I went on the last night in Honolulu.
All the dishes were very delicious, but the meat and foie gras were especially amazing. Personally, I found the final coffee to be very tasty, and honestly, I'm not good with coffee, but this time I felt it was delicious for the first time.
The portion sizes of the dishes were just right.
Also, the service was great; I didn't have to wait for the food, and they brought the next dish right after I finished, so I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly.
I would like to use this place again.

ホノルル最終日の夜に行きました。
どの料理もとても美味しかったのですが、肉とフォアグラは特に最高でした。あと個人的には最後のコーヒーがとても美味しくて、正直コーヒーが苦手なのですが、今回初めて美味しいと感じました。
料理のボリュームもちょうど良かったです。
あとサービスも料理は待たされることなく食べ終わったら次を持ってきてくれたのでスムーズに食事ができてよかったです。

I had a reservation, but I was seated close to the entrance as soon as I walked in. I thought the seats were better when I came without a reservation before.

The food is average. However, since the prices for individual dishes are high, I think the course is a better deal.

The couple next to me only had the main pasta and left.

The service was neither good nor bad; it was just average.

I was glad that I could make a reservation on this site, as other sites required a minimum of 12 people. The seats were in the second row, and I had a great view. There were three food options to choose from, including loco moco and fish and chips, and there were cocktails available as drinks. I was more than satisfied and full. I plan to make a reservation again next time.

I walked from the Royal Hawaiian Hotel where I was staying. It's a bit of a distance, but if you walk along Waikiki Beach while taking photos, it’s not too much of a hassle. I think it took about 15 minutes?

The open-air setting doesn’t have much air conditioning, but the atmosphere is fantastic. Since I made a reservation with a note for a birthday celebration, we got a window-side seat. The sunlight was a bit intense and it was hot, but the view was amazing, and a seal appeared from the beach along the way! Since it was Friday, we could also see the Hilton fireworks.

The waiter informed us about it and even took photos for us. All the dishes were delicious, and at the end, we received a dessert with a congratulatory message. The service was excellent, but the tip was definitely added on (laughs). If you want a special anniversary dinner or to feel luxurious, this is a wonderful restaurant.

I used this place based on a friend's recommendation.

I heard the sunset view is amazing, but it was cloudy on the day I visited. Unfortunately, I couldn't see it, but even so, having a meal while surrounded by the fading beach and the sound of the waves was exceptional. For the main course, you can choose between meat and fish. We went as a pair, but we were able to order separately. The fish was prepared with a pineapple sauce, which is unique, but it might feel more Hawaiian? The lobster bisque soup was especially delicious♪

It's located near Diamond Head, and it's a bit of a distance to walk from the city center. Taking a taxi is essential; you can usually get by speaking Japanese, but it's better to budget around $25 extra. Also, be aware that there is a dress code.

I visited again because it was so delicious the last time I came at night.
The lunch course was filling and tasty.

They had a Japanese menu prepared, and they showed it to me when I sat down, but as soon as the dishes started coming out, they quickly took it away. When I requested it again, they brought it back.

There were two types of pasta, so I shared them with my friend.

I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary. I requested a window seat, but despite it being available during our meal, we were seated in the middle. There was no congratulatory message from the restaurant either. The server service was efficient, so it seems that our request was not communicated from the agent to the restaurant. The floor manager's hospitality was good.

I hesitated to write this, but perhaps it was just a coincidence that we both had a terrible stomachache that night.

Overall, it was a disappointing dinner in many ways.

I had a reservation for 5:30 PM, so I arrived at 5:30 PM, but the restaurant was closed until 5:40 PM. It's already a mistake to expect punctuality in Hawaii, but looking back now, I feel like this was a sign of what was to come (laughs).

Anyway, the food service was slow! It was so slow that I wondered if they had forgotten my order (laughs). I ordered a simple course with about four dishes, but it took over 10 minutes from the time I ordered my drink to when it arrived. The first course, the soup, was served 20 minutes after the drink arrived, and the salad came another 20 minutes after the soup. The main meat dish was served about an hour after the salad (laughs). The main course arrived around 7:30 PM, about two hours after I entered (laughs). The final dessert and coffee were, of course, also late, and even after asking for the check right after finishing the course, we left the restaurant at 8:30 PM, three hours after entering. Even for French cuisine, taking about three hours to serve a simple course of just four dishes is way too long (laughs).

