They came to pick us up near the hotel as scheduled. There were four groups on the bus, and we were the only Japanese. During the ride, the driver shared information about Hawaii's history in English.

After arriving at Dole, we had malasadas and mineral water for breakfast. The driver also explained how to buy tickets and recommended some food options.

After the Dole experience, we went to the North Shore. Although we couldn't go to the famous sign, the driver introduced us to well-known spots before parking, and then we had free time. We could stop by Matsumoto Shave Ice, garlic shrimp, Patagonia, and more.

On the way back, we visited famous spots around Waikiki, such as King Kamehameha, while the driver provided commentary as we headed toward Waikiki. It was nice to be able to give a tip comfortably.

予定通りホテル近くに迎えに来てくれました。バスの中には４組、日本人は私たちだけでした。道中は運転手の方が英語でハワイの歴史について教えてくれます。
ドール到着後は、朝ごはんとしてマラサダとミネラルウォーターをいただきました。
チケットの買い方やおすすめのフードも運転手さんが教えてくれます。
ドール体験後は、ノースショアに行きました。有名な看板へは行けないですが、運転手さんが駐車場に停める前に有名どころを紹介してくれ、以降は自由行動。マツモトシェーブアイスやガーリックシュリンプ、パタゴニアなどに立ち寄ることができます。
帰りには、カメハメハ大王などワイキキ周辺の有名スポットに立ち寄り、車内から解説しながらワイキキに向かってくれました。気持ちよくチップもお渡しすることができました。

Upon arriving at Kualoa Ranch, we were guided on where to wait inside the bus. They also spoke in Japanese. On that day, there were Japanese staff members present at the facility, and they gathered only the Japanese guests to provide detailed explanations about the locations of the restrooms and lockers. The scenery while riding the horses was breathtaking and became a wonderful memory.

クアロアランチに到着すると、バスの中でどこで待機するか案内されます。日本語も話してくれました。当日は施設に日本人スタッフが在中していた日で、日本人だけ集められ、お手洗いやロッカーの場所など丁寧に説明がありました。馬に乗りながら観る景色は圧巻でいい思い出になりました。

In Haleiwa, the weather was unfortunately rainy and quite strong, but I was glad to be able to shop at the store I wanted to visit. Especially, the Florence apparel is hard to find in Waikiki, and it seemed to have just opened, so I felt lucky. I don't want to drive overseas, so I've relied on them a few times. I also took some cute photos of a cat on the beach, which I really like.

ハレイワでは、雨が強く降ったりあいにくの天気でしたが、行きたかったショップで買い物が出来て良かったです。特にFlorenceのウェアはワイキキではなかなか手に入らないし、OPEN間もないようでラッキーでした。海外で運転したくないので、何回かお世話になっています。海岸で可愛いネコさんの写真も撮れて気にいっています。

First of all, the hospitality from the guide was excellent. They were very considerate, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably.

I think the tour content was good, but if I had to be picky, I would have liked a few more unique programs (like places or shops not listed in guidebooks).

I would like to request plans from this tour company in the future. I definitely recommend it.

Our guide Ryan was off the hook amazing. His passion for his job showed through. Our journey into the back country of Hawaii was exciting and informative. You’re going to get dirty and it’s worth it. If you only come to Hawaii once in your life make sure you take this tour!!!!

We were picked up right on time from the Marriott Waikīkī, and the entire shuttle experience was absolutely top-notch. Our driver and guide, Masa, was a true delight—friendly, flexible, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The shuttle itself was clean, smooth, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing ride.

What really made the experience stand out was Masa’s personal touch. He took the time to learn each of our names and offered outstanding tips and advice that really enriched our visit. It felt like more than just transportation—it was a warm, welcoming experience.

10 out of 10. I’d absolutely recommend this service and would happily ride with Masa again!

