Pickup after long flight
Reviewed by: GayleP, 2024/09/04We rang as instructed when we were at the meeting point and were told a car would be dispatched and would be 15 minutes. He arrived, loaded our bags, we climbed aboard (& I mean climbed, no step was offered), then sat waiting for a further 20 minutes for 3 other people. We were under the impression this was a private shuttle, not like all the other airport shuttles on demand. My husband had to help the other two elderly ladies into the vehicle as the step was far too high. Totally disappointed for the price we paid!!

shuttle from Twin Finn to HNL

Excellent Honolulu Airport Shuttle to Waikiki Beach

When we arrived at the airport I called and was answered right away (with my name, no less!) The pick up was timely and a smooth drive to our hotel. Great service!

Reviewed by: Kristin, 2023/06/17This company is really on the ball. They noticed errors I made in my flight information and contacted me immediately. I rated the company good because one of the passengers scheduled for the shuttle was in the wrong spot so we waited at least 20 minutes for her, then we drove around for ten minutes looking for her. I guess the missing passenger should be rating the company outstanding because we couldn’t leave the airport until we found her. No man left behind!

Nice ride

Exceptional Service

Communication is key! We had good conversations along the drive which made the ride more enjoyable. Even though he talked to me along the drive, he never took his eyes off the road.