If you're a generous and patient person, you might enjoy this leisurely pace with your meal, but for someone like me, who is poor and impatient, it was just an irritating wait (laughs).

They say this place is a famous restaurant in Hawaii known for its delicious food, but personally, after making us wait so long, when the food finally came out, I thought, "Oh? Is this all there is?" and didn't find it tasty at all.

There are plenty of French restaurants in Japan that are at this level (laughs).

I think those who say this is delicious are probably just satisfied with the oceanfront location and the atmosphere of Colony Surf, and their taste buds have been dulled by the experience of being at a famous restaurant.

4品ほどの簡単なコース料理を注文したのですが、最初のドリンク注文からドリンク到着まで10分以上、コースの1品目のスープ提供はドリンク到着のさらに20分後、前菜のサラダはスープ到着からさらに20分後、極めつけはメインの肉料理。。。サラダの提供から約1時間後（笑）
メインが到着したのは入店してから約2時間後19時30分ごろ（笑）
最後のデザートやコーヒーももちろん遅く、コース終了後すぐにチェックをしても店を出た時には入店から3時間経った20時30分でした。
フランス料理といえども、たった4品ほどの簡単なコース提供に約3時間は遅すぎる（笑）
心の広いセレブな方ならこんな時間も食事と一緒に優雅にたしなむのでしょうけど、貧乏でせっかちな私のような人間からすればイライラしか感じない時間となりました(笑）

あとここはハワイで美味しい有名店なんてよく言われてますが、私的にはあれだけ勿体ぶって長時間待たせたくせに、いざ出てきた料理は“あら？この程度なの？”って感じでぜんぜん美味しいと感じませんでした。

このレベルのフレンチなら日本に腐るほどあります（笑）

たぶんこれを美味しいって言ってる人はたぶんオーシャンフロントの立地条件とコロニーサーフの雰囲気、そして有名店に来てるんだって自己満足感で味覚がボケてしまっているのでしょうw

We used this restaurant for our New Year's Day dinner during our honeymoon in Hawaii. Every dish was delicious, and I thought about ordering more if I was still hungry, but the portion sizes were just right. I requested a window seat, and they accommodated my request with a great table. The sunset was a bit cloudy, which was concerning, but there was just enough clear sky for a stunning view of the sunset. It was truly a memorable dinner. I highly recommend it!

I took a taxi to the location. This restaurant has a beautiful view from the windows, so I think it's essential to make a reservation if you want to take photos by the window. We were also seated by the window, but unfortunately, we were at the very corner table where all the window panes overlapped, and there was a pillar, which was quite disappointing. I wanted to enjoy a view that wasn't obstructed by the glass.

Additionally, I showed the voucher for the reserved meal and seat at the entrance, but for some reason, I was asked to look at the menu and choose, so I communicated in my limited English that the meal was already reserved. The food that came out was very delicious.

I felt that the portions were a bit large for women, but every dish was delicious! The tiramisu dessert was especially exquisite. When I visited, there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but it wasn't a problem at all. I would like to visit again!

The oceanfront seats are a lie.
You probably won't get a window seat unless you make a reservation for an early time.
I complained to VELTRA, but it was useless.
My husband complained to the staff, and we were moved to a somewhat decent seat, but if we hadn't said anything, we would have been stuck in a corner with the shadow of a potted plant.
We couldn't see the sunset from that seat at all.
The food was only three dishes for that price.
You'd be better off watching the sunset at some beach somewhere.
I do not recommend this plan.

多分、早い時間帯に予約しないと窓際の席は取れません。
VELTRAにクレームを入れましたがムダでした。
主人が店側にクレームを付けて、まずまずの席に移動しましたが、言わなかったら壁際で観葉植物の影。
夕陽なんて見えやしない席でした。
料理も3皿だけであの料金。
夕陽はどこかの海岸ででも観た方がよろしいです。
まず、このプランお勧めしません。

I made a reservation after hearing that I could enjoy a delicious meal while watching the sunset. The atmosphere of the sunset and the restaurant was very nice, and I thought I would like to make a reservation again next time. At one point, a seal came up onto the beach right in front of the restaurant, and everyone started taking photos. (It seemed like the staff were used to this sight.)
