On the way to Dole Plantation, we could enjoy sightseeing from the bus window, including the statue of King Kamehameha. At Dole Plantation, we had 90 minutes of free time, and in Haleiwa, we had just over two hours. It's nice to have the freedom to explore Haleiwa at my own pace and eat lunch wherever I like, rather than being on a tightly scheduled tour.

The meeting point was in front of Ross Dress for Less on Seaside Avenue, but on the way back, Chris dropped us off near our hotel. Thank you, Chris!

I had a great time. The ocean was very beautiful and amazing! In the morning, I jumped off the diving rock (it was quite impressive), enjoyed snorkeling, and had a blast in the water. In the afternoon, I did stand-up paddleboarding and strolled around Haleiwa a bit. I was able to play a lot throughout the day.

Everything was in English, so it might be difficult if you can't speak it at all, but the staff were very kind.

It was a very easy-to-understand and enjoyable tour since we had a Japanese guide. At the Dole Plantation, we got to ride a pineapple-colored train and eat pineapple ice cream. It was delicious, but the portion might be too much for one person. In Haleiwa Town, I had an avocado cheeseburger at "Kua Aina." The taste was exquisite. Although we traveled by bus, it was comfortable. Everything was great!

I was looking forward to going to Tropical Farm and Haleiwa this time. Although I chose the tour based on the itinerary when I signed up, I was handed a card outlining the day's schedule after being picked up. We made several stops at famous (Instagram-worthy) beaches, but it felt very rushed, with only 10 to 15 minutes at each location (and 1 to 1.5 hours for lunch and exploring Haleiwa). It was quite hectic, going in and out in the heat. Honestly, I wished we could just stay in the car at the beach for a bit. In the morning, we stopped for a restroom break and those who wanted to buy from Leonard's, which sells from a food truck, were given the opportunity. Since we had to eat in the car, the smell of oil was quite overwhelming for me, as I wasn't in the mood to eat at that moment. For lunch, it was also from a food truck, and I struggled to find something I wanted to eat in the heat. The only nice part was being able to sit down and enjoy a coffee at a café in Haleiwa. The driver spoke Japanese well, and our conversations were very enjoyable, but honestly, while this tour might be great for younger people, I found it lacking in satisfaction and ended up feeling tired. 今回はトロピカルファームとハレイワ方面に行くことを楽しみにしていました。申し込み時にツアーの流れを見て選んではいたものの、実際にピックアップしてもらい1日のツアーの流れを案内したカードを渡されましたが…。有名どころ（インスタ映えの）ビーチに細かく寄ったりしつつ、トロピカルファーム、ハレイワ、コーヒーファームにもよるということで、各所10〜15分（昼食とハレイワ散策のみ1時間ないし1時間半）で大変慌ただしく、暑い中出たり入ったりでした。暑い中での移動なので、正直途中のビーチはもう車待機したいなとも思いました。朝イチ、キッチンカーで売りに来ているレナーズを購入希望する人はどうぞっとトイレ休憩を兼ねて停車されました。車内で食べることになるので、今食べたい気分ではなかった私にとっては車内に広がる油の匂いはかなりしんどかったです。昼食もフードトラックなので暑い中食べたいものが見つからず。唯一ハレイワのカフェでゆっくり座ってコーヒーを飲むことができたのは良かったです。ドライバーの方も日本語が上手でお話は非常に楽しかったですが、正直ツアースケジュールとしては若い人同士ならいいかもしれませんが、私としては満足感に欠けて、疲れてしまう内容でした。残念…。

If you plan to go shopping or to a nice restaurant right after this experience, be prepared. My black hair turned brown and tangled, my black T-shirt became reddish-brown, and my face was brown too. While riding the buggy, laughing and talking made my teeth brown as well. But it was so much fun; my son and I, along with other foreigners experiencing it, were all laughing and taking pictures.

It's better not to wear nice clothes or sneakers.

こちらの体験後に買い物や、高めのレストランにそのまま行く予定がある方は覚悟したほうがよいです。
筆者も黒髪が茶色でガシガシになり、黒のTシャツが赤茶色、顔も茶色、バギー乗っている間に笑うのと喋るため　歯まで茶色になります。
でもそれが楽しく、私も息子も、同時に体験してる外人も皆、大笑いして写真に残していました。

良い服装や、スニーカーなどは着て行かないほうがいいです。

女性はお化粧が確実にダメになりますのでご注意。

スコールきたらもっとひどくなります。
汚れを気にしない男性向きのアクティビティです。

あとレンタカーなどでないと現地にはいけないです。
ハレイワのすぐ横ですので目印がないのが最初は不安になりますが、単純な場所にあります。

次回ハワイ行く際も行きたい場所です。
