I reserved a VIP seat, but there was a mix-up on the day, and I was directed to a regular seat (which I found out later). However, the seat I was given was towards the front of the regular section, so I was able to enjoy it as if it were a VIP seat. Later, I was contacted and informed that there had been a mistake with the seating, and they would refund the difference, which they did. I was lucky that my seat was towards the front of the regular section, but if it had been further back, I think I wouldn't have been satisfied, as I would have expected to be sitting in a VIP seat. Since it was nighttime, I thought it would be cold and brought a jacket, but it was even colder than I imagined!

VIP席で予約したが当日手違いがあり通常席の案内となった（後日分かった）。しかし案内された席は通常席の前の方だったのでこれがVIP席なのかと普通に楽しめた。
後日、席の間違いがあったので差額を返金しますと連絡があり、返金してくれた。たまたま普通席の前の方だったのでラッキーだったけど後ろの方なら当日はVIP席に座っているつもりだったので満足できなかったと思う。
夜なので寒いと思い上着を持っていったが、想像よりさらに寒い！

This time, considering the burden on my elderly parents, I requested VIP seats, and it was the right choice. We were able to enjoy priority entry and relax in the front row. Our family was the only Japanese there; most of the attendees were from Europe and America. After watching the sunset, we had a proper dinner. The meal was served buffet-style as the sky turned to stars. Honestly, the number of menu items was considerably fewer than I expected, and while each dish was delicious, I started to feel a bit bored halfway through. However, drinks were all-you-can-drink, and with a variety of options, those who enjoy drinking might be very satisfied.

The show itself was full of lively spirit, and laughter echoed throughout the venue. With many attendees from Europe and America, the atmosphere was quite lively. However, since it lasts nearly three hours, the time felt a bit long. It was a bit chilly, so a light jacket is essential, especially since most drinks are served cold.

As for my parents' impressions, they said that while they don't need to see it two or three times, it's a show worth watching at least once.

On the way back, they sell commemorative photos taken at the entrance, and if the picture turns out well, it might be worth purchasing as a keepsake. Although it's a tourist price, my parents were happy with it.

During our stay, we used a rental car, but since we planned to drink, we requested a taxi from the hotel. Please be careful, as drinking and driving is strictly prohibited in Hawaii!

今回は高齢の両親の負担を考え、VIP席でお願いしましたが正解でした。
優先入場、前列席で、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。
日本人は私たちの家族だけ。ほとんど欧米の方々です。
夕焼けを見た後に本格的に夕食。星空に変わる中、ビュッフェ形式のお食事でした。正直、メニューの数は予想よりもかなり少なく、各一品は美味しいのですが、途中から少々飽きてきてしまいました。ただ、飲み物は飲み放題、メニューも多数のため、飲むのが好きな方には大満足かも。

ショー自体はサービス精神旺盛で会場中うけて笑いが起こっていました。欧米の方が多くノリが良いです。ただ3時間ちかくあるため、時間は少々長く感じます。肌寒いので、羽織りもんは必須。飲み物もほとんど冷たいものですので。

両親の感想ですが、二回、三回とは観なくてもよいが、1度は観ておきたいショーとのこと。

帰りがけに入場時に撮影した記念写真を販売していますが、映りが良ければ記念に購入しても。観光価格ですが両親は喜んでいました。

また滞在中はレンタカーを使用していましたが、飲酒するためホテルからはタクシーをお願いしました。ハワイも飲酒運転厳禁ですのでご注意を！！

The drinks are great and the food is even better!

My husband and I had date night and had an amazing time! Great Sunset, food and drinks. Everyone who worked on board was also fantastic and very helpful. I highly recommend.

We gathered at the beach of the Kaanapali Beach Hotel, but there wasn't a counter; just a small sign, and the staff didn't arrive until the last minute, leaving many participants confused.

When boarding the boat, some people got wet up to their upper bodies due to the waves, so I think it's essential to wear clothes that can get wet and bring a towel.

I was satisfied with the quality and quantity of the snacks and drinks, which were better than I had imagined!

