Incredible. I've been to 40 countries and 6 continents and had countless adventure - I think this may be the most amazing thing I've ever done. If you're on the fence, go for it! Sell blood if you have to, you will not be sorry. Unless you don't do it, then you will realize in the twilight of your years something is missing from your life. Something you can't quite put your finger on - but I'm warning you now - it would be this trip. Give yourself a hand and go. Spectacular views - and I was in the middle seat. Window would have been nice, but it's great from the middle too.

During the 20-minute boat ride, there are hula dances and interactive dance activities, which are enjoyable. You will stay at the site for about 30-40 minutes. The spiritual atmosphere was nice.
I participated in the 9:30 AM tour, and the timing was just right for lunch afterward.

We took off our shoes and boarded the cruiser, excited as we set sail. Before long, we encountered dolphins. They swam playfully alongside the cruiser, showing off their jumps and spins. We were also lucky enough to see sea turtles and Hawaiian monk seals.

And above all, the breathtaking view of the Na Pali Coast from the sea and the beauty of the sunset were indescribably moving!

My wife and I attended the Smith Family Luau after the cruise to the fern grotto. The entire experience was amazing. The Smith family themselves were welcoming and gracious, the staff was easy to talk to and helpful. The food was out of this world good, especially for a large buffet. Even a downpour couldn't stop us from having a fantastic time. I recommend the luau to everyone and anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

We participated with our son's girlfriend. The weather was perfect, and we were on a boat that could hold about 50 people. In the past, I had a trauma from a shaky boat in Thailand, but this time it didn't rock at all, and it was very comfortable. For lunch, we could choose our favorite drinks and eat as much salad as we wanted. The staff was very kind and always attentive. I was so happy that I didn't have to give a tip, but I decided to be generous. At the bow of the boat, dolphins joyfully led the way in groups, and the cliffs of Na Pali were breathtakingly beautiful no matter where you looked. I'm really glad we went.

昔、タイで揺れたボートにトラウマでしたが、今回は全然揺れなくって、快適でした。

We participated as a couple, and it was a more exciting cruise than we had imagined. I personally had a great time, but I think those who are prone to motion sickness would have a very painful experience, as it was difficult to stand properly for about three hours. You need to be prepared for that. However, during the cruise, the captain played JD and we enjoyed some great music, which was very nice. Along the way, we encountered dolphins and turtles, and the views of the beautiful islands were stunning. We ended with a toast with champagne at sunset.

A lot of planned/guided activities on Kauai are dependent on weather. It's a beautiful island to visit but weather can make it challenging. This was one adventure we will definitely do each time we come to Kauai. It wasn't affected by weather and the guides made it a really cool day. I recommend this to anyone. Request "the evil twin ". lol.

I took this tour with my 8 year old and I wouldn't call this the highlight of our trip. I consider both of us in fairly good shape, and kayaking up Wailua was still quite challenging, especially with the wind. The tour guide seemed to be in a hurry so it added to the stress. The hiking part was quite difficult with rocks, roots, steep climbs and descents. Here again, our tour guide rushed through the forest, not even waiting for some of the slower group members. The "scrumptious" advertised lunch was awful - a stale deli sandwich and a pre-packaged cookie. The waterfall was the only redeeming moment of this tour. All in all, unless you're an adventurous young couple in good shape, I would not recommend this tour.

This was a very throw back to the past type of experience. Simple fun, nice people, old fashioned hospitality. The river is in full sun, would not recommend kayak option..not enough interesting flora along the way. Hula and Hawaiian music on the boat ride fun. Fern Grotto was devastated in 1992 and a shadow of it's former glory. Guide gave good local information in an entertaining sort of presentation. I'd take grandma and grandpa or very young kids on this tour.

Wow what a view!

I had never been in a helicopter before so I was a little nervous. There was a bit of confusion on my reservation,(they had the wrong date) but the voucher was correct and soon straightened out. Blue Hawaiian has a very nice facility, an actual building not like some others using tents. The helicopter was very clean and up to date. The pilot, Mark, did a great job of narrating the entire time. Now for the view, spectacular is the best word to describe it. Most of the island is not able to be seen via car or even boat. The only real way to see it is by air and Blue Hawaiian puts you right up and personal to most of mountains, craters, valleys and waterfalls. I had the time of my life and would do it again, no question. If you are considering a helicopter adventure don't wait, just do it you'll be glad. Veltra's voucher was accepted. Thanks to Veltra and Blue Hawaiian for making my dream vacation complete.

My wife and I both enjoyed the luau at Smiths. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The friendly family service provided by the Smiths was first rate. The food at the luau was incredible and plentiful. Open bar lasted about 1 1/2 hours featuring "mai tais" and beer. The luau show had a very real feel to, not like a "Hollywood" production and was fantastic. They accepted the Veltra voucher without any question. Loved the experience. Thanks to the Smith family and Veltra.

It was beautiful site seeing. The caves were awesome and going through a natural waterfall was amazing. Then we were lucky to snorkeling around the forbidden island. On are way back we got to see a seal,dolphins,sharks, and whales. We were so lucky! Thank you for an amazing time!

Didn't expect the tropical garden setting. Didn't expect dinner with live music and then the show.
Pleasantly surprised at the subtle differences to others I've been too. Made me sit up and actually really take notice.
Thoroughly enjoyed everything and would recommend this Luau by far.

There was a mixup with our reservation. We reserved through Veltra for a Thursday. Veltra confirmed that it was for Thursday. We showed up and no one was there. We called Kauai Outfitters who let us know that we were on the books for Friday. I contacted Veltra afterwards and they apologized and offered a partial refund, which I appreciate. I would suggest calling Kauai Outfitters to double check that the dates are right, to be on the safe side.

We went back on Friday and had a great time. The guides were wonderful. The tour was great. The zip line was so amazing. We were bitten by mosquitoes, so bring bug spray. We were in a small group of 10 people and 4 guides, so it was a personalized experience and we had tons of time to talk to the guides. We would definitely do another tour with Kauai Outfitters.

Who could pass up a tradition of Hawaiian tourism that has been in operation since 1947?! The Smith family was awesome. They were very friendly and kind. We were fortunate to be on the first boat of the day and in a small group. The morning was cool yet very comfortable. While we waited for our tour to start, the on-board talented trio of musicians were taking requests, joking and visiting with the passengers. Once on the river, the captain gave us an overview of the points of interests along the way as we passed stand-up-paddle boarders and kayakers enjoying the quiet river too. We were treated to a beautiful hula demonstration, native music and an improv hula lesson! After a short walk to the grotto, our "guide" explained some of the history and folk lore about the grotto, afterwards, they sang the Hawaiian Wedding song to us. It would be fun to go back again!

The view of the remote ocean that can only be seen from the sky is unique to helicopters. It feels like catching a glimpse of the primordial Earth, and it's wonderful.

Unfortunately, I ended up sitting on the inside of the back seat, but the person in the front row was almost in a tank top, so their skin reflected on the glass and appeared in all my photos. I would appreciate it if the front row passengers could be given black jackets, as other companies do, for consideration.

In front of the cave of the ferns, I was able to see a Hawaiian wedding song and a solemn hula dance. On the return boat, there were five Japanese people, so they provided a service of Japanese songs and performed hula dances. At the end, everyone had a hula lesson, and we all danced together in the small boat. I was really into the song we learned! It was a satisfying tour!
