Smaller boat which we liked a lot compared to our past experiences, food was a delish balance to splashing around the water!

The Catamaran was well maintained and clean. The food was excellent and drinks were excellent.

Crew was entertaining and extremely helping in making the trip safe and fun, wil book again on our next trip

I can't recommend this trip enough. We had a fantastic boating experience, the snorkeling was wonderful and the crew was the best. They went above and beyond and really worked to make the experience a special one. And the food was excellent, too. My wide and I had truly amazing time.

I was disappointed because there were fewer fish than I had expected. On the day of my visit, there were no Japanese staff present, but the staff were friendly, which was nice.

思っていた以上に魚影が少なく、期待外れでした。
当日は日本人スタッフもいらっしゃらなかったのですが、スタッフはフレンドリーでよかったです。

The snorkeling was very crowded. Can’t count the number of times I got hit in the head with one of their little glass bottom floating devises. Had to quit early because the waves were getting to big. Not their fault I know. The food wasn’t good and some of my family members had moldy buns. Did get to see some whales and turtles.

This was an awesome snorkel experience! We loved the smaller group and the fact that it wasn’t jam packed on the smaller boat. You have plenty of time and space at both locations to check out the reefs, fish, turtles! Ryan and Esteban were certainly among the best tour leaders I’ve ever had. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, but also relaxed. If you are experienced, you are free to be on your way and if you need extra assistance they are there too. Overall, definitely recommend booking this experience!

Fun crew that made it easy for everyone from 5 to 75. Only thing missing was information from the crew on the history and stories about Maui and the islands surrounding it.

We were supposed to gather at 7:30, but boarding and departure were around 8:00. Kanako, the Japanese staff member, was very attentive and made us feel at ease throughout the tour. The wind was strong, so our snorkeling time at Molokini Island was planned for one hour, but we wrapped it up in about 30 minutes and moved to the next point at Coral Gardens. We encountered a pod of dolphins around Molokini Island, which was amazing! Coral Gardens had more coral and fish than I imagined, and we even saw a sea turtle. The breakfast service and lunch (hamburger) were delicious as well.

７時半集合でしたが、乗船&出港は８時頃だったでしょうか。
日本人スタッフのカナさんが、とてもきめ細やかに声をかけてくれて終始安心してツアーに参加できました。
風が強くてモロキニ島ではシュノーケル１時間の予定だったそうですが、３０分程度で切り上げて次のコーラルガーデンのポイントへ移動。
モロキニ島周辺でイルカの群れに遭遇して感動(^_^)
コーラルガーデンは想像以上に珊瑚やお魚が多くて、ウミガメにも逢えました。
朝食サービス、昼食のランチ（ハンバーガー）も美味しかったです。

The coral reef was smaller than I expected. It felt like a miniature version of Keauhou Bay on the Big Island of Hawaii. The glass bottom was quite scratched and didn’t look as beautiful as in the photos. The food and the crew were not bad; they made an effort to ensure we enjoyed ourselves.

The parking lot is paid. You can pay at a place called SECURITY using a card, or there’s a QR code at the tour reception that you can use to pay. I used the QR code, but the only payment option was Google Pay (which I might have missed), and luckily I had some balance left, so I was able to pay right away. However, I struggled to set it for 5 to 6 hours (if you go early, you need 6 hours until noon). It’s just a matter of selecting the range until noon, but the system was slow, and it was a hassle.

The worst part was when I tried to enter my car's license plate number, it switched to full-width characters, but I was still able to make the payment. When I disembarked, my car had been towed. When I asked the crew, they just told me to contact SECURITY. But when I called SECURITY, it went to voicemail since it was after noon. My car was moved to a junkyard in Kihei, which is 8.6 miles away.

So, when the tow truck arrived, I desperately pleaded with them to take me there. Inputting in half-width characters is very important.

