Can't say enough good things about the day with captain Turtle and crew. The crew was so attentive and fun. The breakfast and coffee that was served on way out to island was delicious. What really impressed me was that the crew remembered everyone by name thru out trip. The island of Lanai was as beautiful as the pictures. On a personal note I'd want to thank the crew especially Steve. I had an accident in the water and had to be taken to hospital. Steve went with my family and never left. Fortunately I was able to travel back and take boat home with captain Turtle. The boat and crew were amazing. If you want to book a trip to Lanai I strongly recommend Trilogy with captain Turtle.

The crew was amazing, and the snorkeling was great. I was scared at first but they did their best to make me feel comfortable and they were so patient and kind. I’m so glad I got to experience this with This particular group. They’re passionate and knowledgeable and paid attention to everyone’s safety. Highly recommend renting a wetsuit jacket and an underwater camera from them. Well worth it!

We Truly Appreciate your 5 Star review for our guided Sea Scooter Tour off shore at Kapalua Bay. We take pride in making all our guest feel safe and to especially have an Amazing Experience with us. No other ocean activity company on Maui provide the Airtime Watertime Flotation Wetsuits which we fill is the safest way to snorkel for non experienced guests. We have donated 37 of these flotation wetsuits to the handicap and with our guests supporting our business it allows us to do so. Warmest Mahalo

Amazing snorkeling near Lanai

Captain Jill, Silas, and Jen provided an amazing trip, complete with hundreds of spinner dolphins passing the boat along the way to Lanai.
The snorkeling near Lanai was incredible, with crystal clear water, beautiful coral, sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, huge schools of fish, and a baby octopus! My family and I could have stayed in that first snorkeling spot all day! All of us would highly recommend this trip. The captain and crew were knowledgeable, professional and fun. It was one of the best snorkeling trips we have ever taken.

Maui Kapalua Bay Snorkeling & Underwater Scooter Tour - Eco Sea Scooter

Barbie is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced guide. She also makes sure you feel comfortable and prepared in the water. The scooters are easy to use, and I highly recommend paying a bit extra for the floatation wet suits (for ease and extra warmth in the water) and the go pro for must have videos!
We thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling with Barbie! We saw numerous fish, bright coral, turtles and a monk seal! It was a memory to last a lifetime. If you are inexperienced, do not hesitate to take this tour!

Video taping the Monk Seal at Kapalua Bay was the first time in my 40 years of snorkeling. It felt like this beautiful Monk Seal loved having his video taken the way it stayed around and taking it time swimming from coral to coral and even coming to the surfaces. It seem to be very curious and the sound of the sea scooter didn't even make it leave. Even filming the sea turtles and sea life doesn't and hasn't make any difference in the ocean. Thanks to you both we all got to experience a very unique adventures. Truly appreciate you taking the time to write this review for us.

This day trip to Lanai’i was an experience my wife and I will never forget! Captain Joe and his crew are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and attentive! On the way we were able to spot a manta ray just as we left the dock and several whales on the way to Lanai’i where we got off the boat and snorkeled. We were also served a delicious lunch! Check out the photos the photographer takes too. She is awesome!
We’d like to send a special shout-out to Coby aka “Utah” who wins the Kindest Crew-member award for ensuring I was safe and still able to participate so my wife could fully enjoy snorkeling! We can’t tell you how much that meant to us, thanks again!

The experience was amazing! We were super well fed, the crew was so knowledgeable, we saw so many whales along the way, and had a great time!
The captain was super friendly and was great at keeping everyone on track for time. Chad really went the extra mile by learning all of the passenger’s names. Mark gave lovely whale knowledge and some history of the Trilogy. Justin made sure we were always with a drink and was extremely polite!
Will definitely be doing this experience again!

The snorkeling was very crowded. Can’t count the number of times I got hit in the head with one of their little glass bottom floating devises. Had to quit early because the waves were getting to big. Not their fault I know. The food wasn’t good and some of my family members had moldy buns. Did get to see some whales and turtles.

I'm sorry you felt the snorkeling location was crowded; Christmas time is the busiest time of the year on Maui, as I'm sure you could tell by the plane ride over.

We had so much fun during our Lanai trip. We saw whales, and dolphins on the way there and our way back to the harbor. The snorkeling was great and the staff were so caring and knowledgeable! The lunch was also a highlight for me, I wasn’t expecting such a nice spread. I cannot recommend it enough, it was truly worth it.

This was an awesome snorkel experience! We loved the smaller group and the fact that it wasn’t jam packed on the smaller boat. You have plenty of time and space at both locations to check out the reefs, fish, turtles! Ryan and Esteban were certainly among the best tour leaders I’ve ever had. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, but also relaxed. If you are experienced, you are free to be on your way and if you need extra assistance they are there too. Overall, definitely recommend booking this experience!

７時半集合でしたが、乗船&出港は８時頃だったでしょうか。
日本人スタッフのカナさんが、とてもきめ細やかに声をかけてくれて終始安心してツアーに参加できました。
風が強くてモロキニ島ではシュノーケル１時間の予定だったそうですが、３０分程度で切り上げて次のコーラルガーデンのポイントへ移動。
モロキニ島周辺でイルカの群れに遭遇して感動(^_^)
コーラルガーデンは想像以上に珊瑚やお魚が多くて、ウミガメにも逢えました。
朝食サービス、昼食のランチ（ハンバーガー）も美味しかったです。

Great Excursion

The highlight of our trip. The ride over, while lengthy due to the fires in Lahaina, was great. The captain was funny, his name was Turtle. We saw dolphins and the snorkeling on Lanai was awesome. The trip was worth the cost, without even taking in to consideration the great lunch we were served. That chicken is amazing. You also get to visit a pretty exclusive beach, it’s shared with the Four Seasons Lanai, that is nice because your group is almost all the only people out there. Next trip we will definitely do this, or a trip to Molokini Crater. Either way, we will definitely use Trilogy again. They are fantastic.

珊瑚礁が思っていたより小さかった。
ハワイ島のケアウホウ湾の縮小版って感じた。
グラスボトムは、結構傷があって写真ほど、綺麗には見えない。
食事やクルーの感じは、悪くはない。楽しめるよう気を使ってくれる。
駐車場は有料。料金はSECURITY という支払い場所でカード等で支払うか、ツアー受付にQRコードがあるので、それを使って支払う。
QRコードを使ったのだが、支払いがGoogle pay しかなく（見逃したかも）、たまたま残金があったからすぐに支払えた。
ただ、５から６時間（早く行くと１２時まで６時間必要になる）を設定するのに手間取った。その他を選んで１２時までの範囲を選択するだけだが、動きが悪く、苦労した。
で、最もダメだったのが、車のナンバーを入力しようとした際、全角文字入力になったが支払いできてしまったこと。下船したらレッカー移動されていた。
クルーに聞いても、SECURITY に連絡するように言われるだけ。SECURITY に連絡してもお昼過ぎじゃないと留守電になる。車はキヘイの廃車置き場に移動されるので、道のり8. 6mileもある。
なので、レッカー車が来たときに必死に頼み込んで、つれていってもらった。
半角文字での入力。とても大事。

Maalaea Harbor parking is run by a company called Secure Parking Hawaii. I am very sorry to hear they towed your vehicle. We unfortunately have zero connection with their services... this is why our crew was unable to assist. The parking company also have a pay station at the harbor if you are unable to pay with your personal device. I wish there was a way we were able to assist guests with this, but it completely out of our control.
