Fortunately, the weather was good, and the sunrise from the summit of Haleakalā was wonderful. The breathtaking view of the sky from an elevation of 3,000 meters after the sun had fully risen was grand and mystical.

However, there were some disappointing aspects of the tour. 1) The pickup at the hotel (Westin Resort) was scheduled for 2:45 AM, but the bus arrived close to 3:30 AM. I called the emergency contact, but no one answered, and I was left waiting with another American couple. After the bus arrived, the driver and guide did not offer any apology, which I found frustrating. 2) When we finally boarded the late bus, it was almost over capacity. My wife and I were seated separately, and I was next to a 3L-sized American, making the interior extremely cramped. I sincerely hope for improvements for those who participate in this tour in the future.

幸い天候も良く、ハレアカラ山頂からのサンライズは素晴らしかったです。太陽が完全に昇りきった後の天空を標高3000mから眺める絶景は壮大で神秘的でした。
ツアー全体として残念だった事はあります。①午前2:45にホテル(Westin Resort)へピックアップでしたが、バス到着は午前3:30近く。緊急連絡先に電話するも誰も出ず、別のアメリカ人カップルと待ちぼうけ。バス到着後、運転手兼ガイドから詫びの一言もなく、コンプレインした次第。②ようやく遅れて来たバスに乗り込むと、ほぼ定員オーバー状態。妻と二人でしたが、席はバラバラとなり、横には3Lサイズのアメリカ人が座っていた為、車内は大変窮屈極まりなかったです。今後本ツアーへ参加される方々の為に、改善を切に要望します。

I participated in the tour with my 0-year-old and 6-year-old, and while I had some concerns, we drove to the dock with a rental car.

The meeting place was easy to find, and there was a very friendly and approachable Japanese guide, which made me feel at ease when boarding the boat. We brought a stroller, and the staff helped us out, even carrying my child while I was snorkeling, which was very kind and made me happy☆

My 6-year-old had plenty of snorkeling experience, but it was their first time snorkeling in deep water, and they were quite scared. However, they were super excited and enjoyed themselves at the second turtle spot.

The boat also had a slide, and both my husband and 6-year-old were really pumped about it.

I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but the burgers were really delicious. After snorkeling, there was unlimited alcohol! As a heavy drinker, I was quite pleased with this!!

I highly recommend this for both adults and families!

今回0歳、6歳を連れてのツアー参加で不安もありましが、レンタカーにて船着き場へ。

集合場所もわかりやすく、大変気さくで話しやすい日本人ガイドさんもいらっしゃったので安心して乗船。
ベビーカーで行きましたが手伝ってくれたり、シュノーケルしてる間も抱っこしてスタッフの方が面倒を見てくださったり、大変皆さん親切で嬉しかったです☆

6歳児はシュノーケル経験は豊富でしたが、深い海のシュノーケルは初めてで大変怖がっていましたが
二つ目のウミガメスポットから大興奮で楽しんでいました。

船に滑り台もついており、パパと6歳児はかなりテンション上がってました。

ランチも期待してなかったのですがバーガーが大変美味しかったです。
シュノーケル後はお酒も飲み放題！これは酒豪の私としてはかなり嬉しかったです！！

大人同士でも家族連れでもオススメです！

We visited Maui for the first time with our family this time. I found out about this tour while looking for a luau show along the coast.

It was very close, just a 10-minute drive from our hotel in Kaanapali, and although the parking lot was small, it was convenient as we could easily find parking nearby.

Even before the show started, we enjoyed the atmosphere with unlimited drinks and poke dishes. The show seemed a bit subdued since the stage was a little far away, but I think it would have been more exciting with a fire dance. Overall, I highly recommend it!

今回家族でマウイ島はじめて行きました。
ルアウショーを海沿いでは鑑賞で来たらと思い探していたところこのツアーを知りました。

カアナパリのホテルからも車で10分でとても近く、駐車場は小さいが近隣にすぐ停めれたので便利でした。

ショーが始まるまでまでも、ドリンク飲み放題やポキのお料理等雰囲気だけでも楽しめました。
ショーは、ステージが少し遠かったこともあり、
やや地味に見えましたが。。ファイアーダンスもあればもっと盛り上がったように思います。
総合的にはかなりオススメです！

As November is approaching, it was a bit chilly, but the water clarity was beautiful, allowing us to see all the way to the bottom! However, it gets cold when you come out, so you'll need dry clothes. There were Japanese staff members who kindly checked on us multiple times to see if we were okay and even took photos for us. Unfortunately, we didn't encounter any sea turtles, but we had a wonderful experience snorkeling for the first time.

