Nice but do not sit in the back!!!
Reviewed by: Carla D., 2023/10/18My party of four cruised on 10/13/23. The captain, crew and food were amazing and we were first on board and directed to our table in the back. The view was facing into the galley/bathrooms/dingy and not the beautiful ocean and sunset like the rest of the tables. Quickly realizing that our view was not what we paid for, we were blocked by the other guests boarding so we couldn’t pick a better table with an actual view. Unable to eat and watch the sunset so we got to watch the crew plating the food. The captain did say we didn’t have to stay in our seats and could walk around but when we did, we were standing in front of other guests’ tables and their view. Awkward and not the experience we had expected and paid for.

The best sunset dinner cruise
Reviewed by: Sue Young, 2022/02/01We had the best time on Trilogy and the crew, Captain and servers were amazing. The food was top notch as were the views. The Captain made us aware of the whales near us and pointed out even more. This was our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been better. We are definitely planning on doing this again next year to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Thank you Trilogy for a wonderful adventure. A hui hou.❤️

Perfect romantic evening that exceeded our expectations!

The views from the boat were breathtaking! We will absolutely go on this cruise again during our next trip to Maui!

Amazing!

We even got to do some sailing which was a first for both of us! Wait staff did a great job! Would highly recommend!!

Dinner cruise
Reviewed by: tracy, 2018/06/12We have been on other dinner cruises but this one was by far the best. I was very sceptical about doing another dinner cruise but friends we came with wanted to. The las one we went on was very hot and impersonal. This one was very different. We picked it because it was a sail and it was a smalll group and it was wonderful. The food, the crew and everything about it was great. It wasn’t hot even though we were sun side on the sail out. There was a breeze and we were able to move about the boat. The food was really good. Captain Emily was funny and experienced and we chatted with the other small group of guests. We had a good time and I would do it again.

Perhaps Summer is Better
Reviewed by: Doug, 2016/04/12Based on reviews, my expectations were pretty high. The only thing high was the cost and the brutal 30-40 MPH winds. This cruise should have been cancelled. The day before the Dinner Cruise I received a call to confirm my reservation. The weather unfortunately for 4 days was rain and high winds. The day before the wind was very strong. I asked about the wind conditions and was told no problem as they sailed to a calmer protected area. On the day of the Dinner Cruise we showed up and the wind was howling. You could not even wear a hat. The boat is very nice, the crew was great and attentive. The Captain even said Ma'laea Harbor was the windiest place in Maui. He joked that the salad may blow off the plates. He actually was not joking, the salads did blow off the plates. We were instructed to bring a light sweater as the evenings could be cool. By the end of the trip we needed full ski suits and gloves. Everyone tried to gather in the enclosed part of the boat to escape the wind and cold. The Trilogy out of Lahaina may be a better option as the wind is blocked by the mountain range. If you book, just make sure of the weather forecast. I can envision this being a very nice experience, but due to the wind and cold, it really should have been cancelled.

Sunset Dinner Crusie