I love Hawaii, and my first visit was 52 years ago. After that, I went on my honeymoon, and since my children have grown up, I've been to Hawaii several times. During those visits, I drove to the North Shore after the highway was built. This time, I participated in a one-day tour of Oahu for the first time, and it brought back so many memories.

First, the tour guide asked us where we wanted to go, and he mentioned the power spot of Shohei Ohtani. More than anything, I loved feeling the Hawaiian breeze from Kahala to Hanauma Bay and the Halona Blowhole. I touched the rock at Ohtani's power spot and felt energized. I experienced the local Hawaiian roads and went to Sunset Beach, which felt like it hadn't changed at all, and I was very moved.

I often visit Haleiwa Town, so I wasn't particularly interested in that, but I wanted to go to Tropical Farms after seeing it on TV. We had plenty of samples, and cracking open the macadamia nuts was the most delicious experience I've ever had. My husband and I are already thinking about which tour to take for our trip to Hawaii next year. This time was a wonderful experience, and I'm so glad I could do it. Thank you very much.

私はハワイが大好きで一番最初は５２年前その後は新婚旅行　子供達が大きくなってからのハワイは数回目で　そのうちに高速もできてレンタカーを借りてはノースショアの方まで行く行きましたが　今回は初めてオアフ島１日観光ツアーに参加して懐かしいの連発でした　まずはツアーが私達２人でガイドさんが希望の所と言われ大谷選手のパワースポットと言っていました　何よりハワイの一番好きなカハラからハナウマベイ　ハロナ潮吹き岩まさしくハワイの風をを感じ大谷君のパワースポットの岩を触ってパワーを頂き　ローカルなハワイロードを感じサンセットビーチへここまでは何も変わっていない感じですごく感激でした　ハレイワタウンは良く来るので興味なしと言ってトロピカルファームはテレビで見て行きたいと言って試食たっぷりして何よりマカデミアナッツを割って頂いたのは最高に美味しかったです今まで食べたことのない体験もでき主人と来年のハワイはどのツアーにしようと今から考えています　今回はとても良い経験で出来て嬉しかったです

This is our third trips to Hawaii but is the first time to have a chance to see other beautiful beaches in Oahu in addition to the well known Waikiki beach. The hike in the Diamond Head was manageable but the view from the top was magnificent. With the driver John’s guide, we had the most spectacular experience in Oahu.

The weather was clear and perfect for horseback riding on the day of the experience. I had tried horseback riding a few times in Japan, but this was my first long ride, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience. It seems there has been a lot of rain recently, and due to some paths being washed out, the 2-hour plan was shortened to 1.5 hours, but it was still more than enough of an experience. They also offered a refund for the shortened time. Since I was at the upper limit of the weight for riding, I was a bit anxious during the weighing process, but I was assigned the largest horse, so I was able to enjoy the experience without any issues.

日本で体験乗馬は何回かしていたのですが、長時間の乗馬は初めてで非常に楽しい体験。
最近雨が多いらしく、一部道が崩れていることで2時間プランが1.5時間になりましたが、十分過ぎる体験でした。
短くなった分は返金対応をしてくださっています。
私が体格が大きく乗馬できるギリギリの体重だったので、軽量の時はヒヤヒヤしましたが、一番大きいお馬さんを割り当てていただいたので、問題なく体験できました。

What a top-tier luau in a beautiful setting at Waimea Valley! Highly recommended

I think being able to ride horses along the coast is something unique to Hawaii, so I decided to participate. All the explanations were in English, but during the drive, our driver, Kaz, kindly provided information in Japanese, which made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy the experience! The horses seemed well-trained; they moved forward on their own when the horse in front did. In Haleiwa, I was dropped off at my desired location, so I could easily go to the shops I wanted to visit!

