At first, I was indeed anxious about riding in a Cessna, but once we took off and I looked down from the sky, it felt really good and I enjoyed it. The pilot was surprisingly a woman and she even spoke Japanese, making it the best first experience in a Cessna. I have another trip to Hawaii planned in three years, so I definitely want to ride again. Also, during the round-trip transfer, the owner's entertaining Kansai talk was enjoyable, and my wife and I had a great conversation.

The person who came to pick us up was the owner from Kansai, and they were very kind and attentive. They shared stories about Hawaii, how they obtained their green card, their experience starting a business in Japan, and talked about their wife; they were very friendly and charming. The flight itself was also great, as we spent just under an hour flying over Oahu's tourist spots, and I was very satisfied. It is on the pricier side among activities, but it became a precious memory for my family. Thank you very much. Even if you can't speak English, there are friendly Japanese staff, so you can enjoy it without any worries! Definitely give flying in Hawaii a try.

Not enough time for the Bowfin and Missouri! Especially the Missouri is so valuable and amazing!
Introduction saying drop off 16:15-17:00, but our tour actually ended by 14:30 (return from Missouri), I have no idea why but it happened like this. If we have more time, could be definitely better, a bit disappointed.

Quick and informational tour. Loved the movie and boat ride to USS Arizona. The drive through China town and historic downtown Honolulu was a plus with time to take pics at Lolani palace and King Kamehameha statue. Could have been better if the transportation was not old, creaking, and bumpy. Also, no bottled water was provided as promised and shown on the prepaid voucher. If your looking to not spend all day at Pearl harbor, pay your respects, and see downtown this is the tour to go on.

I participated alone, but it was the best experience and I was very satisfied!!! I was secured with a three-point seatbelt in the left rear window seat, and the pilot's skillful handling made it generally stable. However, when we hit turbulence, I felt the seatback being pushed, which was a bit scary at first. But the amazing views quickly made me accustomed to it.

It says to bring a jacket, but you can borrow a hoodie. They also lent me a smartphone case to hang around my neck. It's okay if you don't understand the language too well since you watch a video beforehand. I signed up for the 30-minute course, but it turned into a one-hour course at no extra charge. If your schedule is tight, it might be good to check in advance.

My husband and I were so excited to see Pearl Harbor. The flight from Lihue to Oahu was perfect! We boarded the tour bus earlier than the time our email said (we were told between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m. but she arrived at 8:40 a.m. This was not a problem for us because we were there, but there was a couple who was not there when she left. She had to meet up with them in downtown Honolulu. She took us on a City Tour (which we were not expecting). The first part of the tour was great, but then, she dropped us off at Waikiki Beach for shopping and hanging out at the beach for 2 HOURS! We did not want to go to the beach, nor did the other people on the tour bus. She did not ask us; she just took us there and dropped us off. Because we were at the beach for that long, we were shorted our time at Pearl Harbor - especially the USS Missouri. We got there and she told us that we should get our lunch from the food truck right away because they closed at 2 p.m. - in was 12:50 p.m. when we arrived there. So, we got and ate our lunch which took about 20 minutes. We had to be back on the tour bus by 2 p.m. to head over the the USS Arizona as we had 2:30 p.m. tickets for that. We did not want to miss any more, so of course, we were on time. We could not tour the entire USS Missouri ship because we did not have enough time. And, over by the USS Arizona (not the boat ride and view of the actual memorial, but the other things to read and the movie - we did not have time to do. We had to be back on the bus by 4 p.m. This was supposed to be a day for Pearl Harbor, but it did not feel like that. We were so very disappointed that we could not view the entire ship and we do not feel that we got the full experience. Our tour bus driver was very nice but she should not have dropped us off at the beach/shopping for that long and take away the time we had for what we paid for and were hoping to see.

Overview:
The meeting point is at the back of the airport. If you're coming from a hotel around Waikiki, you can take an Uber or a taxi. It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes if traffic is light. However, during busy times (like weekday mornings), it could take twice as long. I took about 40 minutes to get there from the Marriott Resort (near the zoo) on a weekday morning. I was a bit late, but I contacted them in advance and it was okay.

After arriving, we received a brief explanation. It can be a bit chilly up in the air (around 15 to 20 degrees in October), so it's good to have long sleeves and long pants (even if they're thin). Beach sandals might fly off, so it's better to wear sneakers or something that won't easily come off (worst case, you'll be barefoot). It's bright up there, so sunglasses are recommended. You can take photos with your smartphone or camera. They provide special straps to prevent dropping your devices, so there's no need to bring your own. Since it was my return day, I brought my suitcase, but they kept it indoors for me. However, for security reasons, it's recommended to put valuables in a locker. They also provided hair ties for those with long hair.

After that, we watched a video explanation and headed to the helicopter. There were four of us, including my spouse, with two in the back and two in the front. We were lucky to sit in the front (which is probably equivalent to first class). Due to the noise, we wore headsets. The pilot provided various information via radio while we were in the air.

The aerial journey lasted about 50 minutes. Those sitting by the window might feel a bit scared since there's no door, but I enjoyed it without much fear. After the flight, they showed us the photos taken before boarding and the video recorded during the trip on a monitor. You can purchase the photos for $35, the video for $65, or both for $85 (prices may vary). I bought the photos and shared my email address to receive the data.

