Best ever!!!
Reviewed by: Denise Richard , 2022/09/30Wow!!! Let's start by saying Wow!!! This is a bucket list must! An this is the best place to ride in a glider. You won't regret it. All the guys that work here are so friendly. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. And Mr. Bill is such a character. He was very funny great sense of humor great personality. Place is well-maintained as even restrooms. And if you have to wait you can walk across the street to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You've got to try this. The views from the plane ride are breathtaking. You can see mountains, beach and on a clear sunny day the island of Kauai. Once you get up in the air it's quiet and beautiful. It's a touch of Heaven.

Washin Air Honolulu Airplane Sightseeing Scenic Flight Tour

Reviewed by: Yes to Hawaii, 2022/09/29I had tried to go on this tour previously for the flight school but it cancelled. This time, we opted for the scenic flight. The experience was pretty cool - and really immersive especially if you have an interest in aviation.
It was really rainy and we had called a couple times on the way to the airport to see if the flight was going out. The cloud cover was pretty low on the northeast side so a lot of the mountain view was obstructed. Overall, pretty cool tour but wish the weather cooperated with us!
Would go again for the flight school option!

40 min glider ride at Dillingham airfield = awesome!
Reviewed by: Mike B, 2022/03/07They did a great job! They were organized, and the pilot was wonderful. Of course the awesome scenery and experience of gliding along the mountain ridge and seeing whales in the distance was a once in a lifetime experience.
I highly recommend to anyone!

Reviewed by: debu, 2019/07/12夜景遊覧が目的のツアーでしたが、天候不順なのと時間に余裕があったのでサンセット遊覧に変更してもらいました。予定の20分の遊覧時間が10分ちょっとに勝手に短縮され、家族は少々不満気味でしたが素晴らしいサンセットを見れたのでまぁ良しとします。
Debu様 先日はワシン・エアにお越しいただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。またコメントもいただきましてありがとうございます。
ワイキキのきれいな夜景をご覧いただけるナイトフライトもいいですが、お天気のいい日は夕焼けの中を飛ぶこのサンセットツアーもお勧めです。約20分のフライトとありますのは、ワシン・エアのハンガーを出発して帰ってくるまでのおおよその時間を示しております。弊社の都合でフライト時間を短縮事はございません。また、サンセットツアー並びにナイトツアーはダイヤモンドヘッドを回って帰ってくるツアーとなっており、約10分ちょっとのフライト時間というのは不可能です。また、管制塔の指示によりその時によってルートを変更せざるを得ない場合もございますが、その場合のフライト時間は短くなったり、長くなる場合もございます。だいたい皆様フライトされますと、喜んで頂きますので、時間が短く感じられるようです。
素晴らしいサンセットを見て頂けて何よりでございました。

操縦体験出来ました。
Reviewed by: void, 2019/02/24急遽申し込みの為遊覧飛行のプランで申し込みましたが、現地で体験飛行に変更してもらい操縦体験出来ました。操縦は少し怖かったですが面白い体験でした。
先日は、ワシン・エアにお越し頂きまして、誠にありがとうございました。また、コメントも頂きまして、ありがとうございます。
初めての体験操縦ですと、皆さん最初は緊張されて力が入られますが、徐々に慣れてきて景色を楽しんでこられるようです。
今回はショートフライトでしたので、次回は是非オアフ島を一周してみてはいかがでしょう？東海岸の美しい海や、ドールパイナップルなどをご覧いただく事が出来ます。

ハワイを空から見る
Reviewed by: keko, 2019/01/08当日は曇りでしたが、コースを少し変えて、きれいに見れるところを遊覧飛行していただきました。ワイキキ、ダイアモンドヘッドを上から見る。ハナウマ湾（２５日はクリスマスのため、閉じていたので誰もいないハナウマ湾でした。凄い。）ゆっくり遊覧飛行できました。虹も見れました。このコースは操縦も体験できますので、興味のある方は、ぜひどうぞ。また、もっと青い日に見てみたいです。また、よろしくお願いいたします。パイロットの方も親切で丁寧です。オール日本語というのも安心できますね。ありがとうございました。

Staff was great and the instructor was great. Everything is safe. I not only got to take off, but fly around the island for an hour and then land the plane! I can't even explain what an incredible experience this was. This is definitely a must try!!!

