet!

The meeting place was quite far from the hotel, so I thought it might have been better to include round-trip transportation, but I managed with a taxi. On the way there, the road was congested, and I was worried about whether I would make it on time, plus the transportation costs were high, so if you're concerned, you should consider arranging for transportation. On the way back, it wasn't crowded, so it ended up being cheaper (^^).

It was unfortunate that the space between the tables was narrow and felt cramped, but the food was delicious, and having a whole lobster was very impressive! It was tasty!

We used this for the celebration of my parents' longevity (3 people). From departure to return, both the meals and programs were fulfilling, and we had a wonderful time without getting bored at all.

* One person used a wheelchair, but since they could walk a little, we used the regular pickup bus. Upon boarding, we were able to use the elevator preferentially to take our seats.
* The tenderloin steak seems to be part of the regular menu. Since we were a group of five, we included fish (we had the sautéed tuna with butter) in the menu, but I think the steak was the right choice. The fish was also delicious, but the tenderloin was like a filet steak and very tasty (overall, there was nothing that wasn't delicious).
* We boarded on Friday night, and the fireworks from the Hilton were quite impressive. By the way, you might want to choose seats on the ocean side, but the fireworks only go off from one side. If you're not on that side, it will be hard to see (since the fireworks are high, you won't see the whole display), so it might be better to not pay extra for seats and instead step away during the fireworks and sunset to enjoy the view before returning.
* In the show, the jazz part was good, but the Polynesian dance was really great. Even when the ship arrived, it was still ongoing. The finale was a fun, participatory moment for everyone. By the way, if you sit on the ocean side of the stage, it might be hard to see. The opposite side might offer a better view, but there is a chance you could miss out, so it might be best to stay in the middle without paying extra.

In Hawaii, due to the weak yen, everything tends to be expensive, but considering the meals and program content, I think this is a good option.

＊一人車椅子の利用だったのですが、少し歩けたので、通常のピックアップバスを利用させていただきました。乗船時は優先的にエレベーターを利用して着席させていただきました。
＊テンダーロインステーキが通常メニューのようです。5名での参加であったので、魚（頂いたのはツナバターソテー）もメニューに入れたのですが、ステーキが正解かと思います。魚も美味しかったのですが、テンダーロインがフィレステーキのようで、とても美味しかったです（全体的に、美味しくないのはありませんでした）。
＊金曜日の夜に乗船したのですが、ヒルトンから上がる花火はなかなかのものでした。ちなみに、座席を海側にしたくなりますが、あがるのは片側からのみです。そちらでなければ、見えにくい（花火の高さがあるいので、全体は見えない）となりますので、追加で座席にお金を払わず、花火のタイミング、サンセットのタイミングで離席し、景色を楽しんでから戻るのが良いかもしれません。
＊ショーにおいて、ジャズのパートも良かったのですが、ポリネシアンダンスがとても良かったです。船が着いても、まだ終わってませんでした。最後は全員参加型の盛り上がりで楽しかったです。ちなみに座席は、舞台サイドの海側に座ると見えにくくなります。反対側だと見やすいかもしれませんが、外れる可能性もありますので、追加料金を払わず、真ん中で良いかもしれませんね。

ハワイでは円安もあり、全てが高額になりがちですが、食事及びプログラム内容から、悪くない選択肢かと思います。

Go on a Friday to catch the Friday night fireworks sponsored by Hilton Hawaiian Village. Usually after dinner is done, and while the performers entertain, guests usually hangout by the side rail outside the dining area, or at the top deck to get good seating/viewing spots until the fireworks. Otherwise, food was mediocre good (we had the crab, steak, and mashed potatoes deal) and complimentary Mai Tai was too sweet with little to no alcohol. Dessert was brought out while guests were in the deck plates. It was between the boat cruise or a luau....we should've tried the luau.

Awesome boat, fun and knowledgeable crew, and great food and drinks! My only problem was with the snorkel equipment…I would suggest bringing your own mask and snorkel with the bivalve…these set ups were something my kids would use in the pool.

Captain was super nice, and I thought the crew was outstanding.

We saw large turtle’s, there are plenty of fish to take photos of when snorkelling and if you are lucky you will see a turtle that you can take a photo of while snorkelling. A must while visiting Oahu if you want to experience a great day out.

This time, we participated with five family members, three from my sister's family, and five from a friend's family. Previously, I saw the hula at the Polynesian Cultural Center, but the food was mediocre and it was far away, so this time, being able to walk there during our stay at Aulani was very appealing.

I applied for either front or box seats, but we ended up in the back box seats. With the cheaper seats, photos were an additional charge, and it was buffet style. However, with the package that included photos and served meals, we received coupons for $20 for adults and $19 for children, which allowed us to buy drinks and souvenirs. It was very helpful to have things brought to us, especially with kids.

Before the show started, we had a great time taking photos, making leis, and the dancers even painted Polynesian tattoos on our arms. The food started with a salad, which had about three different kinds and was delicious. The portions were huge! Next came pork, chicken, and fish, all served with rice, and everything was tasty.