Impressions:
I went on the last day of my trip, and personally, it was a great decision. Seeing the places from above allowed me to reflect on my memories, like realizing how far it is from Waikiki or how beautiful everything looks from above. If you're good at English, listening to the pilot's explanations can provide a lot of knowledge (I struggled with it and had my wife explain later). The photos are very beautiful, and even if they're a bit pricey, I think it's worth purchasing them as a memory. If you haven't filmed yourself, buying the video might also be a good idea.

All the staff were very friendly. Even when I arrived late, they guided me very politely, and they were always bright and kind both on the ground and in the air.

After the flight, if you're heading straight to the airport, it takes about 50 minutes on foot, so an Uber or taxi is essential.

その後動画で説明を聞いて、ヘリへ。我々夫婦含めお客は4名で、後ろ2名、前2名。我々はラッキーなことに前(おそらくファーストクラスと同等)に乗車。騒音のためにヘッドセット着用。パイロットが上空で無線で色々と案内をしてくれます。

上空の旅は約50分、窓側の人はドアがないので少々恐怖を感じるも私はあまり感じず楽しめました。体や手を外に出すなと注意されていましたが、風がまるでコンクリートの壁ようで、出そうにも室内に跳ね返されるので実質無理。揺れはあまり感じず、優雅な旅に。goproで様々なスポットを撮影できました。

感想：
旅の最終日に行ったのですが、個人的には大正解でした。行った場所を上空から見ることで、あーここに行ったのかー、ワイキキから結構遠いんだなーとか、上から見るとこんなにきれいなのかーとか、ここでUber拾ったなーなんて、思い出と照らし合わせながら楽しめます。英語が得意な方は上空のパイロットの説明を聞いてると様々が知識が得られます(私は苦手&無線は厳しいため、後で妻から教えてもらいました)。写真はとてもきれいで、少々高くても思い出に購入してもいいかと。動画は自身で撮影してなければ購入してもいいと思います。

スタッフは全員とてもフレンドリーです。遅れて行ってもとても丁寧に案内していただき、地上でも上空でも常に明るく親切にしていただきました。

終了後、もしそのまま空港に行かれる場合は、徒歩で50分ほどかかると出ましたので、Uberかタクシーが必須です。

決して安いアクティビティではありませんが、それでも体験する価値が大変あると思います。

The scenery is, without a doubt, amazing. The mountains, including Diamond Head, are breathtaking when viewed from above, with their unique topography. Photos and videos are taken by helicopter and sold for $85. It was a bit pricey, but I purchased it as a keepsake. I was that satisfied!

I had a great time exploring the eastern half of Oahu!

I took the number 20 bus from Waikiki, but there were places along the way where the sidewalk disappeared, so I recommend taking a taxi or similar transportation! (On the way back, I used Uber, and they arrived quickly.)

Once I arrived, I took care of the restroom and other preparations, watched the safety video, and then we were off. I got there early, so I waited while enjoying snacks from the vending machine.

They provided free jackets (like hoodies), sunglasses, and waterproof phone cases. Lockers were also free.

Since I get cold easily, I borrowed a long-sleeve shirt and pants, but it wasn't actually that cold.

The staff assigned me a seat, and by chance, I sat next to the pilot, which was an incredible experience.

During the flight, they introduced various sights in English, like Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head, but I could only catch about half of what was said...

The turbulence was just at the edge of what I could handle, but there were moments of high-speed flying close to the ground that were very thrilling!

You can take photos with your smartphone, but after the flight, you can purchase photos and videos as an option.

While swimming at Waikiki Beach, I see many helicopters every day, so I was really glad to have been on one of them!

As an individual who is terrified of heights it has been a dream of mine to ride in a helicopter so I booked my flight on my 49th birthday. I chose this company as it seemed to have the most positive reviews. Kyle was our pilot and let's just say I had an awesome time!! He flew us over the best parts of Oahu!! There were waterfalls, beautiful beaches, the Dole plantation, Pearl Harbor and much more. It was the best birthday present EVER!!

As overseas visitors we were able to see and learned on what actually happened about the surprise attack on the Pearl Harbor naval facilities based on the videos presented and ships hit by the surprise attack. How the US navy base survived the attack. Our visit to the historical place was a big help on our history knowledge.

If the person by the window is in charge of photography, you can take great pictures even with a door. Since it was a travel day, I brought a large suitcase, but I was allowed to leave it in a corner of the room where the explanation video next to the reception counter was shown. I couldn't bring a bag on board, so I only took my smartphone and video camera. I left my valuables like my wallet in a staff-managed locked drawer. My daughter got motion sickness during the flight, but the captain kindly handed her an airsickness bag and checked on her frequently. The seats were assigned, and my son, who is not good with heights, ended up by the window, but he enjoyed the view. There is a box to leave tips in the initial room. I looked at the list of pilot photos and wrote my name and a message on an envelope to put in the tip. I had researched beforehand, but I wasn't quite sure about the amount, so I ended up putting in the largest bill I had in my wallet at that moment.
The views you can see only when you're on board are incredible. If you're interested, I encourage you to experience it for yourself.

Overall tour is very informative and enjoyable. Tour guides are great. Able to see uss misouri,uss bowfin and uss arizona memorial. The museum is great! Aloha! We had a great time on the tour. Cousin Kimo was very knowledgeable and made the information on the tour interesting. It is the perfect length to get a sneak peak of Pearl Harbor and visit the Arizona memorial with a 3 year old in tow. So glad we did it. It is also a nice way to see a few of the hot spots downtown. Thank you cousin Kimo for all the information and the jokes that made it fun.

The day goes by quick, so you may need a second day to explore, but the lunch add in was nice as it is hot durin the summer walking around grounds!
