The trip was fantastic and Ray was super informative. It was a beautiful night and we got to see a lot of stars and planets and the moon rising as well. It was spectacular and a must try for everyone! We thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend it!! Also loved the hot chocolate touch at the end because it was quite cold on the slopes. The pickup and drop off was on time. The one thing that could have been better in my opinion was the food options and I also wished we had stopped somewhere to see the spectacular sunset. Apart from that, we really enjoyed it

Second tour and still amazing

Took this tour 6 years ago and had the most amazing experience. So I had to do it again. This tour offers the best of Big Island because you get to see Akaka Falls and Rainbow Falls. We saw lots of turtles at black sand beach and an actual rainbow at Rainbow Falls! Our guide Brent was very informative and helpful.

スタッフも明るく、親切でした。今まで飛行機✈️は何度も乗っていますが、まったく違った空へのドライブって感じですか、友人に窓側（外側）を譲りましたが、失敗した感がありました。
高所恐怖症の方は難しいと思いますが、ジェットコースター等アトラクションが好きな人にはオススメですね？
もう一度乗りたいと思う、と思います。

The tour guide ( Dexter) from Polynesian Adventure Tour picked us up from the hotel on time. Very knowledgeable and very informative . He knows all the places and history of the Big Islands (Hilo). Patiently waiting for us to finish the tour. We really had a great time. We will use the Polynesian Adventure Group again.

ひとりでの参加でしたが、最高の体験で大満足！！！
左後部窓側席に3点式シートベルトで固定されるのとパイロットの操縦が上手なので基本安定していましたが乱気流に入ると椅子の背もたれが押される感覚があり最初怖かった。ただそれ以上の景色の素晴らしさですぐ慣れます。
上着持参と有りますが、パーカー借りれます。後首から下げるスマホケースも貸してくれました。事前にビデオを見るんlで言葉が多少わからなくても大丈夫。
申し込んだのは30分ですが、追加料金無しで1時間コースになってました。スケジュールがタイトな人は確認した方が良さそうです。

As an individual who is terrified of heights it has been a dream of mine to ride in a helicopter so I booked my flight on my 49th birthday. I chose this company as it seemed to have the most positive reviews. Kyle was our pilot and let's just say I had an awesome time!! He flew us over the best parts of Oahu!! There were waterfalls, beautiful beaches, the Dole plantation, Pearl Harbor and much more. It was the best birthday present EVER!!

Incredible tour but our Tour guide, Anson really brought the island and the tour to life. Honestly enjoyed the tour to the max but we would pay to just hang out with Anson again. Lol. I'm sure all the guides are great and extremely courteous.
All the jokes we made he would rebuttal and be involved all while still maintaining his poise and professionalism. It's the little things guys and this tour has it all. Thank you From the bottom of our hearts.

高価だけど一度は体験するべき！

窓際の人が撮影担当ならドア付でも十分良い写真が撮れます。移動日だったので大きなスーツケースを持って行きましたが、受付カウンター横の説明ビデオを見る部屋の片隅に手荷物と共に置かせてもらえました。機内にバッグは持ち込めず、私はスマホとビデオだけ持ちました。財布等の貴重品はスタッフ管理の鍵付き引出しに預けました。娘がフライトの途中から酔ってしまいましたが機長がエチケット袋を渡してくれ、度々気遣ってくれました。座席は指定され、高所苦手な息子が窓際になってしまいましたが眺めを楽しんでいました。初めの部屋にチップを入れるBOXがあります。パイロットの顔写真一覧を見て封筒に名前とメッセージを書いてチップを入れました。額は10%でもかなりの額になるので事前に調べたのですが結局良く分からず、その時財布にあった一番大きな額の紙幣1枚を入れました。
乗らないと見れない景色ばかり。興味があるなら思い切って体験してみて下さい。

One of the best event I had in my life!!!

This whole event and trip was astonishing. I never had an opportunity to see the sky like this ever before. The trip was well organized and our guide Nate was so brilliant and he explained each and every part of the sky so beautifully in addition to having us watch different planets through the extraordinary telescope that he brought. The whole sky is so active in the night where we were able to see bunch of shooting stars, starlink satellites and other individual ones. I probably will do this again next time when I am in Big island!!

私たちは家族（大人４人）でこのツアーに参加しました。ドアなしのヘリコプターを選択して良かったです。スリルがあったし、ドアがないので景色が良く見えました！！ハナウマ湾などすごく美しい景色に感動しました。そして、パイロット（英語のみ）の方もすごく優しくて素晴らしかったです！重要な場所の説明をしながら操縦してくださいました。パイロットさんにチップをあげるのを忘れないでくださいね！！良い対応してもらったらお心付けを渡しましょう。
ヘリコプターに慣れていない人は絶対酔うと思うので、酔い止めを飲むことを強くお勧めします！私たちは酔い止めを事前に飲み、短めの30分コースを選択しましたが、それでも少しだけ酔いました。酔って来たなーと思ったところで、着陸したので大丈夫でしたが、長い60分コースとかだったら気持ち悪くなっていたかもしれません。
私たちはオプションでビデオ録画も買いましたが、はっきりいってこれはいらなかったと思います。音声はないし、映像もあまり鮮明ではなかったので、これでこの値段か・・・って感じでした。それ以外は大満足！すごくお勧めのツアーです！

We really enjoyed the tour. The waterfall stops and lush rainforest scenery were beautiful. The lunch was good. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. The black sand beach was the highlight for us! We loved going the reverse route. We definitely recommend this tour!