There are various types of catamarans, but they are relatively large, so there was little rocking, making it comfortable.

カアナパリビーチホテルのビーチに集合でしたが、カウンターがあるわけではなく小さな看板１つで係員もギリギリまで来ず、多くの参加者が迷っていました。

船に乗り込む際は波の都合で上半身まで濡れた人もいたので、濡れても良い服装➕タオルが必須だと思います。

想像していたより軽食・ドリンクの質も量も良くて満足でした！

カタマランも色々種類がありますが、割と大きめなので揺れも少なく快適でした。

I cant wait to go back! The new boat is beautiful and rides so incredibly smooth. The crew is what sets Sea Maui apart from the other guys. Throughout the cruise they were attentive and entertaining, treating everyone on board like long time friends. I was having such a good time on the cruise that I had forgotten dinner was included until they announced the buffet was ready! Great food and drinks with the best crew in Maui! Couldn't ask for more!

Trip, crew, boat and food were great! Crew was professional and friendly. Trilogy III was spacious and comfortable. Food provided accommodated family members with allergies to gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. Was our second trip with Trilogy and look forward to our next excursion with Trilogy on a future Maui vacation. Would highly recommend considering Trilogy for your snorkel cruise.

It was more fun than I expected. The quality is high. The dancing and fire performances are excellent. I think it's great that the audience participates and helps create the stage.

The duration might be a bit long, around three hours.

Alcohol is all-you-can-drink, but there's a long line for general participants to order. The VIP priority counter is empty, but it's clearly distinguished. However, this is Hawaii after all. Staff members come around to take orders. You can order for about $1 each time. You'd be missing out if you didn't know this. Feel free to order and drink as much as you like. It was a great time.

客が参加し一体となってステージを作り上げるので良いと思います。

時間は若干長めかな？正味３時間くらい。

アルコールは飲み放題ですが、一般参加の注文する場所は大行列。
優先ＶＩＰ窓口はガラガラですが区別されています。
しかし、さすがハワイです。
席を回るスタッフが注文を取りにきてくれます。一人1回＄１程でオーダー可能です。知らなきゃ損です。どしどし注文して飲んでください。
良い時間でした。。

My client loved this zipline excursion! They had no issues, and had a fabulous time! She said she would recommend this to others!

We had a great evening. Only complaint is the seating is in the direct sun. They let us in at 545
Drinks good, food good. Main show started a 8 pm. They close down buffet pretty fast. We will do this again.

The sunset sail was very good, better than others I've done. Definitely wasn't live music and booking online doesn't allow for a kamaʻāina discount, once I got to the front desk I was told they did offer 25% but I couldn't get it since there wasn't a way to do it online.. 5 of us went so perhaps someone could figure that out on your end?
Otherwise the excursion itself was great even saw doplhins swim along the boat!

It was a very satisfying activity.
【Experience Details】
We had plenty of time to see fish and turtles at two spots. On the way there, we encountered a pod of dolphins and even saw them spin. At each spot, we saw many fish, and we were able to see six turtles and an octopus as well. However, since I participated at the beginning of July, there were some areas where the water was a bit cold. This might have been due to a typhoon approaching a few days later.
On the way back, it was a great experience to enjoy a hearty barbecue chicken while sailing.
【Others】
We were the only Japanese couple, but the staff were all cheerful and friendly sea men and women who interacted with us warmly. The other participants were mainly families and couples. The explanations in English were delivered quite quickly, so honestly, it was hard for me to catch everything, but I think it’s fine as long as you mimic those around you (laughs). I was worried on the day of the activity because I completely forgot about the reconfirmation phone call the day before, but it turned out to be okay.
Also, I gave a tip of $20 to one person when disembarking (the others around me did the same).

Overall, it was a very satisfying activity.

