Used Speedi Shuttle for 4 total transfers during my multi island trip. They were always on time, very responsive and communicative regarding my trips. Though I booked for the 'shared' option, 3 out of the 4 transfers I was the only rider, so it was a great value. Would definitely use again when I'm not renting a car in HI.

As a parent of 7 year old twins, who seeks out kid friendly activities, I’m so grateful I chose this show. This was their first show since COVID. They offered a selection of kid friendly food which I appreciated. The rest of the food was amazing and the drinks were delicious! Now to the entertainment. This group of performers were so enthusiastic that the captured my kids attention the whole time. The story they told was beautiful. My kids were doing their best to follow the dancers moves and the waitstaff were so kind to compliment them. The fire dancer at the end got a standing ovation! From the music and performers to the food and staff, they all exceeded any expectations! Well done!

We saw a variety of humpback groups, including a mother with a very curious calf. We even saw one breech a few times! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took a lot of questions from the group. We also saw a group of manta rays on our way back to shore! My 4 year old had as equally good time as his grandparents. Would definitely recommend!

We got to see lots of whales. We saw whales breach & fin slap. We saw a baby calf very closely & she looked right at us. Then, the calf swam under our boat as the mom followed & then the huge escort male whale followed. Definitely was a trip to remember! Both the captain Chuck & lifeguard aboard were excited to see the whales & were very excited to share their knowledge! Our captain took us north away from all of the other boats. Which made us feel very connected to the whales & not like tourists.

I heard that you can see almost 100% of them, and I really did! However, dolphins are incredibly fast! Haha. It's obvious, but they are super quick, and I had a hard time taking pictures! So, I recommend using a GoPro or something to record videos and then cutting clips from those!

It was a unique experience. Rich, our tour guide was very informative. We learned a lot about the history of the island of Hawaii as he drove us to different must see locations like the cave, water falls, historic sites. We also learned about plants, volcanoes, fissures, and stars in a day! We saw nebula, galaxies, a couple of satellites, shooting stars and learned about so many other stars in our constellation! It was very educational! Really appreciated it a lot!

Our captain and Amy were Amazing! We saw so many schools of spinner dolphins. Amy told us when to look and where to see some amazing things. They let us enjoy our ride and even almost got to see a whale, it got away. I would definitely recommend this tour.

I participated in a sunset and stargazing tour. I had always wanted to see the stars at Mauna Kea, and I was moved by the sky, which was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The service was also wonderful, as they stopped along the way for photo opportunities and took pictures with the guide's camera. I would love to join this tour again when I visit the Big Island.

Initially, we joined with the mindset that just seeing dolphins from the boat would be enough, but once we set off, we were encouraged by our guide to go into the water. My mother, who can hardly swim, used a float, but the guide skillfully led us, and she was incredibly moved to see the dolphins from the best spot. I was impressed by the professionalism of the guide. Not only was the encounter rate with dolphins high, but the guide also kept track of the participants' names and how much they were enjoying themselves, even while wearing snorkeling gear. This was amidst many other tours. It was truly amazing. Although it was more active than other tours, the love for dolphins from our guide shone through. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves dolphins.

It was a tour affected by the weather, so I was worried until the day of the event, but I was able to enjoy the wonderful sunset at Mauna Kea, which I couldn't have reached on foot, as well as the starry sky and the Milky Way. With the guide's explanations, I was able to clearly identify the constellations, and I found the stories very interesting.

We participated as a family of four, and my daughters were so moved that they almost cried. The temperature at the summit was low, so I couldn't take photos with my own camera or smartphone after a certain point, but the guide assisted with photography, and I was able to download the photos taken by the guide later (they responded quickly to my request), leaving me with many wonderful memories. I saw a manta tour on a TV program about the Big Island of Hawaii. After seeing those impressive scenes, I thought I would definitely join a manta tour when I visited the Big Island. This time, I was greeted by a Japanese woman who provided clear guidance. The manta tour instructor was a handsome half-Japanese guy who spoke a mix of Gifu and Nagoya dialects. (He mentioned that his mother is from Nagoya and he lived in Japan until elementary school.) We took quite a boat ride from the port to the manta point, but we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset along the way. Once we arrived at the point, we quickly put on our masks and snorkels and jumped into the sea. Holding onto a square rubber boat about the size of two tatami mats, I peered into the water and saw small fish gathering around the light. After waiting for a while, a manta appeared at the seabed about 10 meters deep. The manta swam into the light, allowing us to see it well. After that, one or two more mantas passed by. One manta even swam close to our boat, and I was moved by its impressive presence. Even in Hawaii, March can be a bit chilly, so a wetsuit was necessary.

My husband and I participated with our 5-year-old child. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to reach the snorkeling spot, but the waves are quite high, so I think it's essential for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication. On the way to our destination, we even saw whales, which got our child very excited.

At first, our 5-year-old was scared of snorkeling, but there was a bodyboard-like device with a transparent section, and they enjoyed peeking through it. The sea was also very beautiful, and our family was extremely satisfied. This is definitely a tour we would like to participate in again.

Honestly, I only saw the manta rays twice, and both times they were far away for just a moment. There were no close encounters where they were feeding right in front of me, as described in the tour details. It seems that the weather on the day can also affect this, and since manta rays are natural creatures, it's not guaranteed that you'll see them every time.

Since I didn't see them, I was really grateful for the policy that allows a free retry next time.

Although I didn't see the manta rays, I was lucky enough to spot dolphins from the boat. They jumped and swam close to us, which was really fortunate. I definitely want to try for the manta rays again next time.

I participated in the tour on February 26 after learning that the summit of Mauna Kea had reopened. The weather was perfect, and it was an incredible experience watching the sunset from the summit and observing the starry sky. The lunch and miso we had at the Onizuka Center were delicious, and I can't thank our guide enough for taking so many photos against the backdrop of the stunning nature! Their lively talk was also very enjoyable. Thanks to this, I have the best memories of my time on the Big Island of Hawaii. Thank you, I am very satisfied!

I was able to see whales not just once, but multiple times. I was very satisfied to see a mother and her calf as well.
During the cruise, snacks and soft drinks were provided for free. While sitting outside, the staff asked what drinks we wanted and brought them to us.

It was a stable day, so I didn't need any motion sickness medication. I drove to the location with a rental car, and it was easy to find; it's at a corner. You can park on the shoulder of the road.

The weather hadn't been very good until the day before, but we were blessed with great weather on the day itself, so I didn't experience any seasickness without taking any medication. We saw several whales in the distance, including their tails, backs, and spouts. Just when I thought that was all we would see, there was suddenly a series of breaches right in front of us! It was incredibly powerful, and all the passengers were very excited.

It was a satisfying whale watching experience.