海沿いを乗馬できるのはハワイならではだと思い参加しました。
説明はすべて英語でしたが、行くまでの道中で日本語でドライバーのカズさんが事前に教えてくれていたので安心して楽しむことができました！
馬も慣れているのか前の馬が進めば自分の意志で進んでくれました。
ハレイワでは希望の場所で降ろしてもらえたので迷わずに行きたいお店に行けました！

Kualoa Ranch, famous for being a filming location for Jurassic Park, is truly breathtaking when you see the scenery right in front of you. The horseback riding lasts a solid two hours. You ride in a line of six, navigating some pretty tough paths, including narrow trails and cliffs. However, the horses are very smart and know the way, so there are no issues.

One instructor accompanies you and explains the locations in English. Occasionally, if a horse doesn't move or if a rider's posture is poor, they will give you a reminder. My legs were shaking after the two hours, but it was truly a valuable experience, and I'm glad I did it! Since it's a tour, you might have some free time afterward, but the burgers at the café are incredibly delicious, and since the ocean is right next to it, you can relax by the sea if you return within the time limit. I think it's an experience you can't have in Japan!

ジュラシックパークのロケ地で有名なクアロアランチ。知ってはいたけど、いざ目の前に広がる景色をみると圧巻です。
乗馬はしっかり２時間します。6名で1列になり、細道や崖などけっこうハードな道を進みます。ただ、お馬さんがとてもお利口で道を分かっているので問題ないです。
インストラクターの方は1名着いてくれ英語でロケーションの説明などをしてくれます。
たまに、お馬さんが動かなかったり、乗る人の姿勢が悪かったりすると声をかけてくれます。２時間終わった後の足はガクガクになりましたが、本当に貴重な体験ができてやって良かったです！ツアーなので、終わった後に時間を持て余しますがカフェのハンバーガーがめちゃくちゃ美味しいのと横が海なので時間内に戻れば海に行ってのんびりも出来ます。日本では出来ない体験だと思います！

We experienced this as a family of four.
We progressed along the grassy path from the ranch to the seaside! The ocean spread out before us, and it was a wonderful location.
Each horse had its own personality, and we were able to enjoy a valuable experience while walking leisurely.

牧場から草道を進み海辺へ！海が広がり素晴らしいロケーションでした。
馬もそれぞれの性格が有り、のんびりと歩きながら貴重な体験が出来ました。

I participated despite my anxiety from the lack of Japanese support and reviews, but I was able to watch a video with explanations in Japanese, so I could join without worrying about the language. The horses were very gentle and cute, and I'm glad I had this experience. It became my favorite memory from this trip.

I participated in this tour for my honeymoon. There were about 20 participants, mostly from English-speaking countries, and many appeared to be older. At the meeting point, there were several tours departing for the same destination at the same time, so it was necessary to look for the bus I was supposed to board.

The explanations and guidance during the tour were only in English. However, the guide, Marlon, could also speak Japanese and often reached out to us. It was possible to ask simple questions individually.

The public restroom at the photo stop was not very clean, so I recommend using the bus restroom instead. The time spent at Byodoin Temple, the macadamia shop, and the Dole Plantation was just right. In North Shore, I was aiming for the Patagonia and Snoopy shops, as well as Matsumoto Shave Ice. The lunch portion was quite large, which took some time to eat, so we had to hurry a bit, but we managed to see everything. I recommend checking in advance the crowd levels and portion sizes for lunch. It was okay to eat Matsumoto Shave Ice on the bus as long as it didn't spill from the container, so I bought it at the end and finished it on the bus. The wait time was about 10 minutes.

The view from the bus window was very beautiful, offering a different landscape from Honolulu.

