Never Again
Reviewed by: Toni Hooper, 2022/06/07We were so excited to visit Hawaii for the first time and I thought I was purchasing tickets for Pearl Harber but NO after spending $200.00 NOTHING. When speaking to them on the phone they stated we must ride their bus. With Covid 19 we didn’t want to take a chance on our health. We are now in a dispute with them to get our money back!

It was our first time to Hawaii an the tour of the city was also nice. It would just be nicer if there was a little more time between each tour so that u don't have to rush.
But all an all it was a good tour.

Wonderful tour!
Reviewed by: Heather H, 2022/05/02Our Pearl Harbor Tour with E Noa was great! Our tour guide was knowledgeable and fun, and shared a lot of good information. This tour made it easy to enjoy all that Pearl Harbor has to offer since they procure the tickets for you. The trolley ride around Honolulu and Waikiki was good as well.
Be sure to NOT bring bags with you as instructed. This caused our particular tour to be split up as our guide had to call in another guide due to some people bringing bags. They will not let you in with them.
Heather, Mahalo for letting us know about your experience. Also, thank you for mentioning the bags. We try to notify our guests that bags are not allowed on the USS Arizona Memorial. We are so glad we got to be part of your special trip!

Great tour!
Reviewed by: Mayor Mabry, 2022/04/16Seeing the Arizona has been on my bucket list for several years. Seeing it and the Missouri was an experience. I didnt go on the Bowfin or into the Aviation museum, but I saw them. The bus had issues at first and they called another bus which caused the tour to be very late. He did stay later, but we didnt have time for the film or much browsing around. They do a little city tour, which is ok but they dont stop for pictures or anything. In my opinion, they should devote the whole tour to Pearl Harbor. It needs more time. I did a trolley ride later on that does a city tour with stops. It was still a good day, just wish I had had more time there.

Reviewed by: Heather, 2022/03/26I was shocked to find we could not bring our purses in to the facilities. I did not read anything about this on my reservation. There were a lot of people at Pearl Harbor and there was not enough time during the excursion to go into the museums and gift shops. I felt rushed the whole time. Our driver was super nice and very knowledgeable. I feel like this excursion needs more time! There was not even enough time to eatunch and we were starving!

Perfect for all inclusive tour of Pearl Harbor.

The audio tour on USS Arizona helped. They should make audio tour also on the USS Missouri and USS Bowfin. I would definitely buy a tour from this website again. How I wish the website will send coupons also to frequent fliers. I am planning to buy tickets to Polynesian center next time I go back to Oahu. The price is reasonable. Thank you.

This is a FULL day tour where you get to visit all the attractions at Pearl Harbor: USS Arizona, USS Missouri Battleship, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and USS Bowfin submarine. Wear comfortable shoes as you'll be walking around the entire day. This is truly a memorable tour and we learned so much from our tour guide. Would recommend for history buffs!

Passport to Pearl Harbor (still need to get your own USS Arizona tickets)
Reviewed by: CiaoBella, 2021/11/18This Passport to Pearl Harbor was very convenient because you have the QR code that'll easily get you all the places except the USS Arizona Memorial.
Once you arrive, they'll check your vaccination card & ID and will give you a wrist band. From there it's up to you where you want to visit.
I started with the USS Bowfin, where they'll give you an audio you can listen to as you walk through the sub. My advise is to make sure to carefully listen to it before moving forward cause it's not going to replay. Once you're done visiting the sub, there's a museum that has a virtual tour of the submarine.
After taking a 10 minute shuttle to USS Missouri, you get to step foot where the Japanese surrendered 80 years ago. On the Battleship there's guides who can answer your questions and give you a piece of history. You take another 5 minute shuttle to the Pacific Aviation Museum where they have displays of old aircrafts. It's a great place for those have interest in airplanes cause you are standing right there in front of 20+airplanes! The last stop I made was to the USS Arizona. Highly advise to purchase the boat ticket in advance on the Recreation.gov website because if you don't have one you're going to be in the stand-by line. Give yourself about 1.5-2 hours for each attraction so you can make the most of this passport.

We would have liked to have had a little longer at the Arizona memorial itself as there were so many people it was hard to get the pictures that we wanted in such a short time. Seeing the Missouri was a plus and was awesome, since I am a nurse I would have liked to have seen more of the medical side of the ship...infirmary, pharmacy, Dr office etc....Overall it was very informative and we enjoyed the tour..

A must see tour
Reviewed by: Barry, 2021/10/22How can you visit Honolulu and not see Pearl Harbor and the Missouri. Trip started off badly as our bus was over an hour late. It meant things we were supposed to see on the way to Pearl Harbor was squeezed in on the way back. Not good when you have made dinner cruise plans with the same tour company. Guide Ru Ru was pleasant but brushed aside the delay as being on “Hawaiian time.” Wish we had more time to spend at the Missouri.

No USS Arizona, but still worth it
Reviewed by: Sully, 2021/08/07The passport gives you access to the USS Battleship Missouri, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum. You do need an ID when you are entering all these museums. You do have to get separate tickets for the USS Arizona, which is the main attraction, but the museums are filled with amazing details of Pearl Harbor, definitely some new to our group. Along with that there are so many artifacts and visuals to experience Pearl Harbor. We loved the Submarine experience.

Our tour guide Patrick was fantastic and very informative as we drove up to Punchbowl Crater, the cemetery and around Honolulu. We will definitely take this tour next time we visit.

BK was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. I’m glad I found this tour here because I tried to purchase everywhere else online and it was all sold out. The only suggestion I have for those going on any tours is to keep track of time. I spent too long at USS Missouri and missed my scheduled tour for USS Arizona Memorial. Luckily I was able to get in on standby but I had to run to the bus right after because time was up.
