Beautiful scenery and comfortable ride
Reviewed by: Linda K, 2018/11/24This was a good tour and Preston, our guide, was friendly and informative. I would recommend that the stop at the crater be longer. We went into the Visitors Center first for a few minutes then we felt rushed hiking up to the crater summit. We actually turned around before we got to the top because we didn't want to be late getting back to the bus. I suggest you go up to the summit first and then see the Visitors Center if there is time.

Best experience ever

何よりも、ツアーガイドのネリーさんが最高でした！！人生観も変わるステキな出会いだったと思ってます。
山頂は非常に風も冷たく、寒いです。日の出前1時間くらい外にいますので温かい格好は必須です。
私は友達から聞いていたので、ヒートテック、カシミアのタートルネック、ウルトラダウン、スノボのジャケット、ネックウォーマー、ニット帽、手袋とカシミアのストールを着て、貼るホッカイロでちょうど良いくらいでした。外国人の方で半ズボンやスパッツで着てる方は山頂で買ってましたが、現金のみなので要注意です。

素晴らしいファイアーダンス！
Reviewed by: nana, 2018/11/06マリオット・リゾート&スパの近くのコンドミニアムに宿泊していました。夕方、とても楽しそうな音が聞こえて、ファイアーダンス？ 音に魅かれて、申し込みしました！
レイで迎えて頂き、フリードリンクで同席した方と楽しい時間を過ごせました。お料理も品数が多く、食べきれないほど。
ショーも素晴らしく、まだ若いダンサーさんでしたが、情熱あるショーでした！ 観客の人もステージで参加したりと、皆んなで共に盛り上げる、素晴らしい時間でした！ ラブソングの時にはご夫婦の方々が、踊っておられたのが印象的で、自然と踊りたくなるような、素晴らしいショーでした。

最高の思い出になりました。

とにかく運転ガイドの女性の方の道中のお話が先ず良かったです。
もちろんハレアカラのサンライズも神秘的で心が洗われる気持ちになりました。
帰りの朝食のパンケーキもすごく美味しかったです。
お値段以上の価値があるツアーと思います！

素晴らしい景色

このツアーの担当ドライバーも親切でよかったです。
山頂は、みなさんもいわれる通り寒いですから防寒対策は必要ですが、薄手のダウンがあれば、あったかくてかさばらないので、おススメしておきます。
あとは、ツアー出発が2時〜3時と早く、帰りは12時頃になるので、そのあたりがプランニングに影響しちゃうかもしれません。
チェックアウト時間は11時のところが多いと思うので。

Te Au Moana Luau with Dinner, Fire Knife Show & Open Bar at Wailea Marriott Maui
Great food, fun entertainment.
Reviewed by: Emily, 2018/10/09This was the one ‘touristy’ thing we did, but it was fun. Very well organized, although expect to walk quite a ways to get to it from the dropoff/ parking area. Holy cow, the food was incredible. SOOO much also! And an open bar! I HIGHLY recommend fish, by the way. The roasted pig was good, but I didn’t expect the fish to be so phenomenal... it was a nice surprise. Actually, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the poi (traditional taro root ‘sauce/ garnish?’’). Everyone was so friendly, and they had great activities and excellent craftsman with items for purchase. We talked to a guy who’s family all dive for fossil whale bones and carve totems from them. Beautiful craftsmanship.

集合場所でピックアップされませんでした。

Roundabout off of Kaanapali shores pl of the kaanapali beach club
という集合場所をメールされました。ロビー前のロータリーと、ホテル手前で待っていましたが、車は来ませんでした。
代表番号にかけても繋がらず、その後、リコンファームの番号にかけると繋がりました。
既にバスは過ぎたとのこと。ドライバーに戻れるか確認する、たぶん大丈夫だろうということになりました。
しかし、その後、もう戻れない、ツアーには参加できないという電話がありました。返金はするから、という話で納得しましたが、同日中に不安になり確認すると、返金すると約束した担当は確認で来ませんでした。
結局ベルトラさんに連絡し、確認していただきましたが、最後まで現地のツアー会社は事実を確認できませんでした。結局返金されることになったのは、ベルトラさんの対応のおかげです。現地のツアー会社の対応には問題があります。
これから参加される方には、合流場所をホテルにも確認していただき、緊急時には必ず連絡取れる電話番号を現地ツアー会社に確認する必要があります。

Skyline Classic Haleakala National Park Sunrise Guided Tour with Breakfast
Once in a life time
Reviewed by: Traveler612, 2018/09/02We toured with Kane who was knowledgeable and attentive. Felt safe driving up, and he made sure the group stayed together. Only thing is, since they feed us pastries when we first get to the lounge. I didn't really feel up to breakfast because it was a long morning and wanted to go back to the resort and rest. The experience alone was amazing, far more than I expected. I recommend booking this trip.

Reviewed by: とめこ, 2018/08/25ワイレア地区でフラのショーを探していたらこちらがありましたので申し込みました。送迎はないのでマリオットに泊まるかまたはワイレア地区のホテルからならば便利だと思います。プレミアム席を予約したのですがその前の受付で長い行列が出来ており、まだ太陽も沈んでなかったのでかなり暑かったです。プレミアム席は実質前から2列目、丸テーブルに10人の相席です。ショーはよく見えました。ブュッフェは全く同じメニューが乗った長テーブルが3列用意されていて優先席の人からワンプレートに盛っていく形でした。星空の下、迫力あるルアウと優雅なフラで楽しめました。

Weather did not cooperate. Hazy, rainy at top.

朝とても早くから出版するので、満点の星空が見れます！
朝日もとても美しかったです。
とてもさむいので、ダウンジャケット、セーター、デニム、デニムの下にヒートテックでも寒かったです。
またガイドさんや他のお客さんも全員外国人なので英語です。
説明会も細かくしてくれてわかりやすかったですし、ほかのツアー客もいい人でした！

マウイ島観光ツアー ハレアカラ国立公園＆イアオ渓谷をめぐる ＜英語ガイド＞
物足りない

マウイ島ハイライトとう名称は当てはまらないのではないかと思った。
マカワオの街も散策するほど時間がなく昼食後急いでコーヒーを買うのが精一杯
14時には集合場所で解散になった。
もう少しゆっくりと見て回れても良いと思う。
値段の割にイマイチだなと思っていたところでガイドさんにチップを要求されて、さらにがっかりした。

Views were great. Judy not so much.
Reviewed by: Nancy Gianotti, 2018/06/02Our driver Judy wasn't the most pleasant of people. When we first got on the bus we sat in the handicap set behind her. My sister in law has a knee brace on so it was easier. Judy told us we couldn't sit there. We moved and a little bit into the ride she asked if anyone was prone to motion sickness. She said they could come up front. That made me mad. Then when we stopped to order our dinners a couple complained they couldn't understand her. We couldn't either. She got better speaking after that. She also told use we had 15 minutes and then disappeared for a half hour leaving us in the hot van. People start getting off so they could get air. Just not the greatest of drivers.
