This was so fun. Everyone in my family had a blast. The captain and crew were so friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding. The snorkeling was great, we saw lots of fish and the reef was beautiful. We hung out with a huge pod of Hawaiian Spinner dolphins and got some great pictures. The kids (and their dad) thought the water slide was awesome. All around best snorkel trip!!! I'd highly recommend. Thank you!

Totally recommend. The crew were excellent, as was the catamaran. Views spectacular and highlight of the trip was being visited by the spinner dolphins - I have never seen so many. Well worth doing if you visit Maui.

wonderful trip, wonderful food, saw white tip shark, turtles, octopus (thanks to another cruise company) and dolphins

good food (though I dont advise eating a lot since I had quite some acid reflux snorkeling on a full stomach), good directions on how to use snorkel gears. saw dolphins, they are right below our deck. saw a bunch of turtles and a white tip shark and octopus (the latter two I have to acknowledge the other cruising company's guide, he does these deep dives to compel the shark to come out from hiding and he somehow found this octopus for everybody to see!)

My excursion was excellent, from the moment i boarded my flight from Maui. the staff was informative and friendly. I especially enjoyed the the docent on the Missouri, he explained the surrender in a way I could understand without being at all condescending. I was as moved as I hoped I would be. Thank you all for a most memorable experience.

Great Family Activity

My twin 7 year olds and 12 year old daughters, along with my husband and I, absolutely enjoyed our time on the boat. Whereas no dolphins were spotted, the snorkeling was awesome - snorkeled twice! The boat had a slide too that my girls loved going down into the ocean blue. Staff was fun and friendly and the food, both for breakfast and lunch, was perfect for our time onboard. Would highly recommend this cruise and will do it again the next time we are on the island of Maui.

Great cruise, great crew!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful experience on Wednesday when we boarded the Kaulana in Lahaina. We were greeted by a friendly and genuinely, "eager-to-please" crew. Many day trips aboard other cruises can be fun and interesting, (we've done a few others, on other visits to Maui,) but for us, it's especially memorable when the people you spend a few hours with are sociable and eager to share their love of these beautiful islands. The captain and his crew were also very conscious of our safety and we felt well-guarded against any possible issues. This was a great day, for a great price, and they delivered on dolphins!

ラナイ島にしかない究極のリゾート

他の島では味わえない、とても静かで贅沢な時間を過ごしました。。。☆
ラナイ島へのクルージングは海の真ん中で日の出を楽しめる絶景。
まさに息をのむ光景で、これだけでも価値があります！
朝食に出てきたシナモンロールも絶品！！！
英語は全く話せず不安でしたがスタッフの方、お客様は全員外国人の方でしたが楽しめました。

We had a great time! Our guide Ernie was amazing to say the least! He has a great sense of humor! The Missouri tour was awesome! To walk on that ship was so cool! The video and tour of the Arizona was very emotional and interesting. The tour of Honolulu and Waikiki was so fun! Would definetly recommend to others!!!

This was an OK way to see Pearl Harbor from Maui. We were greeted by someone when we arrived at the airport but when we arrived in Oahu, we couldn't find anyone. Eventually after 20+min, someone did arrive. The bus driver was OK. We arrived at Pearl Harbor and he was helpful showing us how to get around and provided some helpful trips. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get out to the USS Arizona - the launches were postponed due to winds. We missed it by 1 tour - 30 min. I know this was not necessarily the fault of the tour guide but we did spend time standing around. We could have made an earlier tour. Disappointing. Anyway, all in all this was a good to OK experience.

初のラナイ島観光ということでツアーを頼みました。英語ガイドと書いてあったのでとても不安でしたが、ガイドのブルースはとてもフレンドリーでわかりやすい英語でラナイ島の歴史や地理などを教えてくれました。
とてもきれいなビューポイントもたくさん連れて行ってもらい大満足でした。
初めてでラナイ島を自分だけで回るのはとても大変なので、とてもよいツアーだと思いました。

The transportation was on time and entertaining. The Snorkel trip was amazing we saw A momma Whale and calf along with bottle nose and spinner dolphines. The staff was what really shined bright they were very attentive and really made the trip enjoyable.

First snorkel- and I'm hooked!