【体験内容】
スポット2箇所でたっぷりの時間で魚や亀を見ることができました。
行きの船ではイルカの群れに出会い、スピンも見れました。
スポット各々で、たくさんの魚を見れ、亀も6匹、タコも見ることができました。
一方、7月頭の参加でしたが、少し水が冷たい箇所もありました。数日後に台風が迫っていたことが理由かもしれません。
帰りはセーリングで帰りながらボリューミーな鶏肉のバーベキューを食べるのも良い体験でした。
【その他】
日本人は我々夫婦のみでしたが、スタッフは皆海の男&女で爽やかに明るい方々で、気さくに接ししていただきました。
我々の他はご家族やカップルが中心でした。
説明など英語はかなりスピーディに話されるので、得意でないわたしには正直聞き取るのは無理でしたが、基本周りの真似をしていれば大丈夫かと思います（笑）
前日リコンファームで電話ということでしたが、完全に忘れており当日心配しておりましたが、大丈夫でした。
また、チップは、下船時にお一人に20ドルをお渡ししました（周囲の方も同様な形でした）

総じて大満足のアクティビティでした。

A few days before our arrival, it had snowed on Maui, and on the day of the luau, there was quite heavy rain, leading us to think it might be canceled. However, it stopped for a while, so the event went ahead. Unfortunately, it started pouring again, and they handed out rain ponchos. The food ended up getting soaked, and it was quite cold, making it uncomfortable to sit for long periods. Many guests left early. The performers' voices also seemed to tremble at times... While we can't control the weather, overall, it wasn't a show that matched the price.

到着数日前には雪の降ったマウイ島、ルアウ当日も結構強い雨でキャンセルになるかと思いきや、一時止んだのでそのまま決行になりました。でも途中からは結構な降りでビニールカッパが配られましたが、料理はびしょぬれでかなり寒く座っているのがつらい感じになり、中座するゲストも相当数いました。出演者の歌声も時々震えてる感じで・・・天気はコントロールできないとは言っても、総合的に見て価格に見合うショーではありませんでした。

We loved the show it was amazing will do it again if we go to Maui. The food was amazing i ate a lot lol. Just need to get better looking girls and guys their aight but you guys can do a little better no offense

Shout out to Shane, our tour guide. My girlfriend and i had a blast on the ziplines. The course had amazing views of the islands. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable and made us feel safe. We can’t wait to do it again!

Good , but wish it had a little different scenery to zipline. I thought some of them seemed the same., more water and less forest views.

We had a “whaley” good time! Two humpback whales swam around, under, and emerged out of the water right next to our boat, swimming around us for about 20 minutes! We were fortunate to have a prolonged close-up encounter, within feet of these beautiful creatures. A large group of dolphins also swam by, jumping in and out of the water! The views were outstanding and our guides were a lot of fun, informative and very friendly! (I even dropped my sunglasses in the ocean and one of our guides managed to grab them before they sank-above and beyond!) The drinks and appetizers were delicious, and to top it off there were beautiful rainbows along the coast as we sailed along the sea! Sea Maui Sunset Sail was wonderful and our FAVORITE thing we did in Maui!

We saw so many whales and the crew was fabulous! We will do this again.

It was a cold day with rain coming and going, and I underestimated that, so I couldn't enjoy it 100%. However, it would have been perfect if I had a hat and a down jacket. There were hardly any Japanese people, and if you don't understand English, it can be difficult to grasp the content of the performance. However, the venue is compact, making it easy to grab drinks and food from the buffet anytime and the restrooms are close, which is comfortable. The number of show dancers is on the lower side, so it may not be an overwhelmingly impressive show overall, but the final fire dance was worth the entire ticket price, showcasing the craftsmanship of the dancers. The front seats are VIP, and the priority entry was smooth and good, but the regular seats are not that much inferior.

とにかく雨が降ったり止んだりの寒い日だったことを甘く見てしまったので100%良さを楽しめなかったですが、帽子とダウンジャケットでもあれば完璧でした。日本人はほぼいなくて英語が分からないと演出内容が分かり難いこともありますが、まず会場内がコンパクトでドリンクや食事のビュッフェもいつでも何回でも取りに行きやすいしお手洗いも近いの快適です。ショーダンサーの人数は少なめなので全体的には圧巻のショー演出と言えるほどでないかもしれませんが、最後のファイヤーダンスはこれだけでも全金額を払う価値を感じるほど職人技のダンサーが見れました。
前方席はVIPで、優先入場もスムーズで良かったですが通常の席でもそれほど劣る訳ではありません。

Our captain (Emily) and crew were fantastic hosts! They educated us on the hump back whale while entertaining us with great stories, food and drink. Good time had by all!