Wonderful, unique experience!

The ride was smooth, serene and very fun. The views from up above were absolutely amazing! We even saw whales from the sky! I would highly recommend this activity to anyone. It may seem scary, but the ride was very secure and the pilot very experienced.

pretty awesome experience

While being towed by an airplane, we didn't have any concern of falling down. But later we could fly in the air without an engine...wow quite awesome. Honolulu Airplane Flight School Lesson & Scenic Sightseeing Tour
Great experience
Reviewed by: Krista, 2016/06/05My husband and I did the 1 hour single engine tour. My husband sat up front for the lesson and I sat in the back. Our first thought was that he would get to steer a little bit and get to ask some questions and we'd get a nice private island tour. Nope! He got to take off, fly around the island and even land all by himself. Granted, the instructor was right by his side the whole time, guiding him, telling him where to fly, adjusting things for him along the way and answering any questions he had.
Massa (may be spelled incorrectly) was our flight instructor. He was great! He knew alot about the local area and had over 24 years of flying experience here on Oahu. He exceeded our expectations. After the flight, they gave my husband a nice little certificate.
The reception lady that took care of us before the flight and after was very kind. She helped us with the paperwork before the flight and greeted us with Japanese tea after. The experience was pricey but if we ever get the money to do it again we would.

ヘリコプターに比べ揺れも少なく、70歳すぎの母も問題なく遊覧飛行を満喫し、上空からのワイキキの景色に大満足しておりました。
もっと長い飛行時間にすればよかったと悔やんでいたほど（笑）
私は次回は自分で操縦するコースにトライしたいと目論んでおります。

Mr. Bill's Glider Ride
Reviewed by: The Jim man, 2014/09/23I would highly recommend taking a glider ride up on the North Shore of Oahu to everyone. It was a bucket list item for me and did not disappoint. Very professional staff and my pilot Sean was exceptional. He let me take the controls for about five minutes of the ride. The views are spectacular. Very affordable and the best 20-30 minutes you will spend in the Islands. Be sure and take a Go Pro camera or do I as did and rent one from the glider folks. I have a great DVD of my entire flight.

Honolulu Airplane Flight School Lesson & Scenic Sightseeing Tour
WOW !!!!!
Reviewed by: Janet Wright, 2014/09/13My husband arranged for this experience for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and he and my 28 year old daughter flew with me. It was truly the most exhilarating and awesome experience I have ever had and I have swum with sharks, skydived, done the Olympic bobsleigh run in Latvia and been in a submarine.
This was my first experience at the controls of a Piper Alpha and I felt fully involved from the moment I sat in the Pilot's seat. Masa, my Instructor, explained things to me in such a clear and concise way that I soon realised I was comfortable following his instructions. With both props roaring, he told me to just 'follow the yellow line' and it really was just like driving a car.
Taxiing out to the runway as Hawaiian Airlines jets were approaching for landing rendered me speechless and after opening up the throttle on the runway, that moment of easing back the yolk for take-off was indescribable.
As we ascended and the sheer magnificence of the scenery opened out below me I could hardly believe that I was actually flying the aeroplane. He was pointing out landmarks and asking me to head towards them, telling me when to lose or gain altitude by using the altometer.
The whole experience was breathtaking but the best moment of all was when I was making the approach for the landing. By that time I really felt as if I was in control and as I descended slowly, the realisation that I was making the landing was almost surreal. There was a very comforting 'bump' as the undercarriage met the runway and we taxied to a stop.
Don't hesitate to book this experience.
I absolutely loved it and can't wait to do it again !
