I was lucky enough to see dolphins up close multiple times while snorkeling, and it was so much fun. The staff were kind and great people.

There were also Japanese staff members, so even those who are not good at English can enjoy themselves without worry. The conversations were interesting, so I want to go again.

Since the dolphins are wild, it seems that on unlucky days you might not see them, but just being on the boat is enjoyable, so I highly recommend it.

I was worried since I went with a small child and a senior, but I received incredibly supportive assistance. The child was initially scared during the first entry into the water and couldn’t see the dolphins, but we were able to spot dolphins early on, allowing for multiple entries into the water. We got to see a rare type of dolphin called the false killer whale, which came very close, exciting the guide as well, and the kids were thrilled! We also saw many sea turtles at another spot, took photos underwater, and enjoyed sitting on the edge of the speedboat like on a banana boat. By the end, they were having so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. The sea was beautiful as well. I don’t speak any English, but thanks to our Japanese guide, Ryuichi, I was able to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The guides, Brooke, Jason, and Brian, all contributed to making wonderful memories. I was also worried about getting cold, but I was able to borrow a wetsuit, so I enjoyed myself without shivering from the cold. Prescription goggles were also available for rent. I’m really glad I chose Dolphin Academy among the various tours available.

ガイドのブルックさん、ジェイソンさん、ブライアンさんみんなで盛り上げてくれて最高の思い出を作ることができました。
体の冷えも心配していましたが、ウェットスーツを借りることができたので、寒さに震えることなく楽しめました。度付きのゴーグルも貸してもらえます。色々あるツアーの中でイルカ中学さんを選んで本当に良かったです。

It seemed that there were few staff members who could provide guidance in Japanese at Sea Life Park, but there was one male staff member who was fluent in Japanese. He explained things to us beforehand and stayed nearby to assist during the experience, which was reassuring. The program with the dolphins was a valuable experience that you can't have in Japan.

When I got off the shuttle bus on the way there, I was anxious because there was no information about the return pick-up time; we were just dropped off. While I was at the Sea Life Park reception, the staff there informed me that the bus would depart at 2 PM.

Ken, the Japanese staff member, was very kind, and I felt reassured to participate even with my concerns about speaking English. Since the boat is small, it does sway quite a bit. If you're worried about motion sickness, I think taking anti-nausea medication is essential. It's said that the waters in Hawaii are calmest in the morning, so even though the meeting time is early, I recommend the first tour.

The boat from Dolphin University had a toilet and was well-equipped, but if seeing dolphins and swimming with them is your top priority, it seems that Dolphin Junior is recommended because their boat can maneuver more easily. 船が小型なので結構揺れます。乗り物酔いが心配な場合は酔い止めの服用は必須かと思います。ハワイの海は朝が1番穏やかとのことで、集合は朝早いですが1番最初のツアーがおすすめです。
イルカ大学の船にはトイレが付いていたり設備が充実していましたが、イルカを見る、イルカと泳ぐことが優先順位1位であればイルカ中学の方が船が小回りきくこともありおすすめだそうです。
シュノーケルの時間もたっぷりあり、大満足なツアーでした。

Iruka Junior High is truly amazing. We went out to sea on a boat to search for dolphins. The boat was more thrilling and faster than a banana boat, making it the best attraction!

Being on the boat allowed us to get really close to the dolphins, and it was an emotional experience swimming alongside so many of them.

With snorkeling, I was able to swim with rays and sea turtles!

🐢 次は海亀ポイント

イルカの後は、海亀スポットへ移動。ここでも透明度抜群！サンゴの間を泳いでいたら、突然目の前に大きなウミガメが登場。

ゆったり泳ぐ姿は本当に優雅。近づきすぎないよう距離を保ちながら、一緒に泳ぐのがルール。目が合った瞬間、まるで微笑んでるように見えて感動的でした。

2回目以降の参加は半永久的に割引が適用されるようで次回ハワイに訪れた際にもぜひ参加したいと思いました。

This was my second time on a tour swimming with dolphins. The middle school program also has a university option, but this time I chose the middle school. The university boat is equipped with toilets, showers, and various activities, while the middle school uses a speedboat and focuses solely on snorkeling.

The middle school program has a smaller group, which made everything run smoothly and created a homey atmosphere that I really enjoyed. I was moved to see dolphins jumping from the boat. The dolphins were incredibly cute. You can interact with them more than I expected (though about ten people take turns). There is quite a wait time from when you enter until you actually get to interact with the dolphins. Since they are living creatures, their condition may vary... Small children (around 5 to 6 years old) can't reach, so parents need to support them. All the explanations are in English, but they also speak a little Japanese.

You can't bring any belongings, but a dedicated photographer will take pictures for you, and you can get one photo at the end from the shop. Additional purchases are also possible.

イルカがとにかく可愛かったです。思ってたよりたくさん触れあえます。（とはいえ、10人くらいが順番に）