The staff was so friendly and attentive! Drinks and food were awesome and the sail was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better excusion. We highly recommend Trilogy!!! We will definitely be back!

From December to April, humpback whales come to the Hawaiian Islands, and while I saw them on Oahu, I thought Maui would be a better place to see them up close. I also signed up for the Trilogy, which is a catamaran, so I thought we might be able to see the whales closer to the water's surface. Although the tour was in English, it was fine for us, as we were the only Japanese participants. We were able to see the whales for quite a while, and one came right up to the front of the catamaran, which was very impressive. Additionally, the triangle area between Maui, Molokai, and Lanai is said to be shallow, making it a good spot for nurturing calves. It’s estimated that around 4,000 humpback whales come to the islands each month, so I highly recommend this season for whale watching.

１２月から４月の間、ハワイ諸島沖にザトウクジラが来るということで、オアフ島でも見たのですが、マウイ島のほうが近くで見れそうなのとトリロジー号はカタマランなので水面近くでクジラがみられるかも？と思い申し込みをしました。英語のみなのですが、英語の話せない私たちで大丈夫でした。日本人も私たちだけでした。クジラはかなりの間見ることができ、一番近くでカタマランのすぐ前まで来てくれ、迫力満点でした。また、マウイ島、モロカイ島、ラナイ島のトライアングル地帯は地形的に浅いらしいので、子育てにはちょうどいいらしいです。月には4000頭のザトウクジラが来島するらしいので、これからのシーズンはおすすめです。

Had a great time! Awesome crew. Great music and cocktails. And saw whales! Great experience and would definitively recommend Sea Maui!

The food was delicious, but I was a bit disappointed that there were fewer dancers.

I wanted to see a show with more hula.

ゴハンは美味しかったのですが、ダンサーさんの人数が少なかったのが　少し残念でした。

もっとフラがたくさん見られるショーに行きたかったです。

The crew was excellent! Attentive and super friendly!
Food was really really good! Sliders, roasted Brussels spiritus and veggies w/dip. The sunset was beautiful and we even saw whales!!!

If you're staying in the Kaanapali area, this tour is definitely great since it departs right from the beach in front of you. The meeting place is on the grass just off the beach, which can be a bit hard to find, but you'll see participants gathering when it's time. We were the only Japanese people there, but you can enjoy it without worrying about not understanding English. We encountered many dolphins and even swam with sea turtles while snorkeling. There weren't that many fish, though. Breakfast included cinnamon rolls and coffee, and lunch was delicious barbecue chicken, along with alcoholic drinks, which was satisfying. The disbanding point is also Kaanapali Beach, so you can head straight to the hotel pool to rinse off. I think this is the best sailing experience for a vacation in Kaanapali.

カアナパリ地区の滞在なら目の前のビーチから出発なので絶対このツアーがイイです。集合場所はビーチからすぐの芝生でちょっとわかりにくいですが、時間になると参加者が集まってくるのでわかると思います。日本人はうちらだけでしたが英語がわからなくても心配無く楽しめます。イルカにも沢山出会え、シュノーケルではウミガメとも泳げました。魚の数はそれ程多くはないです。朝食はシナモンロールにコーヒー、昼食はチキンのバーベキュー、アルコールも飲めて美味しくて満足でした。解散もカアナパリビーチなのでそのままホテルのプールに行けるので潮も洗い流せます。カアナパリでのバケーションには最高のセーリングだと思います。

Every aspect of this trip was spectacular! The friendly staff, the beverages and food, and views were one of the highlights of our trip. Our large group had the best time on the Sea Maui and can't wait to visit Maui and do this again! Thank you again!