新婚旅行で参加しました。
参加者は20人ほど、私達以外は英語圏の方がほとんどで、高齢の方が多かった印象です。集合場所に同時刻発で同じ目的地のツアーが次々来ていたので自分が乗るバスを探す必要があります。
ツアー中の説明及びガイドは英語のみです。ただ、ガイドのMarlonさんは日本語も話せるので、よく声をかけてくださりました。個別に簡単な質問をすることは可能です。
途中の写真撮影スポットで停車した所の公衆トイレはあまりキレイではなかったのでバスのお手洗いを使用される方が良いかと思います。
平等院、マカダミアのショップやドールプランテーションは程良い滞在時間でした。ノースショアではパタゴニアとスヌーピーのショップ、マツモトシェイブアイスが目当てでした。お昼ご飯の量が多かったため食べるのに時間が掛かってしまい、少し急ぎめにはなりましたが、回り切ることができました。お昼ご飯は混み具合や提供される量を予め下調べしておくのがお勧めです。マツモトシェイブアイスは、器からこぼれない程度なら車内で食べても大丈夫とのことで、最後に購入して残りを車内で食べました。大体10分程度の待ち時間でした。
車窓からの眺めもとてもキレイでホノルルとは違った風景が楽しめました。

At first, I was nervous, but the moment I jumped, all of that disappeared. If I could jump again, I would want to do it right now! For those who are hesitating, you absolutely should do it. It will change your perspective on life!

It's relaxing to ride a horse on the vast grounds. By the end, it feels so comfortable that you might just fall asleep. I recommend taking a longer time as it allows you to cover more area.

I could really feel the guide's personality, and I had a very fulfilling half day. I usually just do a quick tour of Haleiwa within a tight schedule, but today I enjoyed it to my heart's content. Thank you very much.

Fantastisk oplevelse. Vi prøvede også for 18 år siden. Grunden til kun 4 stjerner er, at der er for kort tid til at opleve det hele. Vi kom sent derop pga vejarbejde (men havde en fantastisk chauffør), så show på vandet er godt igang og alle pladser optaget.
Der var flere rækker tomme sæder ved det store aftenshow. Hvorfor ikke lade andre sidde der, så de ser bedre?

Our guide Lola was very friendly, and it was the best tour! Since it was an English-only tour, we were a bit worried about our ability to keep up with just everyday conversation. However, Lola, although she hardly spoke any Japanese, spoke slowly and clearly, making it easy to understand, and we had a great conversation.

She also guided us through the buildings and areas along the way, which was fun.

I thought Dole might be somewhat underwhelming, but it was actually very spacious and we enjoyed it a lot. The souvenir section is really large. Haleiwa had a completely different atmosphere from Waikiki, which was refreshing. There were so many places to eat that it was hard to choose, but the garlic shrimp was very delicious. We gave up on the long lines for shave ice and huli huli chicken. Instead, we went to Ali Beach and were thrilled to encounter a honu drying its shell!

ガイドのLolaがとても良く接してくれて、最高のツアーでした！
英語のみのツアーということで、日常会話程度ならなんとか…というレベルの我々は大丈夫かなと少し心配しながら参加しました。
しかし、確かにLolaは日本語はほとんど喋れないものの、ゆっくり聞き取りやすく話してくれて、会話も弾みました。
また、道中の建物やエリアなどもガイドしてくれて楽しかったです。

ドールは、なんとなくショボいのかなと思っていましたが、とても広く十分楽しめました。
お土産コーナーがすごく広いです。
ハレイワは、ワイキキとは全く違う雰囲気で新鮮でした。
食べる所が多く選ぶのに困りましたが、ガーリックシュリンプとても美味しかったです。
シェイブアイス、フリフリチキンは列が長かったので断念。
代わりにアリビーチまで行ってみたところ、甲羅乾かしているホヌに出会えて感動しました！

After arriving at Kualoa Ranch, there were some parts of the explanation that were a bit unclear. The horseback riding experience varies depending on the personality of the horse, so compatibility can differ between people and horses. I recommend studying how to ride and handle horses in advance!

説明は全部英語でクアロアランチ到着後、多少説明がわかりづらい部分はありました。乗馬体験は、馬によっても性格も違うので相性が合うかは人と馬によりけりです。馬の乗り方や馬の操り方を事前に勉強しておくことをオススメします！

I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews about horses acting up, but the horse I rode was very calm and didn't act out at all! All the other horses were also well-behaved and adorable!

