I requested a kayak without a guide. The staff at Kailua Beach Adventures seemed too busy, and their explanations were one-sided. There were also some minor troubles between the staff in front of customers, which dampened the mood a bit.

I had to carry the kayak to the ocean myself, which was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, I later realized that I didn't receive the water bottle that was mentioned.

The ocean was beautiful, and kayaking was fun. I went snorkeling at Lanikai Beach, and I did see coral reefs and fish swimming around. The water was fairly clear.

I made a reservation on December 27, 2017, but it was changed to the next day due to bad weather. The change was smooth. On the 28th, the weather improved, and I was able to see many whales. My mother, who needs assistance walking, did not go up to the deck, but we were able to see plenty of whales from inside the boat. For lunch, it was a do-it-yourself burger sandwich, which was nice. There were also fruits and cookies available. The guitar player on board was exceptionally talented. Personally, I thought he resembled Kuwaman from Rats & Star (laughs). Compared to the Star of Honolulu, this is a smaller boat, giving it a homey feel, and the captain's gentlemanly demeanor was wonderful. I am very satisfied.

I tried on January 2nd in the morning and January 3rd in the afternoon, but I couldn't see anything at all; it was just a cruise. It would have been nice if they could have taken us to spots where we could see dolphins or turtles when we couldn't see whales, but there was nothing at all.

It was tough as a parent to see my 7-year-old's disappointment. I think it would be good to have announcements about the likelihood of sightings and explanations of the spots, but they spoke optimistically, saying that it’s unpredictable, which was very disappointing.

What I realized after coming to Waikiki is that the waves are very small. My children (ages 13 and 11) participated, and they were able to stand up on the longboard right away on those small waves. The instructor pushes them from behind, so even kids can ride easily. Once they get on, they can stay up for quite a while. I think they were out there for about 30 to 40 minutes. After finishing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive, and later I thought that since we stayed at the Sheraton and the location was near the Marriott, we could have just walked back. In the morning, the pickup was also about 30 minutes late. The transportation service was quite unreliable.

Really fun riding the military truck and the hike was awesome. Little challenging for people who aren’t used to hiking. This hike is different because it is full of muds and slippery areas. Also you have to cross the 4 streams. Super fun but not recommended for families with kids.

Wow, wow, wow. This was the experience of a lifetime for me and my family. We really hit the jackpot. Within minutes of leaving the harbor we came across some Humpback whales frolicking with some dolphins - this was breathtaking. We then swam with sea turtles and had an amazing experience with a pod of approximately 50 dolphins. I honestly believe we had luck on our side because we couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour even more enjoyable. I can honestly say this was the highlight of our holiday and would recommend this company to everyone.

Unfortunately, the sandbar was submerged up to waist height, so we couldn't experience it, but the weather was nice and we had a great time. Interacting with the staff during the BBQ was enjoyable and the food was delicious. Many sea turtles popped their heads up, which excited everyone. It was a truly fun tour where we could enjoy swimming in a fantastic location. Although I'm not a strong swimmer, I was trying my best to swim, but it seemed to the staff that I looked like I was drowning (laughs), and they were worried about me. If I could wish for one thing, it would have been nice to have a bit more fresh water poured on us when we returned from the sea.

残念なことにサンバー（砂洲）は腰位まで海水があり体験できませんでしたが
お天気もよく楽しい時間をすごせました。
ＢＢＱでのスタッフとのやり取りも楽しく美味しかったです。

The excitement of going up into the sky and the surrounding scenery is just amazing! As we go higher and higher, when we reach the top, it becomes a quiet space just for the two of us, where we can only hear the sound of the wind (*^^*).

From the boat, a photographer was taking pictures, and it was great to have memories captured both in my heart and in physical form! When I looked at the photos I received, I was surprised at how big my smile was! (laughs) There were also families participating, like a father, mother, and daughter, and they looked like they were having a lot of fun.

The lockers are conveniently located near the rides. However, it was unclear what needed to be done before using the lockers. I was able to experience almost everything without much waiting, which was stress-free. The only clock in the park was broken, so it was difficult to know the time.

Very friendly staff. Check in place is walking distance from my hotel. Since I do get sea sick, I took motion sickness pill an hour before and I didn't eat until it's time to go back to Waikiki beach. Therefore, providing snacks only without meals is perfect for me. They have a guide to swim with us and find turtles and other sea life for us. Our guide even dived to retrieve GoPro for a girl in our group. After snorkeling, they rises their sail and took us to see whales. My 2 teenage boys really enjoyed the activity the whole time.

Only my family participated on the day. I thought we would go to Hanauma Bay with a larger group, but it seems there were only about two groups at a time. We got into the car of our instructor (who was Japanese) and headed to Hanauma Bay. The water was cold, and it took some determination to get in. I think it's better to borrow a wetsuit if you can. The rocks can be surprisingly dangerous. It was really great to have an experienced instructor with us. They taught us how to use the snorkel and fins, stayed close to my 9-year-old daughter who isn't very confident in swimming, and guided us along a relatively safe route despite the rocky and hazardous conditions underwater. We were even able to see turtles.

I was unsure about going to the pool in Hawaii, but since the kids seemed excited, I decided to sign up. In the end, it was a great success! The adults had fun all day too.

Compared to Japan, the coin locker fees are high, but the fact that they use a password system and you don’t need to carry a key, along with the freedom to access your belongings, was very helpful.

There’s also a shop in the central area for lunch, and we were able to time it perfectly when a downpour came. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they mentioned this place first.

Even though I'm not a strong swimmer, I felt safe participating. We went as a family, but my kindergarten-aged grandchild was shivering and crying because of the low temperature. This was good for 11 yr old boy to be able to get dirty. The guide was nice It seemed a bit short of driving time for the amount it cost. It would be good if there was a car made for shorter people. It was hard to drive because I could barely reach pedals. Had to loosen seat belt to be able to reach anything. My nephew enjoyed it and he is 11 so that is good. Good activity just not a value. Maybe if there was a longer course or more laps.

First time to go snorkeling. We had a great time. Guides were excellent and good teachers. Took us on a route Around the bay We saw 3 turtles and too many different fish to count. Great trip. I would recommend this service.

I enjoyed participating in the bus tour of the illuminated city at night, which was a view I don't usually get to see! The double-decker bus offered a great view too✨ It can be a bit chilly, so it's better to bring a long-sleeved shirt!

I chose this tour because I heard the whale encounter rate is high. The weather was great, but unfortunately, I didn't encounter any whales, which was disappointing. I just accepted it as a regular cruise. The open deck was windy and surprisingly cold, so a jacket is a must.