珊瑚礁が思っていたより小さかった。
ハワイ島のケアウホウ湾の縮小版って感じた。
グラスボトムは、結構傷があって写真ほど、綺麗には見えない。
食事やクルーの感じは、悪くはない。楽しめるよう気を使ってくれる。
駐車場は有料。料金はSECURITY という支払い場所でカード等で支払うか、ツアー受付にQRコードがあるので、それを使って支払う。
QRコードを使ったのだが、支払いがGoogle pay しかなく（見逃したかも）、たまたま残金があったからすぐに支払えた。
ただ、５から６時間（早く行くと１２時まで６時間必要になる）を設定するのに手間取った。その他を選んで１２時までの範囲を選択するだけだが、動きが悪く、苦労した。
で、最もダメだったのが、車のナンバーを入力しようとした際、全角文字入力になったが支払いできてしまったこと。下船したらレッカー移動されていた。
クルーに聞いても、SECURITY に連絡するように言われるだけ。SECURITY に連絡してもお昼過ぎじゃないと留守電になる。車はキヘイの廃車置き場に移動されるので、道のり8. 6mileもある。
なので、レッカー車が来たときに必死に頼み込んで、つれていってもらった。
半角文字での入力。とても大事。

The entire tour was very enjoyable, and the views of Maui from the sea were impressive. However, the coral reefs at Molokini Island had fewer colors than I expected, and I felt the effects of global warming. (A bit disappointing!)

ツアー全体はとても楽しく、海からのマウイ島も迫力十分の景色でした。
しかしモロキニ島のサンゴ礁は思っていた印象より色が少なく地球温暖化の
影響が出ていると感じました。（少し残念！）

Loved Molokini, but the boat experience was just okay. The crew seemed short/curt and not very welcoming. There was one crew member that was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and inviting. It also felt like a heavy sales pitch once you boarded. Everything, from additional gear (wet suit), scuba, photos, all costs extra and it's not cheap. Food was just okay. Also, know that when you snorkel, they limit you to how far from the boat you can go. All that said, the water and natural beauty was incredible. I recommend it for that reason alone.

The snorkeling itself had only a few types of fish, so it felt a bit lacking, but the service on the boat (breakfast, lunch, staff's hospitality, etc.) was very good. After snorkeling, there were many types of alcohol available, which really added to the vacation vibe. We had fun sliding down from the boat, and even the adults joined in! The Japanese staff provided careful consideration, which made me feel comfortable participating, and above all, seeing Japanese people working hard overseas motivated me to do my best after returning home. I wasn't quite sure how the public parking system worked, and I think I ended up paying $6 twice? It would have been better if there was more explanation about that, but I guess my lack of English skills was the reason. Overall, it was a satisfying tour. Thank you for the attentive service!

シュノーケル自体は魚が数種類で、こんなものかなという感じでしたが、ボートの上のサービス（朝ごはん　ランチ　スタッフの応対など）はとてもよかったです。
シュノーケル後に寄港する際、アルコールもたくさん種類があってバカンス気分を味わえました。
ボートからの滑り台、大人もまじってはしゃげました！
日本人スタッフの方、細かな配慮に安心して参加できましたし、何より海外でがんばってらっしゃる日本人に、帰国後もがんばろうと思えました。
パブリックパーキングのシステムがよく分からず、６$を２回払ったのかな？その辺の説明がもっとわかるとよかったですが、自分の英語力のなさが原因ですね。
トータルで満足できたツアーでした。

The crew are very organized and helpful.
The food are great, we had burgers and hotdogs.
They also provide alcohols for purchase.
But not much to see under water. Only see one turtle that day.
A little bit disappointed about cannot see much fish or turtles.

Kaili was very informative about history, asking what else we were interested to hear about. Tells in advance were we could take pictures ahead of time and how to position our camaras for better shooting. Recommend places in the area go for food and shave 8ce.

Great experience especially with young kids. See-through boats for our 2 and 4 year olds were outstanding. Crew was great too

It’s advisable to have a wetsuit because it can get cold. However, I only brought cash, as I didn’t have a credit card, and I was in trouble because I couldn’t pay the parking fee. Fortunately, a Japanese female staff member from the cruise helped me promptly. In the end, we solved the problem by linking my son’s mobile phone to a credit card. Thank you very much. The snorkeling at Molokini was wonderful, with many beautiful fish to see, and the hamburger was exquisite. It was a relief to have a Japanese person there.

過去の体験談にさむいのでウェットスーツあったほうがよい、ただし現金10ドルとあったので、クレジットカードはもっていかず、現金だけもっていったので　駐車料金がはらえずこまっていたら　クルーズのスタッフが日本人女性でてきぱきと対応してくれました、結局息子の携帯電話でクレジットカードとひもずけ　問題解決しました、ありがとうございました。モロキニ島シュノーケリングはきれいな魚たちがたくさんみることができすばらしいものでした、ハンバーガーも絶品　日本人がいてたすかりました

Amazing views, super friendly staff, felt very safe, all in all a great family experience!