もうすぐ11月という事で、少し冷たかったですが、うちの透明度は底まで見れて綺麗でした‼︎ただ、上がった時が寒いので濡れてない服が必要です。
日本人のスタッフもいて、酔っていないか何度も声を掛けてくれたり写真のシャッターを押してくれたりと本当に親切でした。
残念ながら、私たちは海ガメに出会えませんでしたが、初めてのシュノーケリング素敵な経験ができました。

Our guide, I believe his name is Roger, was helpful and informative. He made it enjoyable and a very memorable experience. Told us about the different islands and other facts about the sea life. We saw several sea turtles and other colorful fish.

Friendly and informative crew.
Saw several whales, which was exceptional this early in migration season.
Got great pics- using just a plain old iPhone!

We went on this cruise as it was our anniversary, and we weren't disappointed in the least. Great food, drinks and the staff were really nice. Met quite a few people, and the sunset was awesome. Would definitely do this again.

The sunset cruise was awesome. Definitely something to do while in Maui.

Overall, a good experience for new comers.

Our sail was outstanding! The crew was amazing and attentive! Emily and Carrie were friendly and helpful! Aaron put us all at ease! Would go again in a heartbeat!

The tour content was changed, and it ended up being a tour that only visited Haleakalā National Park. If that was the case, I would have preferred not to have the tour at all. Alternatively, I would have appreciated a change in destination to include visits to other places or some consideration like a discount or an earlier return. It was disappointing that there was no consideration for only visiting one location.

ツアー内容が変更されて、ハレカエラ国立公園だけに訪れたツアーであった。それで有れば、ツアーを結構しないで欲しかった。或いは、行き先を変更してでも、他の場所の訪問や見学を入れる。ディスカウントする。早く帰って来る。とかの配慮が欲しかった。一ヶ所しか行かないなら、それに対する配慮も無く、残念でした。

We went to this on our honeymoon and it was SUCH a fun experience. We did the traditional style Luau, and we would highly recommend it!

Since the ferry from Maui to Molokai has been discontinued, I decided to take this flight to see Molokai, but I don't think it's very good.

1. There are few famous attractions. In Kauai, you can see places like Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali Coast, but this flight seems to lack any highlights.

2. The price is high. An American couple I shared the flight with had much cheaper tickets and sat in the front, but I feel that the $275 I paid is too much for what I received.

3. There is no free shuttle service. I took the city bus to Maui Airport, but I had to pay an additional taxi fare of about $30 round trip. The total cost adds up.

4. The way to the boarding area is confusing. This is AIR MAUI, but there were signs for another company, MAUI AIR, along the way, so following those could lead to serious issues (like not making it in time for the reservation, incurring higher taxi costs, and increased stress).

These are just my personal opinions, so I think it's better to consider other reviews and make a comprehensive judgment.

マウイ島からモロカイ島へのフェリーがなくなったので、それでもモロカイ島を見たいと思って
この飛行を利用したが、あまりよくないと考えています。

①有名な見どころが少ない。
カウアイ島であれば、ワイメア渓谷、ナ・パリ海岸等を見ることができますが、このフライトには目玉のものがなさそうです。

②値段が高い。
同乗したアメリカ人の夫婦は私よりずっと安い値段で一番前の席で遊覧できたのですが、内容に対して、私が払った＄275はやっぱり高いと感じています。

③無料送迎がない。
市営バスでマウイ空港にいったが、さらに往復約＄30のタクシー代を支払わないといけません。総額はさらに嵩みます。

④乗り場への道は分かりにくい。
こちらはAIR　MAUIですが、行く途中には別会社MAUI　AIRへの案内板がありましたので、それに従っていけば、大変なことになります（予約時間に間に合わないこと、タクシー代さらに嵩むこと、ストレスが溜まること等）。

以上はあくまで個人の意見に過ぎませんので、ほかの書き込みも参考した上、総合的に判断したほうがいいかと思います。

I chose this sunset tour because I'm not confident about waking up early for sunrise.
The scenery depends on the weather, so it might be up to your luck, but if you go, it's better to bring a coat. It's cold.

I used this ferry because it's easy to take a day trip to Lanai Island from Maui.

I recommend going to the Four Seasons Hotel, which is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

The hotel grounds are very spacious, making it enjoyable to explore.
1. The gardens are like a tropical botanical garden, which is interesting for plant observation.
2. The sandy beach has great facilities, and it's pleasant to stroll around.
3. There are chairs available here for resting.
4. The staff is very friendly.