I can't swim and was going for my wife. Thank god I went through with it. Off the back the tour was very well organized. 4 crew members including the captain and everyone knew their jobs well and communicated well with us. Very helpful. Very nice breakfast and catamaran sail to lanai island to start with. We saw whales while going to lanai! near lanai we saw a big pod of dolphins. Both times the captain was knowledgeable about steering the boat and showing us the best views. The Dolphins came very close to our boat too! (See attached picture)when we got to the snorkel site- the crew was very empathetic to my lack of swimming skills. They helped me very gently through the entire thing and encouraged me to go into the waters with floats etc. and I'm so glad they did. We snorkeled for an hour at lanai and I had so much fun. After that we sailed back to Lahaina beach while the crew made burgers and we snorkeled at the Lahaina harbor and then ate food. All in all 5 stars to the crew for being on top of everything and at the same time being jovial about it. Definitely recommend taking this day excursion for the views of Maui island and great snorkeling sites. I saw turtles at both sites- and I don't even know how to swim!!

Too long waiting for shuttle buses

Our flight & our driver were great - driver went out of his way back to get shuttle buses to replace the ones that were running late. Driver deserves a pat on the back - "cousin K" - he did an amazing job. Good tour otherwise.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE WATER. HALF THE PASSENGERS WERE THROWING UP. THE LUNCH WAS NOT A BBQ , BUT COLD CUTS. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD SOMETHING TO HELP THE PASSENGERS WITH MOTION SICKNESS

わたしは海外に住んでいるのでこちらの接客になれているのですが
それでも
確認の電話をしたときに
びっくりするほど態度が悪かったです。
電波がわるいとかではなく
何回か途中で電話切られたし
態度もものすごい悪かったので
ツアーに参加する前とっても不安になりました。
実際にツアーに参加したら
そのときの従業員さんたちは
とてもいい感じでした。
でも値段の割には正直なところよかったのかはわからない。
マウイ地元の友達 何人かにきいたら高すぎるし
もっといいのがあると教えてもらいました。
初めに聞いてから行けばよかったなと思いました。
この度はツアーにご参加いただき誠にありがとうございます。
しかしながら悪天候でご不安な思いをされたとともに、電話対応スタッフの態度が悪く、ご不快な思いをさせてしまいましたこと深くお詫び申し上げます。

せっかくマウイに行くのだから欲張ってラナイまでGOでしょ～
って事で予約しました。
バウチャーを持って受付カウンターに行けば簡単に乗れちゃいましたよ～
綺麗な船で独特な船の臭い（重油の臭い？）感じませんでした。
友人は船酔いが心配だと薬を飲んでましたが 要らなかったかも
帰りは服用せず爆睡でした。
席は２階の外へ 天気が良かったら日焼けに気を付けてねぇ～
クジラもイルカも観れたし綺麗な海 空 雲 風 気持良かったなぁ～
ラナイ島のブルージンジャーでランチ ロコモコとサイミンと焼き立てパンメッチャ旨し！
保冷バックに飲み物とおやつを持って水着着用してセレブな島へ(^_-)-☆お薦めです。

Not what we expected

We arrived on Lanai. We were usher to a suburban and driven to Lanai City. We assumed we would get the jeep that we would be able to drive. We were looking forward to the excitement of driving on the rugged roads. When when got to Lanai city we were met by Bruce's in another Suburban. He proceeded to drive us around the island and we never did get the jeep. Not sure what happened. I asked twice if this was the correct tour and told yes it was. Bruce's was awesomeness but it was not the tour we signed up for.

Great day trip!

It was great flying from Kapalua airport as we were staying in Ka'anapali. Plus the flight over to Oahu on the small plane was wonderful. We had fantastic aerial views, saw some whales and a beautiful rainbow and our approach in Honolulu took us directly over Diamond Head. We did the whole tour - the Arizona, the Missouri, the Bowfin and the museum, so we felt a little rushed to see it all. Otherwise, it was a wonderful day!

Best Experience Ever!

This was our first time going to Maui with the family and we wanted to choose the activities that would leave a great impact on all of us. And boy did we do the right choice. Doing this activity was the best experience ever! The staff was very friendly and informed us regarding safety issues, then we had our continental breakfast. On our way to the first snorkeling spot we had the chance to see some whales and that was a plus. Once we arrived to the right spot we snorkeled for about 45-55 minutes where we all had a chance to see a baby turtle swimming among us (super cute by the way). After that we continued to our second snorkeling place and it was there where we encountered more turtles and fishes. Being able to see the ocean life from a different perspective is amazing. Once we concluded our snorkeling we went back to the boat and had some delicious burgers and hotdogs BBQed for us by the staff. It was just amazing!