We booked this snorkel trip and was able to get all preliminary questions answered before trip. Once arrived the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodated all our needs. They assisted with two adults and toddler for snorkeling experience that was unforgettable and fun for everyone. We will be repeat customer if another trip to Hawaii.

First, let me start by saying the entire crew was amazing! I went with my husband and teenage daughter. I got motion sick and the crew were so helpful and concerned. Gave me ginger drinks, ice for the back of my neck and were just so nice. The snorkeling was great. We saw tons of fish and my husband and daughter even saw a puffer fish. The crew had people in the water while everyone was snorkeling just making sure everyone was good. The lunch they provided was a hit and my husband and daughter said the shredded pork sandwich was the best pork they had in Maui. All three of us loved the cruise and would do it again in a heart beat. I would not go with anyone else after how amazing this experience was. And even though I was sick it was the genuine concern and care for everyone’s well being and the crew really cared that everyone was having a good time. Best group of people to go out on a boat with!!

My Wife and I went we had lots of fun there was lots of fish to see the staff was friendly and helpful the food and drinks are good as well we had a great time. recommend rent a Gopro or bring your own, there was so much to see will be going again next time we will bring the kiddos.

They don’t rush people, very professional. I hope they keep the standards up for a long time to come. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Snorkeling at Molokini Island was beautiful and fun. However, I didn't know that renting a wetsuit (upper body) would cost $10 per person, and I only brought cash for tips (since it's dangerous to take money on the boat), so I was short on cash and had a hard time. I would have liked a notice that the snorkeling set is included in the price, but the wetsuit fee is not. It costs $10 per person. Without a wetsuit, I couldn't get in because it was too cold with just a swimsuit.

モロキニ島でのシュノーケリングは綺麗で楽しかったです。
ただ、防寒用のウェットスーツ（上半身）のレンタルが1人10ドルかかるとは知らず、チップしか現金を持って行っていなかったので（船の上にお金を持っていくのは危ないので）、お金がたらず困りました。
あらかじめ、シュノーケリングセットは価格に含まれているが、ウェットスーツ代金は含まれていません。1人あたり10ドルかかりますという告知が欲しかったです。ウェットスーツを着ないと、水着だけでは寒くて寒くて入れませんでした。

The snorkeling location at Molokini was great, and I was able to see many different types of fish. The tour staff were very accommodating, and I was satisfied with the meals. There was a mistake with the parking area, and my rental car was towed, but thanks to the kindness and quick thinking of the Japanese staff member, Takako, I was able to retrieve my rental car safely. It was an expensive lesson, but it taught me the importance of asking questions on the spot. I am truly grateful to Takako for making my experience in Maui unforgettable. I believe many Japanese tourists will be visiting in the future, so I would appreciate efforts to handle any issues that may arise on-site.

モロキニでのシュノーケリングのロケーションも良くてたくさんの種類のお魚がみれました。
ツアーのスタッフの対応もとても良く、食事も満足できました。
パーキングエリアのミスがあって
レンタカーをレッカーされてしまったのですが
日本人スタッフtakakoさんの親切で機転の良い対応で
無事レンタカーを回収することができました。
高い授業料でしたが「わからないことはその場で聞く」良い勉強になりました。
マウイの最高の思い出にしてくださったtakakoさん本当に心から感謝します。
これから日本人観光客も大勢来られると思うので現地でのトラブル対応に努力いただければありがたいです。

This was a good tour. Saw two turtles at the first spot and my daughter saw a small reef shark with a few of the other snorkelers. Some how I missed it. Then we went to the crater and we saw tons of fish. On the way back we saw several whales which was a bonus.

The overall experience was good, the children had fun and my son got to go on the floating device with the window. My husband opted for the snub-a experience which he confirms was a blast. The staff was friendly, except one of the employees called me “crazy” which I took slightly offensive. Overall everyone had fun and it was a good experience.

We had a great time snorkeling out at Molokini! The boat, crew, equipment, food and the rest were all really good! We had a great time and we’re very pleased! We recommend the Four Wnds 2 and her Captain and

This snorkeling trip was a perfect day for my family. The crew was fantastic. The ship was spotless..the weather and activities were gorgeous. It was a perfect balance of entertaining and relaxing.

We had a surprise interaction with a pod of spinner dolphins. It was so unexpected but such a highlight to see them swimming in our wake.