Be sure to experience this prestigious hotel.

マウイ島より気軽くラナイ島へ日帰りでいけるので、このフェリーを利用した。

フェリー乗り場より徒歩約10分のフォーシーズンズホテルに行くことをお勧めします。

ホテルの敷地は非常に広いので、回るのは楽しい。
①庭園は丸で熱帯植物園、植物観察には面白い。
②砂浜のビーチには設備も充実し、散策も気持ちいい。
③こちあちに椅子もあって、休憩に使える。
④スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。

ぜひ名門ホテルを体験してください。

The morning check in was very easy and they had coffee. We brought our own gear but bought wet suits to stay warm. The creator had some different varieties of fish. Turtle Town was my favorite. They gave us more than we could eat for lunch. The crew was fantastic and we had drinks on the way back. Thanks again for the great time

My friend and I took this Catamaran trip last week and it was wonderful. The crew (Cap’ts Carrie & Kevin) were fabulous as were the servers. The food was great and just being out on the water was amazing! The best thing we did while there!

I had planned to go scuba diving, but unfortunately, there weren't enough people, so it was canceled, and I ended up taking this submarine instead. It was different from diving, and I was able to enjoy the underwater scenery with a sense of relaxation, which made for a delightful experience.

スキューバダイビングをやる予定でしたが、あいにく人数が集まらず催行中止となり、急遽この潜水艦に乗ることとなりました。ダイビングとはまた違って海中を鑑賞する気持ちの余裕ができ、満喫することができました。

We participated as a family, including my 6-year-old son who is in the first grade. On Molokini Island, there were many fish and the water clarity was excellent. After that, we moved by boat to a spot for sea turtles, and the guide pointed out, "Look, there's a turtle!" The turtle was so cute and swam leisurely without fleeing even when we got close. If your child can snorkel, this tour is definitely enjoyable. I want to go again.

6歳の小学一年生の息子を含めた家族で参加しました。モロキニ島ではたくさんの魚がいて透明度も高く、よかったです。その後船で移動して、ウミガメのスポットでシュノーケルをしていたら、ガイドの方があそこにカメがいる！と教えてくださいました。カメはとってもかわいくて、人間が近くに来ても逃げずに悠々と泳いでいました。シュノーケルができるお子さんならば、絶対に楽しめるツアーです。もう一度行きたいです。

I was nervous about snorkeling for the first time since I'm not a good swimmer, but they explained everything in Japanese very carefully, which made me feel at ease. I only needed to bring my swimsuit and towel, as everything else was available for rent, so there were no issues. The ocean was incredibly beautiful, and I encountered four sea turtles! It was an amazing experience! I want to participate again!

泳ぎも苦手で初めてのシュノーケリングに不安を感じていましたが、日本語で丁寧に説明してくれて、安心して参加出来ました。水着とバスタオルだけ着ていけばあとは全部レンタル品や貸し出しの用意があるので、問題ありませんでした。
海もとっても綺麗でウミガメには4匹も出会えました！最高に楽しかったです！また参加したいです！

This is a must for anyone traveling to Maui. Wayne was our driver and guide. He is full of all sorts of information and kept us entertained the whole trip. The view of the sun rising above the clouds high atop a volcano, made this one of our most memorable moments in Hawaii. The trip concluded with an awsome breakfast .

This is so worth your time and money! Awesome! The view was spectacular and the driver made it so much fun!

After the very early start, we made our way to the top of the volcano. The tour drivers name was Bessie, and she was very enthusiastic, sometimes going overboard. The sunrise was a bit late but the whole experience was great, but very cold. After the tour, we were taken for breakfast at a golf club, which was very nice. We then were loaded on another bus for our drop of at accommodation. This was a very slow time. We did not get back to the resort until 12 noon, and this turned out an extremely long day.

I visited Maui for the first time in 25 years and went snorkeling at Molokini Island. The number of fish at Molokini has decreased quite a bit compared to before, but the water clarity seemed to remain about the same. This time, I also went to another location where there were sea turtles and many fish. I had a great time, and the Japanese guide was very kind.

２５年ぶりにマウイに行きモロキニ島シュノーケリングを行いました、モロキニ島は以前より魚の数はだいぶ減少しましたが、透明度はあまり変わっていないようでした、今回は別の場所にも行きましたが、こちらは海ガメもいましたし魚も多かったです、楽しみました、日本人ガイドさんも大変親切でした。