The guide spoke entirely in English, so I couldn't fully understand since I'm still studying the language. However, the guide communicated safety checks in Japanese during the ride, which made me feel very reassured! I hope to improve my English soon so I can participate again!

口コミで馬が暴れて大変だったなど等を見て少し身構えていましたが、とても大人しい馬で暴れるなどは全くありませんでした！他の方の馬も暴れることなくどの馬もみんな可愛かったです！

I had some concerns about the reservation in Japan, but I received communication via LINE, and even though I arrived earlier than the meeting time on the day of the tour, the bus came early, leading to an earlier departure. We arrived at the destination ahead of schedule and were able to fully enjoy our time there. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. I would like to use this service again on my next trip to Hawaii. Thank you very much.

日本での予約に心配もありましたが、LINEでご連絡頂いたり、当日も待ち合わせ時間より早く着いてしまったのですが、バスも早く来ていて時間より早い出発となり、現地到着も予定より早く、たっぷり満喫する事ができました。

Lola was an awesome driver & host. We had & very interesting, informative, & relaxing drive around the North Shore.

We'll scheduled. Both drivers were really nice and friendly.

There were a lot of people, so the start was delayed. However, once the preparations began, everything moved quickly, and we soon transferred into the helicopter. The instructor was very considerate, which was great. I felt a moment of fear just before the dive, but during the fall, it was exhilarating. It was an amazing experience!

人数が多かったのかスタートが遅かったです。
でも、準備が始まってからは一気にことご進んであっという間にヘリの中に移動。
インストラクターがすごく気を遣ってくれてよかったです。
ダイブする瞬間だけ恐怖を感じましたが落ちてる最中はうおーって感じでした。
とても素晴らしい体験でした！

I'm glad I was able to visit the East Coast tourist spots all at once on a tour, which would be difficult for an individual without a rental car.

The guide provided a lot of information about shops in Haleiwa, recommended food trucks, and restroom locations, which was really helpful.

It was a long 8-hour tour, but we returned on time, and I was able to communicate with everyone on the tour and have a great time. Thank you!

レンタカーなしの個人では難しい東海岸の観光地をツアーで一気に行けて良かったです

ガイドさんが社内でもハレイワのショップ情報やおすすめのフードトラックやトイレの場所など沢山の情報を話してくれて凄くたすかりました

I wanted to visit a coffee farm and explore Haleiwa, and I was also hoping to try Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp, and all of that came true! Our guide, Jonah, was very attentive and cheerful, providing a lot of explanations about Hawaiian culture and the scenery we saw during the ride, and he answered our questions, which was very informative!

Also, since there were only four of us in total, including another group, Jonah actively offered to take photos at each spot, which made me very happy as we got to take a lot of pictures. He also provided explanations about the highlights at each location and suggested great spots for photos, which made the tour even more enjoyable thanks to Jonah! Thank you very much!

コーヒーファームに行ってみたかったのとハレイワの散策もしたく、あとジョバンニのガーリックシュリンプも食べれると嬉しいなと思っていたことが全て叶えられました！
ガイドのジョナさんがとても気配り上手で明るく、お迎えから車中でもハワイの文化や見える景色の説明をたくさんしてくれたり、質問にも答えてくれてとても勉強になりました！
また、たまたま参加した日が私たちとあと1組だけで合計4名の少人数だったのもあってか、各スポットで「写真撮りますよ」と積極的に声をかけていただいて、たくさん写真も撮れてとても嬉しかったです(^^)
各スポットで見所の説明や、ここで写真を撮るといい景色ですよ〜といった一言もあって、ジョナさんのおかげでツアーがより楽しくなったなと思いました！

I was able to participate with peace of mind thanks to the shuttle service. The explanation was given in Japanese, so I understood it well. The pre-experience video was also in Japanese, which made it easy to follow. Above all, the horses are smart and adorable.

Horseback riding in nature is refreshing and healing.

I might have muscle soreness tomorrow! ^_^