After the meal, we enjoyed the dance show! The hula and fire dance captivated the children, and when it got dark, the stars were truly beautiful. I really felt it was worth coming.

Since it's in Ko Olina, I think it's far from Waikiki, but considering the food and service, I believe it was worth the trip.

The food was not great. The meat was tough, and the seats were cramped. I had trouble communicating with the staff in Japanese, but a person at a nearby table helped me.

We boarded the catamaran departing at 1 PM as a couple. People from various countries, including families with babies and elderly gentlemen, were on board. After taking an hour and a half to travel from Waikiki to near Diamond Head, we went west offshore until we could see Kaka'ako Waterfront Park before returning. The waves were quite high, causing some thrilling splashes, and the view from the sea was absolutely stunning! If you prefer not to get too wet, I recommend sitting towards the back. The male crew on the catamaran was very kind, always attentive to an elderly gentleman with mobility issues, and they helped him down the ladder slowly and safely at the end of the trip, which left a strong impression on me.

WOW can’t explain how happy we are for booking this adventure. Our crew every single one was simply amazing accommodating and knowledgeable. This is truly an experience my wife and I will keep FOREVER. The Sandbar was spectacular, turtle watching was an unforgettable experience and snorkeling the reef was AMAZING AND FUN. Super fun experience. The boat and crew were friendly and their pina coladas were EXCELLENT.

The only thing that kept this from being an outstanding experience was that as a solo participant, I was a little left out. Drink orders went out and someone finally noticed I didn’t have one and took care of it. Then, towards the end, another staff member went around asking everyone if they wanted their photos taken and I wasn’t included. At the end of the day, it’s no biggie and I don’t think it was intentional but just wanted to mention it for consideration. I think it’s just one of those things that happen to solo travelers here and there.

Otherwise, loved it!

It was a tour I boldly joined among the still few Japanese tourists. However, I was very happy that the staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, allowing us to enjoy a delightful meal. The food was also delicious. At the end, the staff made sure everyone had a great time, making it a fun tour. I definitely want to participate again if I have the opportunity.

まだまだ日本人の少ない観光客の中　思い切って参加したツアーでした。　でも　スタッフの方が日本語を話されてとても嬉しくまた親切にしてもらって　楽しい食事をさせて頂きました。

We had novice snorkelers and they had a blast!
The trip was exactly what was posted on website!
The sandbar volleyball was so fun and I floated on my noodle and drank my beverage! Lunch was delicious! Snorkeling was made so easy for everyone and my family LOVED it! I was the non-swimmer and between Mike and Sasha, they got me out there and I enjoyed it!
Needless to say the crew was awesome!
A MUST DO FOR ANYONE VISITING OAHU

Great welcome on ship, platters were waiting and salad, great entertainment and staff. The lobster was not what i am used to, so would not select this option again.Was beautiful and seeing the fireworks out in the sea was amazing. Would go again and highly recommend.

The male staff near the entrance left a very good impression. He had a great vibe and seemed like someone who could get along with anyone.

The food was delicious, and I had a great time throughout.

Points to note:
- Japanese is not spoken here.
- There are no chopsticks available.
- If you leave your seat for things like sunset photos, your food will be cleared away.
- You have very little time to eat, and everything will be cleared away once time is up.

They never came to take our order, and we could only use one drink ticket. While we were outside, the coffee spilled and spread all over the table, but they didn't change the tablecloth. I also asked for a refill of coffee, but it never arrived until the end. It was quite disappointing, especially since the sunset was also underwhelming due to the clouds. The only saving grace was the Hilton fireworks.

The sunset was indeed beautiful! Also, since it was Friday, I was able to see fireworks, and I'm glad I participated. I chose the buffet, and personally, I found the chicken to be delicious. There were people from various countries on board, and by the end, many were dancing to YMCA together, creating a party atmosphere. For those who are not comfortable with a lot of excitement, the deck is quieter, but it can get chilly with the wind after sunset, so I think it's better to have something to wear.

Even though it's a large ship, it was quite rocky the whole time, so if you're worried about motion sickness, it might be a good idea to have some medication on hand. Regarding COVID-19, I felt a bit uneasy because the spacing between tables was narrow. また、大きな船とは言え、結構常に揺れていたので、心配な方は酔い止めの薬があった方が良さそうです。
コロナに関しては、テーブルの間隔が狭く、少々不安でした。ほとんどの方がマスクをしていないですし、ビュフェは皆触る所が同じなので、気になる方は消毒等個人で持参された方が良いと思います。
ビーチからのサンセットも勿論素敵ですが、クルーズサンセットも良い思い出になりました。

I attended with my baby, and we both had a great time dancing and singing throughout! I had arranged for transportation, but I was a bit flustered when the bus we were supposed to take left without us. However, we were able to get on another bus, so it wasn't a problem. I think it would be good to confirm the number of passengers, though. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had so much fun! I will definitely participate again!
